Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present device relates to a plate for cosmetics, and more particularly, to a plate for cosmetics, which has through holes in the plate in which a cosmetic product is contained so as to prevent powder from coming off by expelling air through the holes at the time of press working, and, which is made of the same synthetic resin material as a cosmetic container so as to enhancing separate collection workability by allowing a user to directly send out the cosmetic container and the plate without separating them from each other at the time of separate collection.

BACKGROUND ART

In general, in order to put on makeup, users use various kinds of cosmetics with various functions and forms according to the users' tastes or characteristics of skin. The most common cosmetic products are makeup base, skin powder, two-way cake, powder pact, skin cover, and so on.

Most of such cosmetic products are manufactured through the steps of injecting oily powder formulas into a plate, pressing and molding them by a press to be compressed into solidified cosmetic products.

Particularly, such cosmetic products consist of substrates, such as talc, titanium dioxide, mica, silica, nylon powder, polymethyl methacrylate, sericite, kaolin, bismuth oxychloride, and so on, pigments for coloring the substrates, and a binder for combining the ingredients. For the binder, silicon-based oil, hydrocarbon-based oil, high class fatty acide-based oil, high class alcohol-based oil, ester-based oil, glyceride-based oil, lanolin-based oil, animal fat-based oil, plant-based oil, and so on are selectively used.

However, the conventional plates for cosmetics which are made of metal material, such as aluminum, have a problem in that the compression molding by the press is not carried out properly because there is air between the plate made of aluminum and the cosmetic formulas when the cosmetic formulas are compressed and molded by the press after they are injected into the plate.

Moreover, the conventional plates for cosmetics have another problem in that the cosmetic formulas come off from the bottom of the plate and the cosmetic products are separated from the plate during manufacturing because the air is not expelled.

Furthermore, the conventional plates for cosmetics which are made of metal material, such as aluminum, have a further problem in that it is difficult and inconvenient in separate collection because the users have to separate the plate made of metal material from the cosmetic container made of synthetic resin material when they send out the cosmetic container after using all the cosmetic products.

Additionally, the conventional plates for cosmetics which are made of metal material, such as aluminum, have a still further problem in that they may have a bad influence on the users' skin because metallic materials harmful to the human body are contained into the cosmetic products.

As a prior art, Korean Patent No. 10-0741361 discloses a “Plate for baked type make-up cosmetic compositions” wherein the plate for containing baked type make-up cosmetic compositions is manufactured with a porous material selected from ceramic or synthetic polymer.

Such a prior art minimizes brokenness by a great deal of pearls by enhancing adhesive power between the container and the contents, and increases quality of the product because cosmetic powder is blown little and the adhesive power is enhanced, thereby satisfying consumers' demands.

However, the plate for baked type make-up cosmetic compositions according to the prior art has a problem in that prices are increased and it is also difficult in separate collection because the plate is made of ceramic material or synthetic polymer.

DISCLOSURE Technical Problem

Accordingly, the present device has been made in an effort to solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior arts, and it is an object of the present device to provide a plate for cosmetics, which can easily expel air generated during compression molding by a press through holes after injecting powder-type cosmetic ingredients through the holes formed in the bottom of the plate, which can remove difficulty in separate collection because the plate is made of the same synthetic resin material as the cosmetic container, and which can prevent cosmetic products from being separated from the plate because a contact part is protrudingly formed on the bottom surface of the plate.

Technical Solution

To achieve the above objects, the present device provides a plate for cosmetics, which is accommodated in a receiving part of a body of a cosmetic container including the body having the receiving part and a cover hinge-coupled with the body for opening and closing the upper part of the body, and which contains cosmetic formulas therein, wherein the plate includes: holes formed in a bottom surface for expelling air; and a contact part protruding from the bottom surface, and is made of a synthetic resin material.

The contact part has triangular protrusions protruding from the bottom surface.

The contact part has round protrusions protruding from the bottom surface and is formed along the inner circumference of the plate.

Advantageous Effects

The plate for cosmetics according to the present device can prevent metallic materials harmful to the human body from being diffused because the plate for cosmetics in which cosmetic formulas are compressed and molded is made of the synthetic resin material. Moreover, the plate for cosmetics according to the present device can enhance workability in separate collection and promote convenience because the users can throw away the cosmetic container and the plate without separating the plate from the cosmetic container as they are. Furthermore, the plate for cosmetics according to the present device can prevent the cosmetic formulas from being separated from the plate during the use because the cosmetic formulas are closely adhered on the inner bottom surface of the plate by the contact part. Additionally, the plate for cosmetics according to the present device can prevent the cosmetic formulas from coming off from the plate because air and moisture generated during the compression molding by the press can be easily expelled through the holes.

BEST MODE

The plate for cosmetics according to the present device can prevent metallic materials harmful to the human body from being diffused because the plate for cosmetics in which cosmetic formulas are compressed and molded is made of a synthetic resin material. Moreover, the plate for cosmetics according to the present device can enhance workability in separate collection and promote convenience because users can throw away a cosmetic container and the plate without separating the plate from the cosmetic container as they are. Furthermore, the plate for cosmetics according to the present device can prevent cosmetic formulas from being separated from the plate during the use because the cosmetic formulas are closely adhered on the inner bottom surface of the plate by the contact part. Additionally, the plate for cosmetics according to the present device can prevent the cosmetic formulas from coming off from the plate because air and moisture generated during the compression molding by a press can be easily expelled through holes.

Mode for Device

Hereinafter, reference will be now made in detail to the preferred embodiment of the present device with reference to the attached drawings. It will be understood that words or terms used in the specification and claims should be interpreted as having a meaning that is consistent with their meaning in the context of the relevant art and the technical idea of the device, based on the principle that an inventor may properly define the meaning of the words or terms to best explain the device.

As illustrated in the drawings, a plate for cosmetics according to the present device is accommodated in a receiving part 11 of a body 10 of a cosmetic container, which includes the body 10 having the receiving part 11 and a cover 20 hinge-coupled with the body 10 for opening and closing the upper part of the body 10. The plate 30 contains cosmetic formulas therein.

The plate 30 contains cosmetic formulas, which are compressed and molded by compression molding by a press after powder ingredients of cosmetics are injected into the plate 30.

As described above, during the process that the powder ingredients are compressed by the press, air is naturally generated, but conventional plates for cosmetics cannot expel the generated air at all, and hence, have the problem in that the cosmetic formulas come off due to the existing air. However, the plate for cosmetics according to the present device can expel the generated air through holes 32 formed in the plate 30.

In other words, the plate 30 includes holes 32 formed in the bottom surface 31 for expelling the air and a contact part 33 protruding from the bottom surface 31.

Moreover, the plate 30 is made of the same synthetic resin material as the body 10 and the cover 20 of the cosmetic container.

Preferably, Nano-silver material may be added to the synthetic resin material forming the plate 30.

As described above, because the holes 32 are formed in the bottom surface 31 of the plate 30, the air generated during the process that the cosmetic ingredients are compressed by the press can be easily expelled through the holes 32, and hence, the plate 30 for cosmetics according to the present device can solve the problem due to the existing air.

At this time, it is preferable that the holes 32 have an inner diameter as large as the holes 32 do not expel the cosmetic ingredients but expel only the generated air.

The contact part 33 of the plate 30 for cosmetics according to the present device has triangular protrusions protruding from the bottom surface 31.

Alternatively, the contact part 33 has round protrusions protruding from the bottom surface 31 and is formed along the inner circumference of the plate 30.

Therefore, the cosmetic ingredients compressed and molded inside the plate 30 by the contact part 33 are closely supported by the contact part 33 so as to prevent the cosmetic formulas from being separated from the plate 30.

Furthermore, the plate for cosmetics according to the present device is easy in manufacturing and increases more than 30 percent in an output so as to reduce the manufacturing costs.

While the present device has been particularly shown and described with reference to the example embodiments thereof, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present device is not limited to the example embodiments and various changes, modifications and equivalents of the present device belong to the technical scope of the present device as defined by the following claims.
