As people age, a sign of growing old is the appearance of wrinkles. A reason for the occurrence of wrinkles is aging of skin and a decrease in collagen content, and cosmetic products are now on to the market these days so as to prevent or delay these problems. However, measures for preventing wrinkles using chemical methods are very expensive, and thus it is a fact that it is difficult for people with low incomers to use these chemical methods.

Accordingly, a method to prevent wrinkles using simple measures in daily life has been suggested. A head band for preventing wrinkles disclosed in Korea Registration Utility Model

Publication No. 461031 and a mask for preventing wrinkles disclosed in Korea Registration Utility Model 460559 are examples of these methods. However, conventional head bands for preventing wrinkles and masks for preventing wrinkles are things to be worn on a person's face, and thus the head band and the mask are typically used only indoors at bedtime or break times because they are not good for outdoor activities. In addition, there is a problem that the head band and mask do not affect other specific portions that are wrinkled, for example, the front surface or side of a neck, a chin portion and so on. It is also cumbersome to wear the head band and the mask because these head band and mask generally cover the face.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODYMENT OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Although embodiments of the present invention will be described, those skilled in the art will readily appreciate that many modifications are possible in the embodiments without materially departing from the novel teachings and advantages of the present invention. Therefore, the invention is not to be construed as being limited to the specific embodiments disclosed herein, and modifications to the disclosed embodiments, as well as other embodiments, are intended to be included within the scope of the appended claims.

FIG. 1 is a plan view illustrating a band 101 for preventing wrinkles according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view illustrating the band 101 for preventing wrinkles of FIG. 1. Referring to FIGS. 1 to 2, the band for preventing wrinkles 101 includes a band 100 and a preprinted portion 40. The preprinted portion 40 may be constructed of, for example, wax paper or other suitable material. The band 100 has a band shape, and the band 100 is divided to a non-bonding portion 10 and a bonding portion 20. The non-bonding portion 10 occupies a central portion of the band 100 and an adhesive is not applied to the non-bonding portion 10. Each of the bonding portions 20 extends from both sides from the non-bonding portion 10 and adhesive is applied to the bonding portion 20. The bonding portion 20 has a width wider than a width of the non-bonding portion 10. A reference symbol w1 indicates the width of the non-bonding portion 10, and a reference symbol w2 indicates the width of the bonding portion 20.

The preprinted portion 40 is adhered to both of the bonding portions 20 through the adhesive. The preprinted portion 40 may be cut with the band 100, and thus the preprinted portion 40 may protrude from the bonding portion 20 to the non-bonding portion 10 while the preprinted portion 40 is adhered to the bonding portion 20, and may have the same shape as the bonding portion 20. The extended and protruded portion of the preprinted portion 40 allows the user to easily tear off the preprinted portion 40, and thus the adhesive is not applied to the extended and protruded portion of the preprinted portion 40.

A composite for preventing wrinkles, an air freshener, or a composite for freshening the brain may be applied to the non-bonding portion 10 and bonding portion 20, and in this case the preprinted portion 40 may cover the non-bonding portion 10 so as to prevent a coming away the composite for preventing wrinkles from being during a storage and a distribution of the band for preventing wrinkles 101. It will also prevent the air freshener from evaporating by a seal packing. At this time, end portions of the preprinted portion 40 may extend from each of the bonding portions 20 to the non-bonding portion 10 to be overlapped each other so that the user can easily tear off the preprinted portion 40.

FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating an example of attaching the band 101 for preventing wrinkles according to the present invention, and shows the case of attaching the band 101 for preventing wrinkles to back of a neck. When applying band 101, the user pinches the skin on the back of the neck between the thumb and index finger of one hand while watching a mirror, and locates an accurate point where the wrinkles are best smoothed by moving the hand in up and down directions. Next, one side preprinted portion 40 of the band 101 is removed to attach the band 101 to one point, by attaching the band 101 the skin of back of the neck by holding an end of the band 101 with the other hand. After one side is attached to the skin, the user pushes the skin on the opposite side while pulling the band 101, after tearing off the other side of preprinted portion 40. Then, the user stretches 101 tightly to attach bonding portion 20 on the other side to the neck. By pulling the skin tight of the back of the neck and securing it with both bond portions, wrinkles on the front side of the neck are smoothed. At this time, the non-bonding portion 10 of the band 101 for preventing wrinkles is located at a center of back of the neck.

The band 101 is attached to the skin in a tight state, and a problem arises in which the band 101 may become detached from an adhered portion when an adhesive strength is weak.

Thus, an area of the bonding portion 20 is made to be wider than an area of the non-bonding portion 10. Specifically, if a protruding portion of the bonding portion 20 is made to form a right angle with respect to the non-bonding portion 10, when the band 101 is pulled to be attached to the neck, the bonding portion 20 may have an unwanted distortion by a tension and the adhesive strength of the band 101 may be decreased. To overcome this, in an embodiment of the present invention the bonding portion 20 is made wider by extending outwards at an angle from the non-bonding portion 10 at an angle of 25 to 60 degrees.

To avoid discomfort to the user when the width w2 of the bonding portion 20 is too wide, the width w2 of the bonding portion 20 is made to be slightly wider than the width w1 of the non-bonding portion 10. Particularly, the width w2 of the bonding portion 20 may be one to two times as wide as the width w1 of the non-bonding portion 10. Since the non-bonding portion 10 pulls the skin and actually contributes to preventing wrinkles with the composite, a length L2 of the bonding portion 20 may be from one third to one half times of a length L1 of the non-bonding portion 10.

The band 101 may be transparent, or skin colored so that the band 101 does not stand out, and the band 101 may have a plurality of through-holes 30. Since head may be caught and attached to the band 101 when the band 101 is attached to back or side of the neck because the non-bonding portion 10 is comparatively longer than the bonding portion 20, the adhesive is not applied to the non-bonding portion 10.

In FIG. 1, the bonding portion 20 has a quadrangle shape by extending outward from the non-bonding portion 10 in a direction away from the non-bonding portion 10, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The bonding portion 20 may have various shapes as illustrated in FIGS. 3 to 5. Specifically, the bonding portion 20 may have a streamlined shape in which a width becomes narrow again after the bonding portion 20 extends outwards from the non-bonding portion 10 as illustrated in FIG. 3. The bonding portion 20 may also have an ellipse shape or a circle shape as illustrated in FIG. 5.

In addition, after the bonding portion 20 extends outwards from the non-bonding portion 10, the bonding portion 20 extends in a direction opposite to the non-bonding portion 10, and a protrusion portion 21 may be formed at a central portion of an end of the extended portion as illustrated in FIG. 4. The protrusion portion 21 helps the bonding portion 20 to properly adhered to a narrow and folded portion in back of the neck, and the protrusion portion 21 facilitates attaching the bonding portion 20 easily by holding the end of the bonding portion 20 with one hand to minimize contact with the adhesive, when the preprinted portion 40 is torn off and the bonding portion 20 is attached to the skin.

While the invention has been shown and described with reference to certain embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details made be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, as defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
