The elastic rope has a simple structure, is scientific and reasonable, is easy to make and is low in investment cost; and the flocked layer also has a protection effect, so that aging and friction damage of the body are retarded and service life is prolonged.

The utility model relates to the technical field of wires, in particular to a decorative or domestic elastic rope.

TECHNICAL BACKGROUND

A conventional decorative or domestic elastic rope, such as an elastic rope for binding hair or being worn on the wrist for decoration, commonly is a naked rope body or is a complex formed by compounding chemical fiber threads or woven belts on the periphery of the naked rope body. However, in the actual use, the naked rope body is easy to twist with hair of a user, has poor hand feeling and comfort when in use and is short of decorativeness; and although the elastic rope compounded with the chemical fiber threads or the woven belts can improve hand feeling and improve decorativeness, the elastic rope compounded with the chemical fiber threads or the woven belts is difficult to make and is low in efficiency and the wound chemical fiber threads or woven belts are easy to separate, fall off or misplace, so that the integral aesthetic feeling of the elastic rope is reduced and meanwhile, the elastic rope loses original efficacy and has short service life.

Therefore, aiming at the problems of the conventional decorative elastic rope, the applicant upholds the spirit of research innovation and excellence, utilizes the professional perspective and the professional knowledge and researches an elastic rope which is convenient to manufacture, is comfortable to use and has long service life.

The elastic rope comprises an elastic body, and a flocked layer is attached to the outer surface of the body.

The body is a naked elastic rubber rope or silica gel rope.

The body is a complex formed by compounding chemical fiber threads or woven belts on the periphery of the naked elastic rubber rope or silica gel rope.

The section of the body is of a circular, flat, oval or polygon shape.

The complex internally comprises one or a plurality of naked elastic rubber ropes or silica gel ropes.

The body also can be one of spiral bodies comprising a poly urethane (PU) or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) spring wire, a flexible wire, a curved wire, a curl cord, a telephone line and the like.

According to the utility model, the flocked layer is attached to the outer surface of the elastic body so as to form the decorative elastic rope; the color of the flocked layer can be randomly selected; flocking can be regularly or irregularly distributed so as to obtain excellent decorativeness; the flocked layer can be tightly attached to the elastic body by utilizing a flocking process; the flocked layer is difficult to separate from the elastic body and fall off; the flocked layer has excellent hand feeling and use comfort, so that usability and decorativeness of the elastic rope are greatly promoted; and when the elastic rope is used for binding hair, the flocked layer cannot be wound and twisted with hair to form knots, so that the elastic rope is very convenient and smooth to disassemble and hair cannot be damaged.

The elastic rope has a simple structure, is scientific and reasonable, is easy to make and is low in investment cost; and the flocked layer is attached to the outer surface of the body and also has a protection effect, so that aging and friction damage of the body are retarded and service life is prolonged.

FIG. 1 to FIG. 4 show diagrams of the preferable embodiment of the utility model for reference. The utility model relates to an elastic rope which comprises an elastic body 1, a flocked layer 2 is attached to the outer surface of the body 1. The flocked layer 2 is attached to the elastic body 1 by a flocking process, tight connection between the flocked layer 2 and the elastic body 1 can be implemented. The flocked layer 2 is difficult to loose, the elastic rope has long service life. Usability of the elastic rope is promoted by utilizing soft and comfortable hand feeling of the flocked layer 2. When the elastic rope is used for binding hair or being worn on the wrist, comfort of the elastic rope is greatly promoted, a using effect is obvious, and meanwhile, the condition that the elastic rope is twisted with skin or hair is reduced. And when the elastic rope is used for binding hair, the flocked layer 2 cannot be wound and twisted with hair to form knots, so that the elastic rope is very convenient and smooth to disassemble and hair cannot be damaged. The color of the flocked layer 2 can be randomly selected and flocking can be regularly or irregularly distributed so as to obtain excellent decorativeness and promote the visual aesthetic feeling and diversity. In the embodiment, the flocked layer 2 can be attached to the elastic body 1 according to the conventional flocking process, and thus, the elastic rope is easy to make and is low in investment cost.

As shown in FIG. 1, the body 1 is a naked elastic rubber rope, silica gel rope or PPR (pentatricopeptide repeats) rope and when the flocked layer 2 is directly attached to the body 1, forming of a coating structure on the surface of the naked elastic rubber rope or silica gel rope can be implemented so as to meet the actual use requirements. The PPR rope is a rope body made of a PPR material and PPR is also named polypropylene random copolymer.

As shown in FIG. 2,

the body 1 also can be a complex formed by compounding chemical fiber threads or woven belts 3 on the periphery of the naked elastic rubber rope or silica gel rope or PPR rope. The complex internally comprises one or a plurality of naked elastic rubber ropes or silica gel ropes or PPR ropes; and at the moment, the flocked layer 2 is attached to the complex so as to not only take effects of decorating and beautifying appearance and improving comfort and softness, but also strengthen a binding force of the coating structure on the peripheries of the naked elastic rubber ropes, silica gel ropes or PPR ropes to enable the chemical fibers or woven belts 3 and the flocked layer 2 to be difficult to fall off.

As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the section of the body 1 can be of a circular, flat, oval or polygon shape and all other variations of the section shape are also deemed to be similar variations of the technology of the utility model. According to the utility model, mainly, the surface of the elastic rope is subjected to flocking processing to enable the flocked layer 2 to be attached to the outer surface of the body 1 of the elastic rope, so that the soft and comfortable surface is obtained, the elastic rope is more comfortable to use and a manufacturing process of the elastic rope is improved and service life of the elastic rope is prolonged.

As shown in FIG. 5, the body 1 also can be one of spiral bodies comprising a poly urethane (PU) or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) spring wire, a flexible wire, a curved wire, a curl cord, a telephone line and the like and has the characteristic of elasticity. When the flocked layer 2 is attached to the surface of the body 1 by the flocking process, forming of the coating structure on the surface of the body 1 can be implemented, so that not only is a decorating effect achieved, but also the hand feeling of the surface of the body 1 is improved. And the flocked layer 2 has a protection effect, so that aging and friction damage of the body are retarded and service life is prolonged.

Claims

1. An elastic rope, comprising an elastic body, wherein a flocked layer is attached to the outer surface of the body.

2. The elastic rope according to claim 1, wherein the body is a naked elastic rubber rope or silica gel rope.

3. The elastic rope according to claim 1, wherein the body is a complex formed by compounding chemical fiber threads or woven belts on the periphery of the naked elastic rubber rope or silica gel rope.

4. The elastic rope according to claim 1, wherein the section of the body is of a circular, flat, oval or polygon shape.

5. The elastic rope according to claim 3, wherein the complex internally comprises one or a plurality of naked elastic rubber ropes or silica gel ropes.

6. The elastic rope according to claim 1, wherein the body is one of spiral bodies comprising a poly urethane (PU) or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) spring wire, a flexible wire, a curved wire, a curl cord and a telephone line.
