FIG. 1 illustrates a side view of a piece of shock absorption footwear, according to an embodiment of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF ILLUSTRATIVE EMBODIMENTS

Various aspects of the illustrative embodiments will be described using terms commonly employed by those skilled in the art to convey the substance of their work to others skilled in the art. However, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced with only some of the described aspects. For purposes of explanation, specific numbers, materials and configurations are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the illustrative embodiments. However, it will be apparent to one skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced without the specific details. In other instances, well-known features are omitted or simplified in order not to obscure the illustrative embodiments.

Various operations will be described as multiple discrete operations, in turn, in a manner that is most helpful in understanding the present invention. However, the order of description should not be construed as to imply that these operations are necessarily order dependent. In particular, these operations need not be performed in the order of presentation.

The phrase “in one embodiment” is utilized repeatedly. The phrase generally does not refer to the same embodiment, however, it may. The terms “comprising”, “having” and “including” are synonymous, unless the context dictates otherwise.

FIG. 1 illustrates a side view of a piece of shock absorption footwear 100, according to an embodiment of the present invention.

The piece of shock absorption footwear 100 includes a base athletic shoe 110, a sole 120 and a plurality of magnets 130. The base athletic shoe 110 includes a bottom 112 that is worn by a user while the user plays a sport such as tennis, basketball or walking or wears as a piece of casual footwear. The sole 120 is disposed on the bottom 112 of the base athletic shoe 110 and includes a heel portion 122. The heel portion 122 of the sole 120 forms an open wedge 124 with a top inside surface 126 and a bottom inside surface 128. The open wedge 124 is made of molded rubber and is positioned on the heel portion 122 of the sole 120. When a user wears the piece of shock absorption footwear 100 and steps on a surface, the top inside surface 126 and the bottom inside surface 128 are brought relatively closer together. The magnets 130 are embedded on the top inside surface 126 and the bottom inside surface 128 and form a magnetic field 127 between the top inside surface 126 and the bottom inside surface 128 that relatively smoothly cushions a user's heel and reduces impact on the user's heel while the user is running, walking, playing a sport or wearing the piece of shock absorption footwear 100 as a casual shoe. The magnets 130 being embedded on the top inside surface 126 and the bottom inside surface 128 are relatively more secure than the magnets 130 being glued to or secured on the top inside surface 126 and the bottom inside surface 128 since the embedded magnets 130 are relatively less likely to come loose or fall off of the top inside surface 126 and the bottom inside surface 128. The magnets 130 embedded on the top inside surface 126 and the bottom inside surface 128 are less likely to come loose from the top inside surface 126 and the bottom inside surface 128 than a plurality of secured magnets. Secured magnets are defined as magnets 130 that are glued, stapled or nailed to the top inside surface 126 and the bottom inside surface 128. The magnets 130 can be one or more magnetic strips 132, a plurality of magnetic pieces 134 or other suitable magnetic material form. The magnets 130 can also be positioned when the piece of shock absorption footwear 100 is manufactured.

The piece of shock absorption footwear utilizes a sneaker design that functions as a magnetic foundation tennis shoe. Made from relatively high quality materials, the piece of shock absorption footwear includes a sneaker possessing an open rubber molded sole that can house a plurality of magnets within a wedge of the sneaker. The polarity from the magnets, once embedded into the shoe, serve as a balancing field that relieves impact, absorbs shock associated with walking or running while preventing the soles from altering positions during vertical movement. The piece of shock absorption footwear may be readily available at renowned apparel or podiatrist specific retailers. The piece of shock absorption footwear is a polarity magnetic athletic shoe that is shock absorbing, decreases fatigue and promotes low impact, which may prove to benefit the user's spine and overall joints. The feature of an innovative sport, hiking, walking, and/or running shoe that supports the mobility of the wearer, regardless of their personal weight, affords an activist with an alternative approach to maintaining proper foot alignment.

While the present invention has been related in terms of the foregoing embodiments, those skilled in the art will recognize that the invention is not limited to the embodiments described. The present invention can be practiced with modification and alteration within the spirit and scope of the appended claims. Thus, the description is to be regarded as illustrative instead of restrictive on the present invention.
