The present invention relates to footwear, more particularly to a shoe with a built-in decorative light-emitting module.
BACKGROUND ARTFootwear and garments with flashing lights have been popular for a number of reasons, including safety, an attractive appearance, and simply for a novelty effect. Light-emitting shoes become popular among children and adults due to their fashionable appearance and safety, children who wear shoes capable of emitting lights of various colors feel quite exciting while walking, in addition, teenagers and youngsters, who are extremely eager for fashion, often wear sports shoes as casual shoes and believe that wearing sports shoes, skating shoes, boots and other footwear decorated with a light-emitting source is a way of showing own fashion.
The shoe that can emit light is a shoe with a light-emitting module disposed in the body thereof, the light-emitting shoe in the prior art is mainly featured by arranging a plurality of light-emitting bodies at the edge of the sole or on the upper in an embedment manner and lightening the light-emitting bodies by extrusion to the shoe while wearing or by starting up a power supply switch for the light-emitting bodies in a vibrating way, wherein a light-permeable cover is disposed on the plurality of light-emitting bodies and provides isolation-type protection for the light-emitting bodies, however, this traditional light-permeable cover is merely used as a protective cover capable of light permeation, so the light efficiency of the light-emitting shoe is achieved mainly by means of inherent characteristics of the light-emitting bodies, in this case, single light efficiency of the light-emitting shoe fails to satisfy people's further pursuit of new fashion.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe objective of the present invention is to provide a light-emitting shoe, which is a product having identical properties with traditional light-emitting shoe, and the technical problem to be solved by the present invention mainly lies in the fact that: single light efficiency of traditional light-emitting shoe is unable to offer diversified light effects.
To solve the technical problem above, the technical proposal adopted in the present invention is that: the present invention provides a light-emitting shoes, comprising:
-
- a sole and a light-emitting module disposed inside the sole,
- the light-emitting module comprises a light-emitting controller and a plurality of light-emitting bodies electrically connected with the light-emitting controller, the light-emitting controller is disposed in the sole, and the plurality of light-emitting bodies are disposed at the edge of the sole,
- a light-permeable cover is further arranged at the edge of the sole, and the light-permeable cover is corresponding to the light-emitting ends of the light-emitting bodies and is a prism with at least one irregular side face.
Preferably: the light-permeable cover encircles the edge of the sole and is corresponding to the light-emitting ends of the light-emitting bodies, the outer side face of the light-permeable cover is a smooth circular-arc face, and the inner side face of the light-permeable cover is an irregular prism face.
Preferably: the light-permeable cover encircles the edge of the sole and is corresponding to the light-emitting ends of the light-emitting bodies, and both the inner side face and the outer side face of the light-permeable cover are irregular prism faces.
Preferably: an accommodating groove is disposed at a position of heel on the sole, and the light-emitting controller is disposed in the accommodating groove.
Preferably: the light-emitting body is an LED bead.
Preferably: a plurality of concave bases are disposed at the edge of the sole, and the plurality of light-emitting bodies are respectively embedded in the concave bases in a manner of one-to-one correspondence.
Preferably: the plurality of light-emitting bodies are electrically connected to a flexible printed circuit board (FPCB), a slot is disposed at the edge of the sole, and the flexible printed circuit board is embedded in the slot, the light-emitting bodies are located at the edge of the sole, and the light-emitting ends of the light-emitting bodies are corresponding to the outer side of the sole.
Preferably: a vibration switch is disposed in the light-emitting controller.
Preferably: a contact switch is electrically connected to the light-emitting controller, and is disposed at a position of the inner side of the light-emitting shoe where contact thereof with the foot of wearer can be realized.
Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the advantages that: the light-permeable cover in a prism structure is disposed at the edge of the sole corresponding to the light-emitting ends of the light-emitting bodies so that lights emitted by the light-emitting bodies are refracted by the prism and then scattered out, and because at least one side face of the prism is an irregular prism face, the refracted lights form irregular light spots on an irradiation surface, thus effectively improving the light efficiency of the light-emitting shoe of the present invention.
The light-emitting shoe provided in the present invention will be described below in more details with reference to

In a preferred embodiment: a vibration switch is disposed in the light-emitting controller, and via this vibration switch, the light-emitting shoe of the present invention is powered on and operates only in case of vibration, which prevents the shoe from power loss during idling.
As shown in
To sum up, the inventive objective above can be effectively and fully fulfilled by the technical proposal of the present invention, and structural and functional principles of the present invention have been completely verified in the embodiments so as to achieve the anticipated efficiency and objective, in addition, variations to the embodiments of the present invention could also be made in accordance with these principles, thus the present invention includes all substitution contents within the scope mentioned in the patent scope. Any equivalent variation made within the patent scope of the present invention shall fall within the patent scope of this application.
