In addition, the light-emitting device includes a battery fixed in the swimming glasses, and the battery cannot be changed. When the battery is exhausted, the light-emitting device cannot operate.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Solving the above problems, the present invention provides a swimming glasses. The swimming glasses comprises a pad to prevent light from a light-emitting device from damaging eyes, and at least one battery that can be changed to ensure operation of the light-emitting device, so that the service life and the utility of the swimming glasses are enhanced.

The present invention provides a swimming glasses that comprises a first lens, a second lens, a spectacle frame connecting the first lens to the second lens, a pad joined to the first lens and the second lens and contacting tightly with skin of eye sockets, a head band joined to the spectacle frame to surround a head, a receiving member joined to the spectacle frame, a lock member attached to the receiving member to adjust a degree of tightness of the head band, and a light-emitting device received in the spectacle frame and comprising a printed circuit board, at least one light source mounted on the printed circuit board, and at least one battery electrically connected to the printed circuit board.

In addition, the light-emitting device further comprising an IC (Integrated Circuit), a switch to control the at least one light source, wherein the at least one light source is electrically connected to the IC and the switch.

In addition, the at least one light source is arranged at a side of the spectacle frame, when the swimming glasses operates, the at least one light source gives out light.

In addition, the at least one light source comprising at least one operation mode.

In addition, the pad is non-transparent to prevent light from the at least one light source from damaging eyes.

Compared with the prior art, the swimming glasses of the present invention whose pad can prevent the light from the at least one light source from damaging the eyes. In addition, the at least one battery can be changed to ensure operation of the light-emitting device, so that the service life and the utility of the swimming glasses are improved.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

Further description of the present invention will be illustrated, which combined with embodiments in the drawings:

FIG. 1 is an isometric view of a swimming glasses of an exemplary embodiment of the present invention;

FIG. 2 is similar to FIG. 1, but viewing from another aspect; and

FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of FIG. 1.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF ILLUSTRATED EMBODIMENTS

all of the embodiments of the present invention. In view of the embodiments described herein, any other embodiments obtained by the person skilled in the field without offering creative effort is included in a scope claimed by the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a swimming glasses of the present invention is provided. The swimming glasses includes a first lens 2, a second lens 4, a spectacle frame 3 connecting the first lens 2 and the second lens 4, a pad 5 joined to the first lens 2 and the second lens 4 and contacting tightly with skin of eye sockets to achieve airtight effect, a head band 14 joined to the spectacle frame 3 to surround a head, a receiving member 6 joined to the spectacle frame 3, and a lock member 7 attached to the receiving member 6 to adjust a degree of tightness of the head band 14.

Referring also to FIG. 3, the swimming glasses further includes a light-emitting device. The light-emitting device includes a printed circuit board 9, a light source 8 mounted on the printed circuit board 9, at least one battery 10 electrically connected to the printed circuit board 9, a switch 11 to control the light source 8, and a gasket ring 13 attached to the spectacle frame 3 to avoid water entering into the light-emitting device.

In the embodiment, the light-emitting device further includes an IC (Integrated Circuit). In other embodiments, the light-emitting device includes a plurality of light sources 8, the light sources 8 are electrically connected to each other by the IC. In addition, the light sources 8 are electrically connected to the IC and the switch 11. In assembly, the light-emitting device is received in the spectacle frame 3, and the gasket ring 13 is attached to the spectacle frame 3, resulting in avoiding water entering into the light-emitting device. Because the gasket ring 13 seals the light-emitting device, when the swimming glasses is under the water, the light-emitting device can still operate, so that a good user demand is acquired, and the user experience of the effect of the swimming glasses is improved.

In the embodiment, when the battery 10 runs down, a new battery 10 takes place of the old battery 10, so that the operation of the light-emitting device is ensured. Further, the light source 8 is arranged at a side of the spectacle frame 3. When the swimming glasses is in an operation, the light source 8 includes at least one an operation mode. In addition, the pad 5 is non-transparent to prevent light from the light source 8 from damaging eyes. In the same time, the pad 5 contacts tightly with the skin of the eye sockets to achieve airtight effect and the light source 8 is arranged outside of the pad 5 when the user wears the swimming glasses, so that the pad 5 covers the eyes and prevent the light from the light source 8 from damaging the user's eyes.

Compared with the prior art, the swimming glasses of the present invention whose pad 5 can prevent the light from the light source 8 from damaging the user's eyes. In addition, the at least one battery 10 can be changed to ensure operation of the light-emitting device, so that the service life and the utility of the swimming glasses are improved.

While the present invention has been described with reference to particular embodiments, it will be understood that the embodiments are illustrative and that the invention scope is not so limited. Alternative embodiments of the present invention will become apparent to those having ordinary skill in the art to which the present invention pertains. Such alternate embodiments are considered to be encompassed within the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the scope of the present invention is described by the appended claims and is supported by the foregoing description.
