This application claims foreign priority of Korean Patent Application No. 10-2011-0055194, filed on Jun. 8, 2011, which is incorporated by reference in its entirety into this application.
TECHNICAL FIELDThe invention relates to a shoe sole having superior ventilation function and having a double-landing function being able to have superior shock absorption function while walking and to enhance ventilation property through smoothly flowing a fresh air outside a shoe into an inside of the shoe.
BACKGROUND ARTGenerally, person wears shoes to her or his feet and to facilitate her of his movement. Various types of shoes are manufactured to various types in order to satisfy various functional aspects needed according to improvement of the standard of living and widening activity area of person. For example, there are various types of shoes such as running shoes, formal dress shoes, work shoes, boots, hiking boots, and so on.
As such, shoes satisfy various functions according to activity area of person, thereby providing improved convenience and efficiency to the person in the active area. However, the shoes have shapes just for surrounding and sealing feet. Thus, temperature at surface portions of the feet surrounded by the shoes are increased by friction between the feet and inner surface portions of the shoes, and humidity is also increased by sweat generated by the feet. Accordingly, an inside of the shoes and the feet smell bad, and the feet get chronic diseases such as athlete's foot.
DISCLOSURE Technical ProblemThe present invention has been made to solve the above problems. More particularly, the present invention provides a shoe sole having superior ventilation function and having a double-landing function. The shoe sole is able to keep comfortable and safe walking by absorbing shock during walk and to maintain a pleasant environment by continuously supplying an air into an inside of a shoe.
Technical SolutionA shoe sole according to an aspect to the invention has ventilation function and has a double-landing function. The shoe sole includes a main groove, and sole including a pressure pad of a flat shape and connection portion. The main groove is formed on a bottom surface at a heel area and communicates with a ventilation groove supplying air into an inside of a shoe to supply the air into the inside of the shoe. The pressure pad convexly protrudes toward the ground at an area corresponding to the main groove. The connection portion connects the pressure pad and the sole. The shoe sole has a double-landing process. In the double-landing process, a bottom surface of the pressure pad is in contact with the ground and is introduced into the groove, and then, the bottom surface of the sole is in contact with the ground. The connection portion is thinner than the pressure pad so that the pressure pad is easily introduced when landing.
Advantageous EffectsAccording to an embodiment of the invention, an air is freely generated during walking and is supplied to an inside of a shoe. A pressure pad protrudes toward the ground, and thus, an area of an inner space between the pressure pad and a groove formed at a mid-sole increases. Also, the force applied to the mid-sole from a body during walking and the force applied to the pressure pad from the ground are simultaneously generated, and thus, an inner pressure increases. As a result, an air-generation amount improves and a shock-absorption force increase, thereby enabling pleasant and comfortable walking.
Also, a slip during walking can be prevented by a double-landing through a mutual operation of the pressure pad and the bottom surface of the sole. Accordingly, safe walking can be possible.
Further, in the embodiment of the invention, the pressure pad and the groove are formed at an entire area of elbow and a heel, and communicated to each other through a flow path pipe. Therefore, the air-generation amount and the shock-absorption force can increase more.
By the above functions, pain of joints, such as a heel, an ankle, a pelvis, and a spine, can be relived. The pressure of the foot can be distributed. Also, bacterial affections such as athlete's foot and eczema can be prevented by generating and ventilating air. Thus, the shoe sole can be applied to various shoes as well as shoes for foot-disease patient (for example, a patient having foot disease due to diabetes).
Hereinafter, with reference to accompanying drawings, embodiments of the invention will be described in detail in such a manner that the invention may easily be carried out by a person having ordinary skill in the art to which the invention pertains. In the descriptions regarding an operation principal of the embodiments, detailed descriptions about known functions or components that may vague technical feature of the invention will be omitted.
Hereinafter, with reference to
As shown in
The mid-sole 100 may be formed of a soft material having elasticity to have shock-absorption function. The main groove 110 formed at the mid-sole 100 is formed to have predetermined or regular depth. Thus, the main groove 110 generates air by a pressure due to the pressure pad 210. The ventilation groove 120 is formed at the upper surface of the area of the mid-sole 100 where the elbow is in contact. The ventilation groove 120 communicates with the main groove 110. The air generated at the main groove 110 is flows into the ventilation groove 120, and then, is supplied to an inside of the shoe.
Hereinafter, it is described that the main groove 110 communicates with the ventilation groove 120 in detail. The main groove 110 communicates with the ventilation groove 120 through a flow path pipe 130 coupled to the mid-sole 100. As shown in
The pressure pad 210 formed at the sole 200 has a flat shape or a planar shape. The pressure pad 210 may be formed of a rubber material having elasticity. The pressure pad 210 is convex to protrude from the bottom surface of the sole 200 to the ground. When landing, the entire bottom surface of the pressure pad 210 is in contact with the ground and is introduced toward the main groove 110, thereby generating air and absorbing shock. That is, when landing, the pressure pad 210 convexly protruding toward the ground is in contact with the ground and is introduced toward the main groove 110, thereby increasing inner pressure of the main groove 110 and generating air. The generated air flows through the flow path pipe 130 and flows into the ventilation groove 120.
In this instance, at the sole 200, a connection portion 214 connecting the pressure pad 210 and the sole 200 along an edge portion is formed along the edge portion of the pressure pad 210. The connection portion 214 is thinner than the pressure pad 210, and is convex toward the main groove 110. That is, this is for smoothly introducing the pressure pad 210. The edge portion of the pressure pad 210 connected to the sole 200 convexly protrudes, and thus, it is extended. Thereby, the lengthened edge portion can be compensated by tensile force generated at the edge portion while the pressure pad 210 is introduced. As a result, the pressure pad 210 can be smoothly introduced.
On the other hand, a mid-sole protrusion 112 having a cylindrical shape is formed in the main groove 110. The mid-sole protrusion 112 protrudes from the bottom surface and has an end being in contacted with the pressure pad 210. The mid-sole protrusion 112 is contracted and expanded to be in contact with the pressure pad 210 in order to support the pressure pad 210 and to absorb shock. That is, when landing during walk, the pressure pad 210 is introduced into the main groove 110, and the mid-sole protrusion 112 is contracted and absorbs shock generated at the pressure pad 210. When the pressure pad 210 protrudes to an outside again, the mid-sole protrusion 112 is expanded and continuously supports the pressure pad 210. In this instance, the shape of the mid-sole protrusion 112 is not limited to the cylindrical shape. Thus, the mid-sole protrusion 112 has various sizes and various shapes to have optimal shock-absorption amount according to sizes and shapes of shoes.
Also, a pad groove 212 where the mid-sole protrusion 112 is inserted is formed on the upper surface of the pressure pad 210. The pad groove 212 is formed at an area corresponding to the mid-sole protrusion 112 being inserted into the pad groove 212 and surrounds an outer surface of the mid-sole protrusion 112. Accordingly, while the pressure pad 210 is introduced into the main groove 110 and the mid-sole protrusion 112 is contracted or while the pressure pad 210 protrudes toward the ground and the mid-sole protrusion 112 is expanded, the pad groove 212 surrounds the outer surface of the mid-sole protrusion 112. Thus, the pad groove 212 prevents the mid-sole protrusion 112 being distorted or separated from the pad groove 212 and enhances shock-absorption force.
In addition, as shown in
A process of absorbing the shock and generating and flowing the air by the shoe sole having the above structure during walking will be described with reference to
When landing, as shown in
And then, the pressure pad 210 is totally inserted into the main groove 110, and the bottom surface of the pressure pad 210 and the bottom surface of the sole 200 are aligned with or flushed with each other. A second landing process that the entire bottom surface of the sole 200 is in contact with the ground is performed. Thus, a complete and stable landing can be possible. The air-generation amount and the shock-absorption amount are increased by a double-landing process through the introduction of the pressure pad 210. Accordingly, a pleasant environment can be maintained and comfortable walking can be possible.
