Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a mildew-resistant packaging, and more particularly to coating or vaporizing a mildew-resistant layer onto an inner wall of a main body of the packaging.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Conventionally, to prevent mildew in a container, people usually put preservatives, desiccants or deoxygenating agent into the container to inhibit or eliminate the growth of mold or bacteria. Although it may be effective, preservatives may cause problems to human health, desiccants can only absorb moisture but cannot inhibit the growth of the mildew, and deoxygenating agents are not effective to anaerobes to prevent the growth of the mildew. A mildew-resistant patch has been developed and some mildew-resistant components can be released from the patch when the patch is attached to an inner surface of the container, for instance. However, the costs of manufacturing the patch can be high and it may be time-consuming to dispose the patch onto the inner surface of the container. Therefore, there remains a need for a new and improved mildew-resistant packaging to overcome the problems stated above.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention provides a mildew-resistant packaging may include a main body and a gasification mildew-resistant layer. The main body includes a cover and a bottle. In one embodiment, the bottle has an inner wall. The main body also includes a separation pad disposed near an opening of the bottle.

The mildew-resistant layer is coated on an inner wall of the cover and on the inner wall of the bottle. In another embodiment, the mildew-resistant layer can be vaporized onto the inner wall. In a further embodiment, the mildew-resistant layer can be coated or vaporized on a surface of the separation pad. The mildew-resistant layer may include vaporized pepper, horseradish and grape seed, which can be released into the main body and separation pad to achieve the goal of mildew-resistant.

In order to further understand the goal, characteristics and effect of the present invention, a number of embodiments along with the drawings are illustrated as following:

In one embodiment referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, a mildew-resistant packaging may include a main body 10 and a mildew-resistant layer 20. The main body 10 may include a cover 10A and a bottle 10B, and the cover 10A and the bottle 10B both have an inner wall 11A and 11B, respectively. The main body 10 also includes a separation pad 30 disposed near an opening of the bottle 10B.

The mildew-resistant layer 20 is coated on the inner wall 11A of the cover 10A and on the inner wall 11B of the bottle 10B. In another embodiment, the mildew-resistant layer 20 can be vaporized onto the inner wall 11A and 11B. In a further embodiment, the mildew-resistant layer 20 can be coated or vaporized on a surface of the separation pad 30. The mildew-resistant layer 20 may include vaporized pepper, horseradish and grape seed, which can be released into the main body 10 and separation pad 30 to achieve the goal of mildew-resistant.

Referring to FIGS. 5 and 6, the main body can be a bag 10C having an inner wall 11C, and the mildew-resistant layer 20 can be coated or vaporized onto the inner wall 11C.

According to the embodiments described above, the present invention provides a mildew-resistant layer that can be either coated or vaporized onto the inner wall of the main body. The mildew-resistant layer may include vaporized pepper, horseradish and grape seed that can be released into the main body to achieve the goal of mildew-resistant.

Having described the invention by the description and illustrations above, it should be understood that these are exemplary of the invention and are not to be considered as limiting. Accordingly, the invention is not to be considered as limited by the foregoing description, but includes any equivalents.
