Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the invention

The invention relates to a bullet-thrusting structure of the toy gun magazine, and more particularly, to a bullet-thrusting structure of the toy gun magazine that is capable of making smooth bullet loading and ensuring all the bullets be sent to the ready-percussion position.

2. Description of the Prior Art

The toy gun magazine structure of the prior art making use of compressed air to percuss plastic bullet mainly includes a rectangular-shaped channel way capable of containing plastic bullets having a thrusting spring furnished at the bottom thereof and a bullet-thrusting head furnished at the action end of the thrusting spring contacts the plastic bullets. The toy gun of the prior art, by making use of the bullet-thrusting head thrust by the spring, is capable of squeezing the plastic bullets to slide along the rectangular-shaped channel way and sequentially entering the ready-percussion position. On a basic consideration, the general bullet-thrusting head is an integrally formed structure.

In practical application, the combined and connected parts of the configuration of the magazine and gun body vary in accordance with the variation of their models and structures, Consequently, it is quite possible that the plastic bullets pass through curve way in various directions when the bullets enter the ready-percussion position. However, since the above-mentioned integrally formed structure of the bullet-thrusting head is unable to be bent or twisted, one who designs the magazine needs to pay attention to avoid the excessive curve-shaped structure which may result in the obstruction or friction of the bullet-thrusting head in order to maintain the smoothness of the bullet-thrusting action. In this way, the design of the magazine is limited to straight-line type structure with relatively smaller angle of bent structure. This is the shortcoming of the conventional magazine design.

In light of the shortcoming of the toy gun magazine design of the prior art, the invention provides an improved magazine design to have flexible bullet-thrusting design in order to smoothly thrusting all the bullets without making the blocking of bullets in the magazine.
