Description
TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention pertains to a backpack of the kind used to hold and transport portable computers in a practical way, by a single person, having the special feature that the backpack transforms into a desk that can be used for a portable computer (laptop) to work with and be used in any place, also forming an area for a mouse pad and a cup holder.

OBJECTIVE OF THE INVENTION

The present utility model is to be used by any person who has a portable computer and needs to use it in improvised way in any place, independently and autonomously, not needing a table or desk to support the portable computer, and preventing rheumatoid disorders in the human body, due to the heat produced by the computer in its lower portion when rested on the legs of the user.

PRIOR ART AND TECHNICAL PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED

The present utility model favorably solves in agile manner problems of space, functionality, autonomy and transportation of a portable computer and a desk specialized for use of the latter in a combined manner, as well as the prevention of rheumatoid illnesses in users, who opt to support the computer on their legs to solve this problem, which is a health risk for the user, in that the conventional backpack is supplemented with a mechanical structure of adjustable telescopic legs, making it possible to convert the backpack into a desk specialized for said computer (laptop), thus allowing users to adjust the desired height according to the user's needs depending on the place where the computer is to be used, thus offering a flat support surface for the computer, as well as two pull-out surfaces, a flat one intended for a mouse pad, and a second one intended as a cup holder.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The utility model corresponds to a conventional backpack for the individual transporting and holding of a portable computer (laptop), to which has been fit a solid base, a mechanism of folding and telescopic (extensible) feet, and two pull-out surfaces secured to the solid base of the backpack, intended for a mouse pad and a cup holder.

FIG. 2 shows the rear part of the backpack, revealing the placement of the (d) folding and telescopic legs in their closed position, as well as the (e) attachment hooks of the legs, and the padded cover (f) in open position that covers the legs, when the backpack is being transported;

FIGS. 3 and 4 show the rear part of the backpack, revealing the placement of the (d) folding and telescopic legs in their open/closed position, as well as the (g) telescopic mechanism of the legs deployed and location of the (h) button activating the telescopic mechanism;

FIG. 5 shows the interior view of (i) the solid base of the backpack, as well as the accommodation of the pull-out bases for (j) mouse and (k) cup holder;

FIGS. 6 and 7 show the pull-out bases (j) and (k) for the mouse and cup holder, in open position;
