BACKPACK WITH AN ELASTIC BREATHABLE FABRIC

Abstract

A backpack with an elastic breathable fabric contains a body and an elastic breathable fabric. The body includes an outer surface, a back surface, at least one strap connected with the back surface, a receiving space defined between the outer surface and the back surface, and a contacting portion formed on a central position of the back surface. The elastic breathable fabric, is formed in a mesh shape, has a pre-set tension, and is fixed on the contacting portion of the back surface of the body. Also, the elastic breathable fabric includes a plurality of tiny holes so that the elastic breathable fabric communicates with the receiving space. Thereby, when the elastic breathable fabric contacts with the user's back, it provides breathable wicking function. Also, the elastic breathable fabric has the pre-set tension to recover elasticity quickly, thus reducing carrying pressure to user's body.

Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a backpack, and more particularly to a backpack with an elastic breathable fabric which obtains breathable perspiration, enhances comfort, and reduces carrying pressure.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Conventional backpack with a fixed breathable member is disclosed in TW Pat. No. 099224480 and contains a body. The body includes a back surface and two carrying straps mounted on the back surface; two weave straps sewed with the two carrying straps of the body, wherein each weave strap has a connector and a buckle so as to adjust its tightness and length; four flexible pads covered on the back surface of the body; at least one locking assembly defined between the two weave straps so as to fix user's chest and waist.

However, the four flexible pads contact with the user's back, thus causing poor ventilation and sultriness.

Another conventional backpack with a removable breathable member is disclosed in US publication No. 2011/0284608A1 and contains a ventilation zone arranged on a rear side of the backpack, and the ventilation zone has a positioning rack and a breathable mesh fabric mounted on the rear side of the backpack and has two carrying straps connected with the ventilation zone. The breathable mesh fabric has two supporting corners defined on an upper side thereof so as to support user's shoulder and separating apart from the positioning rack so that the rear side of the backpack keeps a distance from the user's shoulder and buttock. Likewise, the breathable mesh fabric is arranged to provide ventilation cooling effect. Nevertheless, such a breathable mesh fabric has complicated structure, and the upper side of the backpack supports the user's shoulder by using the two supporting corners and a lower side of the backpack supports the user's buttock, such that support points generates on the upper side and the lower side of the backpack, so the user's back cannot support and carry the backpack properly, thus having using comfort and carrying pressure to the user's body.

The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary object of the present invention is to provide a backpack with an elastic breathable fabric which obtains breathable perspiration, enhances comfort, and reduces carrying pressure.

To obtain the above objectives, a backpack with an elastic breathable fabric provided by the present invention contains: a body and an elastic breathable fabric.

The body includes an outer surface, a back surface, at least one strap connected with the back surface, a receiving space defined between the outer surface and the back surface, and a contacting portion formed on a central position of the back surface.

The elastic breathable fabric, is formed in a mesh shape, has a pre-set tension, and is fixed on the contacting portion of the back surface of the body. Also, the elastic breathable fabric includes a plurality of tiny holes so that the elastic breathable fabric communicates with the receiving space.

Thereby, when the user carries a backpack on his/her back by ways of the at least one strap, the elastic breathable fabric contacts with the user's back and it communicates with the receiving space of the body, thus obtaining breathable perspiration.

Furthermore, the elastic breathable fabric is fixed on the contacting portion of the back surface of the body and communicates with the receiving space to achieve breathable effect. Accordingly, when the elastic breathable fabric contacts with the user's back, it provides breathable wicking function.

Also, the elastic breathable fabric has the pre-set tension to recover elasticity quickly, thus reducing carrying pressure to the user's body.

Preferably, the elastic breathable fabric is sewed, glued, hot melted, or high-frequency welded with the contacting portion so as to simplify manufacture process.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Referring further to FIGS. 1-4, a backpack with an elastic breathable fabric according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises: a body 10 and an elastic breathable fabric 20.

The body 10 is comprised of an outer surface 11, a back surface 12, at least one strap 13, a receiving space 14 defined between the outer surface 11 and the back surface 12 and used to receive objects, and a contacting portion 15 formed on a central position of the back surface 12 and having two breathable clothes fixed on two sides of the contacting portion 15. The at least one strap 13 is connecting with an upper side and a lower side of the back surface 12.

The elastic breathable fabric 20, is formed in a mesh shape, has a pre-set tension, and is fixed on the contacting portion 15 of the back surface 12 of the body 10. The elastic breathable fabric 20 includes a plurality of tiny holes so that the elastic breathable fabric 20 communicates with the receiving space 14. Also, the elastic breathable fabric 20 is sewed, glued, hot melted, or high-frequency welded with the contacting portion 15 so as to simplify manufacture process.

Thereby, the body 10 includes the connecting portion 15 formed on the central position of the back surface 12, the connecting portion 15 is connected with the elastic breathable fabric 20, and the elastic breathable fabric 20 communicates with the receiving space 14 of the body 10 so as to obtain breathable effect. In addition, the elastic breathable fabric 20 has the pre-set tension so as to reduce carrying pressure to a user's body and to achieve using comfort.

In assembly, the outer surface 11 is coupled with the back surface 12 so as to form the body 10, and the back surface 12 of the body 10 has the connecting portion 15 formed on the central position thereof, thus finishing the assembly.

In operation, the user carries a backpack on his/her back by ways of the at least one strap 13, so the elastic breathable fabric 20 contacts with the user's back and it communicates with the receiving space 14 of the body 10, thus obtaining breathable perspiration.

Furthermore, the elastic breathable fabric 20 is fixed on the contacting portion 15 of the back surface 12 of the body 10 and communicates with the receiving space 14 to achieve breathable effect. Accordingly, when the elastic breathable fabric 20 contacts with the user's back, it provides breathable wicking function. Also, the elastic breathable fabric 20 has the pre-set tension to recover elasticity quickly, thus reducing carrying pressure to the user's body.

Preferably, the elastic breathable fabric 20 is sewed, glued, hot melted, or high-frequency welded with the contacting portion 15 so as to simplify manufacture process.

While the preferred embodiments of the invention have been set forth for the purpose of disclosure, modifications of the disclosed embodiments of the invention as well as other embodiments thereof may occur to those skilled in the art. Accordingly, the appended claims are intended to cover all embodiments which do not depart from the spirit and scope of the invention.

Claims

1. A backpack with an elastic breathable fabric comprising:

a body including an outer surface, a back surface, at least one strap connected with the back surface, a receiving space defined between the outer surface and the back surface, and a contacting portion formed on a central position of the back surface;

the elastic breathable fabric, formed in a mesh shape, having a pre-set tension, and fixed on the contacting portion of the back surface of the body, and the elastic breathable fabric including a plurality of tiny holes so that the elastic breathable fabric communicates with the receiving space.

2. The backpack with the elastic breathable fabric as claimed in claim 1, wherein the contacting portion has two breathable clothes fixed on two sides thereof.

3. The backpack with the elastic breathable fabric as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one strap is connecting with an upper side and a lower side of the back surface.

4. The backpack with the elastic breathable fabric as claimed in claim 1, wherein the elastic breathable fabric is sewed with the contacting portion.

5. The backpack with the elastic breathable fabric as claimed in claim 1, wherein the elastic breathable fabric is glued with the contacting portion.

6. The backpack with the elastic breathable fabric as claimed in claim 1, wherein the elastic breathable fabric is hot melted with the contacting portion.

7. The backpack with the elastic breathable fabric as claimed in claim 1, wherein the elastic breathable fabric is high-frequency welded with the contacting portion.
