Fireworks launching system and method are provided, which enable safe and accurate control in launching fireworks. The fireworks launching system may include fireworks launching units which are fireworks prepared for launching, launching module units electrically connected with the fireworks launching units to ignite the fireworks launching units, a central control unit to transmit a digital launching signal programmed in advance to the launching module units, and an emergency control unit operated independently from the central control unit to independently control the launching module units. Accordingly, a launching error such as misfire during fireworks may be reduced. Since launching may be performed accurately in units of maximum 62 microseconds (μs), production technique and perfection for the fireworks displays may be increased. In addition, more safe fireworks displays may be carried out launching the fireworks in a remote manner through central control and monitoring using a bidirectional wired or wireless communication system.

Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to fireworks launching system and fireworks launching method, and more particularly, to fireworks launching system and method capable of safe and accurate control in carrying out fireworks displays. Fireworks displays may be organized more effectively through the present invention.

BACKGROUND ART

In general, fireworks, or a fireworks display refer to shooting or setting off explosive pyrotechnic devices that produce sparks, sounds, shapes, and smokes to entertain spectators on certain occasions. A firework refers to the explosive pyrotechnic device used for the fireworks display. The firework is made of properly mixing chemicals including a fuel that violently reacts with an oxidizer and oxygen, color and sparks generator, strong adhesive for securely bonding mixed materials, an ignition promoter for accelerating ignition, and other additives, under the principle of physical chemistry.

The fireworks are normally classified as explosives which have a common point with blasting in terms of use of gunpowder. However, different from the blasting that destructs an objective thing using gunpowder or explosives, the fireworks display aims at producing splendid light and colors to be appreciated by spectators by launching fireworks to the sky such that the fireworks bloom at a predetermined altitude and produce the the light and colors. Therefore, when displaying the fireworks, proper techniques, production skills, and safety in handling and installing may he demanded.

Accordingly, researches on fireworks launching system and method considering problems and safety are demanded.

DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION Technical Goals

An aspect of the present invention provides fireworks launching system and method enabling accurate launching in units of maximum 62 microseconds (μs) while reducing a launching error such as misfire in launching fireworks during fireworks displays.

Another aspect of the present invention provides fireworks launching system and method enabling more safe fireworks displays by transmitting and receiving encoded data using a bidirectional wired or wireless communication system and launching fireworks in a remote manner.

Technical Solutions

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided fireworks launching system including fireworks launching units which arc fireworks prepared for launching; launching module units electrically connected with the fireworks launching units to ignite the fireworks launching units; a central control unit to transmit a digital launching signal programmed in advance to the launching module units; and an emergency control unit operated independently from the central control unit to independently control the launching module units.

The central control unit may be connected with the launching module units through a bidirectional wired or wireless communication system, and the central control unit may transmit the digital launching signal to the launching module signal and receives a state of the launching module signal.

The central control unit may include a monitoring unit to monitor the fireworks launching units and the launching module units in real time; a system control unit to control the fireworks launching units and the launching module units in real time; and a command unit to launch fireworks of the fireworks launching units by transmitting the digital launching signal to the launching module units.

The digital launching signal may be encoded before being transmitted.

The emergency control unit may be connected with the launching module units through the bidirectional wired or wireless communication system and configured to to control the launching module units independently from the central control unit.

According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided fireworks launching method including installing to dispose fireworks launching units which are fireworks prepared for launching, in a predetermined position; connecting to electrically connect launching module units to ignite the fireworks launching units to is the fireworks launching units; transmitting to transmit launching signals to the launching module units through a wired or wireless communication system; launching to launch the fireworks by igniting the fireworks launching units by the launching module units according to the launching signals; and checking to check the fireworks launching units and the launching module units by an emergency control unit after the launching.

The fireworks launching method may farther include re-launching or stopping in which the fireworks launching units, which is misfired as a result of checking by the emergency control unit, is ignited and re-launched or the launching module units is stopped.

The connecting may be performed by at least one method selected from serial connection, parallel connection, and combined serial and parallel connection.

Effects

As described above, according to the present invention, possibility of misfire of fireworks may be reduced. Since an accurate control of the fireworks is enabled, musically synchronized fireworks displays may he carried out. In addition, using a bidirectional wired or wireless communication system, encoded data may be remotely transmitted and received by central control, monitoring, and bidirectional communication. Accordingly, personnel for installation and a site may be minimized when displaying fireworks. As a consequence, time and cost may be reduced.

Hereinafter, fireworks launching system according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIG. 1.

FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating a configuration of fireworks launching system 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 1, the fireworks launching system 100 includes fireworks launching unit 10 which are fireworks prepared for launching, launching module units 20 to ignite the fireworks launching units 10, a central control unit 30 to transmit a digital launching signal programmed in advance to the launching module units 20, and an emergency control unit 40 independently operated from the central control unit 30 to independently control the launching module units 20 in an emergency

The launching module units 20 may directly ignite fireworks by supplying electrical signals through an igniter connected to the fireworks launching units 10,

For example, the launching module units 20 may ignite the fireworks by receiving the digital launching signal transmitted by the central control unit 30 through a wired or wireless communication system and supplying an electric current directly to the fireworks launching units 10 according to the digital launching signal. In addition, the launching module units 20 may check whether the electric current correctly flows to the fireworks launching units 10, and transmit a check result to the central control unit 30 in real time. The central control unit 30 may monitor the launching module units 20 in real time.

The central control unit 30 may include a monitoring unit 31 to monitor the fireworks launching units 10 and the launching module units 20, a system control unit 32 to control the fireworks launching units 10 and the launching. module units 20 in real time, and a command unit 33 to launch fireworks of the fireworks launching units 10 by transmitting tine digital launching signal to the launching module units 20.

In addition, the central control unit 30 may remotely transmit or receive data with respect to the launching module units 20 through the wired or wireless communication system. Also, the central control unit 30 may transmit the digital launching signal to the launching module units 20 and receive state information of the launching module units 20.

For example, the central control unit 30 may include the monitoring unit 31, the system control unit 32, and the command unit 33, and the monitoring unit 31 may monitor whether the fireworks launching units 10 and the launching module units 20 operates normally or abnormally in real time. The system control unit 32 may control an overall system in relation to firework launching such as operational progress of the fireworks launching units 10, a launching state of the fireworks launching units 10, a connection state of the launching module units 20, and the like. The command unit 33 may transmit the digital launching signal programmed in advance to the launching module units 20, thereby carrying out a launching command. The digital launching signal may be encoded before transmission so as to be prevented from hacking or from malfunction by an external interference.

The emergency control unit 40 may he operated independently from the central. control unit 30, and connected to the fireworks launching units 10 or the launching module units 20 through the wired or wireless communication system. Since the launching module units 20 is independently operated, the emergency control unit 40 may transmit a stop signal or a re-launch signal to the launching module units 20 in ease of an unexpected emergency. Therefore, the emergency control unit 40 may cope with an emergency or danger more promptly than the central control unit 30.

Referring to FIGS. 2 to 3, fireworks launching. method according to another embodiment of the present invention will be described.

FIG. 2 is a flowchart illustrating fireworks launching method according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a flowchart illustrating fireworks launching method additionally including re-launching or stopping, according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIGS. 2 to 3, the fireworks launching method includes installing S10 for disposing fireworks launching units 10, which are fireworks prepared for launching, in a predetermined position, connecting S20 for electrically connecting a launching module units 20 igniting the fireworks launching units 10 to the fireworks launching units 10, transmitting S30 for transmitting launching signals to the launching module units 20 through a wired or wireless communication system, launching S40 for launching the fireworks by igniting the fireworks launching units 10 by the launching module units 20 according to the launching signals, and checking S50 for checking the fireworks launching units 10 and the launching module units 20 by an emergency control unit 40 after the launching S40. Here, re-launching or stopping S60 may be further included, in which the fireworks launching units 10, which misfires as a result of checking by the emergency control unit 40, is ignited and re-launched, or the launching module units 20 is stopped.

The connecting S20 electrically connects the fireworks launching units 10 and the launching module units 20 to each other by electric wiring. In detail, according to a launching order, the fireworks launching units 10 may be connected to other fireworks launching units 10 or the launching module units 20. At least one method may be selected from serial connection, parallel connection, and combined serial and parallel connection for the connecting S20.

In the transmitting S30, a central control unit 30 transmits launching signals programmed in advance to the launching module units 20. The central control unit 30 may transmit the launching signals by the launching module units 20 and the wired or wireless communication system. The launching module units 20 may receive the launching signals and may be operated according to the launching signals to ignite the fireworks launching units 10.

In the launching S40, the launching module units 20 may supply an electric. current to the fireworks launching units 10 according to the launching signals, thereby igniting and launching the fireworks launching units 10. Here, the launching module units 20 may transmit a launching completed state to the central control unit 30. The central control unit 30 may monitor a launching state of the fireworks launching units 10.

In the checking S50, the emergency unit 40 checks the launching module units 20 and the fireworks launching units 10 independently from the central control unit 30. Here, the emergency control unit 40 may be connected. with the launching module units 20 through the wired or wireless communication system, and may cheek the progress of launching of the fireworks launching units 10.

In the re-launching or stopping S60, a re-launching signal may be transmitted to the launching module units 20 to ignite the fireworks launching units 10 again when the fireworks launching units 10 misfires as a result of checking by the emergency control unit 40. Therefore, the launching module units 20 may apply the electric current to the firework launching 10 again or interrupt power supply of the launching module units 20 to stop launching.

According to the aforementioned configuration and method, misfire of the fireworks may be reduced during fireworks displays. In addition, since transmission of encoded data and remote control is performed through a bidirectional wired or wireless communication system is used, the fireworks displays may be carried out more safely.

Although a few embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, the present invention is not limited. to the described embodiments. Instead, it would be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes may be made to these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined by the claims and their equivalents.

Claims

1. Fireworks launching system comprising:

fireworks launching units which are fireworks prepared for launching;
launching module units electrically connected with the fireworks launching units to ignite the fireworks launching units;
a central control unit to transmit a digital launching signal programmed in advance to the launching module units; and
an emergency control unit operated independently from the central control unit to independently control the launching module units.

2. The fireworks launching system of claim 1, wherein

the central control unit is connected with the launching module units through a bidirectional wired or wireless communication system, and
the central control unit transmits the digital launching signal to the launching module signal and receives a state of the launching module signal.

3. The fireworks launching system of claim 1, wherein the central control unit comprises:

a monitoring unit to monitor the fireworks launching units and the launching module units in real time;
a system control unit to control the fireworks launching units and the launching module units in real time; and
a command unit to launch fireworks of the fireworks launching units by transmitting the digital launching signal to the launching module units.

4. The fireworks launching system of claim 1, wherein the digital launching signal is encoded before being transmitted,

5. The fireworks launching system of claim 1, wherein the emergency control unit is connected with the launching module units through the bidirectional wired or wireless communication system and configured to control the launching module units independently from the central control unit.

6. Fireworks launching method comprising:

installing to dispose fireworks launching units which are fireworks prepared for launching in a predetermined position;
connecting to electrically connect launching module units to ignite the fireworks launching units to the fireworks launching units;
transmitting to transmit launching signals to the launching module units through a wired or wireless communication system;
launching to launch the fireworks by igniting the fireworks launching units by the launching module units according to the launching signals; and
checking to check the fireworks launching units and the launching module units by an emergency control unit after the launching.

7. The fireworks launching method of claim 6, further comprising:

re-launching or stopping in which the fireworks launching units, which is misfired as a result of checking by the emergency control unit, is ignited and re-launched or the launching module units is stopped.

8. The fireworks launching system of claim 7, wherein the connecting is performed by at least one method selected from serial connection, parallel connection, and combined serial and parallel connection.
