Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The present invention may, however, be embodied in different forms and should not be constructed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the present invention to those skilled in the art.
Hereinafter, it will be described about an exemplary embodiment of the present invention in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
As shown in the drawings, a mobile according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a body module 10 fixed on a ceiling, an object module 20 with an object 22 attracting the attention of a baby disposed thereon and coupled to the body module 10, and a cam module 30 disposed in the body module 10 and mutually interfering with the object module 20 to relatively move the object 22.
The body module 10 may include a cam body 12 with the cam module disposed inside and a ceiling fixing member 14 that fixes the cam body 12 and the ceiling.
The object module 20 may include an operation bar 22 disposed to penetrate the cam body 12 and an object 24 hanging on the operation bar 22.
The cam module 30 may include a motor 32 disposed in the cam body 12 and a cam member 34 rotated by the motor 32 and mutually interfering with the operation bar 22 to move the operation bar 22.
In this embodiment, the motor 32 may be fixed on the inside surface of the cam body 12.
The operation bar 22 may be such that one side is disposed inside the cam body 12 and the other side is disposed outside of the cam body 12, and may be supported by the cam body 12 to rotate in a vertical direction.
Also, the operation bar 22 may include a stopping part 23 formed at one side thereof disposed inside the cam body 12, and the stopping part 23 may be stopped by the cam member 34, inhibiting the operation bar 22 from separating from the cam member 34.
In this embodiment, the cam module 30 may be disposed to relatively move the operation bar 22 in a vertical direction, and the cam member 34 may include an interference part 35 disposed thereon and moving one side of the operation bar 22 in a vertical direction while rotating in contact with the operation bar 22.
In this embodiment, the interference part 35 may be disposed on the undersurface of the cam member 34 to form unevenness in a vertical direction such that the operation bar 22 can be moved in a vertical direction.
The interference part 35 may include a convex part 35a that moves one side of the operation bar 22 downward while in contact and a concave part 35b that moves one side of the operation bar 22 upward while in contact.
Here, the convex part 35a and the concave part 35b may be formed into a continuous curved surface such that no stopping with the operation bar 22 occurs during the rotation.
Also, the operation bar 22 may be supported by the cam body 12 at one point. In this case, a supporting part 13 for supporting the operation bar 22 penetrating the cam body 12 may be disposed in the cam body 12. One side and the other side of the operation bar 22 may rotate in opposite directions to each other based on the supporting part 13.
When the cam member 34 is rotated by the motor 32, the operation bar 22 may be rotated in a vertical direction while the convex part 35a and the concave part 35b are in continuous contact with the operation bar 22 in a state where the operation bar 22 is supported by the supporting part 13.

To this end, an interference part 235 may be disposed on the cam member 234 to protrude in a horizontal direction.
Here, it has been described in the previous embodiment that the contact between the cam member 34 and the operation bar 22 is maintained by the weight of the operation bar. However, in this embodiment, since the operation bar is difficult to maintain the state of contact by the weight thereof, the contact between the cam member 234 and the operation bar 222 may be maintained by an elastic member 238.
The elastic member 238 may connect between the operation bar 222 and the cam body 12 to provide an elastic force to the operation bar 222, and may be disposed between the cam body 12 and the operation bar 222 to provide an elastic force. Alternatively, unlike this embodiment, the elastic member 238 may be disposed between the operation bar 222 and the cam member 234.
Accordingly, when the cam member 234 is rotated by a motor, the operation bar 222 may move along the surface of the interference part 235, and may be moved in a horizontal direction by the interference part 235 with an unevenness formed thereunder.
Particularly, the operation bar 222 may maintain the adhering state on the cam member 234 by the elastic member 238 and easily make relative move.
Hereinafter, other configurations similar to those of the previous embodiment will be omitted below.
As shown in the drawing according to an embodiment of the present invention a mobile may have an operation bar 322 move in a horizontal direction by the rotation of a cam member 234 and may be configured such that an object 24 may move in a vertical direction by the mutual interference between the operation bar 322 and a driving wheel.
The cam member 234 has the same configuration as a cam member in
Also, as shown in
The operation bar 322 may be supported by the cam body 12, and in an embodiment of the present invention, a guide 323 may be disposed to support the operation bar 322 at two points such that the operation bar 322 may be moved in a horizontal direction. A tooth form may be disposed on the operation bar 322 to mutually interfere with the driving wheel 324.
The driving wheel 324 may be involved with the tooth form of the operation bar 322, and may be configured to turn when the operation bar 322 makes a linear movement.
Particularly, in an embodiment of the present invention, the operation bar 322 and the driving wheel 324 may be configured to be involving with a rack-and-pinion structure.
Also, an object 24 may be fixed on the driving wheel 324 and the object 24 may be moved in a vertical direction when a wire 25 hanging the object 24 winds by the rotation of the wheel 324.
When the motor 32 rotates, the cam member 234 may rotate and move the operation bar 322 linearly. The movement of the operation bar 322 may rotate the driving wheel 324, which winds a wire 25. The winding of the wire change the height of the object 24.
Meanwhile, unlike the view shown, when the operation bar 322 is located under the driving wheel 324, the operation bar 322 and the driving wheel 324 may be brought closer together by the weight of the object 24.
Hereinafter, other configurations similar to those of the previous embodiment will be omitted below
As shown in the drawings, a mobile, according to the embodiment of the present invention, may be configured such that an object module 20 is rotated and moved vertically
To this end, the mobile may include a body module 10 that includes a cam body 12 fixed on the ceiling and a rotating body 16 relatively rotating with the cam body 12, an object module 20 with an object 22 attracting the attention of a baby disposed thereon and coupled to the body module 10, and a cam module 30 disposed in the body module 10 and mutually interfering with the object module 20 to relatively move the object 22.
A through hole 17 that the operation bar 22 goes through, may be formed on the rotating body 16.
The cam module 30 may include a motor 32 fixed on the cam body 12 and a cam member 334 that is fixed on the inner side of the cam body 12 and moves the operation bar 22 in a vertical direction by interfering with the operation bar 22 when in rotation.
The motor 32 may be connected to the rotating body 16, the rotating body 16 may rotate when the motor 32 operates, and the operation bar 22 may rotate together with the rotating body 16.
