DEFORMABLE AND SELF-ADJUSTABLE MASK STRUCTURE

A deformable and self-adjustable mask structure is provided, which comprises a goggle, a facial cover connected to the surrounding of the goggle. The facial cover has a plurality of mask fragments and adhesive strips connected with the mask fragments. The mask is a self-adjustable mask. The mask of this invention can integrally connect the plural mask fragments, which are provided according to the shape of face, together by adhesive strips so as to provide the mask with the function of self-adjustment and deformation. Not only it is easy to carry and wear but also its overall dimension can be automatically adjusted according to the dimension of different person's face and different expression. Accordingly, comfortability to wear and adaptability of mask can be increased.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

This invention relates to a mask, more particularly to a self-adjustable and deformable mask.

2. Brief Description of Prior Art

Mask has the function of camouflage for shielding overall or part of human face, therefore, mask is very popular in dancing or festival parties. Currently, masks available on market are formed by pressing cardboard or thin plastic sheet, the shapes of which are weird and absurd. Especially the sizes of these masks are all fixed and thus are unable to be deformed. Accordingly, the same mask is not easy to be commonly used among different people. Further, these masks are to be tied around the head by elastic bands or strings fastened on two sides of the masks. If the mask is tied too tight, users feel uncomfortable; on the other hand, if the mask is tied too loose, the mask can't be firmly fixed on head and prone to fall off from face. Therefore, these masks are inconvenient to use.

Referring to a China patent Application No. 98803108.6 (Pub. No. CN1249667A), which relates to a segmented type mask. This mask is formed by adhering a plurality of mask fragments made from elastic polymeric foam on human face.

The segmented mask has to used by adhering mask fragments one by one to the human face, so that one facial mask can be adapted to different people, and there is no need to use elastic bands or strings to tie it around head. However, this segmented type mask still has the disadvantages of not easy to carry and wear.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The main object of this invention is to provide a novel mask. Mainly the inventor of the present invention has discovered that the current masks available on market are all of fixed sizes and can't be deformed, and thus the same mask can't be adapted to different people. Moreover, the mask proposed by China patent Application No. 98803108.6 (Pub. No. CN1249667A) is a segmented type mask which is formed by adhering mask fragments one by one on people's face. Therefore, it is very inconvenient to use the segmented type mask. If adhering is not firmly on face, the fragments are easy to fall off. Especially, this segmented type mask has to used by adhering mask fragments on the face skin of people, resulting in the problems of facial skin airtight which might lead to unsmoothness of facial blood circulation, even to generation of facial allergy. While the mask of the present invention is proposed to solve the above disadvantages of bad portability and wearing of current masks.

Above objects and effects of the present invention can be achieved by the following specific technical means.

A deformable and self-adjustable mask structure is provided, which comprises a goggle, a facial cover connected to the surrounding of the goggle. The facial cover has a plurality of mask fragments and adhesive strips connected with the mask fragments. The mask is a self-adjustable mask.

According to the above deformable and self-adjustable mask structure, the function of self adjustment and deformation is achieved by the stretching and retraction of the adhesive strips.

According to the above deformable and self-adjustable mask structure, the mask fragments are made of hard thin plastic sheets and the adhesive strips are made of flexible adhesive body.

According to the above deformable and self-adjustable mask structure, the adhesive strips has press sensitive adhesive layers, which are adaptable to human skin, attached to the surfaces thereof.

According to the above deformable and self-adjustable mask structure, the mask fragments are each provided with a plurality of ventilation pores thereon.

According to the above deformable and self-adjustable mask structure, the quantity of the mask fragments is at least nine.

According to the above deformable and self-adjustable mask structure, the mask fragments have 9 fragments, that is one nose shield fragment, two cheek bone fragments, two temple fragments and four forehead fragments.

According to the above deformable and self-adjustable mask structure, the mask fragments have decoration layers provided on the surface thereof.

Comparing with prior art, the advantage of the deformable and self-adjustable mask structure of the present invention lies in the fact below: a plurality of mask fragments, which are provided according to the shape of face, are integrally connected together by the provision of adhesive strips so as to provide the mask with the function of self adjustment and deformation. Not only it is easy to carry and wear but also its overall dimension can be automatically adjusted according to the dimension of different person's face and different expression. Accordingly, comfortability to wear and adaptability of mask can be increased.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The technical contents, objects and effects of the present invention will become more apparent by the detailed description of preferred embodiments of the present invention in conjunction with accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 is a schematic view showing a specific embodiment of the deformable self-adjustable mask structure of the present invention.

The deformable self-adjustable mask structure of the present invention comprises a goggle (1), a facial cover (A) connected to the surrounding of the goggle (1), as shown in FIG. 2. The facial cover (A) has a plurality of mask fragments (2) and adhesive strips (3) connected respectively with the mask fragments (2).

The goggle (1) includes lenses of sunglasses, ordinary glasses or any lenses according to needs of users such as myopia lenses or hyperopia lenses. The goggle (1) should be able to cover the eyes and the eye socket.

The mask fragments (2) are made of hard thin plastic sheet or of light material with non-irritation to human skin, such as one selected from the group containing polyurethane, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, polyvinyl chloride or polystyrene, or the combination thereof.

The adhesive strips (3) are flexible adhesives having the properties of stretching and retraction, such as rubber or silicone rubber. The adhesive strips (3) connect respectively with mask fragments (2) and the goggle (1) so as to form a mask integral together.

Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, the adhesive strips (3) have press sensitive adhesive layers (31), which are adaptable to human skin, attached to the surfaces thereof. When wearing the mask on face, the press sensitive adhesive layers (31) can be adhered more firmly on human face. Certainly, if the adhesive strips (3) have stronger adsorption capacity and are also safe with respect to human skin, there is no need to provide the press sensitive adhesive layers (31) on the surfaces of the adhesive strips (3).

Referring to FIG. 4, the mask fragments (2) are each provided with a plurality of ventilation pores (21) thereon. The ventilation pores (21) can be circular or elliptical or polygonal in shape, the purpose of the shaping is, on one hand, to allow the air permeability becoming better so as to increase the wearing conformability on face and, on the other hand, to provide decoration effect by the pattern formed on the ventilation pores (21).

Referring again to FIG. 2, the mask fragments (2) have at least 9 fragments, that is one nose shield fragment (22), two cheek bone fragments (23), two temple fragments (24) and four forehead fragments (25), among which the nose shield fragment (22) can be made by tougher material so as to provide protection for nose.

The muscle groups of the upper half of human face, other than the groups around the eye socket, contain temple muscles, quadrate muscles of upper lip; and the bones mainly contains frontal bone, template bones, cheek bones. The size and shape of human face are decided by the face bones and muscle groups, so the setting of the mask fragments (2) is mainly to consider the distribution of face bones and muscle groups, and each of the mask fragments (2) is corresponded to the corresponding position of bone or muscle group, such as the cheek bone fragments (23) corresponding to the upper parts of cheek bones, temple fragments (24) corresponding to the temple muscles, and the connection portions between different bone and the edge positions of the muscle groups corresponding to adhesive strips (3). Accordingly, the self-adjustable and deformable mask can be adapted to different face size and to the variation of face expression after wearing without falling off from the face.

Moreover, in order to achieve superior deformable effect, the self-adjustable and deformable mask can contain more than nine mask fragments (2).

According to the above deformable and self-adjustable mask structure, the mask fragments (2) have decoration layers, formed by colored painting or sticking pattern sticker paper, provided on the surfaces thereof, so as to enhance fun of mask.

According to the description of the specific embodiment of the present invention, the deformable and self-adjustable mask structure is to provide a plurality of mask fragments according to physiological structure such as face shape of human face, and the plural mask fragments are combined integrally by adhesive strips so as to possess self-adjustable and deformable function.

Comparing with prior art, the advantage of the deformable and self-adjustable mask structure of the present invention lies in the fact below: a plurality of mask fragments, which are provided according to the shape of face, are integrally linked together by the provision of adhesive strips so as to provide the mask with the function of self adjustment and deformation. Not only it is easy to carry and wear but also its overall dimension can be automatically adjusted according to the dimension of different person's face and different expression. Accordingly, comfortability to wear and adaptability of mask can be increased.

The abovementioned is only a part of the implementation of the present invention, not to limit the range of the present invention. Variations and modifications conducted without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention are considered to be still within the range of the present invention.

Claims

1. A deformable and self-adjustable mask structure, comprising a goggle; a facial cover connected to the surrounding of the goggle, said facial cover having a plurality of mask fragments and adhesive strips connected with the mask fragments, said mask being a self-adjustable mask.

2. The deformable and self-adjustable mask structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the function of self-adjustment and deformation is achieved by the stretching and retraction of the adhesive strips.

3. The deformable and self-adjustable mask structure as claimed in claim 2, wherein the mask fragments are made of hard thin plastic sheet and the adhesive strips are made from flexible adhesive body.

4. The deformable and self-adjustable mask structure as claimed in claim 3, wherein the adhesive strips have press sensitive adhesive layers, which are adaptable to human skin, attached to the surfaces thereof.

5. The deformable and self-adjustable mask structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein said mask fragments are each provided with a plurality of ventilation pores thereon.

6. The deformable and self-adjustable mask structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the quantity of the mask fragments is at least nine.

7. The deformable and self-adjustable mask structure as claimed in claim 6, wherein the mask fragments have 9 fragments, that is one nose shield fragment, two cheek bone fragments, two temple fragments and four forehead fragments.

8. The deformable and self-adjustable mask structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mask fragments have decoration layers provided on the surface thereof.
