An electronic cigarette is provided, which comprises a nozzle, a plurality of particles is attached to one end of the electronic cigarette, and the end is far away from the nozzle. The electronic cigarette is closer to the real cigarette, improving the user experience greatly.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

This non-provisional application claims priority under 35 U.S.C. §119(a) on Patent Application No. 201320265395.9 filed in P.R. China on May 15, 2013, the entire contents of which are hereby incorporated by reference.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to the field of electrical heating products, and more particularly, relates to an electronic cigarette.

BACKGROUND

As shown in FIG. 1, in the prior art, a lamp cap 2, a battery cover or an end cover of an electronic cigarette is made from a plastic or glass material. After being molded, they are directly mounted on the electronic cigarette without any additional processes. When a lamp body is mounted inside the electronic cigarette, the light emitted from the lamp body shines out from the lamp cap 2, and it only has a function of smoking indication and cannot simulate a glowing effect of burning granular tobacco during a real smoking process, so that the simulation effect of smoking is bad. When there is no lamp body mounted inside of the electronic cigarette, the cap 2, the battery cover or the end cover has no appearance effect of the real cigarette.

BRIEF SUMMARY

The objective of the present invention is to provide an electronic cigarette, in which a plurality of particles is adhered to a lamp cap, so a glowing effect of the electronic cigarette is closer to the glowing effect of burning granular tobacco of the real cigarette, aiming at the drawbacks that the simulation glowing effect of smoking is poor, and the glowing effect of the electronic cigarette is not close to it of the real cigarette in the prior art.

The technical solutions of the present invention for solving the technical problems are as follows:

An electronic cigarette is provided, which comprises a nozzle, a plurality of particles is attached to one end of the electronic cigarette, and the end is far away from the nozzle.

A lamp cap is positioned at the end of the electronic cigarette and the particles are attached to an end face and/or a peripheral face of the lamp cap.

Alternatively, a battery cover is positioned at the end of the electronic cigarette, and the particles are attached to an end face and/or a peripheral face of the battery cover.

Alternatively, a protective sleeve is positioned outside the electronic cigarette, an end cover of the protective sleeve is at the end of the electronic cigarette, and the particles are attached to an end face and/or a peripheral face of the end cover.

The particles are one or more kinds of carbon particles, plastic particles, glass particles, wooden particles or metal particles.

The lamp cap, the battery cover or the end cover is a plastic part or a glass part.

An adhesive layer is positioned between the particles and the lamp cap, between the particles and the battery cover or between the particles and the end cover, and the particles are adhered to the lamp cap, the battery cover or the end cover through the adhesive layer.

Alternatively, the particles are dissolved on the lamp cap, the battery cover or the end cover.

Alternatively, the particles are fused on the lamp cap, the battery cover or the end cover.

Alternatively, the particles are embedded in the lamp cap, the battery cover or the end cover.

An external surface of the lamp cap, the battery cover or the end cover is coated with magnetic powders or an inside is mixed with magnetic powders; external surfaces of the particles are coated with magnetic powders or the insides of the particles are mixed with magnetic powders. Alternatively, a magnet is embedded inside the lamp cap, the battery cover or the end cover, and magnets are embedded inside the particles.

The lamp cap, the battery cover or the end cover is connected with the particles in the way of magnetic suction.

An external surface of the end far away from the battery rod of the lamp cap, the battery cover or the end cover is covered with an outer coat film; the outer coat film outwardly forms a plurality of cystidiums for containing the particles, and the particles are positioned within the cystidiums.

The outer coat film is adhered to the lamp cap, the battery cover or the end cover.

The shapes of the particles are one or more kinds of the sphere, cylinder, cone, prism or polyhedron.

The volumes of the particles range from 1.5 mm3 to 150 mm3.

The distance between two adjacent particles ranges from 0.5 mm to 3 mm.

When implementing the electronic cigarette of the present invention, a plurality of the particles is attached to the end face and/or peripheral face of the lamp cap, the battery cover or the end cover, so that the shape of the lamp cap, the battery cover or the end cover is similar to the shapes of the tobacco leaf and the tobacco shred. When a lamp body is mounted inside the electronic cigarette, during the simulation of smoking, the light emitted from the lamp body mounted in the battery rod shines out from the lamp cap, the battery cover or the end cover, so that it forms the glowing effect of burning tobacco leaf which is close to the real smoking process. When there is no lamp body mounted inside the electronic cigarette, it can form the shape similar to the shape of the real cigarette.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

In order to make the propose, the technical solution and the advantage of the present invention more clearly, the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that, the specific embodiments described herein are only for explaining the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the present invention relates to an electronic cigarette, which comprises a nozzle 1, a plurality of particles is attached to one end of the electronic cigarette, and the end is far away from the nozzle 1.

Specifically, the configuration of the end of the electronic cigarette is various. For example 1, a lamp cap 2 is positioned at the end of the electronic cigarette, and the particles are attached to the end face and/or the peripheral face of the lamp cap 2 (as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3). For example 2, a battery cover 4 is positioned at the end of the electronic cigarette, and the particles are attached to the end face and/or the peripheral face of the battery cover 4 (as shown in FIG. 4). For example 3, an outside of the electronic cigarette is covered with a protective sleeve, an end cover of the protective sleeve is at the end of the electronic cigarette, and the particles are attached to the end face and/or the peripheral face of the end cover of the protective sleeve.

The nozzle 1 of the present invention may be an independent nozzle 1(as shown in FIG. 4), or a nozzle 1 integrated with the electronic cigarette (as shown in FIG. 3).

The particles 3 are one or more kinds of the carbon particles, plastic particles, glass particles, wooden particles or the metal particles. It can be understood that, there is no limitation to the types of the particles 3, and different particles can be altered based on the different needs. The carbon particles, plastic particles, glass particles, wooden particles or metal particles are in the shape of granular, so that they are similar to the shapes of the real tobacco leaf and the tobacco shred. In order to make it more realistic, the particles can be the real tobacco leaf.

It can be understood that, the lamp cap 2, the battery cover 4 and the end cover can be a plastic part or a glass part. When there is a lamp body mounted inside the electronic cigarette, the lamp cap 2, the battery cover 4 and the end cover can be transparent, or at least the end of the cap 2 or the battery cover 4 is transparent, so that the light emitted from the lamp body of the electronic cigarette can be shot out from the lamp cap 2, the battery cover 4 or the end cover, so as to form a vivid smoking effect, that is, the glowing effect of burning the tobacco leaf.

Meanwhile, when there is no lamp body mounted inside the electronic cigarette, the battery cover 4 and the end cover can be opaque, and the particles are only attached to the end of the battery cover 4 and the end cover, so that the end which is far away from the nozzle 1 of the electronic cigarette is similar to the shape of the real cigarette.

Particularly, when a lamp body is mounted inside the electronic cigarette, if the particles are the carbon particles and the plastic particles, they are similar in the color to the real tobacco leaf and the tobacco shred, and are closer to the glowing effect of burning tobacco leaf in the real smoking In comparisons, if the particles are the metal particles and the glass particles, the light can be spread all around due to the different degrees of reflection on the surfaces of the glass and the metal, so that the glowing effect is better during the simulation of smoking

The connection method between the particles 3 and the lamp cap 2, the battery cover 4 or the end cover is various, and described in detail as follow:

Embodiment 1

An adhesive layer is positioned between the particles 3 and the lamp cap 2, the battery cover 4 or the end cover. And the particles 3 are adhered to the lamp cap 2, the battery cover or the end cover through the adhesive layer. The adhesive layer may be the glue, double-sided adhesive tape or the resin adhesive, etc. coated on the lamp cap 2, the battery cover 4 or the end cover. When the lamp cap 2, the battery cover or the end cover is a plastic part and the particles 3 are the carbon particles or the plastic particles, the adhesive joint method is preferably used.

Embodiment 2

The particles 3 are dissolved on the lamp cap 2, the battery cover 4 or the end cover. The dissolve method may be that, firstly coat the lamp cap 2, the battery 4 or the end cover with dissolve agents, and then the particles 3 are dissolved together with the lamp cap 2, the battery cover 4 or the end cover in the function of the dissolve agents.

Embodiment 3

The particles 3 are fused on the lamp cap 2, the battery cover 4 or the end cover. The fusing method is hot melting, that is, firstly, local heating the position which needs to be coated with the particles 3 on the lamp cap 2, the battery cover 4 or the end cover, and then the particles 3 are adhered to the lamp cap 2, the battery cover 4 or the end cover.

Embodiment 4

The particles 3 are embedded in the lamp cap 2, battery cover 4 or the end cover. That is, a plurality of holes for embedding the particles 3 are defined in the lamp cap 2, the battery cover 4 or the end cover, while the particles 3 are in the shapes to match the holes. The particles 3 are embedded in the lamp cap 2, the battery cover 4 or the end cover in the way of interference fit or snap fit. Absolutely, there are many other embedding methods.

Embodiment 5

The lamp cap 2 is connected with the particles 3 in the way of magnetic suction. Specifically, the lamp cap 2, battery cover 4 or the end cover is magnetic substance, and the particles are also the magnetic substances. That is, the inside of the lamp cap 2, the battery cover 4 or the end cover is mixed with magnetic powders, or the outside of the lamp cap 2, the battery cover 4 or the end cover is coated with magnetic powders. Besides, the outsides of the particles 3 are coated with magnetic powders or the insides are mixed with magnetic powders. Therefore, the lamp cap 2, the battery cover 4 or the end cover is magnetic, and the particles are also magnetic, so that the lamp cap 2, the battery cover 4 or the end cover is connected with the particles 3 in the way of magnetic suction. It can be understood that, not only by adding the magnetic powders can make the lamp cap 2, the battery cover 4 or the end cover magnetic, but also in other ways, for example, by embedding a magnet inside the lamp cap 2, battery cover 4 or the end cover, and embedding magnets inside the particles.

Embodiment 6

An external surface of the end away from the battery rod 1 of the lamp cap 2, the battery cover 4 or the end cover is covered with an outer coat film. The outer coat film outwardly forms a plurality of cystidiums for containing the particles 3, and the particles 3 are positioned within the cystidiums. It can be understood that, when using the method of film coating, the outer coat film may be made of transparent materials. The outer coat film is adhered to the lamp cap 2, the battery cover 4 or the end cover (not shown in the figures).

The shapes of the particles 3 are irregularly, they may be one or more kinds of the sphere, cylinder, cone, prism or polyhedron.

Preferably, the volumes of the particles 3 range from 1.5 mm3 to 150 mm3.

The arrangements of the particles 3 are irregularly. Preferably, the distance between two adjacent particles 3 ranges from 0.5 mm to 3 mm.

In conclusion, for the electronic cigarette in the present invention, a plurality of particles are coated on the external surface of one end away from the battery rod 1 of the lamp cap 2, the battery cover 4 or the end cover, so that the shape of the lamp cap 2, the battery cover 4 or the end cover is similar to the shapes of the tobacco leaf and the tobacco shred. Besides, when a lamp body is mounted inside the electronic cigarette, during the simulation of smoking, the light emitted from the lamp body mounted inside the electronic cigarette shines out from the lamp cap 2, the battery cover 4 or the end cover. Therefore, the lamp body not only has the function of instructing the smoking process, but also makes the lamp cap 2, the battery cover 4 or the end cover together with the particles 3 coated on the lamp cap 2, the battery cover 4 or the end cover forming the glowing effect of burning tobacco leaf which is close to the real smoking process, so that the smoking effect is better.

Although the present invention is illustrated with the specific descriptions of the embodiments, one skilled in the art may understand that, there may be many modifications and equivalent alternatives for the present invention, without going beyond the protection scope of the present invention. Additionally, there may be many modifications aiming at particular circumstances or material, and they are not going beyond the protection scope of the present invention. Therefore, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments disclosed; all the implements in the scope of the claims of the present invention belong to the protection of the present invention.

Claims

1. An electronic cigarette, comprising a nozzle, wherein a plurality of particles is attached to one end of the electronic cigarette and the end is far away from the nozzle.

2. The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, wherein a lamp cap or a battery cover is positioned at the end of the electronic cigarette and the end is far away from the nozzle;

or a protective sleeve is positioned outside the electronic cigarette, an end cover of the protective sleeve is positioned at the end of the electronic cigarette, and the end is far away from the nozzle

3. The electronic cigarette according to claim 2, wherein the particles are attached to an end face and/or a peripheral face of the lamp cap.

4. The electronic cigarette according to claim 2, wherein the particles are attached to an end face and/or a peripheral face of the battery cover.

5. The electronic cigarette according to claim 2, wherein the particles are attached to an end face and/or a peripheral face of the end cover.

6. The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the particles are one or more kinds of carbon particles, plastic particles, glass particles, wooden particles or metal particles.

7. The electronic cigarette according to claim 2, wherein the lamp cap, the battery cover or the end cover is a plastic part or a glass part.

8. The electronic cigarette according to claim 7, wherein an adhesive layer is positioned between the particles and the lamp cap, between the particles and the battery cover or between the particles and the end cover; the particles are adhered to the lamp cap, the battery cover or the end cover through the adhesive layer.

9. The electronic cigarette according to claim 7, wherein the particles are dissolved on the lamp cap, the battery cover or the end cover.

10. The electronic cigarette according to claim 7, wherein the particles are fused on the lamp cap, the battery cover or the end cover.

11. The electronic cigarette according to claim 7, wherein the particles are embedded in the lamp cap, the battery cover or the end cover.

12. The electronic cigarette according to claim 7, wherein an external surface of the lamp cap, the battery cover or the end cover is coated with magnetic powders or an inside is mixed with magnetic powders; external surfaces of the particles are coated with magnetic powders or insides of the particles are mixed with magnetic powders.

13. The electronic cigarette according to claim 7, wherein a magnet is embedded inside the lamp cap, the battery cover or the end cover, and magnets are embedded inside the particles.

14. The electronic cigarette according to claim 12, wherein the lamp cap, the battery cover or the end cover is connected with the particles in the way of magnetic suction.

15. The electronic cigarette according to claim 13, wherein the lamp cap, the battery cover or the end cover is connected with the particles in the way of magnetic suction.

16. The electronic cigarette according to claim 7, wherein an external surface of the end far away from the battery rod of the lamp cap, the battery cover or the end cover is covered with an outer coat film; the outer coat film outwardly forms a plurality of cystidiums for containing the particles, and the particles are positioned within the cystidiums.

17. The electronic cigarette according to claim 16, wherein the outer coat film is adhered to the lamp cap, the battery cover or the end cover.

18. The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the shapes of the particles are one or more kinds of the sphere, cylinder, cone, prism or polyhedron.

19. The electronic cigarette according to claim 18, wherein the volumes of the particles range from 1.5 mm3 to 150 mm3.

20. The electronic cigarette according to claim 18, wherein the distance between two adjacent particles ranges from 0.5 mm to 3 mm.
