CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION

This application claims the benefit of and takes priority from co-pending U.S. provisional patent application Ser. No. 61/822,968 filed on May 14, 2013, incorporated herein by reference.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to an all in one makeup tube with interchangeable parts to meet all the makeup needs of women.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

People have been wearing skin cosmetics and skin protectants for hundreds of years, dating all the way back to the ancient Egyptians and many cultures indigenous to different continents. As skin cosmetics and skin protectants have become commonplace, more individuals of both genders purchase and utilize skin cosmetics and skin protectants for various reasons. Clearly the more people utilize skin cosmetics and skin protectants the more likely it is that the individual prefers to transport skin cosmetics and skin protectants when leaving the home for on the spot fixes and touchups. This is also true for occasions when the user must travel, and particularly when the travel is for short periods of time wherein full amounts of skin cosmetics and skin protectants are not required.

There are numerous differing genres of products that people take with them for traveling or just leaving the house, including but not limited to separate items such as lip stick/gloss, eye shadow, mascara, eyeliner, blush, and hand lotion in their bags. All of these products occupy much needed space in any carrying case or hand bag.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The instant apparatus, as illustrated herein, is clearly not anticipated, rendered obvious, or even present in any of the prior art mechanisms, either alone or in any combination thereof. Therefore, it is an object of the present device to provide an all-in-one makeup tube or cosmetic carrier that allows people to conveniently carry their makeup products.

It is an object of the instant system to introduce a substantially cylindrical, conveniently sized apparatus which may comprise multiple cutaway areas, channels or slots, designated for retaining and disbursing fluids, solids and powders, while maintaining a light weight, easily transportable platform.

It is an additional object of the present invention to introduce an All-In-One Makeup Tube™ or an All-In-One Cosmetic Carrier™ that provides the user with a much needed resolution to carrying individual makeup containers daily or during travel.

The instant system and apparatus, which may be described as an All-In-One Makeup Tube™ or an All-In-One Cosmetic Carrier™ deftly provides space for quantities of skin cosmetic and skin protectant products that have taking up space in a person's bag into one simple, light, compact, and convenient tube.

The instant system and apparatus conserves space, weight, and money. There is no longer a need to carry around multiple products that occupy space and weigh down a carrying case or hand bag. Furthermore, there is no longer a need to purchase over six different products, which can be costly; now people need only purchase the instant system.

The instant system further comprises interchangeable parts that allow individuals to easily switch between shades, colors and products, rendering it easier to customize a cosmetic or makeup tube to accommodate different needs and style preferences.

It is a further object of the instant mechanism for the makeup tube to have interchangeable parts. Additionally the device will have a center chamber that contains mascara and a cap with the accompanying mascara brush on at least one end.

An additional objective of the present apparatus is to introduce an open chamber comprising an eye shadow pallet, disposed on one end, be proximal or distal, and an accompanying eye shadow applicator positioned on the opposing end. Additionally, a reflective apparatus or a mirror may be positioned inside the lid of the open chamber comprising an eye shadow pallet.

Further, it is the objective of the present system to present an eyeliner pen/crayon that snaps into a cavity positioned on the outside of center chamber.

In another embodiment of the instant mechanism the center chamber contains lip gloss with the accompanying lip gloss applicator in the cap.

In another such embodiment of the instant invention hand lotion or sanitizer is in the center chamber with the cap on one end.

Additionally, the present apparatus can have another embodiment where the chamber which contains the eye shadow pallet and applicator holds blush and a blush brush instead.

The objective of all the embodiments of the instant apparatus is to have all of the above listed makeup options interchangeable at both ends of the tube.
