Abstract

A combined structure of shoe accessories unit, which comprising: a sole and a Y strap; as well as an accessories unit, which is fixed onto surface of Y strap; the accessories unit is provided with a base; a decoration is embedded onto upper end of the base, and a needle rod is set at its lower end and mated with a lock nut; at least a punch hole is set on said Y strap, and at least a groove is formed at the inner punch hole of said Y strap for embedding of the lock nut; in the preferred embodiment, the accessories unit is snapped into said Y strap via the needle rod, and then the needle rod locked by the lock nut and buried into the groove for better decorative effect of the flip-flop slippers.

Description

BACKGROUND OF INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates generally to a combined structure of shoe accessories unit, and more particularly to a slippers structure which allows various accessories to be fixed onto Y strap.

2. Description of Related Art

Generally, a kind of slippers is composed of a sole and a vamp interconnected together, and a variety of shoe sizes are divided to meet various feet sizes. According to the basic functions of slippers, the vamp is used to cover the back of feet and the sole is used to avoid the feet from getting contact with any sharp objects, thus improving the walking comfort in different occasions and extending the walking time. In addition, from the perspective of many people for clothes and shoes, unique designs and decorations shall be incorporated to represent the personalized character and improve the added value.

As for common flip-flop slippers with herring-bone Y strap, only herring-bone Y strap and the back of feet are exposed, so some colors and patterns may be decorated on the sole surface for improved aesthetic effect, quality and characteristics, however, such colors and patterns cannot be fully embodied on the sole surface.

Currently, plain and 3D decorative patterns are already adopted onto herring-bone Y straps to enhance their configurations and color changes. Given the slender shape of Y straps, the area is limited, the characteristics cannot be clearly highlighted, and it is also difficult to apply surface adhesive decorations. In view of lack of changes or combinations from currently available accessories, an innovative design has been proposed for the benefit of the customers.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a combined structure of shoe accessories unit, which, based on an integral or combined accessory structure and pattern, allows to incorporate decorations onto any vamp by means of removable embedding or do it yourself (DIY), thus improving the unique features and sense of value.

The present invention provides a combined structure of shoe accessories unit, which comprising: a pair of flip-flop slippers, comprising of a sole and a Y strap; and an accessories unit, fixed onto the surface of Y strap; the accessories unit is provided with a base; a decoration is embedded onto upper end of the base, and a needle rod is set at lower end and mated with a lock nut; at least a punch hole is set on said Y strap, and a groove is formed at the inner punch hole of said Y strap; after the accessories unit is snapped into the punch hole via the needle rod, the needle rod is locked by the lock nut and buried into the groove, so as to improve the overall decorative effect while the accessories unit of different patterns are rapidly fixed onto said Y strap.

Furthermore, the accessories unit is designed into any geometric shape or pattern with some themes, and also provided with decorations made of various previous metals or minerals for higher quality and value.

Furthermore, the accessories unit is designed into an integral structure without base, such that the decorations and the needle rod are combined.

Furthermore, the accessories unit is designed into a structure without base, such that the decoration is fixed onto the surface of Y strap via a locking pin.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

FIGS. 1˜3 depict a preferred embodiment of a combined structure of shoe accessories unit of the present invention, wherein it comprising: a pair of flip-flop slippers and accessories unit; of which the flip-flop slippers comprise of a shoe sole 1 and a Y strap 2; said Y strap 2 is a Y-shaped (or herring-bone) soft strap, and a mating portion 20 is separately set at three Y-shaped end edges; the mating portion 20 is provided with protruding portions that can be separately inserted into the fixation ends 10 in front of and at the rear sides of the shoe sole 1; hence, the feet could be put between the shoe sole 1 and Y strap 2, and gripped onto Y strap 2 by the foot thumb and finger, such that the back of feet and sole could be separately attached to the shoe sole 1 and Y strap 2; said Y strap 2 is extended from the fixation end 10 in front of the shoe sole 1 to the fixation end 10 at rear sides to form a Y-shape (or herring-bone) pattern; at least one accessories unit 3 is incorporated onto the Y strap 2. Said accessories unit 3 is provided with a base 30; a decoration 31 is embedded onto upper end of the base 30, and a needle rod 32 is set at its lower end and mated with a lock nut 33 allowing for locking at lower end of the needle rod 32; moreover, at least a punch hole is set on said Y strap 2, and at least a groove 21 is formed at the inner punch hole of said Y strap 2; with this design, the accessories unit 3 is snapped into the surface of said Y strap 3 via the needle rod 32, and then the needle rod 32 is buried into the groove 21 by the lock nut 33.

In the preferred embodiment, the base of said accessories unit 3 is of any geometric shape, and the decoration 31 and lock nut 33 embedded onto upper end of the base 30 are also of any geometric pattern; besides, the designed decoration 31 and lock nut 33 can be made of various previous metals or minerals to further improve the quality and value of the decoration 31. In addition, the accessories unit 3 can be designed into an integral structure without base by integrating the decoration 31 with the needle rod 32; in practice, the needle rod 32 can be directly fixed onto external surface of the decoration 31, especially compact decoration 31, as illustrated by a single accessories unit 3 in FIG. 3.

Referring to the sectional view in FIG. 3, the accessories unit 3 of the present invention can be quickly fixed onto external surface of said Y strap 2; according to the position of the inner groove 21 opposite to Y strap 2, the needle rod 32 is locked by the lock nut 33 and buried into the groove 21, such that the base 30 of the accessories unit 3 is abutted securely onto external surface of said Y strap 2; as the lock nut 33 is buried into the groove 21, the accessories unit 3 will not generate any contact friction with the back of feet during movement, and the lock nut 33 can be removed by means of DIY to replace into other kinds of accessories unit 3, so the unique decorative effect could be created by some theme designs to underpin the decorative value and benefits of the flip-flop slippers.

Referring to the sectional view in FIG. 4, the accessories unit 3 of the present invention is designed without base, and the decoration 31 is fixed onto the surface of Y strap 2 via a locking pin 34; a locking hole 310 is set into the decoration 31, and a locking pin 34 is buried into the groove 21; at one end of the locking pin 34 there is a needle rod 340 that's penetrated into the hole of said Y strap 2, and also locked with the locking hole 310 of the decoration 31, so that the accessories unit 3 is fastened onto said Y strap 2.

In practice, the accessories unit of the present invention can be inserted onto external surface of Y strap of said flip-flop slippers by a single or more patterns, and decorations of different shapes, materials, colors and patterns or those made of precious metals or minerals can be selected depending on individual preferences, and also incorporated freely onto the flip-flop slippers; in such case, the unique decorative styles and effect differ a lot from common flip-flop slippers; it is worthy to note that, the accessories unit of the present invention could easily realize the convenience and robustness by means of DIY, and also enable free disassembly and flexible replacement, eliminating the tediousness and possible collision of common flip-flop slippers with strong identifiability.

Claims

1. A combined structure of shoe accessories unit, which comprising:

a pair of flip-flop slippers, comprising of a sole and Y strap; said Y strap is of a Y-shaped structure, three Y-shaped end edges are separately set at front end and rear sides of the sole, at least a punch hole is set on said Y strap, and a groove is formed internally;

an accessories unit, incorporated onto the Y strap; said accessories unit is provided with a base; a decoration is embedded onto upper end of the base, and a needle rod is set at its lower end and mated with a lock nut;

the needle rod of the decoration can be penetrated into the hole of said Y strap, and the needle rod is locked by the lock nut and then buried into the groove.

2. The combined structure of shoe accessories unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein said decoration is of any geometric shape.

3. The combined structure of shoe accessories unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein said decoration is made of various precious metals or minerals.

4. The combined structure of shoe accessories unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein said accessories unit is designed without base, and the decoration and the needle rod are incorporated.

The combined structure of shoe accessories unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein said accessories unit is designed without base, a locking hole is set into the decoration, while a locking pin is buried into the groove, and penetrated into the hole of said Y strap for mating with the locking hole of the decoration.
