Problems in Related Art which are Solved by Applicant's Invention

Economy of Scale:

The present disclosure favors the use of reusable paper towel dispensers rather than disposable paper towel dispensers. Cost savings quickly accrue by not having to purchase a new dispenser each time a new roll of paper towels is purchased.

Safety:

The present disclosure is designed to use each dispenser in a horizontal position, only. This method of use, prevents the accidental overturning caused by using vertical, tower type, dispensers.

Structural Integrity:

The present disclosure improves the useful life of each dispenser by the inclusion of a water resistant protective coating, protective rubber feet, and, when required; both a structurally enhancing adhesive and double walled construction.

Decorative Economization:

The present disclosure refrains from decorating the rolls of paper towels to match each dispenser. If the paper towels were visually exposed, this requirement would most likely be necessary, increasing the overall cost of the product.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

This disclosure is directed to the Decorative Paper Towel Dispensing System, which has been developed to assist in providing, within each home or business, one or more decorative paper towel dispensers, which provide user convenience by quickly reducing the drudgery, time and expense required to cleanup liquid spills.

For years, the kitchen has generally been chosen to be the primary location for the dispensing of paper towels to cleanup liquid spills throughout a home or business.

As valuable possessions have been added, dispensing paper towels from only one location to cleanup liquid spills has proven ineffective.

The closer one is to a liquid spill, the more quickly and effectively one can eliminate the spread of the liquid, by use of the Decorative Paper Towel Dispensing System.

Each paper towel dispenser is manufactured to take advantage of state of the art adhesive and double wall construction to enhance its structural integrity.

Each paper towel dispenser contains a protective Paper Towels—Hygienic Shield, above the Paper Towels—Extraction Slot to restrict negative exposure to the enclosed paper towel roll caused by coughs, sneezing, grime and other forms of hygienic contamination.

Each roll of paper towels is manufactured with state of the art absorbency, has a width of nine inches, and is perforated every six inches, for ease of variable length tear-off.

Each dispenser is reusable.

Each paper towel roll is the only rolled material designed to be used within this invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The below information, is, for the most part, a description of the many exemplary embodiments which are intended to introduce the different features of the invention while making the invention more useable and cost effective. On the other hand, these embodiments are not intended to limit the broader aspects of the present invention. Variations and modifications may be made to the preferred embodiments of this invention without departing substantially from the spirit and principles of this invention.

Ordinary skills in the art reveal that this disclosure is directed to the Decorative Paper Towel Dispensing System which has within a collection of one or more decorative paper towel dispensers which are each designed to be used in those locations, most frequented, to assist in cleaning up liquid spills within a home or business.

The closer one is to a liquid spill, the more quickly and effectively one can control the spread of the liquid and reduce the drudgery and expense required to clean up the liquid spill.

For many years, the kitchen has generally been chosen to be the primary location for the dispensing of paper towels to cleanup liquid spills in homes and businesses.

Over time, as additional assets have been added such as wall-to-wall carpeting, upholstered furniture, drapes, computers and other items of value, dispensing paper towels from only one location to clean up liquid spills in all areas of a home or business has become ineffective, and at times a professional service has to be summoned to resolve the issue, by cleaning up the soiled areas and/or; repairing or replacing the damaged assets.

By distributing one or more paper towel dispensers, not only to the kitchen, but also to other areas most frequented, where people congregate to eat, work, socialize, and conduct business, people can have immediate access to paper towels to quickly cleanup spilled liquids and return to what is more important in life.

Each dispenser is reusable. Cost savings quickly accrue by not having to repurchase another dispenser each time a new roll of paper towels is purchased.

Each dispenser is fully manufactured, assembled and packaged, and then further bulk packaged for transportation, warehousing, display and purchasing purposes.

The life of each dispenser is extended by the inclusion of a water resistant protective coating, protective rubber feet and both structurally enhancing adhesive and double walled construction.

A paper towel roll is the only rolled material designed to be used within this invention.

Each paper towel roll is manufactured with state of the art absorbency and contains a central open-ended interior card board core. Both the core and the paper towels are nine inches wide. The paper towels are perforated every six inches and wrapped around the card board core, to allow for the efficient unwinding and extraction of one or more sheets of paper towels.

Referring to FIG. 1, there is illustrated a perspective view of the present invention which exhibits one of the dispensers 10 contained within the Decorative Paper Towel Dispensing System which contains one roll of paper towels 16 (not visible in FIG. 1).

It will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art that the dispenser 10 is formed by folding two precut blanks, one the dispenser lid 11 and one the dispenser box 12, and joining, individually, the various flap members together in a manner well known in the art. The dispenser 10 is in the form of a rectangular box and, although various types of materials will be used for manufacturing purposes, which include paper board, plastic, wood, metal or other unknown state of the art materials, this embodiment will be made out of paper board. The dispenser 10 includes a first end 10A and a second end 10B connected by a top section 10C and a bottom section 10D and made up of four side members. To this end, on the dispenser lid 11 score lines 11A extend substantially the entire length of the dispenser lid 11 and are joined at opposing ends by score lines 11B which in turn extend substantially the entire width of the dispenser lid 11. To this end, on the dispenser box 12 score lines 12A extend substantially the entire length of the dispenser box 12 and are joined at opposing ends by score lines 12B which in turn extend substantially the entire width of the dispenser box 12.

Referring to FIG. 2, the present invention shows a perspective view of the dispenser lid 11 and contains one of a selected assortment of decorative photographs 13 on the top side of the dispenser lid 11 such that the Decorative Photograph 13 is not a separate piece, but is manufactured as part of the dispenser lid 11 to enhance the visual aspects of the invention and assist in having the Decorative Photograph 13 blend into the decor in each selected interior location within a home or business. (Not visible in FIG. 2 are the Directions On Installing A New Roll Of Paper Towels 14 which is exhibited on the reverse side of the dispenser lid 11).

Referring to FIG. 3, the present invention shows a perspective view of the dispenser box 12 which; displays the Front Of The Dispenser Box 12D, which includes an access opening which is referred to as the Paper Towels—Extraction Slot 15A, and directly above, the Paper Towels—Hygienic Shield 15B which assists in reducing exposure to the paper towels 16 within, caused by coughs, sneezing, grime and other forms of hygienic contamination and is made in accordance with the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 4, the present invention shows a perspective view of the dispenser 10 in the form useful for dispensing and display purposes and shows the Paper Towels—Extraction Slot 15A, the Paper Towels—Hygienic Shield 15B, above, and a portion of the paper towels 16 which have been withdrawn from the dispenser box 12, for display purposes.

Referring to FIG. 5, the present invention shows a longitudinal cross section view taken along the lines 3-3 of FIG. 1 and displays one roll of paper towels 16 and two identical, clear plastic, end pieces, 17, which are used as a unit to provide the Axis 18 required for the efficient extraction of paper towels 16 from the dispenser box 12 and are made in accordance with the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 6, the present invention shows a cross section view of the left side of the dispenser box 12B taken along the lines 5-5 of FIG. 5;

Referring to FIG. 7, the present invention shows a cross section view of the right side of the dispenser box 12C taken along the lines 6-6 of FIG. 5.
