ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE SEALING SLEEVE, INHALATION ROD AND ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE USING THE SAME

The present invention provides an electronic cigarette sealing sleeve for sealing the electronic cigarette or components of the electronic cigarette. The electronic cigarette sealing sleeve disposes a removing portion thereon to facilitate removing. The present invention is to by adopting the technology of disposing a removing portion on the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve to facilitate its removing, to achieve the technical effect of convenient and quick removing of the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve. The present invention also provides an inhalation rod used for an electronic cigarette, and an electronic cigarette.

CROSS-REFERENCE

This application is a U.S. continuation-in-part application under 35 U.S.C. §111(a) claiming priority under 35 U.S.C. §120 and §365(c) to International Application No. PCT/CN2013/076628 filed Jun. 3, 2013, the contents of which are incorporated by reference herein in their entirety for all intended purposes.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to an electronic cigarette sealing sleeve, an electronic cigarette inhalation rod and an electronic cigarette.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, a typical electronic cigarette usually includes an inhalation rod 100 and a power rod 200 which is detachably connected with the inhalation rod 100. The inhalation rod 100 disposes an atomization assembly for atomizing smoking liquid. For more times and full use of the power from the power rod 200, each electronic cigarette is equipped with a few inhalation rod 100 and packed in a same cigarette box. In order to avoid outside air entering an atomizer through the end of the inhalation rod 100 to affect the smoking liquid taste, one end of the inhalation rod 100 is sheathed with a sealing sleeve 300 made of silica gel.

Because the surface of the silica gel sealing sleeve 300 is smooth, when need to remove the silica gel sealing sleeve from the electronic cigarette, the friction between fingers and the silica gel sealing sleeve is very small and it is not easy to remove the silica gel sealing sleeve.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

A technical problem of the present invention to be solved is to provide an electronic cigarette sealing sleeve for convenient removing, an electronic inhalation rod and an electronic cigarette.

To achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides an electronic cigarette sealing sleeve for sealing the electronic cigarette or components of the electronic cigarette. The electronic cigarette sealing sleeve disposes a removing portion thereon to facilitate removing.

Preferably, the removing unit is antiskid strips disposed on the surface of the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve used for contacting with human body. Thus, the friction between human body and the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve is increased by the antiskid strips, which is convenient to remove the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve.

Preferably, the antiskid strips are of convex and concave interposed arrangement structure.

Preferably, the convex and the concave are interposed arranged as ring, spiral or reticular structure. That is, the antiskid strips are pretty strips, spirals or nets. Specifically, the nets can be set as a partial or total of the side surface of the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve.

Preferably, the cross-sectional shape of the convex and/or the concave is circular, elliptical, circular or polygonal.

Preferably, the polygonal is one or a plurality of triangular, quadrilateral and pentagon. Preferably, the quadrilateral is a trapezoid.

Preferably, the removing portion is a flange formed by the end of the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve extending outward radially. Then, when removing the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve the flange forms a stop, increasing the removing force and facilitating to remove the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve.

Preferably, the flange is ring-shaped.

Preferably, the flange disposes antiskid strips along the circumferential or axial of flange outer side. The antiskid strips make the flange beautiful and feel strong.

Preferably, the flange is zigzag-shaped.

Preferably, The flange disposes a through hole. Then, by the through hole, on one hand, a hook can be used to hook into the through hole to remove the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve; on the other hand, a string or metal ring can be inserted to facilitate hanging or taking the electronic cigarette when needed.

Preferably, the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve is made of silicone material.

The present invention also provide an electronic cigarette inhalation rod which includes an inhalation rod itself, and an electronic cigarette sealing sleeve sheathing on the end of the inhalation rod as above-mentioned.

Preferably, one end of the inhalation used to connect the power rod disposes steps, and the sealing sleeve sheathes on the steps. The side of the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve is on co-planar with the side of the inhalation rod and/or the power rod after installation. Then, by the steps, it is convenient to guide the assembling of the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve and make it beautiful.

The present invention further provides an electronic cigarette, which includes an electronic cigarette body and an electronic cigarette sealing sleeve sheathing on one end of the electronic cigarette as above-mentioned. Then, the electronic cigarette, the electronic cigarette inhalation rod and the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve with the function of the removing portion, it is easy to remove the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve even it is very small and of smooth surface, meeting the users requirements of removing conveniently and quickly.

The advantage of the present invention are: by adopting the technology of disposing a removing portion on the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve to facilitate its removing, to achieve the technical effect of convenient and quick removing of the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve, and further facilitates the electronic cigarette disassembly, and at the same time achieves antiskid effect when handing the electronic cigarette.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is a structural schematic view of a typical electronic cigarette in which one end of the inhalation rod and one end of the power rod are all equipped with an electronic cigarette sealing sleeve.

FIG. 2 is a structural schematic view of a typical electronic cigarette in which one end of the inhalation rod is equipped with an electronic cigarette sealing sleeve.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

To be clear, in the non-conflict situations, the embodiments and features of the present invention can be combined with each other. The present invention will be further specified by the following drawings and embodiments.

Referring to FIG. 4 to FIG. 6, the present invention provides an electronic cigarette sealing sleeve which is used for sealing the electronic cigarette or an atomizer and other components of an electronic cigarette. On the sealing sleeve disposes a removing portion to facilitate removing. The present invention also provides an inhalation rod of the electronic cigarette. The inhalation rod includes an inhalation rod body and an electronic cigarette sealing sleeve sheathed around one end of the inhalation rod body. The present invention also provides an electronic cigarette, which includes an electronic cigarette body and the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve sheathed on one end of the electronic cigarette body. Specifically, the electronic cigarette body includes an inhalation rod 10 and a power rod 20. Inside the inhalation rod 10 disposes an atomization assembly for heating and atomizing smoking liquid into smoke. Thus, the inhalation rod 10 is also known as an atomizer. One end of the inhalation rod 10 and/or the power rod 20 disposes an electronic cigarette sealing sleeve 30. On the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve 30 disposes a removing portion 40 to facilitate removing. When the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve 30 locates at the end of the inhalation rod 10, the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve 30 may sheath on one distal end of the inhalation rod 10 as the nozzle end, or may sheath on the other distal end of the inhalation rod 10, which is the connection end of the inhalation rod 10 connected to the power rod 20. When the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve 30 locates at the end of the power rod 20, the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve 30 may sheath on the connection end of the power rod 20 connecting with the inhalation rod 10, or may sheath on the other distal end of the power rod 20 opposite to the connection end, which is a bottom end of the electronic cigarette.

The electronic cigarette sealing sleeve 30 is made of silicone materials. At the end of the inhalation rod 10 disposes steps 12. The electronic cigarette sealing sleeve 30 is installed on the steps 12, and the side of the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve 30 is co-planar with the side of the power rod 20 after installation. In this one embodiment, the steps 12 is disposed on an external electrode of the inhalation rod 10 used to connect with the power rod 20. Then the sealing sleeve 30 is sheathed on a connection portion of the inhalation rod 10 of the electronic cigarette connecting with the power rod 20. The steps 12 can also be disposed on the other end of the inhalation rod 10 as the nozzle end opposite to the connection end, or disposed on the connection end between the power rod 20 and the inhalation rod 10 or the other end of the power rod 20 opposite to the connection end, which is a bottom end of the electronic cigarette.

According to the present invention, it mainly takes two aspects into consideration about the removing portion 40 for convenient removing of the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve 30: the first aspect is disposed to increase friction, and the second aspect is disposed to be protruding to form a stop. Of course, it is understood that one skill in the art can combine the two aspects for use, such as on the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve 30 is disposed not only antiskid structure to increase friction but also stop structure disposed to be protruding.

Regarding the first aspect, the removing portion 40 is antiskid strips 41 disposed on the surface of the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve 30 used for contacting with human body. As an embodiment, the antiskid strips 41 are of convex and concave interposed arrangement structure. Preferably, the convex and the concave are interposed arranged as ring, spiral or reticular structure. Preferably, the cross-sectional shape of the convex and/or the concave is circular, elliptical, circular or polygonal. Specifically, the polygonal is one or a plurality of triangular, quadrilateral and pentagon.

Regarding the second aspect, the removing portion 40 is a flange 42 formed by one distal end of the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve 30 extending outward radially. As an embodiment, the flange 42 is a ring. Preferably, the flange 42 disposes antiskid strips along the circumferential or axial of an outer side. As an embodiment, the flange 42 is zigzag-shaped. As an embodiment, on the flange 42, a through hole is disposed. Then, by the through hole, on one hand, a hook may be used to hook into the through hole to remove the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve; on the other hand, a string or metal ring can be penetrate into to facilitate hanging or taking the electronic cigarette when needed.

In summary, the present invention adopts disposing the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve 30 on the end of the inhalation rod 10 and/or the power rod 20, and disposing the removing portion 40 on the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve 30 to facilitate its removing, thus to achieve the technical effect of convenient and quick removing of the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve 30. When the sealing sleeve 30 locates at the external of the connection portion between the electronic cigarette inhalation rod 10 and the power rod 20, on the one hand, the sealing sleeve 30 seals and protects the electrode at the internal connection part and makes the connection between the inhalation rod 10 and the power rod 20 stronger, and the structure is simple; on the other hand, it is convenient to hold the electronic cigarette to avoid falling, and makes it more convenient of holding when dismantling the electronic cigarette inhalation rod 10 and the power rod 20, and the operation is also convenient. When the sealing sleeve 30 is sheathed at the nozzle end of the electronic cigarette inhalation rod 10, on the one hand the sealing sleeve 30 seals the nozzle end, improving the touch feeling of user mouth; at the same time the sealing sleeve 30 acts antiskid effect and facilitate holding.

Embodiments of the present invention is shown and described in the above-mentioned. Various improvement and modifications can be made to the embodiments by those skilled in the art without departing from the true spirit and scope of the disclosure. The scope of the present invention is defined by the appended claims and equivalents thereof.

Claims

1. An electronic cigarette sealing sleeve used for sealing an electronic cigarette or components of the electronic cigarette, comprising:

a removing portion disposed on the sealing sleeve to facilitate removing;
wherein the removing portion is antiskid strips disposed on the surface of the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve used for contacting with human body; the antiskid strips are of convex and concave interposed arrangement structure; the removing portion also includes a flange formed by one end of the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve extending outward radially.

2. According to the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve in claim 1, wherein the cross-sectional shape of the convex and/or the concave is circular, elliptical, circular or polygonal.

3. According to the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve in claim 2, wherein the polygonal is one or a plurality of triangular, quadrilateral and pentagon.

4. According to the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve in claim 1, wherein the flange is ring-shaped.

5. According to the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve in claim 1, wherein the flange disposes antiskid strips along the circumferential or axial of flange outer side.

6. According to the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve in claim 1, wherein the flange is zigzag-shaped.

7. According to the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve in claim 1, wherein on the flange disposes a through hole.

8. According to the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve in claim 1, wherein the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve is a silicone gel sealing sleeve.

9. An electronic cigarette comprising:

an inhalation rod;
a power rod; and
an electronic cigarette sealing sleeve sheathing on one end of the inhalation rod and/or the power rod;
wherein at the end of the inhalation rod and/or the power rod disposes steps; the sealing sleeve sheathes on the steps; a removing portion disposed on the sealing sleeve to facilitate removing; the removing portion is antiskid strips disposed on the surface of the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve used for contacting with human body.

10. According to the electronic cigarette in claim 9, wherein one connecting end of the inhalation rod used for connecting with the power rod or the nozzle end opposite to the connecting end disposes the steps; or the steps are disposed at one connecting end of the power rod connected to the inhalation rod or the other bottom end opposite to the connecting end; the side of the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve is on co-planar with the side of the inhalation rod and/or the power rod after installation.

11. According to the electronic cigarette in claim 9, wherein the antiskid strips are of convex and concave interposed arrangement structure; the removing portion includes a flange formed by the end of the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve extending outward radially.

12. According to the electronic cigarette in claim 11, wherein the cross-sectional shape of the convex and/or the concave is circular, elliptical, circular or polygonal.

13. According to the electronic cigarette in claim 12, wherein the polygonal is one or a plurality of triangular, quadrilateral and pentagon.

14. According to the electronic cigarette in claim 11, wherein the flange is ring-shaped.

15. According to the electronic cigarette in claim 1, wherein the flange disposes antiskid strips along the circumferential or axial of flange outer side.

16. According to the electronic cigarette in claim 11, wherein the flange is zigzag-shaped.

17. According to the electronic cigarette in claim 11, wherein on the flange disposes a through hole.

18. According to the electronic cigarette in claim 9, wherein the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve is a silicone gel sealing sleeve.

19. An inhalation rod used for an electronic cigarette, the inhalation rod comprising:

an inhalation rod body; and
an electronic cigarette sealing sleeve sheathed around one end of the inhalation rod body, the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve including a removing portion disposed on the sealing sleeve to facilitate removing;
wherein the removing portion is antiskid strips disposed on the surface of the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve used for contacting with human body; the antiskid strips are of convex and concave interposed arrangement structure; the removing portion also includes a flange formed by one end of the electronic cigarette sealing sleeve extending outward radially.

20. According to the inhalation rod in claim 19, wherein the cross-sectional shape of the convex and/or the concave is circular, elliptical, circular or polygonal.
