The disclosure may bring one or more of the following advantageous effects. The radiator and the baseplate assembly thereof in the present disclosure may only include a baseplate fixing plate and bolts in addition to the baseplate, and thusly have simple structures. The user may only need to align the through holes in the baseplate with the threaded holes in the baseplate fixing plate, and screw to tighten the bolts, thusly such installation is very convenient. Also, the baseplate fixing plate is pre-fixed onto the radiator, thereby during transport the space of the packing container is saved, the amount of the parts are reduced and the probability of losing parts is lowered. Moreover, since the baseplate fixing plate has been pre-fixed, the mounting location of the baseplate is fixed, for avoiding the installation errors and thereby the disadvantageous influence of usage.
Exemplary embodiments indicating the characteristics and advantages of the present disclosure are described in detail in the following explanation. It should be understood that various variations and modifications can be made for this disclosure by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and the scope of this disclosure, and also, the explanation and the drawings thereof are illustrative, and are not intended to limit the present disclosure.
A radiator of an embodiment in the present disclosure has a baseplate assembly. A baseplate assembly in an embodiment in the present disclosure is applied on a radiator of an embodiment in the present disclosure.
In the context, “upper” and “lower” indicate “upper” and “lower” in a working state of a radiator.
A radiator in an embodiment of the disclosure is an oil-filled radiator, or an oil-free radiator, or the like. The oil-filled radiator may be, for example, an electric oil-filled radiator. Hereinafter, taking an electric oil-filled radiator as example, a radiator and a baseplate for radiator thereof in an embodiment of the disclosure are described.
As shown in
As shown in
The baseplate 2 includes a strip plate 20 and wheels 3. The wheels 3 are disposed on the both ends of the strip plate 20. In an embodiment, the strip plate 20 is approximately rectangular, and a through hole 200 is disposed at the geometric center of the strip plate 20. For example, the through hole 200 is a smooth hole.
As shown in
For example, the bolt 12 is a butterfly bolt, such as an M5 butterfly bolt. The advantage of such a bolt is that the bolt 12 may be screwed to tighten without special tools.
In the baseplate assembly in an embodiment of the disclosure, the baseplate fixing plate 11 may be fixedly connected between two outermost adjacent oil-filled fins 10 (or radiating fins), and be located at a middle position of the oil-filled fin 10 in a width direction. The “width direction” discussed herein is the same direction as the length direction of the strip plate 20 after the baseplate 2 has been installed. Moreover, the baseplate fixing plate 11 has been welded to the correct installation position on the baseplate 2 before being packaged in a packing container and transported. Since there are usually two sets of baseplate assemblies, the two sets of baseplate assemblies are respectively installed onto the both longitudinal ends of the radiator body 1.
As shown in
Accordingly, after purchase of the product, the user may open the packing container, align the threaded hole 110 with the through hole 200, and then screw up the bolt 12 to fasten. Thus, the baseplate 2 may be installed at the bottom of the radiator body 1.
Also, in order to fix the baseplate 2, as shown in
Also, for fixing the baseplate 2, the approximately square baseplate fixing plate 11 may be replaced by a rectangular one. Two through holes 110 with inner threads are disposed on the baseplate fixing plate 11, and correspondingly, two through holes 200 are disposed on the strip plate 20 of the baseplate 2. The baseplate fixing plate 11 and the strip plate 20 are connected and fastened by means of two bolts 12.
In short, the radiator and the baseplate assembly thereof in the present disclosure only contain the baseplate fixing plate 11 and the bolts 12 in addition to the baseplate 2, and thusly have simple structures. When installing, the user only needs to align the through hole 200 in the baseplate 2 with the threaded hole 110 in the baseplate fixing plate 11, and screw and tighten the bolt 12, thusly the installation is very convenient. Also, since the baseplate fixing plate 11 is pre-fixed onto the radiator, during transport of the radiator, the space of the packing container is saved, the amount of the parts is reduced and the possibility of losing parts is lowered. Moreover, since the baseplate fixing plate 11 is pre-fixed in position before sale, the installation position of the baseplate is fixed, which would avoid the installation errors and thereby the disadvantageous influence of usage.
The technical solutions of the present disclosure are disclosed by embodiments as above. For those skilled in the art, it should be recognized there are various variations and modifications without departing from the spirit and the scope of this disclosure. Therefore, this disclosure intends to include these variations and modifications.
