Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Fields of the invention

The present invention relates to a kind of three-dimensional seamless protective equipment, especially to a kind of three-dimensional seamless protective equipment that features on easy production, good extension and higher air permeability.

2. Descriptions of Related Art

Refer to FIG. 6, protective equipment 6 available now includes an adhesive layer 62 applied to a substrate 61 of a fabric. One surface of the substrate 61 coated with the adhesive layer 62 is disposed with foam 63. After one surface of the foam 63 being fixed on the fabric substrate 61 by the adhesive layer 62, the other surface of the foam 63 is coated with another adhesive layer 64 so as to connect with an inner surface of a wearable thing 65 such as clothes. Thereby impact generated during exercise or activities can be absorbed by the foam 3 when a user wears the wearable thing. Thus the user's safety during exercise or activities is improved.

However, the fabric substrate adhered on one surface of the foam is not extendable so that user's body is unable to move smoothly. Moreover, heat and sweat are generated during movement and exercise. The gap between warp and weft of the fabric substrate is shaded by the adhesive layer so that the heat and sweat are unable to be dissipated and evaporated respectively through the fabric substrate. Thus the user feels hot and uncomfortable. Furthermore, the manufacturing processes for protective equipment include applying an adhesive layer to a substrate, adhering foam to the substrate, coating an adhesive layer over the foam for attaching the foam to a wearable thing, etc. The manufacturing processes are complicated and time-consuming. The production cost is also increased.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Therefore it is a primary objet of the present invention to provide a kind of three-dimensional seamless protective equipment that features on easy production, good extension and better air permeability.

In order to achieve the above object, a three-dimensional seamless protective equipment of the present invention includes a wearable thing disposed with a plurality of buffer bodies. An interval is formed between adjacent buffer bodies. A substrate is arranged at the other surface of the buffer body, opposite to the surface of the buffer body connected with the wearable thing. Both a periphery of the substrate and certain area of the substrate corresponding to the intervals between buffer bodies are connected to the wearable thing by heating. A gap is formed between each buffer body and the substrate.

According to the above design, the substrate has good extension so that the user moves more smoothly while taking exercise or activities. Moreover, due to the gap formed between the substrate and the buffer body, heat and sweat from the body are filtrated into the gap through the fabric substrate and then are exhausted through the wearable thing. Thus the user feels much more comfortable while wearing the protective equipment.

FIG. 6 is a cross sectional view of a prior art.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Refer to FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, a kind of three-dimensional seamless protective equipment of the present invention is revealed. The protective equipment includes a wearable thing that can be clothes. A plurality of cubes of buffer bodies 2 is disposed on an inner surface of a wearable thing 1 and an interval 21 is formed between the two adjacent buffer bodies 2. The buffer body 2 is made from foaming materials, rubber, silicone, etc. Then an adhesive 3 is applied to a certain area of the wearable thing 1, around the buffer bodies 2 and at the intervals 21 between the adjacent buffer bodies 2. A fabric substrate 4 is coated over the other surface of the buffer bodies 2, opposite to the surface connected to the wearable thing 1. Next a periphery of the substrate 4 and a certain area of the substrate 4 corresponding to the intervals 21 between the buffer bodies 2 are connected to the wearable thing 1 by heating that activates the adhesive 3 applied. Thus the buffer bodies 2 are mounted seamlessly between the substrate 4 and the wearable thing 1. At the same time, a gap 5 is formed between the buffer body 2 and the substrate 4.

When the user wants to do exercise or activities, he/she can select protective equipment suitable that is specific to the most often injured parts of the body and is arranged with the buffer bodies 2 at those parts. By wearing the wearable thing 1 such as clothes, the user can make use of the protective equipment easily and conveniently. At the moment, the fabric substrate 4 on the inner surface of the wearable thing 1 is closely in contact with the user's body.

The user may get injuries during exercise or activities due to a direct hit to or collision with others/the ground. By wearing the wearable thing 1 specific to the exercise/activity the user takes and having the buffer bodies at often injured parts, the impact on the user's body caused by collision is dramatically reduced during exercise/activities due to the buffer bodies 2. Thus the user's body is protected well from impact.

Moreover, the substrate 4 of the present invention is integrated with the wearable thing 1 at the intervals of the buffer bodies 2 by heating. Thus the substrate 4 is having good flexibility and able to extend and move together with the wearable thing 1, along with the user's body movement such as sinking running, jumping or bending. There is no drawing fore or resistance during the movement. Thus the user moves smoothly during various exercise or activities.

Furthermore, a lot of heat and sweat are generated from the user's body while taking exercise or activities. The heat and the sweat are filtrated into the gap 5 between the substrate 4 and the buffer body 2 through warp and weft of the fabric substrate 4 attached to the user's body. Then the heat and the sweat are dissipated and evaporated outside through warp and weft of the wearable thing 1. By the design of a path for heat dissipation and sweat evaporation, the heat and the sweat are exhausted outside quickly and smoothly, without accumulating inside the wearable thing 1. Thus the user will not feel hot and uncomfortable.

Besides clothes, the wearable thing 1 can be pants (as shown in FIG. 4), socks, a waist support, a knee support, a chest supports, a shoulder support, an elbow support (as shown in FIG. 5), a thigh support, a tibia support, etc. The buffer bodies 2 and the substrate 4 can also be arranged at an outer surface of the wearable thing 1. The adhesive 3 is not limited to be applied to the wearable thing 1, around the buffer bodies 2 and at the intervals 21 between the buffer bodies 2. The adhesive 3 can be coated over either the wearable thing 1 or the substrate 4 so as to connect the substrate 4 with the wearable thing 1 by heating.

Additional advantages and modifications will readily occur to those skilled in the art. Therefore, the invention in its broader aspects is not limited to the specific details, and representative devices shown and described herein. Accordingly, various modifications may be made without departing from the spirit or scope of the general inventive concept as defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
