DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Please refer to FIGS. 1, 2 and 3; FIG. 1 is a perspective explosive view of an eyelash brush structure improvement of the present invention; FIG. 2 is an enlarged perspective explosive view of a pivot connecting end of a brush rod and pivot portions of a movable rod; and FIG. 3 is a sectional pivotal assembled view of the pivot connecting end of the brush rod and the pivot portions of the movable rod. The eyelash brush structure improvement is composed of a brush rod 10, a movable rod 20 and an eyelash liquid bottle 30.

The brush rod 10 is disposed with a grip portion 11 at one end for coupling with a cover body 32 of the eyelash liquid bottle 30; and a pivot connecting end 12 at the other end with a cambered end portion 121 and two beveled guiding surfaces 122 on both sides. A pivot hole 123 is disposed at a center of the two beveled guiding surfaces 122. Two position portions 124 are disposed by two sides of the cambered end portion 121 of the pivot connecting end 12 for positioning and pressing against. Guiding grooves 125 connected to an outer side of the cambered end portion 121 and the pivot hole 123 are further concavely disposed on the two beveled guiding surfaces 122 of the pivot connecting end 12.

The movable rod 20 is coupled with an eyelash brush 21 at one end and two pivot portions 22 are disposed at the other end, and two pivot rods 221 are protrudingly disposed on opposite inner sides of the two pivot portions 22. Beveled surfaces 2211 corresponding to bottom surfaces of the guiding grooves 125 are formed on opposite inner sides of the two pivot rods 221. A pivot groove 222 corresponding to a thickness of the pivot connecting end 12 of the brush rod 10 is formed between the two pivot portions 22.

The eyelash liquid bottle 30 is disposed with an upper opening 31 having an outer threading 311, and the cover body 32 for screwing, covering and assembling with the upper opening 31. The upper opening 31 is further sleeved and coupled with a scraping sleeve 312 having a smaller opening at a bottom end.

Please refer to FIG. 3. FIG. 3 is a sectional pivotal assembled view of the pivot connecting end of the brush rod and the pivot portions of the movable rod. The guiding grooves 125 disposed on the two beveled guiding surfaces 122 of the pivot connecting end 12 of the brush rod 10 are grooves with a width corresponding to a diameter of the pivot rods 221 disposed on the two pivot portions 22 of the movable rod 20, and the bottom surface of the guiding groove 125 is an inclined surface with an inner side (close to the pivot hole 123) higher than an outer side. As shown in FIG. 3, when the pivot connecting end 12 of the brush rod 10 is inserted into the pivot groove 222, the two guiding grooves 125 can be provided for guiding the two pivot rods 221 to press into the pivot hole 123 easily along the inclined bottom surfaces of the guiding grooves 125 in order to assemble pivotally. As shown in FIG. 4, the movable rod 20 is assembled speedily with the pivot rods 221 used as a fulcrum for pivotal turning, and the position portions 124 of the pivot connecting end 12 can be pressed stably against an inner surface of the pivot groove 222. Thereby, the movable rod 20 with the eyelash brush 21 composed of low cost and simple structures can be bent pivotally at the lower end of the brush rod 10, and can be positioned firmly at bent angles to achieve stability and durability.

Please refer to FIG. 5. FIG. 5 is a sectional assembled view of the eyelash brush structure improvement of the present invention. The grip portion 11 of the brush rod 10 is further coupled with the cover body 32 of the eyelash liquid bottle 30 in order that the brush rod 10 and the pivotally coupled movable rod 20 with the eyelash brush 21 at the lower end can be inserted into and accommodated inside the eyelash liquid bottle 30 through the upper opening 31, and the cover body 32 is screwed with the outer threading 311 of the upper opening 31.

Please refer to FIG. 6. FIG. 6 is a schematic view of the eyelash brush being bent at an angle before taken out from the eyelash liquid bottle. When the brush rod 10 is taken out from the scraping sleeve 312 of the upper opening 31 of the eyelash liquid bottle 30, the pivotally coupled movable rod 20 with the eyelash brush 21 at the lower end of the brush rod 10 can be bent in order that the movable rod 20 is pressed and fixed against the position portion 124 on one side of the brush rod 10 (as shown in FIG. 4). Then, as shown in FIG. 7, when holding the cover body 32 coupled with one of the ends of the brush rod 10, the eyelash brush 21 can be bent at a fixed angle for brushing eyelashes more conveniently.

Please refer to FIG. 8. FIG. 8 is a perspective explosive view of the pivot connecting end of the brush rod and the pivot portions of the movable rod according to a second pivotal assembled embodiment of the present invention. The brush rod 10 having one of the ends disposed with the grip portion 11 for coupling with the cover body 32 of the eyelash liquid bottle 30; and the other end disposed with the pivot connecting end 12 and the two beveled guiding surfaces 122 are disposed on the two sides, and the pivot hole 123 is disposed at the center of the two beveled guiding surfaces 122. The two position portions 124 are disposed by the two sides of the pivot connecting end 12 for positioning and pressing against. The movable rod 20 is coupled with the eyelash brush 21 at one of the ends and the two pivot portions 22 are disposed at the other end. Two oppositely disposed through holes 223 are penetrated through the two pivot portions 22, and a pivot rod 224 is inserted and assembled into the through holes 223. The pivot groove 222 corresponding to the thickness of the pivot connecting end 12 of the brush rod 10 is formed between the two pivot portions 22. When the pivot connecting end 12 is inserted into the pivot groove 222, the through holes 223 of the two pivot portions 22 are corresponding to the pivot hole 123 of the two beveled guiding surfaces 122 of the pivot connecting end 12. Thereby, the movable rod 20 with the eyelash brush 21 pivotally assembled by the pivot rod 224 can be bent using the pivot rod 224 as a fulcrum, and the two position portions 124 can be pressed stably against the inner surface of the pivot groove 222 as shown in FIG. 9.

According to the above, the brush rod and the movable rod with the eyelash brush of the eyelash brush structure improvement of the present invention are pivotally assembled, and can be bent pivotally and positioned firmly and stably at angles to form a simplified and durable structure in order to reduce the manufacturing and assembling difficulties and costs, as well as to avoid defects in assembling.

Note that the specifications relating to the above embodiments should be construed as exemplary rather than as limitative of the present invention, with many variations and modifications being readily attainable by a person of average skill in the art without departing from the spirit or scope thereof as defined by the appended claims and their legal equivalents.
