DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Referring now to the drawings submitted herewith, wherein various elements depicted therein are not necessarily drawn to scale and wherein through the views and figures like elements are referenced with identical reference numerals, there is illustrated a drinking vessel 100 constructed according to the principles of the present invention.

Referring in particular to FIGS. 1 and 2 the drinking vessel 100 further includes a body 10 having a bottom 15 and a wall 20 contiguously formed to create an opening 25 and an interior volume 30. The body 10 is generally annular in shape and is operable to receive and retain a liquid therein. The bottom 15 is manufactured to a thickness that is greater than that of the wall 20 so as to provide additional stability and balance during the movement of the drinking vessel 100. The body 10 is manufactured from a suitable durable material such as but not limited to glass. While in the preferred embodiment of the present invention the body 10 includes one wall 20, it is contemplated within the scope of the present invention that body 10 could be formed utilizing more than one wall so as to form a body 10 having various different shapes such as but not limited to pentagonal or hexagonal. The interior volume 30 of the body 10 is configured to retain about two ounces of fluid. While in the preferred embodiment the interior volume 30 of the body 10 is configured to retain about two ounces of fluid, it is further contemplated within the scope of the present invention that the body 10 could be manufactured in numerous different sizes so as to create an interior volume capable of receiving various volumes of fluid that are greater than two ounces.

Illustrated in particular in FIG. 2, the body 10 is superposed the horizontal support member 35. The horizontal support member 35 is integrally secured to the bottom 15 of the body 10 utilizing suitable durable techniques such as but not limited to chemical adhesion or mechanical fasteners. The horizontal support member 35 is manufactured from a suitable durable rigid material such as but not limited to metal. The horizontal support member 35 is generally rectangular in shape and planar in manner. The horizontal support member 35 extends outward from opposing sides 2, 3 of the bottom 15 of the body 10 and further includes an upper surface 7 and lower surface 8. The first end 38 of the horizontal support member 35 is diametrically opposite from the second end 39 with respect to the bottom 15 of the body 10. The first end 38 and second end 39 of the horizontal support member 35 extend beyond the perimeter edge 19 of the bottom 15 in order to provide the necessary stability when the drinking vessel 100 is traversed across a surface.

Secured to the first end 38 are wheels 51,52. The wheels 51,52 are rotatably secured to the first end 38 utilizing axle 55. The wheels 51, 52 are mounted on opposing sides of the horizontal support member 35. It is contemplated within the scope of the present invention that the wheels 51,52 could be manufactured in numerous different sizes and further having various ornamental designs. Operably coupled to the second end 39 of the horizontal support member 35 are a second pair of wheels 70. Only one wheel 69 of the second pair of wheels 70 is visible in the illustrations herein. The second pair of wheels 70 are mounted in the same manner as wheels 51,52 utilizing an axle 75 and are mounted with a wheel on each side of the second end 39. While in the preferred embodiment the horizontal support member 35 utilizes wheels 51,52 and 70 to accomplish the functionality of traversing the drinking vessel 100 across a support surface with assistance of manual force from a user, it is further contemplated within the scope of the present invention that numerous rolling means could be utilized to achieve the desired functionality of being able to traverse the drinking vessel 100 across a support surface. More specifically but not by way of limitation, bulldozer style tracks could be operably coupled to the horizontal support member 35 and utilized to traverse the drinking vessel 100 across a surface.

Illustrated in particular in FIG. 1, the first decorative element 80 and second decorative element 85 are shown therein. The first decorative element 80 is superposed the first end 38 of the horizontal support member 35. The first decorative element 80 is secured to the first end 38 of the horizontal support member 35 utilizing suitable durable techniques such as but not limited to chemical adhesion. The first decorative element 80 is manufactured from a suitable durable material such as but not limited to metal. The first decorative element 80 is formed to resemble the front end of a motor vehicle. It is contemplated within the scope of the present invention that the first decorative element 80 could be formed to resemble numerous styles of motor vehicles.
