VARIOUS RECEPTACLES APPLYING THE OPENED CAVITY
The various receptacles applying the open cavity comprises of: a base part forming a storage space that is opened on one side; a communicating cavity communicating to the storage space of the base part while also combining to an upper part of the base part; a stacking part forming storage space; the stacking part consecutively being stacked on the base part, which includes the multiple stacking parts and their independent storage space. The central communicating cavity communicates to; the storage space of the base part and the stacking part, the expanding storage space, and the inner cover in which there's a slot and communicates to the storage space of the stacking part. The present invention has the advantages in which the storage spaces stacked of the multiple layers closely communicate through the use of the cavity, so users can store or take out articles easily.
1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to the various receptacles, which are applying the open cavity. More particularly, the receptacles have designed a structure of multiple layers for tidy and organized stacking, so that it is easy to identify the stored location when it is needed for use.
2. Related Prior Art
With conventional technologies, it is difficult to find specific articles because the storage system is not well organized. In general, most of the received articles are instantly stored in an available area without classifying the item(s), and therefore is harder to obtain or find the articles when needed. It is also inconvenient to transfer or reorganize the stored articles, because the conventional storing system has focused on the available space. The present invention has been designed to solve the aforementioned problems.
A structure of conventional receptacle has been configured inefficiently. Because most articles are stored instantly upon initially receiving, it is not easy to find the articles when it is needed. Thus, the conventional receptacles has involved the difficulty in rearrangement of articles as time passes, being unable to store oversized items due to the limited capacity of the room size, and being unable to alter the purpose of the conventional receptacle from its initial purpose.
In addition, the capacity of the storage is limited due to the fixed structure. The structure does not have the capability to store unexpected articles.
The “Drawer” is a typical example of a common conventional storing system, only being able to store a very limited amount of objects.
When a 4-layer drawer is used as the method of conventional storage, it is able to store objects that only fit in each, independent drawer when closed because each layer is perfectly separated from the other layers.
If the size of the drawer in each layer has dimensions width×length×height=1×1×1 and the four layers are comprised of each of them stacked, the total height (z) is four.
However, the maximum capacity of the drawers (disregarding diagonal object placement) is less than 1×1×1 (disregarding thickness) despite the total dimension being 1×1×4.
Further, the chest drawer can only store the objects that fit in the inner storage place of the drawer as the drawer has a fixed structure that is difficult to alter.
The drawer structure has a weak point in which the maximum storage capacity is limited not by total height, but by each layer, and because of this, the application is not fully utilized.
Furthermore, the structural problem of only being able to store specific kinds of objects will create a limitation in storing larger objects and revising the structure to fit the users' needs.
In other words, the specified storage structure is very inefficient when it comes to unexpected storage conditions, such as size and material of articles.
To solve the aforementioned problems, a grid or wire type shelves are used for alternative storage structures.
However, considering the features of the storage space type that is comprised of a grid or wire type shelf structure, there are weaknesses. The existing storage type has the limitation of only fitting a material of a specific shape. Another weakness of the existing storage is that it cannot be interchanged between different purposes (i.e. storage basket to flower pot).
Patent Documents(Patent Document 1) Registration No. 10-0823656 (Title: Storage box that could stack in multiple stages, Registration date: Apr. 14, 2008.)
(Patent Document 2) Publication No. 10-2012-0056185 (Title: multiple staged flower pot, Publication date: Jun. 1, 2012.)
Task to Solve the ProblemsIn order to solve the aforementioned problems, the present invention is devised to provide the receptacles by applying the open cavity, which has storage spaces of multiple layers and communicating cavities. This is so the user can easily store or take out objects through the cavity, unlike the prior storage structure that only stores the objects in an independent and closed way.
Furthermore, the open-style cavity makes it easier to move stored objects through the use of the open-style cavity. This can be done without separating the stacked parts from the base part, which are in closer communication with each other.
The open-cavity can be optimized in other ways, one of which is a flower pot. In this scenario, the communicating cavity can be used as a drainage hole for water to travel to the lower part of the region. This effectively distributes water throughout the entire system. The same can be said for food wastes, as water can drain from the upper levels into the lower levels in order to reduce odor from these wastes.
Further, stacking members can be divided into multiple stacking cells. The separation distance of the cells can be controlled, and therefore the size of the communicating cavity can be controlled by user. This is especially true for the structure with a slope. The applications of the open-type cavity is provided in order to increase the amount of space, as the space could be formed by controlling the size of the stacking cells and the stacking members.
Method for Solving ProblemsTo solve the problems above, the invention of the applications of the open-style cavity has the feature in where side is open and enclosed by the container styled base part in which there is storage space as well. The communicating cavity from each respective stacking part communicates to the storage space of the base part and each respective independent storage space of the stacking parts.
Further, the present invention has the feature that the stacking parts are consecutively stacked on top of the base part. Each stacking part contains its own independent storage space and therefore, when stacked consecutively, multiple levels of independent storage spaces are created.
Further, the present invention has the feature that the communicating cavity of the lowest level stacking members communicate to the storage space created by the base part. The stacking members above the lowest level also communicate to the cavity and the storage space from the lower level stacking member.
Further, the invention has the feature in which the lower stacking member can be more projected outwards than the upper stacking member. This continues with each respective stacking member and allows the lower stacking member to be exposed to the outside more so than the upper stacking member. The base part is more projected outward than the lowest side stacking member. This allows some of the storage space of the lower side stacking member to be exposed to the outside as well as the base part.
Further, the present invention has the feature in which the base part and the stacking part can be divided and disassembled into multiple, stacking cells that have independent storage spaces. In addition, the stacking members may also be divided and disassembled into multiple stacking sides that also have independent storage spaces. All cells and individual parts can also be assembled into one whole storage system. Each stacking member is equipped with either a male or a female joint part located on the edge, which is used for easier assembly. Whether the joint part is female or male depends on what joint part is equipped onto the base part. The highest stacking member will only have joint parts equipped on the bottom since they are not needed on the top and will only get in the users' way. In addition, supporting parts are equipped on the bottom of the base part.
Further, the invention has the feature in which one side of the multiple stacking cells can connect to another stacking cell through the use of the length control adaptor. This can be utilized to change the size of the open-style cavity on the level of the connected stacking cells. The length control adaptor has one or more supporting rods that may be used to support the weight of the stacking members.
Further, the invention has the feature in which the base part and the stacking member have their own storage space. This is possible because of the height rod that is equipped on the base part, which projects upward, leaving space between the base and the stacking member. As mentioned above, the invention has the feature of being disassembled into independent storage cells or assembled into the whole receptacle. The lower stacking members are placed so that the area of the respective lower level members combined is less than that of the combined base part. The first settlement plate can be used to guide and support the lower level stacking members. There are height rods placed on the base part have the same height as the lower stacking members, which are used to support the higher level stacking members. The second settlement plate can also be used to guide and support the higher level stacking members. It is possible to have more than two sets of stacking members (i.e. a third level of stacking members with a third settlement plate).
The present invention of the applications of the open-style cavity has the feature in which one side is open and has a container styled base part. The stacking parts are located at a designated height and placed inside of the base part. The communicating cavity is present inside and communicates to each respective storage space of the stacking members and base part(s).
Further, the invention has the feature where the size of the cross section of the base part gets bigger toward the upper side.
Further, the invention has the feature where an inner cover can be placed on top of the base part. There are slots on the inner cover which allows communication between the outside and the inside storage spaces from the stacking member and the base part. In addition, the center hole on the inner cover also allows the same type of communication as explained above regarding the function of the open-style cavity.
Further, the present invention has the feature of having an external cover that seals the center hole and slot.
Further, the present invention has the feature where the stacking parts are consecutively stacked inside of the base part. The multiple stacked members contain multiple independent storage spaces. The cavity of the lowest stacking member communicates to the base part's storage space.
Further, the present invention has the feature in which the cavity of the upper stacking member can wholly or partially communicate to the base part's storage space. It also communicates to the lower stacking member's cavity and storage space.
Further, the present invention has the feature where the lowest stacking member is stacked by hanging means.
Further, the present invention has the feature in which the hanging means may either be an encircling ledge to allow the stacking member to rest upon or a series of holes with nuts and bolts.
Further, the present invention has the feature in which the stacking members, excluding the lowest stacking members, can be disassembled into multiple stacking cells that have individual and independent storage spaces. Reversely, the multiple stacking cells can also be assembled into the whole receptacle.
Further, the present invention has the feature in which joint parts, either male or female, are equipped onto the stacking members. This allows for easier and more stable assemblies. The joint parts are not needed for the bottom of the base part or the top of the highest stacking member.
Further, the present invention has the feature in which one side of the multiple stacking cells can connect to another stacking cell through the use of the length control adaptor. This can be utilized to change the size of the open-style cavity on the level of the connected stacking cells. The length control adaptor has one or more supporting rods that may be used to support the weight of the stacking members.
Further, the present invention has the feature in which an expansion bracket can be attached to the highest stacking member for more storage space. The expansion bracket extends beyond the base part and can easily be attached or detached to allow the user to decide on whether or not to use it.
Further, the present invention has the feature in which the expansion bracket is attached to the internal wall of the storage space of the highest stacking member. The expansion bracket is grooved to fit onto the edge of the highest stacking member, allowing a smooth fit.
Effectiveness of the InventionAs explained in the above, the present invention has the advantage of having multiple storage spaces closely communicate to each other through the use of the open-style cavity in order to store and take out objects (belongings), unlike the existing storage structure that stores objects (belonging) in an independent and closed environment.
Further, the present invention has the advantage of allowing the user to easily move stored objects through the use of the communicating cavity without separating the stacking part from the base, considering that the storage spaces closely communicate.
Further, the present invention has the advantage of being able to use the hole to remove water towards the lower part of the system and grow a plant upwards at the same time. When food waste is placed on the upper part, water can be drained from the food waste and used by the plant. This will minimize odors from food wastes and recycle the water drained from the food wastes.
Further, the present invention has the advantage in which the stacking members can be disassembled into the stacking cells. The separation distance of the cells can be controlled and therefore the communicating cavity can be controlled by the user. This is especially true when the structure is built with a slope, since the increase in slope will cause a self-changing amount of storage space formed among the stacking members.
Hereinafter, the preferable embodiments of the present invention will be described with references to the accompanying drawings.
Prior to this, terms or words used in the specification and claims should not be construed or limited to a lexical meaning, and should be understood as appropriate notions by the inventor based on the fact that he/she is able to define terms to describe his/her invention in the best way to be seen by others. Therefore, the embodiments and drawings described herein are simply exemplary and not exhaustive. It should be understood that various modifications and equivalents may be made to take the place of the embodiments.
Prior to a detailed explanation of the present invention, all of following exemplary embodiments includes the base part (100) and the stacking part (200). Therefore, the identical marks are used in all of the drawings for the base part (100), the stacking part (200), the stacking members (210, 220) and the stacking cells (1˜6).
Further, the identical marks are used in the storage space (101) of the base part (100) and the space (212, 222) of the stacking part (200), respectively.
It is desirable that the base part (100) and the stacking part (200) are made from synthetic resins but it is accepted for the parts to be made from various materials such as; eco-friendly material, glass fiber, metallic material, and wood if the material has the strength to maintain its form against the load on the invention.
Meanwhile, in case of the exemplary embodiments 1, 6, and 11, the base part (100) supports the stacking part (200) by the under part of the stacking part (200). The stacking part (200) is inserted in the inside of the base part in exemplary embodiments 7 and 10.
In addition, storage spaces (101, 212, 222) have their own space in the base part (100) and the stacking part (200).
Further, the communicating cavities (211, 221) communicate to the storage space (101) of the base part (100). The stacking part (200) can be divided into multiple stacking members. The multiple stacking members will be classified as such, two stacking members (210, 220).
Additionally, the stacking part (200) consists of one or more stacking members.
The communicating cavities (211, 221) formed by the two stacking parts (210, 220), like the above, communicate to each other.
The communicating cavity of the stacking members (210, 220) represents a cavity. The cavity is defined as “empty, nothing in it, or the condition of being hollow”.
Therefore, the communicating cavities (211, 221) of the stacking members (210, 220) communicate each other and also communicate to the storage space (101) of the base part (100).
The present invention includes communicating cavities, which have various forms and sizes for the purpose of having interchangeable uses and sizes. This varies from a small size on a desk to a big size that includes stacking for outdoors.
At the same time, the present invention has the feature of being able to change the initial purpose of the storage structure by changing the structure of the base part (100) and the stacking part (200).
The following is an explanation of the exemplary embodiments.
First, exemplary embodiment 1 of the present invention is explained.
As shown in
The storage space (101) in the base part (100) is naturally formed inside by the opening of one side, as shown in
Further, the stacking part (200), consisting of two stacking members (210, 220), is stacked on the upper side of the base part (100).
The two stacking members (210, 220) include each storage space (212, 222).
The exemplary embodiment explains as follows; the stacking member of the two stacking members (210, 220) that is established upon the upper part of the base part (100) will be referred as the stacking member of the lowest level or the lower level. In either case, the mark “210” will be used.
Further, the stacking member that is established on the upper part of the lower stacking member (210) is referred as another stacking member, the highest side stacking member, or the upper side stacking member. The same mark “220” will be used in all cases of: another stacking member, the highest stacking member, and the upper stacking member.
The communicating cavities (211, 221) are formed to communicate to the storage space (101) of the base part (100) in the stacking part (200). As shown in
That is, the storage space (101) of the base part (100) communicates to the communicating cavity (211) of the lower stacking member (210) and the communicating cavity (221) of the upper stacking member (220) forms the cavity.
Meanwhile, in the exemplary embodiment 1 of the present invention, the communicating cavity (221) of the upper stacking member (220) has the same center as the communicating cavity (221) of the lower stacking member (210). The communicating cavity (221) of the upper stacking member is bigger than the communicating cavity of the lower stacking member (210), and like the above, the communicating cavity of the upper stacking member (220) communicates to some or all of the space storage of the lower stacking member (210).
Referring to
Therefore, the objects stored in the storage space (101) of the base part (100) or the storage space (212) of the lower stacking member (210) can be put in or taken out through the communicating cavity (221) of the upper stacking member (220) without separating stacking members (210, 220), which are stacked on the upper base part (100) like in example 1 of the present invention.
Further,
For example, as shown in the
Further, it could also be composed of two “” shaped stacking cells (5˜6). The stacking cells that are “” shape and “” shape can be made into a “” shape.
Meanwhile, the “” shape can be comprised of four “I” shaped stacking cells in embodiment 11.
Therefore, the base part or the stacking part of the invention is divided into various shaped stacking cells. The parts are specifically made in the various combinations for each function.
As explained, the receptacles applying the open cavity of embodiment 1 are desirably used as a multi-purpose storage cabinet in a household or toolbox or umbrella stand in a business. It is good to install wheels (caster, not shown) on the bottom of the base part (100) for easy movement.
Next is an explanation of exemplary embodiment 2 of the present invention.
The perspective view of the transformed receptacle applying the open cavity is shown in
The exemplary embodiment 2 of the invention, similar to that of embodiment 1, is comprised of the base part (100) and the stacking part (200), which includes the two stacking members (210, 220).
As shown in
That is, the size of the stacking members are increasing towards the base part (100).
In more detail, the communicating cavities formed from the two stacking members (210, 220) communicate between all storage spaces as shown in
Further, the base part (100) is more projected outward than the lower side stacking member (210), and therefore some of the storage space (101) of the base part (100) is exposed to the outside.
Therefore, the exterior of the receptacle applying the open cavity of example 2 is stair shaped.
Further, in example 2, similar to that of example 1, the communicating cavity (221) of the upper stacking member (220) communicates to the communicating cavity (211) of the lower stacking member (210) and part or all of the storage space (212). The communicating cavity of the lower member (210) communicates to the storage space (101) of the base part (100).
Like in the explanation, the receptacles applying the open cavity of example 2 of the present invention is desirably used as a flower pot by putting soil in the exterior exposed storage space and planting flowers or seedlings.
Any user access is easy due to the communicating cavities (211, 221) of the stacking members (210, 220). The storage space that is not exposed could be used to store scissors, shovels, fertilizer, nutritional supplements, and agricultural pesticide.
Further, example 2 of the present invention can be used for the same purpose of example 1, so it should not be limited to just a flower pot.
Further, example 2, like example 1, could be divided into the multiple stacking cells, and be used for their individual and independent storage space.
Next is an explanation of example 3 of the present invention.
Example 3 of the invention is an example of the joint structure with the parts that join together, when the base part (100) and the multiple stacking members (210, 220) are stacked consecutively.
As shown in
Further, the first joint part (300) is formed on the edge of the upper layer of the lower stacking members (210), excluding the highest stacking member (220) among the two stacking members (210, 220) stacked on the base part (100).
Further, the second joint part (400) is equipped on the edge of the lower layer of the two stacking members (210, 220), excluding the base part.
As shown in
However, either the first joint part (300) or the second joint part (400) may be the male or female joint part. The receptacle can either have or not have the joint grooves and bumps.
As shown in
The open space (a) that is located between the base part (100) and the stacking member (200) makes it possible for the user to see the object that is stored in the internal storage space (101, 212) from the outside. The open space (a) can also be used to insert or take out certain items.
Moreover, as shown in
That is, the applications of the open-style cavity of the invention, looking at working example 3, has the feature of being able to access the storage space (101, 212, 222) easier than the explained conventional example due to the open space (a). The applications also allows for ventilation of the storage space (101, 212, 222).
As explained, the application of the open-style cavity of the present invention in working example 3 is used for putting in soil and growing seeds or storing food. It could also be used for the same purpose for other working examples, and therefore is not limited to any one use.
Meanwhile, like the base part (100) and the stacking part (200) of working example 2, as shown in
In more detail, the supporting column (500), as shown in the extended view of
The bottom (600) is desirably placed in the groove (510) on the edge due to the shape of the hanging bumper of the supporting column (500).
Further, when the supporting column (500) is made to be longer than the height of the stacking part (200), the upper side and lower side could be exposed to the outside as the poles are installed in the base part (100) and the stacking part (200). The exposed supporting pole (500) could be the first joint part (300) and the second joint part (400), of which were previously explained.
Further, the two stacking members (210, 220) of working example 3 of the invention can be divided into multiple stacking cells (1˜6) in order to be used for their own independent storage spaces, like the working examples.
Next is an explanation of working example 4 of the present invention.
In
Working example 4 of the invention illustrates that the base part (100) of the explained exemplary embodiment can be divided into multiple stacking sides (10) as well as the stacking part (200), which can also be divided into the multiple stacking sides (10).
The stacking side (10), like in
Further, when the color of the multiple stacking side (10) is different, the exterior looks great and can be used as an interior item. If one stacking side (10) is broken, only that one stacking side (10) needs to be replaced to restore the functionality of the unit rather than the replacement of the entire system.
Next is an explanation of working example 5 of the present invention.
Working example 5 of the invention has the feature in which the stacking members (200) that are consecutively stacked on the base part (100) become larger toward the upper part.
Further, the first joint part (300) and the second joint part (400) are equipped to the part that meets between the base part (100) and the lower side of the stacking member (210). The joint groove is formed on the first joint part (300), which is projected on the upper side edge of the base part (100). The joint bumper is formed in the second joint part that is projected on the lower layer edge of the lower stacking member, so that the joint bumper can be inserted into the joint groove. The lower side stacking member (210) and the upper side stacking member (220) stacked on the upper part are also joined by the same way.
Meanwhile, as drawn in
In more detail, if the slope (30) has the same inclination as the two stacking members (210, 220) and the base part (100), and the lower side stacking member (210) is forced into the receptacle, the joint part could break.
Therefore, if the angles of the slope (30) of the base part (100) and the stacking members (210, 220) stacked on the base part (100) are a, b, and c, the result would be a>b>c. For example, an angle is between the extended line centered from the communicating cavities (211, 221) and the extended line of the slope (30) is 9 degrees. When the same method is used for angles “b” and “c”, angle “b” becomes 8 degrees and angle “c” becomes 7 degrees.
As explained in the above, the application of the open cavity of the fifth embodiment is desirably used for small storage cabinets (multipurpose, stationary storage tool on the desk) in households or toolbox or umbrella stand in businesses. It is good to establish wheels (caster, not shown) on the lower side of the base part (100) in order to allow easy movement.
Next is an explanation of working example 6 of the present invention.
Working example 6 of the invention has the feature in which the stacking cells (1˜6) of the stacking members (210, 220), in working example 5, can be separated into individual cells or each cell can be assembled into the stacking members. The joint groove and bump could be equipped for assembly.
Further, if the separated cells (1˜6) have the same form; assembling the cells is still possible, although the location of the object will have changed. Therefore, the application could be changed around according to the user's convenience or taste.
In particular, when the color of the stacking cells (1˜6) is varied, the outside looks great and could be used as an interior item.
Next is an explanation of example 7 of the present invention.
The 7th embodiment of the present invention is comprised of the base part (100), in which the storage space (101) is formed, and the stacking part (200), which is inserted into the base part (100). By stacking consecutively into the base part (100), storage space (211, 221) is created.
In working example 1, the stacking part (200) is stacked on the upper part of the base part (100). In the case of example 7, the stacking part (200) is actually inside the base part (100).
It is desirable for the stacking part to be fixed in a designated position while inside of the base part (100).
Therefore, the two stacking members (210, 220) are supported by hanging means, equipped inside of the base part (100) and fixed at a the position inside of the base part (100).
The “hanging means” is shown in
The spile hole (103) is formed with the same height as several holes on the base part (100). This prevents stacking members (210, 220) from leaning to one side while inside the base part (100).
The stacking part (200) of working example 7, like the stacking part (200) of the working example 1 that was previously explained, includes the two stacking members (210, 220). The two stacking members (210, 220) can be divided into the multiple cells.
Further, the base part (100) and the stacking part (200) can be divided into multiple stacking cells and can also be assembled into the whole receptacle.
In working example 7, as shown in
Therefore, a round shape is preferred because the two stacking parts (210, 220) will be inserted into the base part (100).
When the base part is made into a rectangular shape, the external part of the two stacking members (210, 220) is also made into a rectangular shape.
Further, a person with common technical knowledge will be able to change the application in various ways even if the base part (100) has a rectangular shape and the stacking members (210, 220) has a round shape or vice-versa.
Meanwhile, the communicating cavities (211, 221) are formed from the stacking members. The communicating cavity (211) of the lower stacking member (210) communicates to the storage space (101) of the base part (101). The higher stacking member (220) stacked on top of the lower stacking member (210) also communicates to the communicating cavity (211) from the lower stacking member (210) and some of the lower stacking member's (210) storage space (212). More details on this are found in working example 1.
As explained, the space can be formed between the two stacking members (210, 220) by the hanging means of the application of the open-style cavity.
In the case of the hanging rod (104), the separation distance between the higher stacking member (220) and the lower stacking member (210) can be increased or decreased. Depending on the stored objects, more storage space (212) can be created. If the newly created storage space (212), the size stored objects or plants planted can be extended.
As explained, the application of the open-style cavity in example 7 is desirably used for storage uses or a toolbox. It is good to establish wheels (caster, not shown) on the lower base part in order to move easily.
Next is an explanation of example 8 of the present invention.
Example 8 has the feature in which the internal cover (700) and the external cover (800) are added to the upper part of example 7.
When the cross section of the base part (100) is made to be a round shape, the internal cover (700) is combined to allow rotation with the external part of one side of the base part (100).
Further, as shown in
The slot (720) that communicates to the storage space (222) of the upper side of the stacking member (220) is made around the center cover hole (710).
As shown in
Further, the external cover (800) seals the center cover hole (710) and the slot (720) by covering the external part of the internal cover (700).
In more detail, the applications of the open-style cavity in working example 8 of the invention is equipped with an external cover (800), which seals the storage space (101) of the base part (100), the communicating cavities (211, 221) of the two stacking members (210, 220), the storage space (212, 222) of the two stacking members (210, 220), the center cover hole (710) of the internal cover (700), and the slot (720).
Therefore, the storage space (212, 222) of the base part (100) and the stacking part (200) in working example 8 of the invention is desirable for storing smelly-like objects (food wastes). These would be stored in the base part (100) and the storage spaces (101, 212, 222) of the two stacking members. The external cover (800) would be used to cover the slot (720) and the cover hole (710) of the internal cover (700), but the use is not limited to this.
Next is an explanation of working example 9 of the present invention.
Working example 9 of the present invention is comprised of the base part (100) and stacking parts (200). However, in this working example, there is a hole (H) on the bottom layer of the base part (100) and the stacking members (210, 220). As illustrated on
In more detail, when the receptacle is used as a flower pot, the soil and plant is contained in the base part (100) and the stacking part (200). When water is poured into the upper side stacking member (220), the water moves down to the lower stacking member (210) through the hole (H). The water then moves from the lower stacking member (210) to the base part (100) through a different hole (H) and eventually exits through the hole (H) in the base part (100).
However, when the storage spaces (212, 222) of the two stacking parts (210, 220) are individually separated, the amount of water that can move through is very limited.
Therefore, working example 9 of the present invention has the feature where the water that isn't moved from the stacking part (200) to the base part (100) maintains moisture for the flower pot and properly maintains the humidity of the flower pot.
Working example 5 shows that objects with moisture, specifically food waste, will have water removed as the items are stored in the storage spaces (212, 222) of the stacking part (200) and the hole (H) will allow water to be removed towards the lower part (base part).
When a drain is installed in the base part (100), the moisture from the food waste could be evacuated through the drain.
However, when it is difficult to install a drain in the lower part of the base part (100), the water could be held in the base part (100) by using a stopper (not shown) for the holes and be thrown away manually.
Further, when the base part (100) and the stacking part (200) is made in transparent plastic, the invention could be used for containing soil in each storage space and germinating seeds.
Further, working example 9, as shown in
As the base part (100) gets larger toward the upper side, the stacking members (210, 220) could be fixed to the internal part of the base part (100) by the diameters (width of left and right) of the stacking members (210, 220).
Therefore, if the diameter of the two stacking members (210, 220) is controlled properly, the space between the stacking members (210, 220) in the internal part of the base part (100) could be controlled.
Next is an explanation of working example 10 of the present invention.
Working example 10 of the present invention has the feature where the expanded storage member (900) is equipped on the storage space (901) of the external part of the base part.
The expanding storage member (900), as shown in
The expanding bracket (910) surrounds the internal wall of the upper side stacking member (220) and the internal wall of the expanding storage member (900). The expanding bracket (910) also rests upon the top layers of the base part (100) and can easily be attached and detached from the upper stacking member (220).
Therefore, the 10th embodiment of the present invention has objects not only stored in the storage space (212, 222) of the stacking part (200) and the storage space (101) of the base part (100), but also in the storage space (901) of the expanding storage member (900).
Next is an explanation of the 11th embodiment of the present invention.
The 11th embodiment of the present invention shows that the base part (100) could be divided into the four stacking cells (11˜14), which are made to be the same square sizes, as shown in
However, the base part (100) does not need to be divided into multiple cells, and thus dividing into the 4 stacking cells is not necessary.
Further, the height rod (110) is made to be projecting towards the upper side of the base part, following the border of the base part (100). The lower side of the height rod (110) can be connected to the bottom of the storage space (101) or be made to follow the upper part of the border of the base part (100).
Further, the lowest side stacking member (210) is made to be smaller in size compared to the base part (100), unlike working example 2 as shown in
Therefore, when the lowest side stacking member (210) is settled on the upper part of the base part (100), the height rod (110) is located on the internal side.
Further, the first settlement plate (P1) is equipped on the upper side of the base part (100) in order to stabilize the lowest stacking member (210). The first settlement plate supports the border of the lower part of the lowest stacking member (210) and is stabilized.
Meanwhile, the second settlement plate (P2) is equipped on the upper part of the lowest side stacking member (210) in order to stabilize another stacking member (220). The second settlement plate (P2) supports the border of the lower part of another stacking member (220) and makes the stacking member (220) stabilize on the upper side of the second settlement plate (P2).
Further, the lower side of the 2nd settlement plate (P2) is supported by the upper side of the height rod (110).
Therefore, another stacking member (220) could be fixed stably on the upper part of the lowest side stacking member (220) by the height rod (110) and the 2nd settlement plate (P2).
Meanwhile, the lowest side stacking member (210) and another stacking member (220) links to form four “I” shape stacking cells and the communicating cavities (211, 221) is formed in the center as shown in
Working example 11 of the invention shows that an open space (120) is created by the base part (110) and stacking member (220).
Therefore, when the applications of the open-style cavity from working example 11 of the invention is used as a flower pot, there is a feature in which lighting can be provided to the flower planted in the storage space of the base part (100) due to the open space (120).
Further, a plant with a similar height or growth sequence to that of a tree can be planted in the storage space (101, 212) of the base part (100) or the lowest stacking member (210). This would allow growth through the communicating cavities (211, 221) of the lowest side stacking member (210) and another stacking member (220). This shows that working example 11 has the feature in which the invention could be used as a flower pot.
A drainage hole (not shown) could be made in the base part (100) and the stacking part (200) in order to help drain water.
This means that working example 11 of the invention has the feature where the application could be used as a flower pot for flowers and trees by using the open space (120) and the communicating cavities (211, 221).
Finally, the size control of the stacking member, which includes the multiple stacking cells, is explained in
As explained, the stacking members (210, 220) of the various exemplary embodiments of the present invention are divided into the four stacking cells (1˜4) or the two stacking cells (5˜6) as shown in
In
Further, the lower stacking member (210) among the two stacking members (210, 220) is shown in
The multiple cells (1˜6) can have the separation distance changed through the use of the length control adaptor (70).
The length control adaptor (70), as shown in
Herein, the dual pipe structure is simply defined as an internal pipe being inserted into the external pipe, so the length may be adjusted.
The length adjusting adaptor (70), having the dual pipe structure, should equip with the stopper (not shown) to prevent dislocation of the joint connection. If the separating distance of the stacking cell (1˜6) increases, the size of the communicating cavities (211, 221) also naturally increases.
Furthermore, the supporting rod (71) can be assembled onto the lower side of the length adjusting adaptor (70).
For example, the supporting rod (71) can support the upper stacking member (220) by inserting into the hole (72) formed on the lower stacking member (210).
As shown in
It is desirable for the supporting pole (71) to be selectively used, by detaching from the length adjusting adaptor.
Optimal exemplary embodiments are in the drawings and the specifications. Herein, specific terms are used but this is for explaining the invention and not for limiting the meaning or the scope of the invention written in the scope of the claims. Therefore, a person who has knowledge in this field should be able to understand that the applications could be changed or applied towards other working examples.
