Set of Containers with Distinct Caps
Each container of a set of containers has a container body and a cap. The container body has a top opening. The cap is detachably mounted on and selectively seals the top opening of the container body. The cap has a mark formed on an outer sidewall of the caps The container bodies of the set of containers have the same shape and size. The marks on the caps of the set of containers are each distinct from one another. Thus, when people gather in the same place and are served with the same beverages, they can identify their individual beverage containers from the marks on the caps. Moreover, a medication-taker can also identify the medication container that he needs from a set of medication containers according to the marks on the caps.
1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a set of containers, especially to a set of containers with distinct caps, such that each of the containers can be identified from one another,
2. Description of the Prior Art(s)
Containers are used to store something therein for the convenience of storage or transportation. The containers may be bottles used to store liquids such as beverages, or may be jars used to store food or medications.
Conventional containers used to store the same product by the same manufacturer have the same shape and size, which means container bodies of the conventional containers have the same shape and size and are with the same package design, and caps of the conventional containers also have the same shape and size.
Thus, when people gather in a meeting or a sports field and drink the same beverage of the same manufacturer, they may have trouble identifying their individual beverage bottles. As for the case of medication, different kinds of medications by the same provider may be packaged in similar, even structurally identical containers. The only way to identify the medications is from labels on the sidewall of the containers. As a result, when the containers containing different kinds of medications are placed side by side, a medication-taker also has trouble identifying the container with the medication that he needs to take at that time.
To overcome the shortcomings, the present invention provides a set of containers with distinct caps to mitigate or obviate the aforementioned problems.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe main objective of the present invention is to provide a set of containers with distinct caps. Each of the containers has a container body and a cap. The container body has a top opening. The cap is detachably mounted on and selectively seals the top opening of the container body. The cap has a mark formed on an outer sidewall of the cap. The container bodies of the set of containers have the same shape and size.
Other objectives, advantages and novel features of the invention will become more apparent from the following detailed description when taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
With reference to
The container body 11A, 11B, 11C has a top opening. The container bodies 11A, 11B, 11C of the set of containers 10A, 10B, 10C are identical in appearance and structure.
Specifically, the container bodies 11A, 11B, 11C may have the same shape and size, are with the same package design, and are used to store the same product. As shown in
Alternatively, the container bodies 11A, 11B, 11C may have the same shape and size, are with similar package designs, and are used to store different products. As shown in
The cap 12A, 12B, 12C is detachably mounted on and selectively seals the top opening of the container body 11A, 11B, 11C, The cap 12A, 12B, 12C has an outer sidewall and a mark 121A, 121B, 121C. The outer sidewall of the cap 12A, 12B, 12C includes an end surface 120A, 120B, 120C and a peripheral surface. The mark 121A, 121B, 121C is formed on the outer sidewall of the cap 12A, 12B, 12C. The marks 121A, 121B, 121C on the caps 12A, 12B, 12C of the set of containers 10A, 10B, 10C are each distinct, such that each of the containers 10A, 10B, 10C can be identified from one another.
Specifically, the mark 121A, 121B, 121C may he printed or carved on the outer sidewall of the cap 12. As shown in
In the preferred embodiments, the mark 121A, 121B, 121C on the cap 12A, 12B, 12C of each container 10A, 10B, 10C is formed on the end surface 120A, 120B, 120C of the outer sidewall of the cap 12A, 12B, 12C, Alternatively; the mark 121A, 121B, 121C on the cap 12A, 12B, 12C of each container 10A, 10B, 10C may be formed on the peripheral surface of the outer sidewall of the cap 12A, 12B, 12C.
The set of container 10A, 10B, 10C as described have the following advantages. The distinct marks 121A, 121B, 121C on the caps 12A, 12B, 12C of the set of containers 10 may be formed by manufacturer of the containers 10A, 10B, 10C. When people gather in the same place and are served with the same beverages, they can identify their individual beverage containers 10A, 10B, 10C from the marks 121A, 121B, 121C on the caps 12A, 12B, 12C. Moreover, when a medication-taker has different kinds of medications respectively stored in the set of containers 10A, 10B, 10C, the medication-taker can also identify the medication container 10A, 10B, 10C that he needs at that moment according to the marks 121A, 121B, 121C on the caps 12A, 12B, 12C.
