Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present disclosure relates to packing technology, and more particularly to a buffering device and a packing device.

2. Discussion of the Related Art

Electronics products are characterized by high complexity, value, and update speed, and thus a complex supplying chain is formed between the manufactures. Most of the electronic products are manufactured, assembled, and sold in different locations and thus the components and the semi-finished products of the electronic products have to be transported between different manufacturers. The manufacturing process of liquid crystal devices includes the process of assembling a liquid crystal module, a main control circuit, and a housing. Other components are manufactured and packed for future LCD assembly. After the liquid crystal module is manufactured and packed within a packing box, the packed box is then transported to a corresponding assembling station.

Generally, the liquid crystal module assembled by manufacturers are transported to system integrators. The system integrator further installs a housing, a circuit board, power code, and specifications. During the above process, the packing box for the liquid crystal device has to be recycled after it is transported to the system integrator. It would be wasteful if the packing box is discarded directly. However, it takes additional resources to recycle the packing box back to the system integrators.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

Embodiments of the invention will now be described more fully hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which embodiments of the invention are shown.

FIGS. 1 to 5 are schematic views of the packing device in accordance with one embodiment. FIG. 1 is a schematic view showing the structure of a bottom buffering member 110. To facilitate the understanding, the bottom buffering member having one installing slot set 111 is taken as an example. The bottom buffering member 110 includes a buffering bottom plate 112, buffering lateral plates 113 arranged on the buffering bottom plate 112 and arranged on two ends of the buffering bottom plate 112, and a stopping sheet 114 arranged between the buffering lateral plates 113. The buffering lateral plates 113 and the stopping sheet 114 are fixed on the buffering bottom plate 112 by hot pressing. In other embodiments, the buffering lateral plates 113 and the stopping sheet 114 are integrally formed with the buffering bottom plate 112. The buffering lateral plates 113 are respectively arranged with one installing slot set 111, and the installing slot set 111 includes two installing slots 111. The stopping sheet 114 is arranged with two stopping slots 115 corresponding to the two installing slots 111. The liquid crystal module 300 or the LCD TV 400 are installed within the installing slots 111 and the corresponding stopping slots 115 so as to provide the fixing or buffering function for the liquid crystal module 300 or the LCD TV 400.

FIGS. 2a and 2b are schematic views of the top buffering member 120 of the bottom buffering member 110 of FIG. 1. The top buffering member 120 includes a first surface 120A and a second surface 120B. The first surface 120A includes two first slots 121 corresponding to the two installing slots 111 of the bottom buffering member 110, and the second surface 120B includes one second slot 122 corresponding to one installing slot set 111 of the bottom buffering member 110. The first slot 121 is for clasping the liquid crystal module 300, and the second slot 122 is for clasping the LCD TV 400. As the thickness of the ground-side of the LCD TV 400 is greater to that of the liquid crystal module 300, and thus the width of the second slot 122 is larger than that of the first slots 121.

As shown in FIG. 3, when the liquid crystal module 300 is packed, the bottom buffering member 110 is arranged within the packing box 200, and then two liquid crystal modules 300 are installed on the bottom buffering member 110 in sequence. Finally, the first surface 120A of the top buffering member 120 faces downward and then is installed on two up-lateral sides of the liquid crystal module 300. The two first slots 121 of the top buffering member 120 is for clasping the liquid crystal module 300. As shown in FIG. 4, during the packing process of the LCD TV 400, as the thickness of the sky-side of the LCD TV 400 is the same with that of the liquid crystal module 300, and thus the bottom buffering member 110 may also be adopted to pack the liquid crystal module 300. As the thickness of the LCD TV 400 is larger than that of the liquid crystal module 300, one installing slot set 111 is capable of installing one LCD TV 400. At this moment, the bottom buffering member 110 is arranged on a bottom plate of the packing box 200, and the LCD TV 400 is arranged within one installing slot 111 of the bottom buffering member 110. The other installing slot 111, which has not been installed with the LCD TV 400, and the corresponding stopping slots 115 may be disposed with the base, remote controller, power code of the LCD TV 400. Finally, the second surface 120B of two top buffering members 120 faces downward and then are installed on two up-lateral sides of the LCD TV 400. The second slot 122 of the top buffering member 120 is for clasping the LCD TV 400.

In the embodiment, the bottom buffering member 110 and the top buffering member 120 may be made by expandable polystyrene, which is a newly developed packing material contributing to environmental protection. The above-mentioned material is soft and thus can prevent the liquid crystal module from being damaged due to the buffering function. In other embodiments, foam plastic material, which is light and can reduce shakes, may be selected so to provide buffering function for the liquid crystal module.

FIG. 5 is a schematic view of the packing box of the packing device in accordance with one embodiment. The packing box 200 may be paper boxes or plastic boxes. As plastic boxes are characterized by attributes including better structure, can be repeatedly used, can avoid moisture and water, not only a better protection is provided, but also the cost can be reduced for the reason that it can be repeatedly used. Preferably, the packing box 200 is a plastic box.

In view of the above, by arranging the first slot for clasping the liquid crystal module and the second slot for clasping the LCD TV, the buffering device and the packing device may be adopted to pack the liquid crystal module and the LCD TV. Not only the packing cost is reduced, but also mass production is facilitated due to simple structure.
