Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

This invention relates to a nail decoration container, and more particularly to a tip structure for the nail decoration container.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In general, putting on makeup can make women more bright and beautiful, and is a social courtesy. Currently, many women love to decorate their nails by putting the nail polish on the nail surfaces to provide different colors thereon. Recently, there is even a trend for nail decoration. In addition to color, the nail decoration can be coupled with the clothing, and with the nail painting, the nails appear more vividly. Nowadays, more and more people conduct business related to nail decoration and the competition becomes more and more intensive, including the nail decoration tools.

Referring to FIG. 5, a tip structure 20 has a protruding portion 21 on top of the tip structure 20, and the protruding portion 21 has a connecting hole 22 to connect with a tip 23, wherein the tip 23 is not restricted in the connecting hole 22, so the tip 23 can be retracted when in use, and the tip can even be totally retracted into the connecting hole 22.

FIG. 6 shows an improved tip structure 30, having a protruding portion 31 on top of the tip structure 30, and the protruding portion 31 has a connecting hole 32 to connect with a tip 33. A stopping space 321 is formed at one end of the connecting hole 32 and the tip 33 has a positioning end 331 corresponding to the stopping space 321, which can not only prevent the tip 33 from retracting, but also replace the old tips. However, the tip structure 30 still has some drawbacks. Because the tip 33 is replaceable, the connecting hole 32 can be enlarged during replacement and the liquid in the tip structure 30 may be squeezed out when in use, and the tip 33 can even be shot out from the connecting hole 32, which would most likely cause the failure of the nail decoration. Therefore, there remains a need for a new and improved tip structure of the nail decoration container to overcome the problems stated above.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Conventionally, the tip is not restricted in the connecting hole, so the tip can be retracted when in use, and the tip can even be totally retracted into the connecting hole. For an improved tip structure with replaceable tips, the connecting hole can be enlarged during replacement and the liquid in the tip structure may be squeezed out when in use, and the tip can even be shot out from the connecting hole, which would most likely cause the failure of the nail decoration.

In the present invention, a tip structure for nail decoration container may include a tip that includes a protruding portion having a through hole on a top surface of the protruding portion for a needle unit. An upper portion of the through hole has a receiving space to receive an adhering unit. In one embodiment, the mounting unit can be a resin or adhesive. The through hole is actually connected with an inner chamber of the tip, and a brush bar that has brushes is connected with the through hole.

Comparing with conventional arts, the present invention is advantageous because the receiving space is formed at the upper portion of the through hole of the tip, so when the needle unit is inserted into the through hole, the adhering unit can also be injected into and fill the receiving space to stabilize the needle unit in the tip. Also, middle portion of the through hole is shrinking to form a stopping wall. When the needle unit is inserted into the through hole, the needle unit can be restricted by the stopping wall to avoid the needle unit from falling into the through hole. So, when the tip is in use, the needle unit will not pop out if the user squeezes the container, nor falling into the through hole if the user pushes the tip hard.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The detailed description set forth below is intended as a description of the presently exemplary device provided in accordance with aspects of the present invention and is not intended to represent the only forms in which the present invention may be prepared or utilized. It is to be understood, rather, that the same or equivalent functions and components may be accomplished by different embodiments that are also intended to be encompassed within the spirit and scope of the invention.

Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood to one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. Although any methods, devices and materials similar or equivalent to those described can be used in the practice or testing of the invention, the exemplary methods, devices and materials are now described.

All publications mentioned are incorporated by reference for the purpose of describing and disclosing, for example, the designs and methodologies that are described in the publications that might be used in connection with the presently described invention. The publications listed or discussed above, below and throughout the text are provided solely for their disclosure prior to the filing date of the present application. Nothing herein is to be construed as an admission that the inventors are not entitled to antedate such disclosure by virtue of prior invention.

In order to further understand the goal, characteristics and effect of the present invention, a number of embodiments along with the drawings are illustrated as following:

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, a tip structure for nail decoration container may include a tip 10 that includes a protruding portion 11 having a through hole 12 on a top surface of the protruding portion 11 for a needle unit 13. An upper portion of the through hole 12 has a receiving space 121 to receive an adhering unit 14. In one embodiment, the mounting unit 14 can be a resin or adhesive. The through hole 12 is actually connected with an inner chamber of the tip 10, and a brush bar 15 that has brushes 151 is connected with the through hole 12.

Still referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the receiving space 121 is formed at the upper portion of the through hole 12 of the tip 10, so when the needle unit 13 is inserted into the through hole 12, the adhering unit 14 can also be injected into and fill the receiving space 121 to stabilize the needle unit 13 in the tip 10.

Referring to FIG. 3 for another embodiment, the receiving space 121 is tapered from the upper portion of the through hole 12 to form a reverse cone space, so when the needle unit 13 is inserted into the through hole 12, the receiving space 121 of the reverse cone shape can generate a guiding effect to precisely insert the needle unit 13.

Referring to FIG. 4 for a further embodiment, middle portion of the through hole 12 is shrinking to form a stopping wall 122. When the needle unit 13 is inserted into the through hole 12, the needle unit 13 can be restricted by the stopping wall 122 to avoid the needle unit 13 from falling into the through hole 12.

According to the embodiments discussed above, the present invention is advantageous because the receiving space 121 is formed at the upper portion of the through hole 12 of the tip 10, so when the needle unit 13 is inserted into the through hole 12, the adhering unit 14 can also be injected into and fill the receiving space 121 to stabilize the needle unit 13 in the tip 10. Also, middle portion of the through hole 12 is shrinking to form a stopping wall 122. When the needle unit 13 is inserted into the through hole 12, the needle unit 13 can be restricted by the stopping wall 122 to avoid the needle unit 13 from falling into the through hole 12. So, when the tip is in use, the needle unit 13 will not pop out if the user squeezes the container, nor falling into the through hole 12 if the user pushes the tip hard.

Having described the invention by the description and illustrations above, it should be understood that these are exemplary of the invention and are not to be considered as limiting. Accordingly, the invention is not to be considered as limited by the foregoing description, but includes any equivalents.
