A frame structure includes a front plate, a middle partition and a back plate. The middle partition is mounted on the backside of the front plate and includes a first side plate portion, a second side plate portion and a third side plate portion extended in the same direction from two opposite ends of the first side plate portion respectively, a stop block protruded from an end of the second side plate portion, an opening formed between the ends of the second side plate portion and the third side plate portion and opposite to the first side plate portion, and the first, second and third side plate portions and the stop block enclose and defining a display object containing space, and a back plate covered onto the rear side of the middle partition. This structure simplifies the operation of changing a display object and improves the convenience of use.

Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a frame structure, and more particularly to the frame structure that allows a display object to be put into a frame easily.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In general, a photo frame includes a photo frame body, a transparent partition mounted onto the front side of the photo frame body, a plurality of stop plates separated from one another and pivoted to an external side of a peripheral wall of the photo frame body, and a back plate covered onto the backside of the photo frame body, and the photo frame body, the partition and the back plate jointly define a containing space.

When a user wants to put the display object into the photo frame or change the display object, the user needs to move the stop plates outwardly one by one in order to remove the back plate, and then put the display object into the containing space, and finally reinstall the back plate and inwardly flip the stop plates one by one to press the back plate. Obviously, it is inconvenient for users to change a display object.

In view of the foregoing problem, the inventor of the present invention based on years of experience in the related industry to conduct extensive researches and experiments, and finally developed a frame structure to overcome the problem of the prior art.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

It is a primary objective of the present invention to provide a frame structure having a middle partition, a front plate and a back plate which are configured to simplify the operation of changing the display object, so as to improve the convenience of use.

To achieve the aforementioned objective, the present invention provides a frame structure comprising a front plate, a middle partition and a back plate, wherein the middle partition is installed at the backside of the front plate, and the middle partition includes a first side plate portion, a second side plate portion and a third side plate portion extended in the same direction and from two opposite ends of the first side plate portion respectively, a stop block protruded from an end of the second side plate portion towards the third side plate portion, an opening formed between the ends of the second side plate portion and the third side plate portion and opposite to the first side plate portion, wherein the first side plate portion, the second side plate portion, the third side plate portion and the stop block define a containing space for placing a display object, and the width from an inner edge of the third side plate portion to an upper edge of the stop block is greater than the width of the display object, and the length from an inner edge of the first side plate portion to an inner edge of the stop block is greater than the length of the display object, so that the display object can be put into the containing space from the opening of the middle partition, and the stop block being provided for limiting the display object from retracting towards the opening from the containing space, and a back plate, covering the rear side of the middle partition.

The present invention has the following effects: The first side plate portion, second side plate portion, third side plate portion of the middle partition together with the stop block define a containing space provided for a display object to be put into the containing space from an opening of the middle partition along an opening direction, and the stop block is provided for limiting the display object from retracting in a direction towards the opening direction of the middle partition and separating from the containing space. When the display object is changed, the display object abuts an inner edge of the third side plate portion of the middle partition through the hollow portion of the front plate, and then the display object is withdrawn from the containing space in the opening direction of the middle partition, so as to change the display object more easily.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The technical contents of the present invention will become apparent with the detailed description of preferred embodiments accompanied with the illustration of related drawings as follows. It is noteworthy that same numerals are used for representing same respective elements in the drawings.

With reference to FIGS. 1 to 3 for a frame structure of the present invention, the frame structure is applicable for placing a display object 8 (as shown in FIG. 4), wherein the display object 8 may be a photo, an advertising material or a mirror, and the frame structure comprises a front plate 10, a middle partition 20 and a back plate 30.

The front plate 10 includes a rectangular frame 11 and a hollow portion 12 formed at the center of the rectangular frame 11.

The middle partition 20 is installed at the backside of the front plate 10, and the middle partition 20 includes a first side plate portion 21, a second side plate portion 22 and a third side plate portion 23 extended in the same direction and from two opposite ends of the first side plate portion 21 respectively, a stop block 24 protruded from an end of the second side plate portion 22 towards the third side plate portion 23, and an opening 25 formed between the ends of the second side plate portion 22 and the third side plate portion 23 and opposite to the first side plate portion 21. The first side plate portion 21, the second side plate portion 22, the third side plate portion 23 and the stop block 24 jointly enclose and define a containing space 26, and the containing space 26 is interconnected to the opening 25.

The back plate 30 is installed at the backside of the middle partition 20 and covered onto the backside of the middle partition 20. The back plate 30 has a rectangular plate 31. The front plate 10, the middle partition 20 and the back plate 30 are assembled and stacked with one another.

Further, two positioning pins 111 are installed separately at the corners of the rectangular frame 11, and the two positioning pins 111 are configured diagonally, and a through hole 27 is formed separately on a side of the second side plate portion 22 proximate to the stop block 24 and at the junction of the first side plate portion 21 and the third side plate portion 23, and the back plate 30 has two blind holes 32 corresponding to the through holes 27 respectively, and the through hole 27 and the blind holes 32 are provided for sheathing the positioning pins 111, so that the front plate 10, the middle partition 20 and the back plate 30 can be aligned precisely with each other easily.

Further, a long slot 33 is formed at the backside of the back plate 30, and the long slot 33 includes two circular hole portions 331 and a transverse slot portion 332 interconnected to each respective circular hole portion 331 for facilitating users to hang, slide, adjust or remove the frame structure.

In FIG. 4, the width W1 from the inner edge of the third side plate portion 23 to the upper edge of the stop block 24 is slightly greater than the width W2 of the display object 8, and the length from the inner edge of the first side plate portion 21 to the inner edge of the stop block 24 is slightly greater than the length L2 of the display object 8 in order to facilitate users to put the display object 8 into the containing space 26 easily and prevent the display object 8 from withdrawing from the containing space 26. In addition, the width W3 of the hollow portion 12 of the front plate 10 is smaller than the width W4 from the inner edge of the second side plate portion 22 of the middle partition 20 to the inner edge of the third side plate portion 23, and the length L3 of the hollow portion 12 is smaller than the length L1 from the inner edge of the first side plate portion 21 of the middle partition 20 to the inner edge of the stop block 24. In other words, the width W3 of the hollow portion 12 of the front plate 10 is smaller than the width W2 of the display object 8, and the length L3 of the hollow portion 12 is smaller than the length L2 of the display object 8.

When use, the first side plate portion 21, the second side plate portion 22, the third side plate portion 23 and the stop block 24 of the middle partition 20 define a containing space 25 provided for putting the display object 8 into the containing space 25 from the opening 26 of the middle partition 20 along an opening direction, and the stop block 24 is provided for limiting the display object 8 from withdrawing towards the opening direction of the middle partition 20 and separating from the containing space 25. When the display object 8 is changed, the display object 8 is abutted against the inner edge of the third side plate portion 23 of the middle partition 20 through the hollow portion 12 of the front plate 10, and then the display object 8 is withdrawn into the containing space 25 along the opening direction of the middle partition 20, so as to change the display object 8 more easily.

With reference to FIGS. 5 to 7 for another preferred embodiment of the present invention, this preferred embodiment further comprises a cladding layer 40 covered onto external surfaces of the front plate 10, the middle partition 20 and the back plate 30, wherein the positions corresponding to the hollow portion 12 and the long slot 33 are hollow, and the cladding layer 40 is a paint layer which may be a transparent paint layer or a color paint layer capable of improving the decorative effect of the overall appearance as well as resisting dirt and dust. When the frame structure is hung, an end of a fastener 9 is inserted into a vertical wall for fixing the frame structure (as shown in FIG. 7), and the other end of the fastener 9 has a pulley. During use, the circular hole portion 331 of back plate 30 is aligned precisely and sheathed on the pulley, and then adjusted and moved along the direction of the transverse slot portion 332.

In FIGS. 8 to 10, the middle partition 20 and the back plate 30 in the frame structure of this preferred embodiment are the same as those of the preferred embodiment, and a rectangular embossed frame 13a is mounted on the backside of the front plate 10a, and an inner slot 14a and an outer slot 15a are formed at the internal and external peripheries of the embossed frame 13a respectively. The cladding layer 40a is made of a material such as cloth and leather. The cladding layer 40a is covered onto an external surface of the front plate 10a and folded inversely and clamped between the middle partition 20 and the front plate 10a. In FIG. 10, a portion of the cladding layer 40a is hidden and accommodated in the inner slot 14a and the outer slot 15a.

In summation of the description above, the present invention achieves the expected objectives and overcomes the drawbacks of the prior art, and the invention complies with patent application requirements, and is thus duly filed for patent application.

While the invention has been described by means of specific embodiments, numerous modifications and variations could be made thereto by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention set forth in the claims.

Claims

1. A frame structure, comprising:

a front plate;
a middle partition, installed at the rear side of the front plate, and including a first side plate portion, a second side plate portion and a third side plate portion extended in the same direction and from two opposite ends of the first side plate portion respectively, a stop block protruded from an end of the second side plate portion towards the third side plate portion, an opening formed between the ends of the second side plate portion and the third side plate portion and opposite to the first side plate portion, and the first side plate portion, the second side plate portion, the third side plate portion and the stop block defining a containing space for placing a display object, and the width from an inner edge of the third side plate portion to an upper edge of the stop block being greater than the width of the display object, and the length from an inner edge of the first side plate portion to an inner edge of the stop block being greater than the length of the display object, so that the display object can be put into the containing space from the opening of the middle partition, and the stop block being provided for limiting the display object from retracting towards the opening from the containing space; and
a back plate, covering the rear side of the middle partition.

2. The frame structure of claim 1, wherein the front plate includes a rectangular frame and a hollow portion formed at the center of the rectangular frame.

The frame structure of claim 2, wherein the rectangular frame has a plurality of positioning pins installed at the corners of the rectangular frame, and the middle partition has a plurality of through holes for sheathing positioning pins respectively, and the back plate has a plurality of blind holes for sheathing the positioning pins respectively.

4. The frame structure of claim 1, wherein the back plate has a long slot formed at the backside of the back plate.

5. The frame structure of claim 4, wherein the long slot includes two circular hole portions and a transverse slot portion interconnected to each circular hole portion.

6. The frame structure of claim 1, further comprising a cladding layer covered onto external surfaces of the front plate, the middle partition and the back plate.

7. The frame structure of claim 6, wherein the cladding layer is a paint layer.

8. The frame structure of claim 1, further comprising a cladding layer covered onto an external surface of the front plate and folded and clamped between the middle partition and the front plate.

9. The frame structure of claim 8, wherein the front plate has an embossed frame mounted onto the backside of the front plate, and an inner slot and an outer slot formed at the internal and external peripheries of the embossed frame respectively, and a portion of the area of the cladding layer is hidden and accommodated in the inner slot and the outer slot.

10. The frame structure of claim 9, wherein the cladding layer is a layer of cloth or leather.
