A different kind of substance is injected into the storage space of the accommodating part, and a lower portion of the accommodating part is sealed by using a sealing part. When the foldable part is pressed, the opening part breaks the sealing part so that the different kind of substance contained in the storage space drops into the container and is mixed. The foldable part is folded while being expanded outward when a force is applied to an upper portion of the foldable part.
The present invention relates to a heterogeneous-substance accommodating device having a soft foldable part.
BACKGROUND ARTThere is International Patent Publication No. PCT/KR2011/09641 as the related art. The related art may correspond to a technology for pressing an upper foldable part to mix a different kind of substance contained in a storage space of an accommodating part.
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Technical ProblemInternational Patent Publication No. PCT/KR2011/09641 according to the related art relates to a technology in which a foldable part is folded to mix heterogeneous substances with each other. In ore detail, when a cover is removed, and a sealing stopper is pressed, the foldable part is folded, and simultaneously, an opening part breaks a sealing part (sealing part) formed of an aluminum material, which is disposed at a lower portion of an accommodating part to allow a different kind of substance contained in a storage space of the accommodating part to drop into a container, thereby mixing the heterogeneous substances with each other.
However, stability and operability of the foldable part may be very sensitive according to a material or thickness of the foldable part. In some case, if the foldable part has a thin thickness, the foldable part may not return to its original position.
The present invention may solve the above-described problem by improving a shape of the foldable part, thereby smoothly realizing the stability and operability of the foldable part.
Technical SolutionIn a heterogeneous-substance accommodating device used by being coupled to a mouth of a container, an accommodating part having a storage space is disposed within a main body, the soft foldable part is disposed on an upper portion of the accommodating part, and an opening part is disposed on the bottom of the upper portion of the foldable part to lengthily extend downward.
Also, a different kind of substance is injected into the storage space of the accommodating part, a lower portion of the accommodating part is sealed by using a sealing part, and when the foldable part is pressed, the opening part breaks the sealing part so that the different kind of substance contained in the storage space drops into the container and is mixed.
Also, the foldable part is folded while being expanded outward when a force is applied to an upper portion of the foldable part. For this, when the foldable part is expanded, the foldable part has a shape in which a foldable part upper portion folding reference surface that is an upper outer portion of the foldable part is wide, and a foldable part lower portion folding reference surface that is a lower outer portion of the foldable part is narrow.
Also, when the foldable part is expanded, the foldable part forms an expanding reference surface having a large outer diameter between a foldable part upper portion folding reference surface that is an upper outer portion thereof and a foldable part lower portion folding reference surface that is a lower outer portion thereof.
Alternatively, when the foldable part is expanded, an upper portion of the foldable part is expanded and spread from a foldable part lower portion folding reference surface that is a lower end of the foldable part.
Alternatively, when the foldable part is folded, the foldable part is folded in a shape of which an upper portion is spread outward with respect to the lower outer portion.
According to an aspect, a main body mouth is disposed on an upper portion of the main body, a foldable part adhesion surface that is expanded outward is disposed on an outer circumferential portion of a lower end of the main body mouth, and the soft foldable part is injection-molded to the foldable part adhesion surface.
According to another aspect, a folding prevention part is disposed on an upper or lower portion of an upper end of the foldable part to prevent the foldable part from being further folded to a predetermined degree or more. In one method, the folding prevention part disposed on the foldable part comprises a folding prevention protrusion protruding upward or downward with respect to the upper portion of the foldable part.
Also, the folding prevention part disposed on the foldable part has a foldable part adhesion surface having an expanded shape on a portion at which an upper end of the foldable part meets the main body mouth of the main body.
According to further another aspect, a main body mouth to which a sealing stopper is assembled is disposed on an upper portion of the main body of the accommodating device, a main body mouth sealing part formed of a soft resin is disposed inside the main body mouth, the main body mouth sealing part is connected downward by a guide at an upper end of a soft part of the main body mouth and is connected to the foldable part, which is disposed at a lower side thereof, outside the upper end of the soft part.
According to further another aspect, when a main body mouth for accommodating a sealing stopper is formed, a main body mouth sealing part is disposed an inner lower end of the main body mouth of the main body, and an elastic sealing part is disposed inside the main body mouth sealing part.
According to another modified example, in the accommodating device including a first screw thread disposed on a lower portion of an inner wall of a side surface of the main body of the accommodating device and a second screw thread having a standard different from that of the first screw thread disposed on an upper portion of the inner wall, the side surface on which the first screw thread is disposed is a side surface having a shape that is spread outward, and an auxiliary screw thread having an inner diameter greater than that of the first screw thread is disposed on an inner wall of the side surface having a spread shape, i.e., an isosceles trapezoid shape.
Also, the auxiliary screw thread comprise a three-line auxiliary screw thread that is coupled to a container neck having a container neck screw thread with a 30 MM standard, and the auxiliary screw thread has three lines that are angled at about 120 degrees, and each of the three lines of the auxiliary screw thread has a length of about 10 MM to about 30 MM.
Advantageous EffectsThe upper outer circumferential portion of the foldable part may be wide, and the lower outer circumferential portion may be narrow. Thus, the restoring force by which the foldable part returns to the upper side after the foldable part is folded may be improved.
Hereinafter, a heterogeneous-substance accommodating device according to the present invention is selectively described with reference to
A heterogeneous-substance accommodating device 1 coupled to a mouth of a container includes an accommodating part 104 having a storage space 107 within a main body 100. A soft foldable part F is disposed on an upper portion of the accommodating part 104, and an opening part 108 lengthily extending downward is defined in the bottom of an upper portion of the foldable part F.
Also, a main body mouth 109 is disposed on an upper portion of the main body 100, and a main body mouth sealing part 110 having a main body mouth sealing hole 111 is disposed on an inner lower portion of the main body mouth 109.
Also, a sealing stopper 200 including a sealing hole sealing part 201 for sealing the main body mouth sealing hole 111 is coupled to the main body mouth 109. An anti-forgery cover 300 is assembled to the main body 100 including the sealing stopper 200.
In the accommodating device 1 as described above, a different kind of substance is injected into a storage space 107 of the accommodating part 104, and a lower portion of the accommodating part 104 is sealed by using a sealing part S such as an aluminum sealing member.
Also, the foldable part F is configured so that the opening part 108 breaks and punches the sealing part S when the foldable part F is pressed. In this process, the different kind of substance contained in the storage space 107 drops into the container and then is mixed.
Also, the foldable part F is configured so that the foldable part F is expanded outward and then folded when a force is applied from an upper side of the foldable part F. When the foldable part F is expanded, the foldable part F may have a shape in which a foldable part upper portion folding reference surface FA that is an upper outer portion is wide, and a foldable part lower portion folding reference surface FB that is a lower outer portion is narrow.
Also, when the foldable part F is expanded, the foldable part F forms an expanding reference surface FC having a large outer diameter between the foldable part upper portion folding reference surface FA that is the upper outer portion and the foldable part lower portion folding reference surface FB that is the lower outer portion.
Also, when the foldable part F is expanded, the foldable part F may be spread so that the an upward portion that is an upper side is expanded from the foldable part lower portion folding reference surface FB that is the lower outer portion of the foldable part F.
Explaining the accommodating device 1 in more detail,
Also, the protrusion 302 is slightly spaced apart from the foldable part F. This is done for a reason in which, if the protrusion 302 contacts an outer circumferential portion of the foldable part F from the beginning, resistance occurs when being sealed again because an outer configuration of the foldable part F is expanded while the foldable part F is folded.
For reference,
Also, even though a protrusion part end 113 is separated in a moment while being injection-molded, the protrusion part end 113 immediately returns to its original position.
Also, as illustrated in
As illustrated in
Also, although an auxiliary protrusion pat 115 is disposed on the opening part 108, and a container neck first sealing part 105 and a container neck second sealing part 106 are formed on an outer circumferential portion of the accommodating part 104, the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, other modified structures may be allowable.
Also, a first screw thread 102 and a second screw thread 103 which have standards different from each other are disposed on an inner portion of a side surface 101 that is an outer circumferential portion of the main body 100. Each of the first screw thread 102 and the second screw thread 103 may be used to be selectively coupled to each of different container neck screw threads formed on a container neck.
