RECTANGULAR BAG
A rectangular bag includes a bag member and a belt. The bag member is rectangular, and has a top side, a bottom side, a left side, and a right side at a periphery thereof. A first connector is connected to the left side of the bag member, and a second connector is connected to the right side of the bag member. The belt has opposite ends connected to the first connector and the second connector. A distance on the left side between the first connector and the top side is shorter than a distance on the right side between the second connector and the top side.
1. Technical Field
The present invention relates generally to a bag, and more particularly to a rectangular bag.
2. Description of Related Art
A rectangular bag is widely used in present days because of it shape. It is suitable for storing some specific objects, such as documents, laptops, and tablets.
Due to the rings 14 are closer to the top side 102, there is only a limited space within the belt 12 and the top side 102 of the bag member 10, and that might restrict the motion for a user to carry the bag on the shoulder.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONIn view of the above, the primary objective of the present invention is to provide a combination type bag, which provides less restriction to the user while he/she is carrying the bag on the shoulder.
The present invention provides a rectangular bag includes a bag member, which is rectangular, having a top side, a bottom side, a left side, and a right side at a periphery thereof. A first connector is connected to the left side of the bag member, and a second connector is connected to the right side of the bag member. A belt has opposite ends connected to the first connector and the second connector. A distance on the left side between the first connector and the top side is shorter than a distance on the right side between the second connector and the top side.
With the design of the present invention, the uneven connecting locations of the belt provide a larger space within the belt, which makes the user more comfortable to carry the bag of the present invention.
The present invention will be best understood by referring to the following detailed description of some illustrative embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which
As shown in
The bag member 20 has a rectangular front side and a rectangular rear side opposite to the front side, and further has a top side 202, a bottom side 204, a left side 206, and a right side 208 at a periphery thereof. A first connector, which is hereafter called a first ring 24, is attached to the left side 206 of the bag member 20, and a second connector, which is hereafter called a second ring 26, is attached to the right side 208. A distance on the left side 206 between the first ring 24 and the top side 202 is defined as a first distance L1, while a distance on the right side 208 between the second ring 26 and the top side 202 is defined as a second distance L2. The second distance L2 is longer than the first distance L1. In other words, a vertical level of the first ring 24 is higher than that of the second ring 26 while the bag member 20 is put in an upright position, as shown in
The bag member 20 is provided with an opening 20a on the periphery between the first ring 24 and the second ring 26. Precisely, the opening 20a is on the left side 206, the top side 202, and the right side 208. A coupler, which is a zip 28 in an embodiment, is provided to the bag member 20 to open or close the opening 20a. Instead of the zip 28, a Velcro may be provided to open or close the opening 20a.
In an embodiment, the belt 22 has opposite ends passing through the first ring 24 and the second ring 26, and then sewed onto the belt 22 to connect the belt 22 to the bag member 20 through the rings 24, 26.
The first distance L1 is equal to or shorter than one fifth of a distance between the top side 202 and the bottom side 204. As a result, the first ring 24 is closer to the top side 202 than the second ring 26 that makes the bag 2 stable while the user is carrying it.
Preferably, the third distance L3 is longer than one fifth of the distance L between the top side 202 and the bottom side 204. The third distance L3 also is equal to or shorter than one second of the distance L. The purpose of the first limitation is to lower a position of a center of gravity of the entire bag member 20 to prevent the bag member 20 from turning over. The second limitation provides more space between the bag member 20 and the user to reduce the restriction to the user.
In conclusion, the uneven locations of the belt 22 connected to the bag member 20 provides a larger space within the belt than the convention bag 1 which makes the user more comfortable when he/she is carrying the bag 2 of the present invention.
It must be pointed out that the embodiments described above are only some preferred embodiments of the present invention. All equivalent structures which employ the concepts disclosed in this specification and the appended claims should fall within the scope of the present invention.
