This invention provides a shelf with simple structures. It can be easily assembled and disassembled. The shelf includes a stand column, a main frame, a side frame and a metal bracket. The main frame and the side frame are connected to the stand column by metal bracket to make a shelf with two tiers or more. The stand column is connected to the metal bracket along with a setup of convex circle for the fixation. The shelf of this invention is firm and steady, easy to assemble and disassemble with high loading capacity. The shelf serves as a storage device with simple structure; moreover it is convenient for the transport, thus can be widely used in office supplies.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION1. Field of the Disclosure
This invention is generally directed to the office supplies, and more particularly to a shelf used for storage in office and home.
2. Description of Related Art
Shelf is one of the most commonly used products in office and home. It plays an important role in transportation, supermarket and office and home. It is used extensively as a tool in daily life to organize and store assorted materials. Shelf is the best choice as a storage device to store the assorted items and to keep the home and office neat and clean.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe structure for most current shelf in the market is simple. The frame is welded to the shelf body then the shelf board is placed to the frame. Although the shelf of this structure can serve as a storage device, it is not only cumbersome to assemble and disassemble, but also not suitable for the transport. Some assembled shelves on the market include holder and shelf board. The holders of these shelves are connected by fittings to form the main body of shelf and frame with various layers. However, the shelf of this structure is neither steady nor reliable enough, which result in a low loading capacity, thus affects the usefulness of the shelf and cannot meet the different requirements in various circumstances.
Therefore, it is our ultimate objective to design a simple and steady shelf with high loading capacity and easy to assemble and disassemble. The shelf with features includes stand column, main frame, side frame and L-shaped metal bracket. The main frame and the side frame are connected to the stand column by L-shaped metal bracket to make the shelf with two tiers or more. The stand column is connected to the L-shaped metal bracket along with a setup of convex circle for fixation.

This invention aims at overcoming the drawbacks and weaknesses, providing a firm and steady shelf, which is easy to assemble and disassemble, and with high loading capacity. The shelf can be used as storage device with simple structure and it is convenient for transport. It is beneficial to widely applications for office supplies.
In order to meet the objectives, this invention implements the following techniques: The shelf with features includes the stand column, the main frame, side frame and L-shaped metal bracket. The main frame and the side frame are connected to the stand column by L-shaped metal bracket to make the shelf with two tiers or more. The stand column is connected to the L-shaped metal bracket along with a setup of convex circle for fixation.
In the procedure discussed above, the convex setup implements the accurate fixing connection between the main frame and the stand column or the side frame and the stand column. It is easy to assemble the main frame and stand column or the side frame and the stand column. In the meantime, the design of this L-shaped metal bracket can also improve the steadiness and reliability of shelf, and reinforce shelf structure and increase the loading capacity.
The L-shaped metal bracket includes installing part and the connection part one installed on both sizes of installing part. The stand column is connected to the L-shaped metal bracket along with the setup of convex circle for the fixation. The installing part is wrapped and connected to the surface of stand column. The connection part one protrudes to the surface of stand column, while the locating convex circle is installed on the stand column. There are three kinds of L-shaped metal brackets in this invention: the top L-shaped metal bracket, the middle L-shaped metal bracket and the bottom L-shaped metal bracket. Among them, the metal bracket on the top and bottom are used to connect the top and bottom layers while the metal bracket in the middle is to connect the middle layer.
More specifically, stand column mentioned above is L-shaped. The metal bracket mentioned above is the installing part which is also L-shaped in cross section. The convex circle is installed in the inner side of stand column. The L-shaped stand column in cross section is beneficial to the connection of side frame and main frame to form a storage space. The installing part of metal bracket is wrapped to the surface of stand column, so the cross section of the metal bracket installing part is also L-shaped.
Both the main frame and the side frame include the installing part two connecting with metal bracket and the supporting part. The connection part two is connected to the supporting part to form a U shaped groove which is good for placing the shelf board, thereby improve loading capacity of shelf.

The connection part two of main frame is installed with convex locating hole and the installing hole used for the fixation. The convex circle used for locating is installed on the interior side wall of connection between the stand column and the main frame.
The side frame and the main frame are connected to stand column by L-shaped metal bracket to form two or more layers of shelf. One side of both two stand columns is connected to the connecting part two of side frame through the connecting part one of L-shaped metal bracket. It is welded together to make the side frame. The main frame is connected to the side frame by convex locating hole and its locating metal sheet, and by the connection of connection part two with connection part one on the other side of L-shaped metal bracket, thus forms a shelf with two tiers or more.
The structure of the shelf body is easy for shelf board's assembling. It requires only fixing the side frame to main frame by locating convex circle, and then connecting it to the installing hole in the main frame by the fixed part such as the lock screw installed on the L-shaped metal bracket. As a result, a stable shelf is made. The structure of this kind of shelf is easy to disassemble and convenient to transport.

Both the main frame and the connection part two of side frame are installed with convex locating hole and installing hole used for connection and installation. And both the inner side walls of stand column are also installed with locating convex circle.
The side frame and main frame are connected to stand column by L-shaped metal bracket to form a shelf with two tiers or more. Each stand column is coupled respectively with the convex locating hole of both main and side frame through the convex locating circle on both inner side walls of stand column, and then is connected respectively with main frame and the connection part two of side frame by the connection part one in both side of L-shaped metal bracket to achieve the connection between main frame and side frame. Thus it makes a shelf with two tiers or more.
The structure of the shelf body is easy for shelf's assembling. It requires only fixing the side frame to main frame by locating convex circle, and then connecting it to the installing hole in the main frame by the fixed part such as the lock screw installed on the metal bracket. As a result, a stable shelf is made. Furthermore, the structure of the shelf is easy to disassemble and convenient to transport.
This invention also includes the design of space for the shelf board between the main frame and side frame. The shelf board is installed to the shelf by the supporting part on the main frame and side frame. The shelf board of this invention is installed to the shelf body, the supporting part of main and side frame play a role of reinforcing the support function, while the surface of shelf board and the supporting part two of side and main frame keep the same level to prevent dust accumulation.
This invention also includes the wheel for shelf moving. It is installed to the bottom of stand column by connecting piece.
Comparing with existing technology, this invention has advantages and benefits: The structure of this kind of shelf is sturdy and reliable, easy to assemble and disassemble, and with strong loading capacity. While the shelf can server as a storage facility, it also has the feature of being convenient for transport with simple structure which avails the use in the office supply industry.

This invention also includes the design of space for the shelf board 15 between the main frame 2 and side frame 3. The shelf board 15 is installed to the shelf by the supporting part 11 on the main frame 2 and side frame 3. The shelf board 15 of this invention is installed to the shelf body, the supporting part 11 of main frame 2 and side frame 3 play a role of reinforcing the support function, while the surface of shelf board 15 and the supporting part two 10 of side frame 3 and main frame 2 keep the same level to prevent dust accumulation. This invention also includes the wheel 16 for shelf moving. It is installed to the bottom of four stand columns 1 by connecting piece 17.
This invention provides a shelf with simple structure, easy to assemble and disassemble. The convex 4 design provides the fixation of connection between the main frame 2 and the stand column 1. It is easy to assemble the main frame and stand column. At the same time, the design of this L-shaped metal bracket 4 can also improve the sturdiness and reliability of shelf, and reinforce shelf structure and increase the loading capacity.

The connected part 2 of main frame and side frame in this embodiment both have convex circle locating hole and mounting hole which can be used for fixing and connecting. And the both inner side walls of stand column have locating convex circle.
Side frame and main frame are connected to stand column to make the shelf through metal bracket. The locating convex circle on two inner side of every stand column are fastened with the convex circle locating holes on main frame and side frame to achieve location main frame and side frame. Through installing the screws and other fasteners installed on the top metal bracket, middle metal bracket and bottom metal bracket to the main frame and side frame to connect the main frame and side frame, and make the shelf body strong.
This shelf structure is simple and easy for assembling and dissembling. The convex design provides the fixation of connection between the main frame and the stand column, the side frame and the stand column. It is easy to assemble the main frame and stand column, the side frame and the stand column. In the meantime, the design of this L-shaped metal bracket can also improve the sturdiness and reliability of shelf, and reinforce shelf structure and increase loading capacity.
Embodiment 3, this example illustrates the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1: The main frame and the size frame are connected to the stand column by L-shaped metal bracket to make the shelf with two or three tiers or more. Other structures are the same as embodiment 1.
The embodiments described above are the preferred embodiment of the invention, but the invention is not limited to above embodiments. Any other changes in the spirit of principles in the invention including modification, replacement, combinations, simplification of the replacement pattern should be equivalent, are included within the scope of the present invention.
Claims
1. A shelf structure having stand columns, main frames, side frames and metal brackets; the main frame and the side frame are connected to the stand column by metal bracket to make a shelf with two tiers or more; the stand column is connected to the metal bracket and a convex circle is installed for fixation.
2. The shelf structure of claim 1, including L-shaped metal brackets, with installing part and a connection part one installed on both sides of installing part; the stand column is connected to L-shaped metal bracket and a convex circle is installed for fixation; the installing part is wrapped to the surface of stand column and connected to the stand column; connection part one protrudes to the surface of stand column; L-shaped metal bracket is installed on the side wall of stand column.
3. The shelf structure of claim 2, including the stand column is L-shaped; a metal bracket of installing part is also L-shaped in cross section; a locating convex circle is set in the inner side of stand column.
4. The shelf structure of claim 3, including both the main frame and the side frame with an installing part two connected with a metal bracket and the supporting part; the connection part two is connected to the supporting part to form a “U” shaped groove.
5. The shelf structure of claim 4, including the connection part two of main frame installed with a convex locating hole and an installing hole used for fixation and connection; the convex circle used for locating is installed on the interior side wall of connection between stand column and main frame.
6. The shelf structure of claim 5, including the side frames and main frames connected to stand columns by metal bracket to form a shelf with two tiers or more; one side of stand column is connected to the connecting part two of side frame through the connecting part one of metal bracket, the main frame is connected to the side frame by a convex locating hole and a locating metal sheet, and by connection of connection part two with a connection part one in another side of a L-shaped metal bracket; to form a shelf with two tiers or more.
7. The shelf structure of claim 4, including both the main frame and the connection part two of side frame installed with convex locating hole and installing hole used for connection and installation; both the inner side walls of stand column are also installed with locating convex circle.
8. The shelf structure of claim 7, including the side frame and main frame connected to stand column by L-shaped metal bracket to form a shelf with two or more; each stand column is coupled respectively with the convex locating hole of both main and side frame through the convex locating circle on both inner side walls of stand column, and then is connected respectively with main frame and the connection part two of side frame by the connection part one in both side of L-shaped metal bracket to connect between main frame and side frame, thus make a shelf with two tiers or more.
9. The shelf structure of claim 6 or 8, including the design of space for a shelf board between the main frame and side frame; the shelf board is installed to the shelf by the supporting part on the main frame and side frame.
10. The shelf structure of claim 1, including wheels for shelf moving, which is installed to bottom of stand column by connecting piece.
