DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Preferred embodiments are described below with reference to the drawings.

With reference to FIG. 4 to FIG. 9, embodiments of a pallet of the present invention are shown.

As shown in FIG. 4, FIG. 4 is a perspective diagram of the pallet according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The pallet provided by the first embodiment of the present invention is used for fixing multiple packaging boxes 2. A bottom box surface 21 of each packaging box 2 is provided with a recess 211. The pallet 1 comprises a top pallet surface 11 for engaging with the packaging box 2, a bottom pallet surface 12, and an outer side wall 13 disposed between the top pallet surface 11 and the bottom pallet surface 12. The pallet 1 is usually made of a plastic material, a wood material or a metal material. A cross section of the packaging box forms a square shape, a rectangular shape, or a polygonal shape.

Wherein, the top pallet surface 11 includes a pallet recess portion 111 having an upward opening formed by caving toward the bottom pallet surface 12, and a pallet protrusion installing surface 112 formed surrounding the pallet recess portion 111. The pallet protrusion installing surface 112 provides with at least one pallet protrusion 113 used for engaging with the recess 211 of the bottom box surface 21 of the packaging box 2. Wherein, after the multiple liquid crystal panels 6 disposed with buffer pads 7 below are installed into the pallet recess portion 111 (as shown by an arrow “b” in FIG. 6), the pallet protrusion 113 is engaged with the recess 211 of the bottom box surface 21 of the packaging box 2 (as shown by an arrow “c” in FIG. 9). As a result, the pallet 1 has a carrying function, and can limit the packaging boxes 2 to move on the top pallet surface 11.

In order to better limit the movement of the packaging boxes 2 on the top pallet surface 11, the pallet protrusion 113 is formed by extending upwardly with a certain length along an inner wall edge 114 of the pallet recess portion 111, and the pallet protrusion 113 is engaged with the recess 211 of the bottom box surface 21 of the packaging box 2. The cross-sectional contour of pallet protrusion 113 formed by extending upwardly along an inner wall edge 114 of the pallet recess portion 111 is consistent with the cross-sectional contour of packaging box 2. Besides, some slide preventing structures such as a folding structure can be disposed on a portion of the pallet protrusion installing surface 112 which is contacted with the bottom box surface 21 of the packaging box 2 so as to increase the friction force between the bottom box surface 21 of the packaging box 2 and the pallet protrusion installing surface 112. As a result, the stability of the packaging case stacked by the packaging boxes 2 is increased.

After the aforementioned packaging boxes 2 are stacked and covered with a case cover 3, the outer side walls 13 is provided with a cavity 131 formed through the outer side walls 13 such that a packaging belt 4 can pass through the cavity 131 and surround the packaging case 5 so as to firmly fix the case cover 3, the multiple packaging boxes 2, and the pallet 1 (as shown in FIG. 7). For convenience, the cavity 131 has an opening toward the bottom pallet surface 12, and two terminals of the opening of the cavity are respectively communicated with the outer side wall 13 of the pallet 1.

Corresponding to the pallet provided by the first embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 7 to FIG. 11, the second embodiment of the present invention provides with a packaging case. The packaging case comprises the pallet 1 described in the first embodiment of the present invention, the case cover 3, and the multiple packaging boxes 2 disposed between the pallet 1 and the case cover 3. Wherein, the pallet 1 has the same configuration and connection relationship as the pallet described in the first embodiment of the present invention.

Each of the packaging boxes 2 includes a bottom box surface 21 and a top box surface 22. The bottom box surface 21 is provided with a recess 211. The top box surface 22 comprises a box recess portion 221 with an upward opening and formed by caving toward the bottom box surface 21, and a box protrusion installing surface 222 formed surrounding the box recess portion 221. A box protrusion 223 is disposed on the box protrusion installing surface 222 for engaging with the recess 211 of the bottom box surface 21 of the adjacent packaging box 2. Between two adjacent packaging boxes 2, after the recess 211 of the bottom box surface 21 of one packaging box 2 engages with the box protrusion 223 of the top box surface 22 of the other packaging box 2, the movement of the two adjacent packaging boxes 2 is limited so as to increase the stability of the multiple packaging boxes 2 after being stacked.

In order to better limit the movement between the adjacent two packaging boxes 2, the box protrusion 223 is formed by extending upwardly from the inner wall edge 224 of the box recess portion 221, and the box protrusion 223 is capable of engaging with the recess 211 of the bottom box surface 21 of the adjacent packaging box 2 (as shown in FIG. 10).

Furthermore, the pallet protrusion 113 of the pallet 1 has the same structure as the box protrusion 223 of packaging box 2 so as to avoid changing the structure of the recess 211 of the bottom box surface 21 of the packaging box 2 in order to save the cost.

Furthermore, the packaging box 2 is made of a plastic material, a wood material or a metal material.

Furthermore, the case cover 3 is made of a plastic material, a wood material or a metal material.

The pallet and the packaging case provided by the embodiments of the present invention have the following advantages:

In the embodiments of the present invention, because the pallet recess portion of the pallet can install a production material (such as the liquid crystal panel), the bottom surface of the pallet recess portion can use as the bottom box surface of the packaging box so as to save the material for the packaging box, reduce the packaging cost. Besides, because the pallet protrusion installing surface of the pallet is disposed with the pallet protrusion, and the pallet protrusion is capable of engaging with the recess of the bottom box surface of the packaging box, the movement of the packaging boxes is limited so as to increase the stability of the packaging case stacked by the packaging boxes, decrease the damage of the production material (such as the liquid crystal panel) in the transportation process.

An ordinary person skilled in the art can realize that all or partial steps in the processes of the aforementioned embodiments can be implemented by using processes to command corresponding hardware.
