WET TISSUE PACKAGE

A wet tissue package that prevents wet tissue from drying by closing lid even when volume of wet tissue piled body inside container decreases. The wet tissue package includes: wet tissue piled body; container structure that accommodates wet tissue piled body therein and includes extraction portion through which wet tissue is drawn out from extraction hole; and a lid that is provided at outside of extraction hole so as to close and open extraction hole. The resistance application member includes a resistance application portion applying resistance to wet tissue when wet tissue is drawn out from extraction hole. Further, the wet tissue package is formed so that resistance application portion of resistance application member moves toward rear of container structure in response to volume decrease amount of wet tissue piled body as wet tissue is drawn out from extraction hole.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a wet tissue package that accommodates a wet tissue piled body in a container structure.

BACKGROUND ART

A wet tissue package is formed so that a wet tissue piled body obtained by piling a plurality of wet tissues is accommodated in a container structure. The wet tissue is a wet tissue sheet that is formed by impregnating a chemical solution into a predetermined tissue sheet such as a web sheet, and is accommodated in the container structure so that the wet tissue may be maintained in a wet state by the chemical solution. As needed basis, such a wet tissue may be used for various purposes in which the wet tissue is extracted from the container structure to wipe hands or buttocks.

The container structure includes an accommodation container that is formed by appropriately using a soft film or plastic and an extraction portion that includes an extraction hole through which the wet tissue forming the wet tissue piled body is extracted to the outside. The extraction hole of the extraction portion is formed as a structure portion in which a predetermined position of the accommodation container is opened in a predetermined shape. The wet tissue piled body that is accommodated in the container structure is formed so that the precedent wet tissue is divided from the subsequent wet tissue at a division portion by the friction resistance when the wet tissue is extracted to the outside. That is, in most of container structures, the resistance application portion that applies a resistance to the wet tissue when a part of the wet tissue forming the wet tissue piled body is extracted is provided at a predetermined position inside the extraction portion. Then, when the wet tissue receives the friction resistance at the resistance application portion while the wet tissue is extracted to the outside, the precedent drawn wet tissue is divided from the subsequent wet tissue at the division portion. In this way, in the wet tissue package, the precedent wet tissue is drawn while being divided from the wet tissue piled body in the container structure by the division portion. At this time, the subsequent wet tissue forming the wet tissue continued body slightly protrudes from the resistance application portion toward the outside of the accommodation container so that the front end thereof faces the extraction hole. Then, when the wet tissue is used at the next time, the protruding portion of the subsequent wet tissue is plucked so as to be drawn to the outside of the container structure, and hence the subsequent wet tissue may be further drawn out from the wet tissue continued body.

In such a wet tissue package, since the inside of the container structure is not sealed through the resistance application portion and the extraction hole, not only the front end of the wet tissue protruding toward the outside from the resistance application portion but also the entire wet tissue piled body may be easily dried. Therefore, in general, the wet tissue package is formed so that the container structure is provided with a lid that may seal the extraction hole (for example, see Patent Literatures 1 and 2).

When the extraction hole is closed by the lid, the inside of the container structure may be effectively sealed, and hence the volatilization of the chemical solution impregnated into the wet tissue forming the wet tissue piled body accommodated in the container structure is effectively prevented.

SUMMARY OF INVENTION Technical Problem

In the wet tissue package, when the wet tissue is consumed, the number of piled wet tissues of the wet tissue piled body decreases inside the container structure, and hence the volume thereof decreases. Then, the gap between the resistance application portion and the surface of the wet tissue piled body inside the container structure gets widened. When the wet tissue is drawn out in this state, the wet tissue may easily sneak through the resistance application portion, and hence the timing at which the wet tissue is divided at the division portion is likely to be late. Then, the extra wet tissue subsequent to the drawn wet tissue is drawn so as to largely protrude outward from the resistance application portion. That is, the wet tissue may easily and excessively protrude outward.

When the wet tissue excessively protrudes from the resistance application portion in this way, the protruding wet tissue disturbs an operation of closing the extraction hole by the lid due to the large protruding amount thereof. That is, the protruding wet tissue may disturb an operation of sealing the inside of the container structure by the lid. As a result, a severe problem arises in that the wet tissue piled body may not be maintained in a wet state.

In addition to such a problem, when the number of the piled wet tissues of the wet tissue piled body decreases so that the gap between the surface of the wet tissue piled body and the resistance application portion gets widened, a problem arises in that the front end of the wet tissue may not be easily drawn out in a case where the front end of the wet tissue divided at the division portion and left inside the container structure is depressed inside the container structure.

In the container structure, in a case where a bag body formed of a soft film material is used as an accommodation container, the gap between the surface of the wet tissue piled body and the resistance application portion is narrowed when the accommodation container is intentionally crushed, and hence it is possible to suppress a problem in which the subsequent wet tissue may easily sneak through the resistance application portion. However, when the accommodation container is crushed, the accommodation container is folded, and hence the accommodation container is easily torn due to the folding. Then, when the accommodation container is slightly torn, the sealed state of the container structure is largely degraded, and hence there is a concern that the drying speed of the wet tissue may become fast.

An object of the present invention is to provide a wet tissue package capable of preventing a wet tissue from being dried by reliably closing a lid even when the volume of a wet tissue piled body accommodated inside a container structure decreases and of more easily extracting the wet tissue by raising the front end of the wet tissue.

Solution to Problem

The present invention may be summarized as below.

(1) A wet tissue package including: a wet tissue piled body that is formed by a plurality of wet tissues; a container structure that accommodates the wet tissue piled body therein and includes an extraction portion through which the wet tissue is drawn out from an extraction hole formed so that the wet tissue passes therethrough; and a lid that is provided at the outside of the extraction hole so as to close and open the extraction hole, wherein the wet tissue piled body is accommodated in the container structure, a resistance application member, including a resistance application portion applying a resistance to the wet tissue when the wet tissue is drawn out from the extraction hole, is provided between the extraction portion and the wet tissue piled body, and the resistance application portion of the resistance application member moves toward the rear of the container structure in response to a volume decrease amount of the wet tissue piled body as the wet tissue is drawn out from the extraction hole.

(2) The wet tissue package according to (1), wherein the resistance application member is supported by the extraction portion in a cantilevered manner, and a free end of the resistance application member is biased toward the rear of the container structure.

(3) The wet tissue package according to (1), wherein the resistance application member is not supported by the extraction portion.

(4) The wet tissue package according to any of (1) to (3), wherein the resistance application member is formed in a plate shape including a curved portion recessed toward the rear of the container structure, and the resistance application portion is formed at a predetermined position inside the curved portion.

Further, the present invention may be summarized as below.

(5) The wet tissue package according to (2), wherein the resistance application member is formed so that the free end of the resistance application member is more flexible than the base end thereof.

(6) The wet tissue package according to (2), wherein the resistance application member includes a plurality of resistance application member forming pieces, and at least a pair of resistance application member forming pieces selected from the plurality of resistance application member forming pieces is supported by the extraction portion in a cantilevered manner so as to be opposite to each other in the direction from the base end of the resistance application member forming piece toward the free end thereof in the top view of the wet tissue package.

(7) The wet tissue package according to (2), wherein the container structure includes an accommodation container provided with an opening and an abutment material provided with an extraction hole, and the abutment material is attached to the accommodation container so that the extraction hole is located inside the opening formation area in the top view of the wet tissue package, and the resistance application member is supported by the abutment material in a cantilevered manner.

(8) The wet tissue package according to any of (1) to (7), wherein ribs are uprightly formed in the resistance application member so as to interpose the resistance application portion therebetween.

Advantageous Effects of Invention

According to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a wet tissue package capable of preventing a wet tissue from being dried by reliably closing a lid even when the volume of a wet tissue piled body accommodated inside an accommodation container decreases and of more easily extracting the wet tissue by raising the front end of the wet tissue.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS First Embodiment

The configuration of a first embodiment of a wet tissue package 1 according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 1.

In the present specification, the vertical direction, the longitudinal direction, and the width direction are set as the directions to be described below unless there is a particular description. That is, the gravity direction of the wet tissue package 1 is set as the vertical direction. In a case where the wet tissue package 1 is disposed so that an extraction hole 12 faces the opposite side to the ground surface side, the direction from a wet tissue piled body 6 to the extraction hole 12 is set as the upward direction. In this case, the thickness direction of the wet tissue piled body 6 becomes the vertical direction. Further, when a case is assumed in which a user gradually releases the wet tissue piled body 6 on the plane of which the vertical direction is the perpendicular diction while seeing the wet tissue piled body 6 accommodated in the wet tissue package 1 so that the vertical direction becomes the eye direction, the extension direction of the sheet with the release of the wet tissue piled body 6 is set as the longitudinal direction. As shown in FIG. 1, when a three-dimensional space of xyz having the x, y, and z axes perpendicular to one another in the wet tissue package 1 is assumed, the z-axis direction and the y-axis direction respectively follow the vertical direction and the longitudinal direction. Then, in this case, the x-axis direction corresponds to the width direction. Further, the direction moving away from the extraction hole 12 of the container structure 3 in the wet tissue package 1 and facing the inside of the container structure 3 is set as the rear direction. Further, the top view of the wet tissue package 1 indicates the case where the wet tissue package 1 is seen from the upward direction toward the downward direction.

(Wet Tissue Package 1)

The wet tissue package 1 includes the wet tissue piled body 6 and the container structure 3 capable of accommodating the wet tissue piled body 6 therein, and has a structure in which the wet tissue piled body 6 is accommodated in the container structure 3.

(Wet Tissue Piled Body 6)

As substantially indicated by the dashed line of FIG. 2, the wet tissue piled body 6 is a structure which is formed by piling a plurality of wet tissues 7. The wet tissue piled body 6 may have a structure in which the wet tissues are folded or a structure in which the wet tissues are wound in a roll shape. However, it is desirable that the wet tissue piled body have the folded structure in that the wet tissue piled body 6 is hardly wrinkled or shapeless while the wet tissues 7 are repeatedly extracted from the inside of the container structure 3 of the wet tissue package 1.

The wet tissue piled body 6 includes both a single type wet tissue piled body 6 and a continuous type wet tissue piled body 6. The single type wet tissue piled body 6 is formed so that each of separate wet tissues 7 and 7 is bent and folded in a Z-shape to be described later and the plurality of wet tissues 7 and 7 contact one another. The continuous type wet tissue piled body 6 is formed so that the wet tissues 7 are connected to each other by the perforation lines or the like.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the wet tissue piled body 6 is provided with a division portion 10. When a user extracts the wet tissue 7 from the wet tissue package 1, the precedent wet tissue 7 that is drawn from the extraction hole 12 in the wet tissue piled body 6 and the subsequent wet tissue 7 are divided by the division portion 10 so as to be separated from each other.

Accordingly, the division of the wet tissue 7 from the wet tissue piled body 6 indicates that the front single wet tissue 7 is peeled off from the contact portion of the plurality of wet tissues 7 and 7 so as to be separated from the wet tissue piled body 6, for example, in a case where the wet tissue piled body 6 is formed so that each of the separate wet tissues 7 is appropriately folded in a Z-shape to be described later and the plurality of wet tissues 7 overlap one another. Further, the division of the wet tissue indicates that the portion that becomes the wet tissue 7 by tearing the wet tissue piled body 6 at the position of the perforation lines or the like is separated from the wet tissue piled body 6 in a case where the wet tissue piled body is formed so that the wet tissues 7 are connected to each other by the perforation lines or the like.

(Example of Single Type Wet Tissue Piled Body 6)

As shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, the wet tissue piled body 6 may be formed so that an overlap portion 10a is formed by partially overlapping the separate wet tissues 7 folded in a predetermined shape. In this case, the overlap portion 10a forms the division portion 10. FIG. 6A illustrates the Z-shaped folded wet tissue piled body 6 in which the wet tissues 7 folded in a Z-shape are piled, and FIG. 6B illustrates the WZ-shaped folded wet tissue piled body 6 in which the wet tissue 7 folded in a W-shape and the wet tissue 7 folded in a Z-shape are alternately piled. Here, FIGS. 6A and 6B are merely examples, and the folded structure of the wet tissue 7 is not limited to the above-described Z-shaped or W-shaped folded structure. Further, even the wet tissue piled body 6 may have a structure which is formed by piling the wet tissues 7 folded in a W-shape or the wet tissues 7 folded in a shape other than the Z-shape or the W-shape. Further, the wet tissue piled body 6 may be formed by piling different wet tissues 7 folded in a shape other than the WZ-shape. The wet tissue piled body 6 may be formed as below by the structure of folding the wet tissues 7. When the precedent wet tissue 7 is raised, the subsequent wet tissues 7 are sequentially and continuously raised as shown in FIGS. 4A to 4C. When the precedent wet tissue 7 is divided from the subsequent wet tissue 7 as shown in FIG. 4B, the front end of the subsequent wet tissue 7 pops up from a resistance application portion 13 to be described later as shown in FIG. 4C, that is, the front end becomes a pop-up state.

In FIG. 6A, the wet tissue piled body 6 is formed by piling the Z-shaped wet tissues 7. In the wet tissue piled body 6, the overlap portion 10a is formed by overlapping wet tissues 7a and 7b so that an upper surface 7c near the termination end of the precedent drawn wet tissue 7a faces a lower surface 7d near the start end of the subsequent wet tissue 7b. When the wet tissue 7a is drawn out from the container structure 3 accommodating the wet tissue piled body 6, the termination end of the wet tissue 7a raises the start end of the wet tissue 7b by the frictional force exerted between the wet tissues 7a and 7b at the overlap portion 10a, and the overlap portion 10a near the termination end of the wet tissue 7a moves toward the resistance application portion 13. When the wet tissue 7a is drawn out, the overlap portion 10a finally passes through the resistance application portion 13. At this time, the overlap portion 10a receives a friction resistance from the resistance application portion 13, so that the overlap of the wet tissues 7a and 7b may be easily released. Then, when the start end of the wet tissue 7b is drawn to the outside of the resistance application portion 13 to be described later by a certain degree, the termination end of the wet tissue 7a is divided from the start end of the subsequent wet tissue 7b, so that the overlap portion 10a disappears. That is, the overlap portion 10a that is formed by overlapping the termination end of the wet tissue 7a and the start end of the subsequent wet tissue 7b forms the division portion 10, and the wet tissue 7a is separated from the wet tissue piled body 6 including the subsequent wet tissue 7b by the division portion 10.

In FIG. 6B, the wet tissue piled body 6 is formed by alternately piling a wet tissue 7e folded in a Z-shape and a wet tissue 7f folded in a W-shape. In the case of FIG. 6B, the wet tissues 7 are piled so as to form the overlap portion 10a by overlapping an upper surface 7g near the termination end of the wet tissue 7e folded in a Z-shape and planned to be precedent drawn and a lower surface 7h near the start end of the wet tissue 7f folded in a W-shaped and subsequent thereto so that both surfaces face each other. When the wet tissue 7e is drawn out from the container structure 3 accommodating such a wet tissue piled body 6, the termination end of the wet tissue 7e raises the start end of the subsequent wet tissue 7f folded in a W-shape by the frictional force exerted between the wet tissues 7e and 7f at the overlap portion 10a, and the overlap portion 10a near the termination end of the wet tissue 7e moves toward the resistance application portion 13. When the wet tissue 7e is drawn out, the overlap portion 10a finally passes through the resistance application portion 13. Then, when the start end of the wet tissue 7e is drawn to the outside of the resistance application portion 13 to be described later by a certain degree, the termination end of the wet tissue 7e is divided from the start end of the subsequent wet tissue 7f, so that the overlap portion 10a disappears. That is, the overlap portion 10a that is formed by overlapping the termination end of the wet tissue 7e and the start end of the subsequent wet tissue 7f forms the division portion 10, and the wet tissue 7e is separated from the wet tissue piled body 6 including the subsequent wet tissue 7f by the division portion 10. Furthermore, the next wet tissue 7f is drawn out from the wet tissue piled body 6, and the wet tissue 7f and the subsequent wet tissue 7i are divided from each other at this time. However, the division mechanism between the wet tissue 7f and the subsequent wet tissue 7i is the same as the division mechanism between the wet tissues 7e and 7f at the division portion 10 as described above.

(Example of Continuous Type Wet Tissue Piled Body 6)

As shown in FIG. 7, the wet tissue piled body 6 is formed so that a plurality of turnback portions 8 and 9 are formed by bending an elongated tissue sheet 14, in which the separation portion 10b is formed as the division portion 10, in a meandering manner. The elongated tissue sheet 14 has a structure which is formed by partially connecting the wet tissues 7 and 7 arranged in series in facial order along the longitudinal direction. At this time, the structure portion which is formed by partially connecting the wet tissues 7 and 7 corresponds to the division portion 10. In this case, the division portion 10 is a portion in which the wet tissues 7 and 7 are separated from each other by the action of the friction resistance applied from the resistance application portion 13 and the tensile force generated when the front end of the wet tissue piled body 6 is drawn out from the container structure 3, and is also a portion in which the wet tissue 7 is separated from the wet tissue piled body 6. The shape of the division portion 10 is not limited thereto, and may be formed in, for example, a perforation line shape or the other shapes.

Furthermore, the wet tissue piled body 6 shown in the example of FIG. 7 is formed so that the division portion 10 is located at the center in the longitudinal direction when the wet tissue piled body 6 is seen in the vertical direction, but this is merely an example. That is, the position of the division portion 10 when the wet tissue piled body 6 is seen in the vertical direction is not particularly limited, and may be appropriately selected. The wet tissue piled body 6 is formed so that the division portion 10 is provided in a pattern in which the layer with the division portion 10 and the layer without the division portion 10 are alternately present when the wet tissue piled body 6 is seen so that the eye direction follows the width direction, but this is also merely an example. That is, the presence pattern of the division portion 10 when the wet tissue piled body 6 is seen in the width direction is not particularly limited, and may be appropriately selected.

(Wet Tissue 7)

The wet tissue 7 is, for example, a wet tissue sheet that is formed by impregnating a chemical solution into a tissue sheet formed by paper made from synthetic fabric or natural fabric, woven cloth, or non-woven cloth. As the chemical solution, for example, alcohol, water, or the mixture thereof may be exemplified. Further, the chemical solution may be arbitrarily selected and mixed with perfume, antibacterial agent, refresher, surface acting agent, antiseptic agent, pigment, antifoam agent, antioxidizing agent, clarifying agent, solubilizing agent, pH adjuster. Furthermore, the materials of the ground fabric and the chemical solution forming the wet tissue piled body 6 are merely examples, and the other materials may be arbitrarily selected other than the above-described materials.

Here, the wet tissue 7 includes both a sheet-like tissue divided from the wet tissue piled body 6 and a sheet-like tissue forming the wet tissue piled body 6.

(Container Structure 3)

Returning to FIGS. 1 and 2, the container structure 3 includes an accommodation container 15 and an extraction portion 11 that is formed at a predetermined position of the accommodation container 15.

(Accommodation Container 15)

The accommodation container 15 is not particularly limited as long as the container structure 3 may be formed in a shape with a space that can accommodate the wet tissue piled body 6 therein. As the material of the accommodation container 15, it is desirable to use a material that may keep the space inside the wet tissue package 1 in a sealed state in a state where at least the wet tissue package is not used yet. As the accommodation container 15, a bag body that is formed in a bag shape by a flexible film material may be used or a casing that is formed of a resin material such as plastic may be used. Furthermore, in the present specification, the unused item of the wet tissue package 1 indicates that the wet tissue 7 has never been extracted to the outside of the container structure 3 from the wet tissue piled body 6 accommodated in the container structure 3 in the manufacturing process.

In a case where the accommodation container 15 is a bag body, an air-tight bag is used as the bag body. Specifically, it is desirable that the bag body be formed of a flexible plastic film or the like so as to have, for example, a pillow-like bag shape shown in FIG. 1. Specifically, the pillow-like bag body may be formed by sealing both ends of a cylindrical film using heat-seal or the like.

(Extraction Portion 11)

The extraction portion 11 is a structure portion that includes the extraction hole 12. In the wet tissue package 1, the wet tissue 7 is drawn from the extraction hole 12 of the extraction portion 11 to the outside of the container structure 3.

(Extraction Hole 12)

The extraction hole 12 may be formed in a shape in which the wet tissue 7 may be drawn from the wet tissue piled body 6 accommodated inside the container structure 3 to the outside of the container structure 3.

In the examples shown in FIGS. 1 and FIG. 2, the container structure 3 includes the accommodation container 15 with an opening 16 and an abutment material 17 that is attached to the opening 16. The abutment material 17 is provided with a passage portion 18 to be described later. The abutment material 17 is disposed so that the passage portion 18 is located inside the formation area of the opening 16 in the top view of the wet tissue package 1.

In a case of this example, the passage portion 18 forms the extraction hole 12, and the extraction portion 11 becomes a structure portion with the opening 16 and the abutment material 17.

Hereinafter, the case will be further described in which the passage portion 18 forms the extraction hole 12 and the extraction portion 11 includes the opening 16 and the abutment material 17. Here, this case does not limit the extraction hole 12 and the extraction portion 11 to the example of FIG. 1. For example, in a case where the container structure 3 is formed as the accommodation container 15 with the opening 16 and the opening 16 of the accommodation container 15 serves as the extraction hole 12, the extraction portion 11 may be formed by the extraction hole 12 formed in the accommodation container 15 (not shown).

(Opening 16)

The opening 16 that is formed in the accommodation container 15 is formed so that a user who draws out the wet tissue 7 may contact the wet tissue 7 of the wet tissue piled body 6 through the passage portion 18 from the outside. In the examples of FIGS. 1 and 2, the opening 16 is formed as a structure portion in which the passage portion 18 faces the outside while a lid 5 to be described later is opened, and the opening 16 is formed as a portion which is formed by opening a predetermined area of the upper surface of the accommodation container 15 in a substantially square shape. Here, the size or the shape of the opening 16 may be appropriately selected, and is not limited to this example.

(Abutment Material 17)

The abutment material 17 is attached to the accommodation container 15 so that at least a part of the passage portion 18 is located inside the formation area of the opening 16 of the accommodation container 15 in the top view of the wet tissue package 1. Here, it is desirable that the abutment material be attached to the accommodation container 15 so that the entire passage portion 18 is disposed inside the formation area of the opening 16 of the accommodation container 15 in the top view of the wet tissue package 1 in that the user who draws out the wet tissue 7 may further reliably access the passage portion 18. The material of the abutment material 17 is not particularly limited, and a thermoplastic resin material such as polyethylene and polypropylene may be selected. However, it is desirable that the abutment material 17 be formed of a material that is harder than the accommodation container 15. The container structure 3 may effectively improve the strength of the opening 16 and the periphery thereof by attaching the abutment material 17 to the accommodation container 15.

(Attachment Portion 19)

As shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, the abutment material 17 is formed in a substantially rectangular outline shape in the top view of the wet tissue package 1 while the lid 5 is closed. The abutment material 17 may be attached to a predetermined area of the outer surface of the accommodation container 15 or may be attached to a predetermined area of the inner surface of the accommodation container 15. In the examples of FIGS. 1, 2, and 3, the abutment material 17 is attached so that an attachment portion 19 matches a predetermined area of the inner surface of the bag body 3 by using the upper surface of the abutment material as the attachment portion 19. As a method of attaching the abutment material 17 to the accommodation container 15, for example, a method using hot-melt or the like may be exemplified, but the present invention is not limited thereto. That is, various methods may be arbitrarily selected.

(Passage Portion 18)

As shown in FIG. 4A, the passage portion 18 is formed at a predetermined position of the abutment material 17 so that the wet tissue 7 drawn to the outside of the container structure 3 passes therethrough. The shape, the size, or the structure of the passage portion 18 is not particularly limited, but the passage portion is formed in a hole structure provided in the abutment material 17 in FIGS. 1, 2, and 3. The passage portion 18 may be formed in a shape or a size in which the user may access and pluck the wet tissue 7 at a front end 6a of the wet tissue piled body 6.

(Depressed Portion 20)

In the abutment material 17, a depressed portion 20 may be formed in the periphery of the passage portion 18. In the example of FIG. 3A, the depressed portion 20 is formed at the substantially center position of the abutment material 17, and the passage portion 18 is formed inside the depressed portion 20. In the wet tissue package 1, the depressed portion 20 is formed in a concave shape of which the vertical position is lower than the formation surface of the attachment portion 19 of the abutment material 17 by one level. When the depressed portion 20 is formed, it is possible to suppress a problem in which the shapes of the passage portion 18 and the vicinity thereof are deformed unexpectedly even when a torsion stress is applied to the abutment material 17 in the longitudinal direction or the width direction.

(Resistance Application Member 4)

As shown in FIG. 2, a resistance application member 4 having the resistance application, portion 13 formed at a predetermined position thereof is disposed between the extraction portion 11 and the wet tissue piled body 6 in the wet tissue package 1.

In the wet tissue package 1, the resistance application portion 13 of the resistance application member 4 moves toward the rear of the container structure 3 (in the direction indicated by the arrow K) in response to the volume decrease amount of the wet tissue piled body 6 as the wet tissue 7 is drawn out from the extraction hole 12.

In the example of FIG. 1, the resistance application member 4 is supported by the extraction portion 11 in a cantilevered manner. The resistance application member 4 shown in this example extends from a predetermined position of a base end 21 toward a free end 22 so as to be inclined toward the rear of the container structure 3, and the free end 22 of the resistance application member 4 is biased toward the rear of the container structure 3. That is, as indicated by the dashed line of FIG. 2, the resistance application member 4(T0) is formed in a shape in which the free end 22 is located below the bottom portion of the accommodation container 15 in a natural state where no load exists, and is elastically deformed from the natural state when the resistance application member is pressed against the surface of the wet tissue piled body 6. As a result, the free end 22 of the resistance application member 4 is biased toward the rear of the container structure 3 by the elastic force generated by the elastic deformation of the resistance application member 4. With such a configuration, as shown in FIG. 2, the resistance application member 4 is bent about the peripheral portion of the base end 21 as a whole in response to the volume decrease amount of the wet tissue piled body 6 so that the free end 22 rotates, and hence the resistance application portion 13 of the resistance application member 4 moves toward the rear of the container structure 3. Accordingly, even when the volume of the wet tissue piled body 6 decreases, the resistance application portion 13 is continuously pressed against the surface of the wet tissue piled body 6. In FIG. 2, the reference numeral 4(T1) indicated by the one-dotted chain line indicates the resistance application member 4 when the volume of the wet tissue piled body 6 decreases, and the reference numeral 4(T2) indicated by the two-dotted chain line indicates the resistance application member 4 when the volume of the wet tissue piled body 6 further decreases. Then, the reference numeral 13(T1) indicated by the dotted chain line indicates the resistance application portion 13 of the resistance application member 4(T1), and the reference numeral 13(T2) indicated by the two-dotted chain line indicates the resistance application portion 13 of the resistance application member 4(T2). Further, in the example of FIG. 2, the resistance application member 4 is bent at a predetermined position during its elastic deformation so as to form a bent portion 23, but this is merely an example. That is, the bent portion 23 may not be formed during the elastic deformation of the resistance application member.

As described above, in the wet tissue package 1, the resistance application member 4 is supported by the extraction portion 11 in a cantilevered manner, and the free end 22 is biased toward the rear of the container structure 3. Accordingly, the free end 22 of the resistance application member 4 rotates about the base end 21 in response to the volume decrease amount of the wet tissue piled body 6, and hence the resistance application member is pressed against the surface of the wet tissue piled body. Accordingly, in a state where the volume of the wet tissue piled body 6 decreases as shown in FIG. 5, the resistance application portion 13 is inclined with respect to the drawing direction of the wet tissue 7. Here, an angle is formed between the facing direction (the exit direction (indicated by the arrow S of FIG. 5)) of the outward protruding portion of the wet tissue 7 passing through the resistance application portion 13 and the facing direction (the entry direction (indicated by the arrow R of FIG. 5)) of the wet tissue 7 to be passed through the resistance application portion 13.

In this way, a strong friction resistance is applied from the resistance application portion 13 to the wet tissue 7 as the angle formed between the exit direction S and the entry direction R of the wet tissue 7 increases, and hence a large division force is exerted on the division portion 10. Accordingly, the precedent wet tissue 7(N1) may be divided and separated at an appropriate position from the wet tissue piled body 6. Furthermore, in FIG. 5, the reference numeral 7(N2) indicates the wet tissue 7 subsequent to the drawn wet tissue 77(N1).

Then, in the wet tissue package 1 of the first embodiment, since the free end 22 of the resistance application member 4 is biased toward the rear of the container structure 3, the wet tissue piled body 6 may be pressed toward the rear of the container structure 3, and hence the piled structure of the wet tissue piled body 6 may be further reliably maintained.

(Elastic Body 24)

FIG. 11 illustrates a modified example of the first embodiment, and an elastic body 24 that applies a biasing force may be attached to a predetermined position of the base end 21 of the resistance application member 4. As the elastic body 24, a spring material formed of plastic or metal or silicon rubber may be appropriately selected. Since the elastic body 24 is attached to the resistance application member 4, the biasing force exerted toward the rear of the container structure 3 may be effectively strengthened. In this way, any structure may be employed which applies a biasing force to the resistance application member 4.

(Distance between Base End 21 and Free End 22)

In the resistance application member 4 of the first embodiment, the distance between the base end 21 and the free end 22 is not particularly limited. However, it is desirable that the distance between the base end 21 and the free end 22 be equal to or longer than the distance between the extraction portion 11 to the bottom position of the wet tissue piled body 6 when the free end 22 moves to the innermost side of the container structure 3 in that the piled structure of the wet tissue piled body 6 is not broken due to the contact of the resistance application member 4 with respect to the surface of the wet tissue piled body 6 until the final wet tissue 7 is extracted to the outside.

(Use Example of Wet Tissue Package 1)

The wet tissue package 1 is not limited to the case where the wet tissue package is disposed on a placement surface 25 so that the extraction hole 12 faces the upward direction as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. For example, as shown in FIG. 9, in a case where the wet tissue package 1 is formed so that the wet tissue piled body 6 is accommodated inside the container structure 3 on the casing, the wet tissue package 1 may be placed on the placement surface 25 in use while the formation surface of the extraction hole 12 of the container structure 3 is uprightly disposed with respect to the horizontal plane of which the gravity direction is the perpendicular direction so that the direction of the extraction hole 12 is different from the vertical direction. Such a use is called the vertical use (vertical arrangement) of the wet tissue package 1. In that case, a problem may arise in that the piled structure of the wet tissue piled body 6 of the wet tissue package 1 is easily broken. However, according to the wet tissue package 1 of the first embodiment, since the free end 22 of the resistance application member 4 is biased toward the rear of the container structure 3, the wet tissue piled body 6 is pressed from the upper side of the wet tissue piled body 6 toward the rear of the container structure 3 as shown in FIG. 9. Accordingly, it is possible to suppress the piled structure of the wet tissue piled body 6 from being broken, and hence to reliably maintain the piled structure of the wet tissue piled body 6.

Further, as shown in the example of FIG. 10, the wet tissue package may be used while being disposed in a vertical direction so that the base end 21 is located at the upper side in relation to the free end 22 of the resistance application member 4. In this case, even when the piled structure of the wet tissue piled body 6 is broken, the piled structure is supported on the resistance application member 4, and hence the piled structure of the wet tissue piled body 6 may be suppressed from being crushed.

(Accommodation Space 26)

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the resistance application member 4 is attached to the extraction portion 11 so as to form an accommodation space 26 between the extraction portion 11 and the resistance application member 4. Specifically, the accommodation space 26 may be formed as the space between the resistance application member 4 and the extraction portion 11 by forming the resistance application member 4 in a plate shape that is recessed toward the rear of the container structure 3. Since the wet tissue package 1 is provided with the accommodation space 26, the outward protruding portion of the wet tissue 7 from the resistance application portion 13 may be effectively accommodated between the extraction portion 11 and the resistance application member 4.

(Curved Portion 27)

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the resistance application member 4 is formed in a plate shape with a curved portion 27 that is curved so as to be recessed toward the rear of the container structure 3. Here, FIGS. 2 and 3 merely illustrate an example of the resistance application member 4, and the resistance application member 4 may not be formed in a plate shape. Further, in this case, it is desirable that the resistance application portion 13 be formed at a predetermined position inside the curved portion 27 in the resistance application member 4.

In the examples of FIGS. 2 and 3, the resistance application member 4 is curved from the base end 21 toward the free end 22 so as to form the curved portion 27, but the curving direction of the curved portion 27 is not limited thereto. Furthermore, the arrow C1 of FIG. 3 indicates the curved direction. As shown in FIG. 15, the curved portion 27 may be formed in a curved shape in a direction (a direction indicated by the arrow C2 of FIG. 15) perpendicular to the direction from the base end 21 toward the free end 22. At this time, it is desirable that the curved portion 27 be formed in a curved shape in both two directions, that is, the direction (the curved direction C1 of FIG. 15) from the base end 21 toward the free end 22 and the direction (for example, the curved direction C2) perpendicular to the direction from the base end 21 toward the free end 22. Since the curved portion 27 is curved in two directions, the strength of the resistance application member 4 may be improved, and the unexpected deformation of the resistance application member 4 may be suppressed.

(Resistance Application Portion 13)

As shown in FIG. 8, the resistance application portion 13 is a structure portion that applies a resistance to the wet tissue 7 when the wet tissue 7 is drawn out from the extraction hole 12. Referring to the examples of FIGS. 4A, 4B, and 8, the resistance application portion 13 is a structure portion that applies a friction resistance to the drawn wet tissue 7 when the wet tissue 7 is drawn out from the wet tissue piled body 6 through the passage portion 18.

In the resistance application member 4, the formation position of the resistance application portion 13 is appropriately selected without any particular limitation, but it is desirable that the resistance application portion be formed at the center position of the resistance application member 4 in that the unexpected deformation occurring in the resistance application member 4 due to the friction resistance may be easily suppressed even when the friction resistance between the resistance application portion 13 and the wet tissue 7 increases to a certain degree.

The shape or the structure of the resistance application portion 13 is not particularly limited, but in the example of FIG. 8, an elongated hole portion 28 may be provided which extends in the width direction.

The resistance application portion 13 may be provided as the elongated hole portion 28, but as shown in FIG. 8, auxiliary holes 33 and 34 and slits 37 and 38 may be further provided. That is, in the resistance application portion 13, the elongated auxiliary holes 33 and 34 are formed at a predetermined position in the longitudinal direction of the elongated hole portion 28 so as to be slightly away from the elongated hole portion 28 in the width direction of the elongated hole portion 28, and hence a shape is formed in which the continuous mountain-shaped slit 37 is notched from the elongated hole portion 28 toward the auxiliary hole 33. Further, a shape in which the slit 38 is notched is formed between the auxiliary hole 33 and the auxiliary hole 34, and hence the elongated hole portion 28 communicates with the auxiliary holes 33 and 34 by the slits 37 and 38. In a case where the resistance application portion 13 is formed in this way, when the front end 6a of the wet tissue piled body 6 is drawn out through the resistance application portion 13, the front end 6a of the wet tissue piled body 6 or the vicinity thereof may pass through the elongated hole portion 28, and may also pass through the auxiliary holes 33 and 34 and the slits 37 and 38. Accordingly, a friction resistance may be applied to the wet tissue 7 not only from the elongated hole portion 28 but also the auxiliary holes 33 and 34 and the slits 37 and 38.

(Rib 40)

As shown in FIG. 14, in a case where the resistance application member 4 is seen in the eye direction corresponding to the thickness direction of the resistance application member 4, ribs 40 may be uprightly formed in the resistance application member 4 so as to interpose the resistance application portion 13. The shape of each rib 40 is not particularly limited, but in the example of FIG. 14, the rib may be formed in a shape which protrudes from the base end 21 toward the free end 22. Since the resistance application portion 13 has a force point of a stress exerted between the wet tissues 7, a force may be applied thereto compared to the portion other than the resistance application portion 13. When the magnitude of the stress or the number of times of applying the force increases, there is a concern that the resistance application portion 13 or the vicinity thereof may be deformed. For this reason, when the resistance application member 4 is provided with the above-described ribs 40, the rigidity of the resistance application portion 13 or the vicinity thereof is improved, and hence it is possible to suppress the deformation of the resistance application portion 13 or the vicinity thereof.

(Elasticity of Predetermined Portion 41 of Base End 21 and Predetermined Portion 42 of Free End 22 of Resistance Application Member 4)

The resistance application member 4 may be formed so that the elasticity of a predetermined portion (a base end) 41 of the base end 21 is different from the elasticity of a predetermined portion (a free end) 42 of the free end 22 and the free end 42 is more flexible than the base end 41. For example, the resistance application member 4 may be formed in a structure in which the elasticity of the base end 41 is stronger than the elasticity of the center portion 43 and the elasticity of the free end 42 is weaker than the elasticity of the center portion 43. In this case, since the biasing force elastically exerted toward the rear side at the base end 41 may generate a strong force of pressing the wet tissue piled body 6 against the resistance application member 4 and the wet tissue piled body 6 is pressed by a weak force at the free end 42, it is possible to suppress a concern that the free end 42 is depressed toward the wet tissue piled body 6. Furthermore, the adjustment of the elasticity of the base end 41 and the free end 42 in the resistance application member 4 may be realized by appropriately adjusting the thickness of each portion. In a case where the resistance application member 4 is provided with the rib 40, the elasticity may be adjusted by adjusting the height or the length of the rib 40.

Furthermore, the base end 41 of the resistance application member 4 indicates the support area in a case where the resistance application member 4 is supported by the extraction portion 11 in a cantilevered manner, and indicates the area of the base end 41 opposite to the free end 42.

Further, the free end 42 of the resistance application member 4 indicates a portion of the resistance application member 4 and a predetermined portion from the free end 22 of the resistance application member 4 to a predetermined position facing the base end 21 in a case where the resistance application member 4 is supported by the extraction portion 11 in a cantilevered manner. At this time, the predetermined position facing the base end 21 is specified as a portion close to the free end 22 in relation to the resistance application portion 13.

The center portion 43 of the resistance application member 4 is specified as a portion that excludes the base end 41 and the free end 42 in the portion of the resistance application member 4.

(Preparation of Abutment Material 17 and Resistance Application Member 4)

The abutment material 17 and the resistance application member 4 may be integrally molded by an injection molding method or may be formed by the combination of the separately molded members.

(Function of Resistance Application Member 4)

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, in the wet tissue package 1 of the present invention, the position of the resistance application portion 13 moves toward the rear side as the volume of the wet tissue piled body 6 decreases. For this reason, the gap between the resistance application portion 13 and the division portion 10 located at the rear end side of the wet tissue 7 is not easily widened, and hence it is possible to prevent a problem in which the division timing of the wet tissue 7 becomes different. That is, as the volume of the wet tissue piled body 6 decreases, the exit direction S in which the protruding portion of the wet tissue 7 contacting the resistance application portion 13 and passing through the resistance application portion 13 faces gradually becomes different from the entry direction R in which the wet tissue 7 to be passed through the resistance application portion 13 faces (that is, the resistance application portion 13 is inclined and the wet tissue 7 passes therethrough in a bent state), and the resistance application member 4 is gradually inclined with respect to the surface of the wet tissue piled body 6 facing the extraction portion 11, so that an appropriate friction resistance is applied from the resistance application portion 13 to the wet tissue 7. In this way, a problem hardly occurs in which the wet tissue 7 is largely extracted from the resistance application portion 13 without receiving a strong friction resistance from the resistance application portion 13, so that the division timing of the wet tissue 7 does not become easily different. As a result, the lid 5 is reliably closed, and hence the wet tissue 7 may be prevented from being dried.

Further, in the wet tissue package 1 of the present invention, the gap between the resistance application portion 13 and the division portion 10 located at the rear end side of the precedent drawn wet tissue 7(N1) is hardly widened, and hence it is possible to reduce a concern that the wet tissues 7 and 7 are divided from each other before the wet tissue 7 subsequent to the precedent drawn wet tissue 7 passes through the resistance application portion 13.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, in the wet tissue package 1 of the present invention, the position of the resistance application portion 13 moves toward the rear side as the volume of the wet tissue piled body 6 decreases, and hence a gradually widened space is formed among the extraction portion 11, the resistance application portion 13, and the peripheral portion thereof in accordance with the use of the wet tissue package 1. As a result, even when the protruding portion of the wet tissue 7 from the resistance application portion 13 is enlarged, the lid 5 may be closed by pressing the portion into the container structure 3 in relation to the extraction portion 11, and hence it is possible to suppress the wet tissue 7 from being dried.

Further, even in a case where the front end of the wet tissue 7 separated at the division portion 10 and left inside the container structure 3 is depressed inside the container structure 3 while the volume of the wet tissue piled body 6 decreases, the resistance application portion 13 is inclined so that the free end 22 enters the container structure 3, and hence the front end of the wet tissue 7 may be easily plucked and drawn to the outside.

(Communication Portion 47)

In the wet tissue package 1, when the accommodation space 26 is formed between the abutment material 17 and the resistance application member 4 as shown in FIG. 3, a communication portion 47 may be specifically formed which causes the inner space of the accommodation container 15 to communicate with the accommodation space 26 at the portion excluding the resistance application portion 13. For example, the communication portion 47 may be formed in a manner such that the resistance application member 4 is formed in a convex shape and the inner space of the accommodation container 15 communicates with the accommodation space 26 at both sides of the convex protruding portion of the resistance application member 4. Since the wet tissue package 1 is provided with the communication portion 47, even when a portion may not be accommodated inside the accommodation space 26 when the wet tissue 7 is pressed into the accommodation space 26, the portion may easily inserted from the communication portion 47 toward the inner space of the accommodation container 15.

(Lid 5)

As shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, it is desirable that the wet tissue package 1 be provided with the lid 5. The lid 5 is attached to a predetermined position of the container structure 3 so as to open and close the extraction hole 12. In the examples of FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, the lid 5 of the wet tissue package 1 is attached to the abutment material 17 through a hinge portion 5a so as to open and close the passage portion 18 forming the extraction hole 12.

The lid 5 may be integrally formed with the hinge portion 5a and the abutment material 17 or may be formed separately from the hinge portion 5a and the abutment material 17. In a case where the lid 5 is integrally formed with the hinge portion 5a and the abutment material 17, the lid 5 may be integrally formed with the hinge portion 5a, the abutment material 17, and the resistance application member 4. The lid 5 may be integrally formed with the hinge portion 5a and may be formed separately from the abutment material 17. The lid 5 may be formed of the same material as that of the abutment material 17. For example, the lid may be formed of a thermoplastic resin material such as polyethylene and polypropylene. Since the lid 5 is attached to the wet tissue package 1, as shown in FIG. 4C, the exposure of the wet tissue 7 may be further reliably suppressed by the lid 5, and hence the drying of the wet tissue 7 may be effectively suppressed.

Furthermore, in a case where the lid 5 is attached to the wet tissue package 1 of the first embodiment, in the example of FIG. 1, the lid 5 is attached to the abutment material 17 so that the position of the hinge portion 5a is close to the base end 21 of the resistance application member 4 in relation to the free end 22 thereof, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The lid 5 may be attached to the abutment material 17 so that the position of the hinge portion 5a is close to the free end 22 of the resistance application member 4 in relation to the base end 21 thereof.

Second Embodiment

In the wet tissue package 1 of the first embodiment, the resistance application member 4 is formed as a single member. However, the configuration of the resistance application member 4 provided in the wet tissue package 1 is not limited thereto, and the resistance application member 4 may be formed by a plurality of resistance application member forming pieces 44 to be described later. The embodiment that is specified by the wet tissue package 1 with such a configuration is called the second embodiment.

The second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 12 and 13.

Since the wet tissue package 1 of the second embodiment and the wet tissue package 1 of the first embodiment may have a different configuration in the resistance application member 4, the configuration except for the configuration of the resistance application member 4 may be the same as that of the wet tissue package 1 of the first embodiment in the description of the second embodiment.

In the wet tissue package 1 of the second embodiment, the resistance application member 4 includes the plurality of resistance application member forming pieces 44, and at least a pair of resistance application member forming pieces selected from the plurality of resistance application member forming pieces 44 is supported by the extraction portion 11 in a cantilevered manner so as to be opposite to each other in the direction from the base end 21 of the resistance application member forming piece 44 toward the free end 22 thereof in the top view of the wet tissue package 1.

In the resistance application member 4 indicated by the examples of FIGS. 12 and 13, the resistance application portion 13 is formed by the combination of the plurality of resistance application member forming pieces 44a and 44b, and the plurality of resistance application member forming pieces 44a and 44b are respectively supported by the extraction portion 11 in a cantilevered manner so that the supported end corresponds to the base end 21 and the opposite end corresponds to the free end 22. Each of the resistance application member forming pieces 44a and 44b is formed in a plate shape in which a punched portion 46 is formed by cutting a predetermined position in a predetermined shape from the outer peripheral end thereof. In the resistance application member 4, the resistance application member forming pieces 44a and 44b are disposed so that the side end surface of the resistance application member forming piece 44a faces the side end surface of the resistance application member forming piece 44b and the punched portion 46 of the resistance application member forming piece 44a faces the punched portion 46 of the resistance application member forming piece 44b. At this time, the resistance application portion 13 is formed as a space that is formed between the punched portion 46 of the resistance application member forming piece 44a and the punched portion 46 of the resistance application member forming piece 44b.

In the examples shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, the resistance application portion 13 is formed by the combination of the plurality of resistance application member forming pieces 44a and 44b, but the present invention is not limited thereto. That is, the resistance application member 4 of the second embodiment may be formed so that one resistance application member forming piece 44 is provided with the resistance application portion 13 and the other resistance application member forming piece 44 forms the periphery of the resistance application portion 13. Even in this case, the resistance application member 4 is formed by the combination of the plurality of resistance application member forming pieces 44.

According to the wet tissue package 1 of the second embodiment, as shown in FIG. 13, even when the volume of the wet tissue piled body 6 decreases, the free ends 22 of the plurality of resistance application member forming pieces 44a and 44b rotate toward the rear of the container structure 3 (in FIG. 13, the movement direction of the free ends 22 of the plurality of resistance application member forming pieces 44a and 44b is indicated by the arrow K), and the wet tissue piled body 6 may stay pressed toward the rear of the container structure 3 by the plurality of resistance application member forming pieces 44a and 44b, so that the piled structure of the wet tissue piled body 6 may be further reliably maintained. Furthermore, in FIG. 13, the reference numeral 44a(T1) and the reference numeral 44b(T1) respectively indicate the resistance application member forming pieces 44a and 44b when the volume of the wet tissue piled body 6 decreases by a predetermined amount.

Further, according to the wet tissue package 1 of the second embodiment, in a case where the wet tissue package 1 is used while being disposed in the vertical direction, the wet tissue piled body 6 may be pressed toward the rear of the container structure 3 by the plurality of resistance application member forming pieces 44, and hence the wet tissue piled body 6 is pressed toward the rear of the container structure 3 at a plurality of positions. Accordingly, it is possible to further reliably suppress the piled structure of the wet tissue piled body 6 from being broken.

Third Embodiment

In the wet tissue package 1 of the first embodiment, the resistance application member 4 is supported by the extraction portion 11 in a cantilevered manner, but in the third embodiment, a resistance application member 4 is not mechanically supported by the extraction portion 11.

Since a wet tissue package 1 of the third embodiment and the wet tissue package 1 of the first embodiment may have a different configuration in the resistance application member 4, the description of the same components as those of the first embodiment will not be repeated and the same reference numerals are used in the description of the third embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 16, in the wet tissue package 1 of the third embodiment, the resistance application member 4 is not supported by the extraction portion 11. For this reason, when the wet tissue 7 is drawn out from the wet tissue piled body 6 so that the thickness of the wet tissue piled body 6 decreases, the resistance application portion 13 of the resistance application member 4 moves toward the rear of the container structure 3 (in FIG. 16, the direction indicated by the arrow M) due to the weight of the resistance application member 4. Furthermore, in FIG. 16, the reference numeral 4(T1) indicates the resistance application member 4 when the volume of the wet tissue piled body 6 decreases by a predetermined amount, and the reference numeral 13(T1) indicates the resistance application portion 13 of the resistance application member 4(T1).

Accordingly, in the wet tissue package 1, the resistance application member 4 may be easily placed on the uppermost surface of the wet tissue piled body 6, and the gap between the resistance application portion 13 and the division portion 10 located at the rear end side of the precedent drawn wet tissue 7 is hardly widened. For this reason, it is easy to maintain a state where an appropriate friction resistance is applied from the resistance application portion 13 to the wet tissue 7 by a certain degree. As a result, a problem hardly occurs in which the timing of dividing the precedent wet tissue 7 from the subsequent wet tissue 7 becomes easily different.

(Extension Portion 45)

In the wet tissue package 1 of the third embodiment, the resistance application member 4 may be formed so that an extension portion 45 is formed by extending at least a part of the outer peripheral end of the resistance application member in a direction following the plane direction of the plane in which the thickness direction of the wet tissue piled body 6 is the perpendicular direction. Since the extension portion 45 is provided, the resistance application member 4 may not easily move in the plane direction of the plane of which the thickness direction of the wet tissue piled body 6 is the perpendicular direction even when the resistance application member 4 moves in the thickness direction of the wet tissue piled body 6, and the weight of the resistance application member 4 may be increased.

The wet tissue package 1 that has been described so far is merely an example of the embodiment of the wet tissue package 1 according to the present invention, and an appropriate embodiment thereof may be selected without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

Claims

1. A wet tissue package comprising:

an accommodation container that accommodates a wet tissue piled body; and
a structure for drawing out a wet tissue, wherein
the structure for drawing out the wet tissue includes an extraction portion having an extraction hole for drawing out the wet tissue and a resistance application member provided so as to be located more inward in the container than the extraction hole of the extraction portion,
the resistance application member is supported inside the container and includes a structure provided so as to be elastically deformable and a structure provided with a resistance application portion applying a resistance to the wet tissue when the wet tissue is drawn out in order to allow division of the precedent wet tissue from the subsequent wet tissue when the wet tissue is drawn out, and
a lid for opening and closing the extraction hole is provided in a container structure in which the extraction portion is provided in the accommodation container.

2. The wet tissue package according to claim 1, wherein

the resistance application member has a base end and a free end, the base end is supported by the extraction portion, and the free end is biased toward the rear of the container structure.

3. The wet tissue package according to claim 1, wherein

the resistance application portion of the resistance application member moves toward the rear of the container structure in response to a volume decrease amount of the wet tissue piled body as the wet tissue is drawn out from the extraction hole.

4. The wet tissue package according to claim 1, wherein

the accommodation container has an opening, an abutment material having an extraction hole is attached to the inside of the accommodation container, the extraction hole is located inside a formation area of the opening of the accommodation container, and the base end of the resistance application member is supported by and fixed to the abutment material.

5. The wet tissue package according to claim 1, wherein

the resistance application member is curved along a direction from the base end toward the free end and has a curved portion recessed toward the rear of the container structure, and the resistance application portion is formed in the curved portion.

6. The wet tissue package according to claim 1, further comprising:

an accommodation space that is formed between the extraction portion and the resistance application member; and
a communication portion that causes the accommodation space to communicate with an inner space of the accommodation container.

7. The wet tissue package according to claim 1, wherein

the resistance application portion has an elongated hole portion.

8. The wet tissue package according to claim 1, wherein

the accommodation container is formed in a bag shape structure formed of a flexible plastic film or a casing structure formed of a plastic resin material.
