DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings to make the present invention well understood. The embodiments of the present invention may be changed to various forms, and the scope of the present invention shall not be interpreted to be limited to the embodiments described in detail below. The embodiments are provided to further completely explain the present invention to those having ordinary knowledge in the art. Therefore, the shapes of the elements in the drawings may be exaggerated to highlight the description to make further clear. It should be noted that there may be cases in which the same members are given with the same reference number. The detailed description of well known function and structure which may make the gist of the present invention obscure is omitted.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the construction of wood brick assembly 100 according to the present invention and FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view showing the wood brick 110 and connection bar 120 of wood brick assembly 100 in exploded condition.

As shown in the drawings, the wood brick assembly 100 according to the present invention comprises a wood brick 110 composed of a wood material, and a connection bar 120 which connects a plurality of wood bricks 110 in horizontal and vertical directions. The wood brick 110 comprises a wood brick body 111 having a certain size, an upper connection groove 113 and a lower connection groove 115 which are provided at the upper surface and the lower surface of the wood brick body 111 and to which the connection bar 120 is connected, and an inclination surface 117, 119 formed inclined a certain angle at the rim area of the wood brick body 111.

The wood brick body 111 is formed in a rectangular shape as a whole. The shape of the wood brick body 111 is rectangular for the convenience of stack in the directions of upward, downward, left and right, and the surface exposed to the inside of the outside of a building may be fabricated to be convex if necessary. In addition, the surface of the wood brick body 111 may be formed in such a way that the material of the wood itself is revealed.

The size of the wood brick body 111 can be differently made according to the kind of the original wood, the kind and shape of the building to be constructed. In addition, the wood brick body 111 may be used by adjusting the length of the size of the building in site. In case the diameter is large according to the age and kind of the original wood, the wood brick body 111 can be formed to be large, and in case the diameter is small, the wood brick body 111 can be formed to be small. In addition, in case the outer wall of the building is to be constructed to be thick by using one layer of wood brick body 111, the wood brick body 111 may be formed to be large.

The upper connection groove 113 and the lower connection groove 115 are respectively formed to be recessed at the upper surface and lower surface of the wood brick body 111. The upper connection groove 113 and the lower connection groove 115 are formed across the entire area in the direction of axis of the wood brick body 111.

The depth of the upper connection groove 113 and the lower connection groove 115 is formed in such a way that the binding force of the connection bar 120 inserted into inside is sufficiently transmitted to the wood brick body 111. In addition, the breath of the upper connection groove 113 and the lower connection groove 115 is formed to be equal to or a certain length smaller than that f the connection bar 120, so that the connection bar 120 is connected by press fit.

A side inclination surface 117 and front and rear inclination surface 119 are formed to be inclined a certain angle along the rim area of the wood brick body 111 (FIGS. 3 and 4). The side inclination surface 117 and the front and rear inclination surface 119 are formed at the wood brick body 111 in a chamfering form. In case where a plurality of wood brick bodies 111 are constructed to be adjoining, the side inclination surface 117 and the front and rear inclination surface 119 are arranged at a boundary area adjoining each other. A sealing material 150 is coated into a recessed space formed by the side inclination surface 117 and the front and rear inclination surface 119 between a pair of adjoining wood brick bodies 111.

Accordingly, the flow of air between the room and outdoor through the wood brick assembly 100 is interrupted after construction. Therefore, the decay of the wood brick assembly 100 is prevented and the adiabatic property of the building is improved.

Here, the sealing material 150 can be constructed in such a way that only the outer circumference at the side is coated with a finishing material such as silicon, or the outside of wall of the wood brick 110 is coated with a dry vit to interrupt the inflow of outside air, or at the outside of the wood brick 110, the loess brick, cement brick or the like is masoned.

The connection bar 120 connects the adjoining wood bricks 110 so that the wood bricks 110 are fixed in the vertical and horizontal direction. The length l1 of the connection bar 120 is formed to be at least longer than the length l2 of the wood brick 110. The connection bar 120 has a length so that it can be inserted into the entire boundary area of two wood bricks 110, to connect at least two horizontally adjoining wood bricks 110.

The thickness h2 of the connection bar 120 is made to be twice the depth h1 of the upper connection groove 113 and the lower connection groove 115. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, the connection bar 120 inserted into the upper connection groove 113 of the wood brick 110a arranged below is also inserted into the lower connection groove 115 of the wood brick 110b arranged above, the upper wood brick 110b and the lower wood brick 110a are connected each other.

That is, the connection bar 120 is horizontally connected to the upper connection groove 113 and the lower connection groove 115 of the plurality of wood bricks 110, so that the connection condition in the horizontal and vertical direction of the wall body composed by the wood brick 110 can be securely maintained.

Meanwhile, the wood brick assembly 100 may have support columns 130 on both sides of the wall body for structural stabilization of the wall body composed of the plural wood bricks 110. The support column 130 is arranged to abut an outermost wood brick 110 so as to be inserted into the connection bar 120.

At the inner side of the support column 130, a vertical recess 131 into which the connection bar 120 is inserted is recessed and formed to a certain depth in vertical direction. The connection bar 120 is connected so that an end area 121 of the connection bar protrudes to the outside of the wood brick 110 to a certain length, and the protruding end area 121 of the connection bar 120 is inserted into the vertical recess 131. Thereby, the structural stability can be improved so that even if the left and right outline of the wall body is connected to the support column 130 so that an external force acts, the wall body is not easily destroyed.

The construction process of the wood brick assembly 100 according to the present invention having such structure will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6.

The support columns 130 are installed at both ends of construction space for construction of the wall body. The support column 130 is fixed to the ground surface and the ceiling and the like by a connection member (not shown) such as a nail.

A plurality of wood bricks 110 are masoned at a space between a pair of support columns 130. At this time, as shown in FIG. 5, a bottom connection bar 120a is arranged at the bottom surface G, and the bottom connection bar 120a is fixed at the bottom surface G by using a connection member 140. Since it is sufficient to connect the bottom connection bar 120a only to the bottom wood brick 110a, the bottom connection bar is formed to have the height lower than that of other connection bars 120, 120b. Here, both ends of the bottom connection bar 120a inserted into the vertical recess 131 of the pair of support columns 130 so as to be combined to the support columns 130.

When the bottom connection bar 120a is fixed, the worker inserts the bottom wood brick 110a into the bottom connection bar 120a so as to fix the position. A lower insert recess 115 of the bottom wood brick 110a is inserted into the bottom connection bar 120a so as to be press fitted.

An upper connection bar 120b is inserted into an upper insertion groove 113 of the bottom wood brick 110a. At this time, a half of the upper connection bar 120b inserted into the upper insert recess 113, and the other half is exposed to the upper side.

When the position of the bottom wood brick 110a is fixed, two rows of wood bricks 110b are stacked on the bottom wood brick. The two rows of wood bricks 110b are connected to the upper connection bar 120b exposed upward so that the position is fixed.

Here, the two rows of wood bricks 110b are stacked at the same position as the bottom wood brick 110a, or as shown in FIG. 1, the position is moved by a certain interval in the horizontal direction.

When two rows of wood bricks 110b are stacked, since the position of the lower part of each wood brick 110b is fixed at the upper connection bar 120b, a second upper connection bar 120c can be easily inserted into the upper part of the two rows of wood bricks 110b. At this time, the second upper connection bar 120c can be formed to longer than the width of entire wood brick wall, or formed longer a certain length than that of a unit wood brick 110.

In the same way, the wood bricks 110 are stacked to plural layers so as to form the wall body. After the stacking of the wood bricks 110 is completed, a molding material 160 is arranged at the space between the uppermost wood brick 110c and the ceiling so as to finish the construction.

Meanwhile, when the stacking of the wood bricks 110 of each layer is completed, as shown in FIG. 6, a sealing material 150 is coated at side inclination surfaces 117 and front and rear inclination surfaces 119 formed at boundary area of adjoining wood bricks 110 so as to interrupt movement of the air between the inside and the outside of the wall.

In this way, the construction of the wood brick assembly 100 can be completed.

As described above, in the wood brick assembly according to the present invention, plural wood bricks are stacked only vertically, and the position is fixed in horizontal and vertical direction by the insertion of the connection bar so that the entire construction process can be simplified.

In addition, the plural wood bricks are securely fixed by the connection bar, and in turn, the connection bar is fixed by a support column, therefore, the structural stability of the wood brick assembly can be improved.

In addition, since the sealing material is coated along the rim area of the wood brick, the movement of the air between the inside and outside is interrupted so as to prevent the corrosion of wood brick and improve the adiabatic property. Therefore, since the thickness can be reduced than that of the conventional concrete or cement wall body to realize the same adiabatic effect, effective area can be increased at the time of construction.

In addition, the wood brick can be realized in small size than a log, the deformation in the wood due to the long log can be reduced so as to increase the conservation property.

Meanwhile, FIG. 7 is a diagrammatic drawing showing a structure of the wood brick assembly 100a according to another embodiment of the present invention.

Although the wall body is formed only in one direction in the wood brick assembly 100 according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it can also be formed in vertical direction as shown in FIG. 7.

In this case, a first vertical recess 131 and a second vertical recess 133 are respectively formed in the direction perpendicular to the support column 130a so as to support the wall body together in different directions. In this way, four support columns 130a are installed at four corners of the building, and four wall surfaces are installed between support columns 130a so as to easily construct the buildings.

Meanwhile, FIG. 8 is a diagrammatic drawing showing a structure of the wood brick assembly 100b according to another embodiment of the present invention.

In the wood brick assembly 100 described above, the wood bricks 110 are stacked only in one row. However, in case where the thickness of the wall body shall be thick according to the size and kind of the building, it can be assembled in plural rows as shown in FIG. 8.

In this case, plural vertical recesses 131 are formed at the same surface of the support column 130b, and the wood bricks 110 can be stacked in plural rows.

At this time, plural wall surfaces are arranged to contact each other or arranged to be spaced a certain distant each other. In case of forming a space between the outer wall and the inner wall, air layer is formed so as to form an insulation layer.

In addition, when the outer wall is formed in plural rows, the outer wall can be formed with the loess brick or cement brick, and the inner wall can be formed with wood brick 110. This is to supplement the property of the wood brick 110 relatively weak against the water.

Meanwhile, FIG. 9 is a diagrammatic drawing showing a structure of the wood brick assembly 100c according to another embodiment of the present invention. In the wood brick assembly 100 according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention described above, the support column 130 is formed to have a height corresponding to the height of the entire wall body. On the one hand, in the wood brick assembly 100c according to another embodiment, the height of the support column 130a is formed to correspond to the height of one to three wood bricks 110a.

Accordingly, plural support columns 130a, 130b, 130c are stacked vertically so as to support the wall body. Each support column 130a, 130b, 130c is connected to the connection bar 120 of each layer so as to fix the position.

Meanwhile, FIG. 10 is a diagrammatic drawing showing a structure of the wood brick assembly 100d according to another embodiment of the present invention. In the wood brick assembly 100d according to another embodiment of the present invention, the length 13 of the connection bar 120a is formed to correspond to the width between a pair of support columns 130.

Therefore, one connection bar 120a supports the entire one layer of the wood brick 110. In this case, the worker arranges plural wood bricks 110 to adjoin, and inserts and connects one connection bar 120a into the upper connection groove 113 from one side in a sliding manner, or inserts one connection bar 120a into the upper connection groove 113 by applying a pressure on the upper part of the plural wood bricks 110.

When comparing the construction process of using the connection bar 120a corresponding to the length of plural wood bricks 110 and the construction process of using the connection bar 120 corresponding to the length of one wood brick, the worker can fix plural wood bricks 110 together, so that the longer the length of the connection bar 120a becomes, the more convenient the work becomes. In addition, since one connection bar 120a is connected to all of the plural wood bricks 110a at the same time, the binding force is concurrently transmitted so that the structural stability can be increased.

Meanwhile, FIG. 11 is a diagrammatic drawing showing a structure of the wood brick assembly 100e according to another embodiment of the present invention.

In the wood brick assembly 100e according to the another embodiment, connection grooves 121, 123 which engage each other are formed at the connection area of the adjoining connection bars 120b, 120c. Accordingly, the binding force of the connection area can be further improved.

In addition, to further improve the structural stability of the wall body formed by the wood brick 110, a vertical connection member 170 may be connected as shown in FIG. 12. The vertical connection member 170 penetrates the connection bar 120 and is inserted into the wood brick 110.

At this time, since the upper wood brick 110 is connected to the upper part of the connection bar 120 to which the vertical connection member 170 is connected, the vertical connection member 170 is not exposed to the outside and but concealed. Therefore, the structural stability can be increased while maintaining the appearance clean.

Meanwhile, in the wood brick assembly 100g according to another embodiment, the connection bar 120a is formed to a length to be able to cover plural wood bricks 110. Furthermore, the connection bars 120a in the upper layer and the lower layer are staggered. Whereby, the areas to which the connection binding force are applied become different, so that the structural stability can be further improved.

The embodiments of the wood brick assembly of the present invention is only exemplary, and it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art to which the present invention belongs that various changes and other equivalent embodiments are possible from them. Therefore, it is well understood that the present invention is not limited to the forms described in the detailed description. Therefore, the true technical protective scope of the present invention should be determined by the technical thoughts of the appended claims. In addition, the present invention should be understood to cover all the changes, equivalents, and substitutions within the spirit and scope of the present invention defined by appended the claims of the present invention.
