WEIGHTED BLANKET SYSTEM

A weighted blanket system that improves the beach experience is described. The weighted blanket system is convenient to use, and store and carry. In addition, the weighted blanket system requires very little time to set up. The weighted blanket system can include a sheet; at least one beanbag; at least one pillow; at least one pocket permanently fastened to the sheet, and at least one pocket securable to the sheet. The sheet can include one or more holes.

Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a weighted blanket system having weighted corners to prevent shifting in windy conditions.

BACKGROUND OF INVENTION

The blankets consumers use on beaches or during picnics have a tendency to move from their desired location, get wrinkled, puffed or even blown away, especially during breezy, windy or gusty conditions. Shifting or puffing occurs even while individuals are occupying the blanket. This results in inconvenience and even loss of the blankets. Moreover, personal belongings placed on the blankets may also be lost.

Beach blankets are known in the prior art. For example, blankets or towels having open pockets that can be filled with sand are described by U.S. Pat. Nos. 3,226,737; 4,654,906; 5,018,229; 5,072,467; 5,499,411; 5,443,880 and 6,721,973. Beach blankets that are held in place by anchors that drill into the sand and hold the blanket in place are described by U.S. Pat. Nos. 5,294,083; 5,524,309; 5,713,383; 6,226,813; 6,631,527; 6,895,613. Both of these kinds of solutions are inconvenient to use because they require substantial time to set up the blanket.

SUMMARY

A weighted blanket system that is convenient to carry and use, and requires very little time to set up, is disclosed. The weighted blanket system can include a sheet, at least one beanbag, at least one pillow, at least one pocket. Some or all of the at least one beanbag, the at least one pillow, and the at least one pocket can be removable fastened to the sheet. The pockets allow storage of personal items (such as keys, cell phone and wallet) or objects useful at the beach (such as suntan lotion, magazines, and books). In some embodiments, the sheet includes at least one hole for receiving a pole, an umbrella, a designer hanger for clothes, bags, or other objects.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

A weighted blanket system 100 that improves the beach experience is described. The weighted blanket system 100 is convenient to use, and store and carry. In addition, the weighted blanket system 100 requires very little time to set up.

In some embodiments, the weighted blanket system 100 includes a sheet 1; at least one beanbag 2; at least one pillow 3; and at least one pocket 5 securable to the sheet. In some embodiments, the sheet 1 includes one or more holes.

As used herein, “beanbag” has its standard meaning and includes small pouches filled with materials that allow the beanbag to function as a weight. Examples of materials that can fill the beanbag include, but are not limited to, beans, rice, beads, and metal, plastic, or wooden pellets or balls.

The sheet 1 can be of any shape including rectangular, oval, circular, and polygonal. The sheet 1 can also have an irregular shape, such as the shape of a popular object, including but not limited to an animal, a cartoon character, or a monument. In some embodiments, the sheet 1 is rectangular having size 90″×102″.

In some embodiments, the dimensions of the sheet 1 are suitable for simultaneous use by one, two or more adults or children. Accordingly, in some embodiments, the sheet 1 can have a length anywhere between about 36″ and about 120″. For example, the upper or lower end of the range may be selected from shout 36″, about 48″, about 54″, about 60″, about 66″, about 72″ about 78″, about 84″, about 90″, about 96″, about 102″, about 108″, about 114″, about 120″ or any other value bracketed by this overall range. In another embodiment, the width id the sheet 1 can be anywhere between about 24″ and about 120″, for example, the upper or lower end of the range can be selected from about 24″, about 30″, about 36″, about 42″, about 48″, about 54″, about 60″, about 66″, about 72″, about 78″, about 84″, about 90″, about 96″, about 102″, about 108″, about 114″, about 120″ or any other value bracketed by this overall range.

Facings of the sheet 1, the beanbags 2, the pillows 3, the pockets 5 & 8, and the pillow case 12 can be made of any suitable material, including but not limited to cloth, fabric, and non-woven materials.

In some embodiments, the facings can be made from materials and/or fabrics that include, but are not limited to, cotton, linen, hemp, jute, plastic, regenerated cellulose, rayon, or other similar materials. In some embodiments, the facings can be non-woven facings made of a plastic material. Examples of plastic materials include, but are not limited to, polyethylene, polypropylene, PET, and polyester. In some embodiments, the facings can be treated, impregnated, covered, or coated with additional material to improve tactile properties, alleviate allergies, impart water resistance, accelerate drying, resist heat and UV radiation, and/or improve aesthetics.

In some embodiments, the facings of the beanbag(s) 2, the pillow(s) 3, the pocket(s) 5, 8, and the pillow case(s) 12 can be made from the same material as the sheet 1. Alternately, in some embodiments, the facings of the beanbags 2, pillows 3, pockets 5, 8, and the pillow cases 12 can each independently be formed of a different material or impregnated, covered, or coated with a different treatment.

In one embodiment the beanbag 2 is made of thick cotton. In some embodiments, the beanbags 2 and the pillows 3 may have any shape. Non-limiting examples of shapes for beanbags 2 and pillows 3 include rectangular, oval, circular, polygonal, and irregular. In an embodiment, the length and width and thickness of the pillows 3 may be independently selected from anywhere between about 2″ and about 36″. For example, in some embodiments, the upper or lower end of the range may be selected front about 2″, about 4″, about 8″, about 10″, about 12″, about 14″, about 16″, about 18″, about 20″, about 22″, about 24″, about 30″, about 32″, about 34″, about 36″ or any other value bracketed by this overall range. In one embodiment, a pillow 3 can be 11″ long, 5″ wide, and about 1 ½ to about 4 ½″ thick.

In some embodiment, the beanbags 2 and the pillows 3 can be attached anywhere on the sheet 1. In one embodiment, at least one beanbag 2 is fastened in a corner of the sheet. In another embodiment, each of lour beanbags 2 is fastened to a different corner of a rectangular sheet 1. In some embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, at least, one beanbag 2 is hastened to an edge of the sheer 1 intermediate the corners.

In some embodiments, at least one beanbag 2 can be detachably attachable to the sheet 1. The location of the beanbag(s) 2 can be selected by a user depending on variables such as wind direction and personal preference. In some embodiments, one or more of the beanbag(s) 2, pillow(s) 3, pocket(s) 5, and the pillow eases 12 can be releasable attached to the sheet 1 by one or more of hook-and-loop material, push buttons, straps, hooks, buttons, zippers, pockets, and the like. The attachment points can be placed in a variety of positions on the sheet 1 so that the consumer can secure the releasable attachable components 2, 3, 5, 12 at a desired location.

In some embodiments, some or all portions of the surface 1b of the sheet 1 can be formed of loop material and the beanbags 2 can include hook material so that the beanbags 2 can be removable attached anywhere the loop material is present. In some embodiments, the entire perimeter of the sheet 1 can include a strip of hook-and-loop material. In another embodiments, push buttons, straps, hooks, buttons, zippers, pockets, and the like can be attached to various portions of the surface 1b of the sheet 1 and the releasable attachable components 2, 3, 5, 12 can include the complimentary push buttons, straps, hooks, buttons, zippers so the releasable attachable components 2, 3, 5, 12 can be removable attached anywhere to those locations on the sheet.

In one embodiment, at least one beanbag 2 is permanently fastened to the sheet 1 by means such as stitching. In some embodiments, at least one beanbag 2 is releasable attachable to the sheet 1 by one or more of hook-and-loop materials, push buttons, straps, hooks, buttons, zippers and the like. In some embodiment as shown in FIG. 3, a beanbag 2 can be placed inside a corner pocket 9 adapted to receive the beanbags. A corner pocket 9 can be located at each corner of the sheet 1. Thus, a rectangular sheet 1 could have four corner pockets 9, while an octagonal sheet would have eight corner pockets.

The corner pocket 9 can be defined by the sheet 1 and a flap 11 fastened to the sheet 1 on at least 2 sides. The bean bag 2 can be placed in the corner pocket 9 through an opening between the sheet and the flap 11. The edges defining the opening can be releasable fastened, for example, in some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 3, the edges can be releasable sealed using hook-and-loop material 10a & 10b. In other embodiments, the opening can be releasable sealed using one or more of push buttons, straps, hooks, buttons, zippers, and hook-and-loop material.

In some embodiments, the corner pocket 9 can have dimensions larger than the beanbag(s). For example, in some embodiments, if the beanbags 2 are 4″×4″, the corresponding corner pocket 9 can nave dimensions of about 5″×5″ or about 6″×6″. Similarly, in some embodiments, if the beanbags 2 are 6″×6″, the corresponding corner pockets 9 may have dimensions of about 8″×8″ or about 9″×9″ dimensions (see. e.g., FIG. 3). The corner pocket 9 in some embodiments may be opened and closed using hook-and-loop materials (e.g., VELCRO® sold by Velcro Industries, B. V.), push buttons, straps, hooks, buttons, zippers and the like.

In some embodiments, at least one beanbag 2 is pre-filled with a suitable material. Examples of suitable filler materials include, but are not limited to, rice, beans, wheat, millets, flaxseed, other kind of seeds, rocks, metal balls, pellets, or other suitable natural or artificial materials, mixtures thereof.

In an embodiment the weight of at least one beanbag 2, upon filling, may range anywhere between about 0.25 ounces and about 160 ounces (10 lb), for example, the weight of the beanbag 2 may be about 0.25 ounces, about 0.5 ounces, about 1 ounces, about 1.5 ounces, about 2 ounces, about 2.5 ounces, about 3 ounces, about 3.5 ounces, about 4 ounces, about 4.5 ounces, about 5 ounces, about 5.5 ounces, about 6 ounces, about 6.5 ounces, about 7 ounces, about 7.5 ounces, about 8 ounces, about 9 ounces, about 10 ounces, about 12 ounces, about 15 ounces, about 20 ounces, about 30 ounces, about 40 ounces, about 50 ounces, about 60 ounces, about 70 ounces, about 80 ounces, about 90 ounces, about 100 ounces, about 110 ounces, about 120 ounces, about 130 ounces, about 140 ounces, about 150 ounces, about 160 ounces or any other value bracketed by this overall range. In another embodiment, the weight of at least one beanbag 2, upon filling, may be selected from about 0.25 ounces to about 160 ounces (10 lb), about 1 ounces to about 160 ounces (10 lb), about 2 ounces to about 160 ounces (10 lb), about 2 ounces to about 100 ounces, about 2 ounces to about 75 ounces, about 2 ounces to about 50 ounces, about 5 ounces to about 50 ounces and about 2 ounces to about 50 ounces.

In one embodiment, the weighted blanket system 100 comprises 1 to 25 beanbags 2. In another embodiment, the weighted, blanket system 100 comprises 1 to 10 beanbags 2, or 1 to 5 beanbags 2, or 2 to 6 beanbags 2, or 1 beanbag 2, or 2 beanbags 2, or 3 beanbags 2, or 4 beanbags 2.

In one embodiment, the weighted blanket system 100 comprises one pillow 3. In some embodiments, the weighted blanket system 100 comprises two pillows 3. In some embodiments, the weighted blanket system 100 comprises 2-4 pillows 3. In some embodiments, the releasable attachment locations for the pillows 3 are separated from each other by about 10″ to about 50″, for example, by about 10″, about 15″, about 20″, about 25″, about 30″, about 35″, about 40″, about 45″, about 50″ or any other value between in general range.

In one embodiment, at least one pillow 3 is hastened between 0″ and 50″ from a first longitudinal edge 1L and between 36 to 120″ from an opposite longitudinal edge 1R of the sheet 1. In another embodiment, at least one pillow 3 is fastened about 5″-about 20″ from the first edge 1L and about 10″-about 40″ from a upper, lateral edge 1H extending between upper ends of the first sad second lateral edges 1L, 1R.

In one embodiment, at least one pillow 3 is filled with a suitable airy, light, cushiony filler material that resists compression. Examples of filler materials useful in the pillows 3 include, but are not limited to polystyrene beads, polyester pellets, micro beads and foam, air, down, feathers, wool, horsehair, shredded rubber, millet, cotton, flaxseed, lavender, or a combination thereof.

In one embodiment, at least one pillow 3 is permanently fastened to the sheet 1 by means such as stitching. In another embodiment, at least one pillow 3 is releasably fastened to the sheet 1 using hook-and-loop material, push buttons, straps, hooks, buttons, zippers and the like. In yet another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the at least one pillow 3 is placed inside a pillow case 12, which is adapted to receive a pillow and can be releasable attached to the sheet 1. In some embodiments, the pillow case 12 has dimensions that are about 0.025″ to 5″ larger than that of the at least one pillow 3. In some embodiments, the pillow case can be releasable fastened to the sheet 1 using hook-and-loop material, push buttons, straps, books, buttons, zippers and the like.

In one embodiment, the weighted blanket system 100 comprises at least one pocket 5, 8 useful for storage of personal objects such as keys, cell phone, wallet or items useful for improving the beach experience such as suntan lotion, magazines, books and toys. The pockets (5 and/or 8) can be of any size or shape including, but not limited to, rectangular, oval and circular. In one embodiment, the length and width of the pockets (5 and/or 8) can be independently selected from anywhere between 2″ to 36″, for example, the upper or lower end of the range may be selected from about 1 ½″, about 2″, about 3″, about 4″, about 8″, about 10″, about 12″, about 14″, about 16″, about 18″, about 20″, about 22″, about 24″, about 30″, about 32″, about 34″, about 36″ or any other value bracketed, by this overall range.

In some embodiments, at least one pocket 8 is attached to a surface of the sheet 1, the pillow 3, the pillow case 12, or the pillow pocket. In some embodiments, at least one pocket 8 is permanently fastened to one or the upper surface of the sheet 1b, the upper surface of a beanbag 2a, the lower surface of a beanbag 2b, the upper surface of a pillow 3a, the lower surface of a pillow 3b, the upper surface of a visible pocket 8a, and the lower surface of a visible pocket 8b. In some embodiments, the at least one pocket 8 can be permanently fastened by means such as stitching to the surfaces of the sheets 1, the pillow 3, the pillow case 12, or the pillow pocket 14.

In some embodiments, at least one pocket 8 is adapted for storing items such as suntan lotion, sunscreen lotion, magazines, hooks, and toys. In some embodiments, As seen in FIGS. 1 & 2, the at least one pocket 8 can be attached to the bottom third of the sheet 1, or the both quarter of the sheet 1. In some embodiments, at least one pocket 8 can be permanently attached to the bottom third of the sheet 1, or the both quarter of the sheet 1.

In some embodiments, at least one secure pocket 5 can be attached adjacent to an attachment position for the pillows. In some embodiments, at least one secure pocket 5 can be positioned so that it is not visible from the top side of the sheet 1 because the at least one secure pocket 5 is obscured by other components of the assembled weighted beach system 100. For example, in some embodiments, such as that shown in FIGS. 1 & 2, a secure pocket 5 can be attached to the sheet 1 so that a pillow 3 and/or pillow case 12 attached to the sheet 1 covers the entire secure pocket 5. In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 6, the secure pocket 5 can be attached on an inside surface of the pillow case 12. In some embodiments, the secure pocket 5 can be attached to a surface of the pillow 3 or pillow case 12 that rests against the sheet 1 when the pillow or pillow case 12 is attached to the sheet 1. In some embodiments, the secure pocket 5 is attached to a side of the sheet 1 opposite the side to which the pillow 3 and/or the pillow case 12 are attached. In any of the embodiments described above, the secure pocket 5 can be releasable attached to one or more substrate (e.g., the sheet 1, the pillow 3, and/or the pillow case 12).

The secure pocket 5, also called a secret pocket or invisible pocket, can be useful for storage of valuable and/or important items such as keys, cell phone, wallet, medicines, objects required for personal hygiene, jewelry etc. In another embodiment, at least one secure pocket 5 is covered and obscured by at least one of the sheet 1, a pillow 3, a beanbag 2, a pocket 8 or a combination thereof. In yet another embodiment, at least one secure pocket 5 is attached or attachable between the sheet 1 and a pillow 3, the sheet 1 and a beanbag 2, the sheet 1 and a pocket 8 or a combination thereof.

In some embodiments, at least one secure pocket 5 is fastened to a surface of the sheet 1 and under a pillow 3, a beanbag 2 or a pocket 8. In some embodiments, the secure pocket is fastened, optionally detachably, to the lower surface of pillow 3a, the lower surface of beanbag 2a, or the lower surface 8a of the pocket 8, where the lower surface 3a of the pillow 3, the lower surface 2a of the beanbags 2 or the lower surface 8a of the pocket 8 is at least partially in contact with the sheet 1.

In some embodiments, some or all portions of the lower surface 3a of the pillow 3, lower surface 2a of a beanbag 2, lower surface 8a of the pocket 8 include hook-and-loop material, push buttons, straps, hooks, buttons zippers and the like, for releasable attachment to the secure pocket 5 so the consumer can choose the location for detachably securing the secure pocket.

In one embodiment one or more pockets 5, 8 are bother equipped with a lock and/or an alarm 19. The alarm being adapted to produce a signal, e.g., an audible signal or an RF signal (e.g., Blue Tooth or cellular), in the event that an unauthorized attempt to access to the pocket 5, 8 is detected. In some embodiments, the alarm 19 can include a sensor (e.g., pressure, motion, noise) and a signal notification generator.

In one embodiment, the weighted blanket system 100 comprises at least one pocket 8 and no secure pockets 5. In another embodiment, the weighted blanket system comprises at least one secure pocket 5 and no pockets 8. In yet another embodiment, the weighted blanked system 100 can include at least one pocket 8 and at least one secure pocket 5.

In some embodiments, the weighted blanket system 100 includes at least one hole 7 in the sheet 1. The at least one hold 7 being adapted for receiving a pole, such as those associated with an umbrella, a designer hanger for clothes, bags, diaper bags, toys or other objects. In some embodiments, the hole 7 can be adapted to be removable attached to the pole. For example, the hole 7 can include clasps, clamps, and similar devices for attaching to the pole. In some embodiments, the pole passing through the hold 7 can be planted in the ground, so that it functions to help maintain the position of the weighted blanket system 100 even in windy conditions. In some embodiments the hole 7 can have a diameter anywhere from about 0.5″ to about 8″, for example diameter of the hole can be from about 0.1″, about 1″, about 1.5″, about 2″, about 2.5″, about 3″, about 3.5″, about 4″, about 4.5″, about 5″, about 5.5″, about 6″, about 6.5″, about 7″, about 7.5″, about 8″ or any other value bracketed by this overall range.

An embodiment of the weighted blanket system 100 is illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2. Such an embodiment can include a sheet 1, which can be positioned between a user and the beach when the weighed blanket system 100 is in use. The sheet 1 has two surfaces, 1b and 1a. The upper surface 1b is adapted for supporting a user when the user lies on the weighted blanket, and the lower surface 1a is adapted for resting on a beach. The sheet 1 has four edges: top 1H, bottom 1F, right 1R and left 1L. In some embodiments, each of the tour beanbags 2 is fastened to a different corner of a rectangular sheet 1, in such a way that a surface of the beanbags 2 is, at least partially, in contact with a surface 1a, 1b of the sheet 1 either permanently or removable. In some embodiments, pockets (as shown in FIG. 3), hook-and-loop material, push buttons, straps, hooks, buttons, zippers, and the like can be used for removable attachment of the beanbags 2 to the sheet 1.

In some embodiments, each of two pillow 3 can be removable attached about 5″ to about 50″ from the top edge 1H of the sheet 1 using hook-and-loop material 6 (push buttons, straps, hooks, buttons, zippers and the like can be used in place of hook-and-loop material) in such a way that the surface 3a of the pillow is, at least partially in contact with surface 1b of the sheet. The upper surface 3b of the pillow 3 is adapted support dm user's head.

In some embodiments, each of two hidden secure pockets 5 is positioned underneath one of two pillows 3 fastened to Use sheet 1. In some embodiments, a pocket 8 can be permanently fastened about 5″ to about 25″ from the bottom edge 1F of the sheet 1 in such a way that the contents of the pocket 8 can be accessed from a top side 1b of the sheet 1. In some embodiments, a hole 7 adapted to receive a pole is positioned closer to the upper edge 1H of the sheet about equidistant from the side edges 1L and 1R.

As illustrated in FIG. 4, in some embodiments, a pillow pocket 14 made of the upper surface 1b of the sheet 1 and a flap 13 can be adapted for receiving a pillow 3. The surface 13b of the pillow pocket 14 can be adapted support the user's head. In another embodiment, the pillow 3 can be permanently fastened to the upper surface 1b of the sheet 1 or the lower surface 13a of the flap 13. In yet another embodiment, the pillow 3 can be detachably fastened to the upper surface 1b of the sheet 1 or the lower surface 13a of the flap 13 using one or more of push buttons, straps, hooks, buttons, zippers and hook-and-loop material.

As illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 5, the pocket 8 can be located about 1″ to about 50″ from the lower edge 1F of the sheet 1. The pocket 8 can have an opening 15 suitable for addition or removal of items like suntan lotion, sunscreen lotion, magazine, books, etc. In some embodiments, the opening 15 can be closed using one or more of push buttons, straps, hooks, buttons, zippers and hook-and-loop material, attached to the upper surface 1b of the sheet 1 and the lower surface 16a of the flap 16.

As illustrated in FIG. 6, hook-and-loop material 6 can be sewn on the inner surface of a bottom facing of the pillow case 12 for detachable securing a secure pocket 5. In another embodiment, one or more of push buttons, straps, hooks, buttons, zippers, and the like is placed on the inner surface of a bottom facing of the pillow case 12 for detachably securing the hidden pocket 5.

As used herein, “fastened” includes both directly and indirectly fastened, as well as, permanently and releasable fastened. For example, a secure pocket 5 would be fastened to the sheet 1 even though it is directly fastened to the interior of a pillow case 12, as shown in FIG. 6, if the pillow case 12 is directly fastened to the sheet 1. Examples of fastening techniques useful in the weighted blanket system 100 described herein include, but are not limited to, sewing, hook-and-loop material, push buttons, straps, hooks, buttons, zippers and the like.

Strips of hook-and-loop material can be used to secure such components of the weighted blanket system 100 together. In some examples, the strips of hook-and-loop material can range from 1″ to 10″ in length. In some embodiments, the strips of hook-and-loop material can be approximately 2 ½″ in length.

In some embodiments, the hole 7 can be located about 5″ to about 50″ from the any of the top edge 1H, the bottom edge 1F, the left edge 1L, and the right edge 1R.

In yet other embodiment, the number of beanbag 2, pillows 3, pocket 8, secure pocket 5 and hole 7 can be independently selected from 1 to 10.

The sheet 1 can have markings or the like for guiding folding or rolling. Folding or rolling the weighted blanket may reveal straps, bandies or other holding and carrying means.

The weighted blanket may optionally be equipped with beverage holders, sunglass holders and other useful accessories.

In yet another embodiment, the weighted blanket contemplates a beach kit comprising of the weighted blanket, optionally means to hold the weighted blanket in folded configuration (non-limiting examples are hook-and-loop material, push buttons, straps, hooks, button, zippers and the like), optionally a bag to carry the weighted blanket, umbrella and other useful beach supplies.

Claims

1. A weighted blanket system comprising:

a) a sheet;
b) at least one beanbag fastened to the sheet;
c) at least one pillow fastened to the sheet; and
d) at least one pocket wherein the at least one pocket comprises a secure pocket that is removable attachable to the sheet and a pocket that is permanently attached to the sheet.

2. The weighted blanket system of claim 1, wherein the sheet comprises at least one hole adapted for receiving a pole.

3. The weighted blanket system of claim 1, wherein the at least one secure pocket is obscured by at least one pillow when said at least one secure pocket and said at least one pillow are fastened to the sheet.

4. The weighted blanket system of claim 3, wherein the at least one pillow is removable attachable to the sheet.

5. The weighted blanket system of claim 4, further comprising a pillow case adapted to receive the pillow, wherein the at least one secure pocket is removable attachable to an interior of the pillow case.

6. The weighted blanket system of claim 1, wherein a weight of each of the at least one beanbags ranges from about 0.25 ounces to about 160 ounces.

7. The weighted blanket system of claim 6, wherein a weight of each of the at least one beanbags ranges from about 1 ounce to about 80 ounces.

8. The weighted blanket system of claim 1, wherein each of the at least one beanbag comprises an outer facing comprising a woven or a non-woven material.

9. The weighted blanket system of claim 1 wherein each of the at least one pillows is filled with a material selected from the group consisting of polystyrene beads, polyester pellets, micro beads, foam, air, feathers, wool, horsehair, shredded rubber, millet, flaxseed, lavender and a combination thereof.

10. The weighted blanket system of claim 1 wherein each of the at least one pillows is filled with polystyrene beads.

11. The weighted blanket system of claim 1, wherein each of the at least one pillows comprises an outer facing comprising a woven or a non-woven material.

12. The weighted blanket system of claim 1, wherein the at least one beanbag is detachable fastened to the sheet.

13. The weighted blanket system of claim 1, wherein the at least one pillow is detachably fastened to the sheet.

14. The weighted blanket system of claim 1, wherein the at least one pocket is fastened to the sheet, the at least one pillow, or the at least one beanbag.

15. The weighted blanket system of claim 1, wherein the at least one pocket is fastened to an upper surface of the sheet, an upper surface of the beanbag, an upper surface of the pillow, or an upper surface of the pocket.

16. The weighted blanket of claim 15, wherein the at least one pocket is removably fastened.

17. The weighted blanket system of claim 1, wherein the at least one pocket is securable to an upper surface of the sheet, a lower surface of the at least one pillow, a surface of the at least one beanbag, a lower surface of another of the at least one pockets, or a combination thereof.

18. The weighted blanket of claim 17, wherein the at least one pocket is detachably fastened.

19. The weighted blanket of claim 1 wherein the sheet is rectangular.
