Zip-away Athletic tights

Athletic compression tights are commonly worn by athletes and active individuals engaged in sports and physical actively ranging from track and field to bicycling. The basic function of compression tights is serve as athletic girdle and support for muscles. This is accomplished through the use of a stretch fabric which is placed in tension as the part is pulled in position on the wearer's body. The substrate athletic tights can be made of natural or synthetic materials, such as but not limited to cotton, nylon, polyester, LYCRA, SPANDEX, and combinations and blends. Use of a relatively thin breathable or wicking material such as nylon can add to the comfort of the wearer.

Description

This invention related to improving the ability to take off athletic compression tights easier by adding a separating zipper on each side of the legs from top to bottom.

BACKGROUND OF INVENTION

Athletic compression tights are commonly worn by athletes and active individuals engaged in sports and physical actively ranging from track and field to bicycling. The basic function of compression tights is serve as athletic girdle and support for muscles. This is accomplished through the use of a stretch fabric which is placed in tension as the part is pulled in position on the wearer's body. The substrate athletic tights can be made of natural or synthetic materials, such as but not limited to cotton, nylon, polyester, LYCRA, SPANDEX, and combinations and blends. Use of a relatively thin breathable or wicking material such as nylon can add to the comfort of the wearer.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Referring now to the drawings, in which like reference number refer to like elements throughout the various figures that comprise the drawings, FIG. 1 shows a side view of the Zip-Away Athletic full length tights 32 illustrating the Invisible Separating Zipper 81 alone the side from top to bottom of athletic tights 32. Athletic tights 32 are made of high performance athletic fabrics 28. FIG. 2 shows a side view of the Zip-Away Athletic ¾ tights 32 illustrating the Invisible Separating Zipper 81 along the side from top to bottom of athletic tights 32. Athletic tights 32 are made of high performance athletic fabrics 28.

What is claimed is:

Claims

1. A separating zipper alone the sides from top waist line to bottom of the ankle of athletic compression tights will allow for easier and faster removal.

2. Athletic compression tights of claim 1, wherein said means for sports such as track and field, cross country and triathlon will allow for a greater chance of warmer and safer muscles do to the ability to keep on athletic compression tights longer before competition and will be able to remove tights easier and faster with the separating zipper.
