Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a mouth mask, and more particularly to a mouth mask which prevents saliva from spraying.

2. Description of the Prior Art

Conventionally, a mouth mask is made of cotton to cover the mouth and nose of a user, and the mouth mask is hung on the ear of the user through an elastic band to prevent saliva from spraying and prevent bacteria or virus from spraying. However, the mouth and nose of the user is completely covered when the user wears the mouth mask, the user may feel uncomfortable and breathe unsmoothly after wearing the mouth mask for a long time. In addition, this type of mouth mask also hinders the user from speaking clearly, so the mouth mask is not suitable for people serving in the catering industry. Therefore, a mouth mask as disclosed in TWM438915 is provided, and this type of mouth mask does not cover the mouth and nose of the user completely.

This type of mouth mask is composed of a blocking sheet and a frame body. The mouth mask does not cover the mouth and nose of the user completely; however, when the mouth mask is manufactured, the blocking sheet and the frame body need to be manufactured separately. Therefore, the cost of manufacturing the mouth mask increases. In addition, since the frame body is additionally assembled to the blocking sheet, the blocking sheet and the frame body may be disintegrated from each other when the user wears the mouth mask, and the working efficiency and working quality of the user may be influenced.

The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The major object of the present invention is to provide a mouth mask which effectively prevents saliva of a user from spraying. The mouth mask does not cover a mouth and a nose of the user completely, so breathing and speaking of the user are not influenced. Furthermore, the mouth mask is integrally formed, so it is easy and cost-saving to manufacture the mouth mask.

To achieve the above and other objects, a mouth mask is provided, including a flexible sheet body. The flexible sheet body is integrally formed and has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The first surface protrudes to form an abutting portion for abutting against a front side of a chin and a supporting portion for abutting against a lower side of the chin. The abutting portion includes a first opening which is formed on the second surface, and the supporting portion includes a second opening which is formed on the second surface. The flexible sheet body further includes two connecting portions, and the two connecting portions are located by two opposite sides of the abutting portion and the supporting portion respectively.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The present invention will be clearer from the following description when viewed together with the accompanying drawings, which show, for purpose of illustrations only, the preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention.

Please refer to FIGS. 1 to 5 for a preferred embodiment of the present invention. A mouth mask 1 includes a flexible sheet body 2. The flexible sheet body 2 is integrally formed and has a first surface 21 and a second surface 22 opposite to the first surface 21. The first surface 21 protrudes to form an abutting portion 23 for abutting against a front side of a chin 51 (as shown in FIG. 5) and a supporting portion 24 for abutting against a lower side of the chin 51. The abutting portion 23 and the supporting portion 24 are integrally formed (such as by pressing) from a raw flexible sheet with an uniform thickness, so the abutting portion 23 and the supporting portion 24 are hollow and the mouth mask 1, wholly, has a substantially fixed thickness. The abutting portion 23 further includes a first opening 231 which is formed on the second surface 22, and the supporting portion 24 includes a second opening 241 which is formed on the second surface 22. The flexible sheet body 2 further includes two connecting portions 25, and the two connecting portions 25 are located by two opposite sides of the abutting portion 23 and the supporting portion 24.

Specifically, preferably, the flexible sheet body 2 is a light-transmittable sheet body so that when a user 5 (as shown in FIG. 4) wears the mouth mask 1, others can see the facial expressions of the user 5 through the flexible sheet body 2. In addition, preferably, the flexible sheet body 2 is a reversible elastic sheet body, the flexible sheet body 2 is substantially a flat plate before an external force is applied thereto, and the abutting portion 23 and the supporting portion 24 of another mouth mask 1 can be received in the first opening 231 and the second opening 241 of the mouth mask 1; therefore, a plurality of the mouth masks 1 can be piled up for storage and delivery. Furthermore, since the flexible sheet body 2 is integrally formed, it is easy and cost-saving to manufacturing the mouth mask 1.

In actual use, in this embodiment, each said connecting portion 25 is further connected with a hanging member 27 for being hung on an ear 52 (as shown in FIG. 4), and each said connecting portion 25 preferably may further include a through hole 251 and a first waved structure 61 arranged around the through hole 251. Each said first waved structure 61 makes a structure around the through hole uneasy to be broken, and each said through hole 251 is connected with the hanging member 27. In this embodiment, preferably, each said hanging member 27 is an elastic band. When each said hanging member 27 is hung on the ear 52, the hanging member 27 allows the flexible sheet body 2 to be bent toward two the ears 52 to be in compliance with a shape of a face of the user 5; therefore, the abutting portion 23 and the supporting portion 24 of the mouth mask 1 can abut against the front side and lower side of the chin 51 to prevent the mouth mask 1 from sliding off. The flexible sheet body 2 of the mouth mask 1 can shield the mouth and nose of the user 5 to prevent saliva of the user 5 from spraying. It is to be noted that in other embodiments, the connecting portion 25 and the hanging member 27 may be connected with each other in other ways.

More specifically, in this embodiment, the abutting portion 23 may further include two protrusions 232 located at two ends of the abutting portion 23 and a recess 233 located between the two protrusions 232; therefore, the abutting portion 23 abuts against the front side of the chin 51 via the two protrusions 232 and preferably, the recess 233 is substantially curved to be in compliance with a shape of the front side of the chin 51 so as to prevent the mouth mask 1 from shaking when the user 5 wears the mouth mask 1. Preferably, relative to the first surface 21, the supporting portion 24 is higher than the abutting portion 23, so the supporting portion 24 can abut against the lower side of the chin 51 stably to prevent the mouth mask 1 from sliding upward and downward. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the abutting portion 23 is greater than the supporting portions 24 in longitudinal dimension; therefore, a force of the abutting portion 23 abutting against the chin 51 can be separated, and the two protrusions 232 can abut against the front side of the chin 51 stably to prevent the mouth mask 1 from shaking.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, the flexible sheet body 2 may further include a second waved structure 62 which laterally extends at least between the two connecting portions 25 and the abutting portion 23. The second waved structure 62 is parallel to the abutting portion 23, and the second waved structure 62 allows the flexible sheet body 2 to be bent toward the two ears 52 easily.

The flexible sheet body 2 may further include a third waved structure 63 which is arranged transversely relative to the abutting portion 23 and the supporting portion 24. The third waved structure 63 is arranged around the supporting portion 24, and every concave or convex portion of the third waved structure 63 is perpendicular to the supporting portion 24. The third waved structure 63 allows the flexible sheet body 2 to be bent toward the lower side of the chin 51 easily and makes the flexible sheet body 2 uneasy to be broken. In addition, the flexible sheet body 2 may further include a fourth waved structure 64 which is oblique to the third waved structure 63. The fourth waved structure 64 is disposed by two sides of the third waved structure 63 and located between each of the two connecting portions 25 and the supporting portion 24. The fourth waved structure 64 allows the flexible sheet body 2 to be bent easily and prevents the flexible sheet body 2 from being broken.

The flexible sheet body 2 may further include a pivot vein 65 which laterally extending between and parallel to the abutting portion 23 and the supporting portion 24 so that the user 5 can bend the flexible sheet body 2 toward the lower side of the chin 51 when s/he wears the mouth mask 1. The mouth mask 1 is easy and cost-saving to be manufactured, and the mouth mask 1 is durable.

Given the above, the mouth mask of the present invention can effectively prevent saliva of the user from spraying, and the mouth mask does not cover the mouth and nose of the user completely, so breathing and speaking of the user are not influenced. In addition, the flexible sheet body is integrally formed, so it is easy and cost-saving to manufacturing the mouth mask.

In addition, the abutting portion abuts against the front side of the chin via the two protrusions to prevent the mouth mask from shaking when the user wears the mouth mask. Relative to the first surface, the supporting portion is higher than the abutting portion, so the supporting portion can abut against the lower side of the chin stably to prevent the mouth mask from sliding upward and downward.

While we have shown and described various embodiments in accordance with the present invention, it should be clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
