FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention pertains to the field of health and fitness, and more specifically to the field of weight reduction clothing.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The prior art has put forth several designs for weight reduction clothing. Among these are:

US Patent 2013/0042380 to Tamir Goodman describes a garment including a first clothing material portion of a relatively non absorbent or hydrophobic substance capable of wicking perspiration off a wearer's body and a second clothing material portion of a relatively absorbent or hydrophilic substance capable of absorbing perspiration from a wearer that is attached to said first clothing material portion.

US Patent 2012/0255098 to Jacqueline Leyva describes a garment for wear by a human body having a localized fat accumulation that includes an insulative and perspiration impermeable panel sized to conform to the localized fat accumulation. The garment also includes a supportive cover connected to the panel for retaining the panel in contact to the localized fat accumulation during wear and a boning segment connected to the panel for supporting and shaping the body during wear. The garment is in the form of a kit that includes a wipe containing an absorbed anti cellulite agent. The wipe spreads the anti cellulite agent on the body area in contact with the panel during wear.

U.S. Pat. No. 8,453,270 to Woody Blackford describes embodiments that relate generally to body gear with methods and apparatuses that utilize an array of heat managing elements coupled to a base material to direct body heat while also maintaining desired transfer properties of the base material. In some embodiments, the heat managing material elements include heat management elements that reflect heat or conduct heat and are directable towards the body of a user or away from the body of the user.

None of these prior art references describe the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Maintaining an ideal body weight is one of the most effective tools in increasing health of mind, body and spirit. Reducing a risk of heart disease and stroke, a proper body weight also helps lower or control other risk factors such as high blood pressure, high blood cholesterol and diabetes. Staying within recommended guidelines regarding one's weight, coupled with a regular exercise regimen, helps one look and feel better, become stronger and more flexible, have more energy, and reduce stress and tension. Whether a brisk walk through a park, daily visits to a gym or power walking through a neighborhood, active individuals choose a plethora of ways to achieve effective exercise and promote weight loss. With all the benefits of physical activity in losing weight, perhaps one of the key components of exercise is to raise one's body temperature and create perspiration. Perspiration causes individuals to sweat out body toxins, stimulates circulation and increases body metabolism to encourage weight loss.

The present invention, hereinafter referred to as Sweat 2 Fit, is a specially fabricated line of fashionable clothing with garments comprising an outer layer and an inner layer comprising lightweight rubber liner that encompasses the interior of each garment. Sweat 2 Fit provides a wearer with an effective means of facilitating increased body temperature and perspiration and helping to accelerate the loss of unwanted pounds. Providing a simple and stylish means of melting away excess pounds, clothing in the Sweat 2 Fit line is comprised of casual athletic wear including short and long sleeve T shirts, casual shirts full body suits, shorts, Capri pants, long athletic pants, tank tops, sports bras, attachable sleeves and hooded sweatshirts. The attachable sleeves can be attached to the shoulder of a shirt by straps comprising hook and loop fasteners.

Double stitched and reinforced, the Sweat 2 Fit garments are available in a wide range of sizes and styles that appeal to female and male consumers. Materials used for the outer layer of Sweat 2 Fit garments include breathable cotton, lightweight canvas, soft nylon and sleek Spandex. The aforementioned garments incorporate stretchy elastic waistbands, sturdy zipper closures, snaps and similar fasteners in appropriate positions. The Sweat 2 Fit garments include integrated storage pockets located on the front of tops and jackets and on the hips and back panels of pants. The Sweat 2 Fit line is manufactured in a wide range of cuts, colors and striking printed designs.

The most notable aspect of the Sweat 2 Fit line is a clever inclusion of a rubber lining that encompasses the interior of each garment. A thin layer of dense rubber foam material is suitable for this purpose. Lightweight and breathable, this material still functions to increase the wearer's body temperature and facilitate perspiration. Wearing Sweat 2 Fit garment when exercising, a wearer potentially burns more calories and sheds excess pounds.

Use and wear of the Sweat 2 Fit is simple and straightforward. A user selects wearable garments accordance to personal style preference and size. The user dons their Sweat 2 Fit clothing just as they don traditional garments, sliding individual pieces over their body and making any necessary adjustments for a comfortable fit. While engaged in normal activities or exercise, the rubber liner material that encompasses the interior of each garment increases the wearer's body temperature, producing extra perspiration and thus facilitating weight loss. After wearing, the aforementioned garments can be hand laundered.

Lightweight and comfortable to wear, the stylish Sweat 2 Fit line provides casual garment pieces that are wearable on a daily basis and prove ideal for wear when engaged in exercise and other physical activities. The Sweat 2 Fit is an innovative garment line that readily enhances virtually any weight loss plan. Striking in design and practical in function, the present invention provides a comfortable and relaxing fit for each user.
