PARTIALLY-COMPACTED WOVEN PLASTIC WOVEN CLOTH

A partially-compacted woven plastic woven cloth, which is woven by warp and weft yarns, wherein the number of the weft yarns remains unchanged, the number of the partial warp yarns is bigger than that of the weft yarns to form a partially-compacted area. For the same cloth surface, and under the conditions that the overall weight and the weaving process of the plastic woven cloth are not affected, the partially-compacted woven plastic woven cloth provided effectively prevents its edge from breaking and splitting, enhances its partial tensile strength and prolongs its service life.

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a field of woven cloth, particularly to a plastic woven cloth.

2. Description of Related Art

A plastic woven cloth is woven with warp and weft yarns. The number of the warp yarns and of the weft yarns of the existing product has the same density at the same place. For example, within one square inch, the number of warp yarns is 10 while the number of the weft yarns is 10, and the plastic woven cloth has the density of 10*10. On one piece of the plastic woven cloth, the number, the width, and the thickness of the warp and weft yarns shall be fixed, their overall tensile strength and abrasion are the same. During the weaving process, and due to repeated friction, the edge of the cloth is split; or during use, due to different use ways and different partial bearing, it is likely to cause the partially excessive tension and thus cause the partially woven cloth to be broken. Currently, the common solution solving the above problems is to partially increase the thickness and the gram weight of the yarns to prevent the splitting caused due to friction and to prevent the breakage caused due to excessive partial stress. However, this will increase the overall gram weight, production cost and operating cost of the cloth rolling.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In regard of the problems above, the present invention mainly aims at providing a partially-compacted woven plastic woven cloth, effectively preventing the edge of the plastic woven cloth from breaking and splitting and from breaking due to excessive partial stress, and prolonging the service life of the plastic woven cloth.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides a partially-compacted woven plastic woven cloth woven by warp and weft yarns, the number of the weft yarns remains unchanged, the number of the partial warp yarns is bigger than that of the weft yarns to form a partially-compacted area, the partially-compacted area is positioned at the edge of the plastic woven cloth. The warp and weft yarns of the partially-compacted area have the weaving density of (A+2)*A, and the warp and weft yarns of the partially-compacted area have the weaving density of (A+4)*A. The partially compacted area may be positioned within the 5 cm scope of the edge of the plastic woven cloth. Or, the partially-compacted area is positioned at the middle of the plastic woven cloth, and the warp and weft yarns of the partially-compacted area have the weaving density of (A+4)*A. The partially compacted area may be positioned at a distance of 20 cm from two edges of the plastic woven cloth.

For the same cloth surface, and under the conditions that the overall weight and the weaving process of the plastic woven cloth are not affected, the partially-compacted woven plastic woven cloth provided by the present invention effectively prevents its edge from breaking and splitting, enhances its partial tensile strength and prolongs its service life.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

The exemplary embodiment(s) of the present invention will be understood more fully from the detailed description given below and from the accompanying drawings of various embodiments of the invention, which, however, should not be taken to limit the invention to the specific embodiments, but are for explanation and understanding only.

FIG. 1 is a structural diagram of a partially-compacted woven plastic woven cloth provided by Example 1 of the present invention; and

FIG. 2 is a structural diagram of a partially-compacted woven plastic woven cloth provided by Example 2 of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The technical solution of the present invention is further described with the combination of examples and drawings, but is not limited thereto:

During the production and transportation, the plastic woven cloth basically adopts a rolling form, in use; the cloth rolling is stretched and rolled. As the plastic woven cloth is woven with warp and weft yarns, its edge will be split due to repeated friction. In use, if the partial cloth is born, as the partial bearing point is subject to sudden force, the cloth surface is broken, causing the overall cloth surface to be unusable.

For the partially-compacted woven plastic woven cloth provided by the present invention, the number of the warp yarns is increased at the partial cloth, so that the weaving density of the warp and weft yarns at a particular place is different from that at other places. To prevent the edge from splitting, the width and the number of the warp yarns at the edge are increased, thus achieving the effects of increased weaving density of the warp and weft yarns and preventing the edge from splitting. To increase the tensile strength at the particular place and prolong the service life of the product, under the conditions that the width and the number of the warp yarns are unchanged, the number of the warp yarns is increased. When the partially weaving is carried out, two warp yarns match one weft yarn. Therefore, under the conditions that the overall weight and the weaving process of the plastic cloth are not affected, the effects of suitableness and performance optimization of the product is achieved.

Example 1

As shown in FIG. 1, the present invention provides a partially-compacted woven plastic woven cloth woven by warp yarns 1 and weft yarns 2. In its common area 3, the number of the warp yarns 1 and of the weft yarns 2 have the same density of the same proportion at the same place. However, to increase the abrasion resistance of the product and prevent the splitting phenomenon due to friction, the number of the warp yarns and of the weft yarns are increased at the edge of the cloth surface to form a partially-compacted area 4. Of particular note is that the partially-compacted area 4 can be adjusted according to actual requirements, for example, the partially-compacted area 4 is at the distance of 3.5 cm from two edges of the cloth surface, or at the distance of 5 cm from two edges of the cloth surface, etc.

Example 2

As shown in FIG. 2, the present invention provides a partially-compacted woven plastic woven cloth woven by warp yarns 1 and weft yarns 2. In its common area 3, the number of the warp yarns 1 and of the weft yarns 2 have the same density at the same place. However, to increase the partial tensile strength of the product and to prevent the phenomenon that the product is broken due to the increased stress at a particular place, the number of the warp yarns 1 at the particular place is increased to form a partial compacted area 4. As shown in the FIG. 2, the cloth is woven with two warp yarns 1 and one weft yarn 2, partially increasing its density and not affecting the overall effect and gram weight of the product. Of particular note is that the partially-compacted area 4 can be adjusted according to actual requirements, for example, the partially-compacted area 4 is at the distance of 15 cm from two edges of the cloth surface, or at the distance of 20 cm from two edges of the cloth surface, etc.

The above description is only preferred examples of the present invention and does not therefore limit the patent scope of the present invention, Any equivalent structure or any equivalent process, which utilizes the description and drawings of the present invention or is directly or indirectly used in other related technical fields, are all included in the protection scope of the patent of the present invention in the same way.
