METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ENHANCING SOCIAL POSITIONING AND IMPORTANCE THROUGH PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES

Abstract

A system and method for generating a local group and enhancing a personal importance over a social networking platform is disclosed. The method comprises registering a user over the social networking platform comprising a personal information and a professional information of the user. During registration the user selects a registered mobile number, updates a timeline of the user, and uploads a plurality of status updates, images, audio files, video, blogs and weblinks on the timeline. A number for likes and dislikes over a registered user's blogs, images and weblinks is generated along with allocation of a positive credit for each like and a negative credit for each dislike over the registered user's blogs, images and weblinks and display of a highest credited user details over a homepage of a local group page and a global group of the social networking platform.

Description

BACKGROUND

1. Technical Field of Invention

The present invention relates to an online method and a system for a social networking platform and particularly relates to a method for enhancing social positioning of a person or a community or a society through a plurality of attributes and a system for performing the method over an online platform. The present invention more particularly relates to a method for gathering, matching, analysing and improvising a personal stature among a local or a regional or a national or a continental or an international group. The present invention more particularly relates to provide a socio-professional networking platform, a method for enhancing the interaction among the registered users and a system to facilitate a communication.

2. Description of Related Art

A social network is a social structure made up of a set of actors (such as individuals or organizations) and the dyadic ties between these actors. The social network perspective provides a clear way of analyzing the structure of whole social entities. The study of these structures uses social network analysis to identify local and global patterns, locate influential entities, and examine network dynamics.

One of the prior arts discloses methods and systems for Global Online Brands Social Networks (BSN) Platform and Framework are disclosed for managing Users' Profiles, brands group lists, Brand user Friends, User created Brand Networks and related Members, Publications, Applications, Services and Communications and Collaborations among users. Further, it also manages brand owners' brand networks and members, and brand experts to enable and facilitate users for branded products and services related sales or e-commerce, marketing, promotion and support services, alternative products and services brands lists. BSN also provides Social Customers Relationship Management (SCRM) and Multi Brand Customers Services Life Cycle (MCSLC) Framework to facilitate brand owners and customers.

Another prior art discloses a method, software, database and system for determining an approach to achieve a desired lifestyle, behavioural disposition, and genetic based predisposition for an individual are presented in which an attribute profile of the individual containing genetic and non-genetic attributes is compared against a database containing combinations of genetic and non-genetic attributes that are statistically associated with relevant desirable or undesirable attributes derived from other individuals.

Although the prior arts provides a social networking platform and facilitates various solutions but limited in enhancing a social importance of a person on the basis of his/her personal attributes. Also, the prior arts are limited in verifying a location of a person for social intimation and communication. The prior arts also fail to judge a closeness degree and define automated social actions performance related to a registered user.

In the view of foregoing, there is a need for a method and a system for enhancing a social interaction and broadcasting personal importance in a local group or a social circle. Also there is a need for an automated method and a system for verifying a location of a registered user for social intimation and communication. Further there is a need for a method and a system to judge a closeness degree and define automated social actions' performance related to a registered user.

The above mentioned shortcomings, disadvantages and problems are addressed herein, as detailed below.

OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION

The primary objective herein is to provide a method and a system for enhancing a social interaction and broadcasting personal importance in a local group or a social circle.

Another object herein is to provide an automated method and a system for verifying a location of a registered user for social intimation and communication.

Yet another object herein is to provide a method and a system to judge a closeness degree and define automated social actions' performance related to a registered user.

Yet another object herein is to provide a method for assisting a registered user in encouraging a sale or a purchase or a discussion for enhancement of his/her personal importance through a wireless media.

Yet another object herein is to provide a method for enhancing a representation of personal and professional activities and attributes of a registered user.

These and other objects and advantages of the embodiments herein will become readily apparent from the following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The various embodiments of the present invention disclose a method for generating a local group and enhancing a personal importance over a social networking platform. The method comprises registering a user over the social networking platform. The registration comprises a personal information and a professional information of the user. The method further comprises selecting a registered mobile number, updating a timeline of the user, and uploading a plurality of status updates, images, audio files, video, blogs and weblinks on the timeline. The uploaded status updates, images, audio files, video, blogs and weblinks are automatically reorganized on the basis of time and date on the timeline of the user. The method further comprises generating number of likes and dislikes over a registered user's blogs, images and weblinks. The method further comprises allocating a positive credit for each like and a negative credit for each dislike over the registered user's blogs, images and weblinks and displaying a highest credited user details over a homepage of a local group page and a global group page of the social networking platform. The local group page comprises a data from a zone and a state, and the global group comprises data from one or more countries. The method further comprises displaying a participation of the highest credited user in preferred events created by the social networking platform and displaying periodic suggestions to a user to increase his or her credits on the basis of his or her social activities.

According to an embodiment herein, the personal information comprises a plurality of fields comprising a name, a username, a mailid, a password, a display name, an educational detail, a family detail, a permanent and temporary address detail, a mobile registration detail, a hobby and interest detail, a personal blog, an achievement and a job detail.

According to an embodiment herein, the professional information comprises a sale interest, a purchase interest, a professional discussion, a professional suggestion, an investment interest and an investment proposal.

According to an embodiment herein, the editing of the timeline is done manually by the user and also automatically by a central server.

According to an embodiment herein, the user appends a plurality of images, audio and video over the timeline manually. The appended image, audio and video pops up during a cursor movement through respective timeline date and time.

According to an embodiment herein, the method reassesses a highest credited user's activities and removes or continues the display of his or her details over the homepage of a local group or a global group on the basis of reassessed credits.

The embodiments herein disclose a system for generating a local group and enhancing a personal importance over a social networking platform. The system comprises a personal device, a central server, a cloud server and a local dynamic server. The personal device comprises a mobile, a Smartphone, a tablet, a phablet, a desktop and a laptop. The central server is connected to the personal device through a wireless media. The central server comprises an application repository, a display engine and an alteration engine. The application repository stores a plurality of application. The application repository periodically updates the version of the applications and uploads new applications over the social networking platform. The application repository reorganizes a display of an application on the basis of their frequency of usage over a profile page of the social networking platform. The display engine generates a series of pop-ups during a movement of cursor over a timeline. The alteration engine creates dynamic writing, liking, updating and deleting tools over the timeline. The cloud server is connected to the personal device through a wireless media. The cloud server stores a plurality of documents, images, audio files and video files selected by the user. The local dynamic server is connected to the cloud server as well as the central server. The local dynamic server is changeable from one personal device to another. The local dynamic server stores temporary information related to a local group and uploads the information to the cloud sever or the central server after receiving authentication from the members of the local group.

According an embodiment herein, the system creates a local group by tracking a relative location of frequently used personal device. A tracking is done by mapping IP address and its location, a GPS tracking, a Near-Field Communication module usage over a duration of one month.

According an embodiment herein, the local dynamic sever keeps the track of a local group event and send a notification to all the members of the respective local group through the central server.

According an embodiment herein, the local dynamic server keeps track of a user registered in the local group and uploads the tracked data over the central server. The central server assesses and tracks the data on global level.

FIG. 1 illustrates a flowchart of a method for generating a local group and enhancing a personal importance over a social networking platform, according to an embodiment herein. With respect to FIG. 1, the method comprises registering a user over the social networking platform (101). The registration comprises a personal information and a professional information of the user. The method further comprises selecting a registered mobile number (102) and verifying the mobile number (103). After the successful verification of mobile number a user updates his or her social timeline (104) and uploads a plurality of status updates, images, audio files, videos, blogs and weblinks on the timeline (105). If the mobile number is not successfully verified then the user is asked again to enter a valid mobile number. The uploaded status updates, images, audio files, video, blogs and weblinks are automatically reorganized on the basis of time and date on the timeline of the user (106). The user's videos, audio, images, blogs and weblinks are open for comments, likes and dislikes and the number of likes as well as dislikes is updated on timely basis (107). Each comment and like is calculated as a positive credit while each dislike is calculated as a negative credit and a cumulative credit score is generated for a user. The user profile with highest credit score are displayed over a homepage of a local group page and a global group of the social networking platform (108). The local group page comprises a data from a zone and a state, and the global group comprises data from one or more countries. The method further comprises displaying a participation of the highest credited user in preferred events created by the social networking platform and displaying periodic suggestions to a user to increase his or her credits on the basis of his or her social activities (109).

FIG. 2 illustrates a block diagram of a system for generating a local group and enhancing a personal importance over a social networking platform, according to an embodiment herein. With respect to FIG. 2, the system comprises a personal device 201, a central server 202, a cloud server 203 and a local dynamic server 204. The personal device 201 comprises a mobile, a Smartphone, a tablet, a phablet, a desktop and a laptop. The central server 202 is connected to the personal device 201 through a wireless media. The central server 202 comprises an application repository 205, a display engine 206 and an alteration engine 207. The application repository 205 stores a plurality of applications. The application repository 205 periodically updates a version of the applications and uploads new applications over the social networking platform. The application repository 205 reorganizes a display of an application on the basis of their frequency of usage over display of the social networking platform. The display engine 206 generates a series of pop-ups during a movement of cursor over a timeline. The alteration engine 207 creates dynamic writing, liking, updating and deleting tools over the timeline. The cloud server 203 is connected to the personal device 201 through a wireless media. The cloud server 203 stores a plurality of documents, images, audio files and video files selected by the user. The local dynamic server 204 is connected to the cloud server as well as the central server. The local dynamic server 204 is changeable from one personal device to another. The local dynamic server 204 stores temporary information related to a local group and uploads the information to the cloud sever 203 or the central server 202 after receiving authentication from the members of the local group.

According to an embodiment herein, the local dynamic server has a limited memory and is dependent on local group preference i.e. a local group can selects a device having a memory of at-least 1 Terabytes. The local group can shift the local dynamic sever at their preference at any point of time and during the transfer, the data is temporarily uploaded to the cloud sever and after successful transfer, the data is downloaded back to the new local dynamic server.

According to an embodiment herein, the data stored in the local dynamic server is redistributed over the personal devices of the members of the local group during a transfer of local dynamic server from one device to another. After successful transfer, the data from the personal devices are downloaded back to the local dynamic server.

FIG. 3 illustrates flowchart of a method for a timeline development over the social networking platform, according to an embodiment herein. With respect to FIG. 3, the method comprises automatically starting a timeline over a homepage of a user in the social networking platform after initial registration of a user (301). The system tracks a change in the status of the registered user over the social networking platform (302) and asks for permission to upload an update in the status over the timeline (303). The important updates are selected by the system and uploaded with a time and a date stamp after receiving _the permission from the user (304). The system rejects the update uploading if the user denies the permission (307). The user selects a document, an image, an audio, a video and a status update and uploads it over the timeline (305). The system puts a time and a date stamp over the manually uploaded data (306).

FIG. 4 illustrates a flowchart of a method for credit selection, credit calculation and ranking determination of the user over the social networking platform, according to an embodiment herein. With respect to FIG. 4, the method comprises receiving a number of likes, dislikes and comments over an update posted by the user (401). The likes and comments are counted as positive credits and the dislikes are counted as negative credits (402). The summation of positive and negative credits is displayed to the user over his or her homepage (403). The user selects the resultant credit displayed over the homepage to view the details of the likes, comments and dislikes and there respective updates. The system displays suggestions over the homepage to increase his or her credit (404). The system further checks whether the user's resultant credit is highest in local group only or in global group only or in whole social networking platform. If the user's credit is highest in the local group only (405) then his or her details are displayed over the homepage of each profile registered over the local group (406). If the user's credit is highest in the global group only (407) then his or her details are displayed over the homepage of each profile registered over the global group (408). If the user's credit is highest in the whole social networking platform (409) then his or her details are displayed over the homepage of each profile registered over the social networking platform (410). The details include profile picture, country or state or region and his or her credit score of the user with highest credit.

FIG. 5 illustrates a flowchart of a method for authentication of a user belonging to a local group, according to an embodiment herein. With respect to FIG. 5, the method comprises a storing of an IP address using which a user has used his or her profile registration on the social networking profile (501). The system tracks the IP address of a personal device used by the user to logon over the social networking platform (502). If the tracked IP addresses emerge in a registered geography for more than 75% of the internet usage time over a period of one month (503), then system stores the address and authenticates the user as a permanent member of the respective local group (504). If the tracked IP addresses emerge from one or more different geographies other than the registered geography for more than 25% of the internet usage time over a period of one month (505), then system sends a notification for reconfirmation of the user's geography location (506). The IP address tracking is done to confirm a user association with a local group that he or she has mentioned during registration.

According to an embodiment herein, a virtual typing assistant is provided for entering a personal detail or registering.

According to an embodiment herein, the social networking platform further helps in conducting placement for human resources depending on skills. The interviewee is ranked on the basis of his or her skills and social popularity after a rigorous test. The social networking website further facilitates an online or VSAT and classroom coaching for the skill developments.

According to an embodiment herein, the user receives the information of his or her interest like local news, business, political, science and technology articles and news etc both locally and globally.

According to an embodiment herein, the users are placed as per their hierarchies such as platinum, gold, silver and classic on the basis of credit score collected.

The present invention assists in increasing a fame of a person in a local and global society on the basis of his or her social and individual performance. The present invention creates an aggregated representation of a user's life in the form of a timeline. The present invention allows a local group to practice their rituals, inform the local group members in a virtual mode and perform a plurality of function which are disclosed to the members of local group but remain hidden from other members of the social networking platform.

It is to be understood that the phraseology or terminology employed herein is for the purpose of description and not of limitation. Therefore, while the embodiments herein have been described in terms of preferred embodiments, those skilled in the art will recognize that the embodiments herein can be practiced with modification within the spirit and scope of the claims presented in the complete specification or non-provisional application.

Claims

1. A method for generating a local group and enhancing a personal importance over a platform, the method comprises:

registering a user over the platform, wherein the registration comprises a personal information and/or a professional information of the user; selecting a registered mobile number; updating a timeline of the user automatically; uploading a plurality of status updates, images, audio files, video, blogs or weblinks or combination of one or more of them on the timeline, wherein the uploaded status updates, images, audio files, video files, blogs and weblinks are automatically reorganized on the basis of time and date on the timeline of the user;

generating number of likes and dislikes over a registered user's videos, audios, blogs, images and weblinks; allocating a positive credit for each like and a negative credit for each dislike over the registered user's videos, audios, blogs, images and weblinks;

displaying a summation of positive and negative credits to the user over a homepage of the user;

displaying a highest credited user details over a homepage of a local group page and a global group of the social networking platform, wherein the local group page comprises a data from a zone and a state, wherein the global group comprises data from one or more countries;

displaying a participation of the highest credited user in preferred events created by the social networking platform;

displaying periodic suggestions to a user to increase his or her credits on the basis of his or her social activities; and

reassessing a highest credited user's activities and removing or continuing the display of his or her details over the homepage of a local group or a global group on the basis of reassessed credits.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the personal information comprises a plurality of fields comprising a name, a username, a mailid, a password, a display name, an educational detail, a family detail, a permanent and temporary address detail, a mobile registration detail, a hobby and interest detail, a personal blog, an achievement and a job detail.

3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the professional information comprises a sale interest, a purchase interest, a professional discussion, a professional suggestion, an investment interest and an investment proposal.

4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the editing of the timeline is done manually by the user and also automatically by a central server.

5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the user appends a plurality of images, audio and video over the timeline manually, wherein the appended image, audio and video pops up during a cursor movement through respective timeline's date and time.

A system for generating a local group and enhancing a personal importance over a social networking platform, the system comprises: a personal device; a central server, wherein the central server is connected to the personal computing device through a wireless or wired media, wherein the central server comprises:

an application repository, wherein the application repository stores a plurality of application, wherein the application repository periodically updates the version of the applications, wherein the application repository uploads new applications over the social networking platform, wherein the application repository reorganizes a display of an application on the basis of their frequency of usage over display of the social networking platform,

a display engine, wherein the display engine generates a series of pop-ups during a movement of cursor over a timeline;

a alteration engine, wherein the alteration engine creates dynamic writing, liking, updating and deleting tools over the timeline, wherein the alteration engine enables automatically updating the timeline of the user based on personal and/or a professional information of the user, and wherein the alteration engine enables automatically reorganizing uploaded status updates, images, audio files, video files, blogs and weblinks on the basis of time and date on the timeline of the user; and wherein the alteration engine enables allocating a positive credit for each like and a negative credit for each dislike over the registered user's videos, audios, blogs, images and weblinks; and wherein the alteration engine enables displaying a summation of positive and negative credits to the user over a homepage of the user; and wherein the alteration engine enables displaying a highest credited user details over a homepage of a local group page and a global group of the social networking platform;

a cloud server, wherein the cloud server is connected to the personal device through a wireless media, wherein the cloud server stores a plurality of documents, images, audio files and video files selected by the user;

a local dynamic server, wherein the local dynamic server is connected to the cloud server as well as the central server, wherein the local dynamic server is changeable from one personal computing device to another, wherein the local dynamic server stores temporary information related to a local group and uploads the information to the cloud sever or the central server after receiving authentication from the members of the local group.
