Comb Pad Eyelash Curler Inserts Refill Pads

This invention is a comb shaper refill pads for the eyelash curler to allow you to divide and separate eyelashes while being curled with an eyelash curler at the same time. Refill pads have different comb designs to choose from: Fine, medium, wide, extra wide shape. Refill comb pads are made of a soft silicone rubber with a mushroom shape for tighter curl, you will get eyelashes divided, curled, and styled with this new eyelash curler refill comb pads.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a comb shaper refill pad for the eyelash curler.

2. Description of the Related Art

There is no prior art for a comb shaper refill pad used in the eyelash curler.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

This invention is a comb shaper refill pad that can used in the eyelash curler to allow you to divide and separate eyelashes while being curled with an eyelash curler at the same time. The present invention has been invented in different designs to choose from and is made of a soft silicone rubber that allows user to get tighter curls on their eyelashes.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In the following description for purposes of clarification, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thomugh understanding of the invention.

Basically, this invention is a comb shaper refill pad, that can be used in any eyelash curler tool to perform functions such as divide and separate eyelashes while being curled with an eyelash curler simultaneously.

Furthermore, By observing both FIGS. 1 and 2, we can observe how exactly the present invention that is comb shaper refill pad works in addition to what are the main functions and advantages; the parts in the FIGS. 1 and 2, are such as the parts exist in the most of eyelash curlers, so these parts as follows: finger loops 10, finger loops 12, operating lever/handle arm 14, operating lever/handle arm 16, pivot pin or rivet/fulcrum 18, handle arm/offset arm/wishbone yoke 20, wishbone yoke 22, supporting bar 24, parallel arm 26, moveable jaw carrier 28, rubber comb strip or rubber comb strip pad 30, upper jaw 32, supporting bar 34, sleeves 36, flattened offset arm 38 and spring clamp 40.

This invention, the comb shaper refill pad can be insert in any eyelash curler and so we can explain more the main idea, functions and all the advantages of this invention we have to see FIGS. 3, 4, 5 and 6. Referring to FIGS. 3, 4, 5 and 6 we will see the main part in the comb shaper refill pad is a rubber comb strip base 42 that we put on it the teeth or comb, the present invention made of a soft silicone rubber with a tapering shape that results in eyelashes with tighter curls, this material make it easy to be installed on any eyelash curler whatever its sizes, the present invention has invented in a different designs to choose from, so in the FIG. 3 we will see the part of teeth/comb in the twiggy lash form 46, in the FIG. 4 we will see the part of teeth/comb in the black jack lash form 48, in the FIG. 5 we will see the part of teeth/comb in the manga lash form 50 and in the FIG. 6 we will see the part of teeth/comb in the debby doo lash form 52.

Generally this invention is characterized by improved rubber silicone refill pad with a comb, no more using sharp dangerous devices to separate eyelashes, gives eyelashes different styles with longer hold, this invented pad replaces the old plain rubber inserts, that can be worn in different styles to choose from, to avoid costs on mascaras and fake eyelashes; as lashes get divided and curled simultaneously and it is sized to fit the most popular eyelash curlers tools.

Claims

1. A tapered shaped comb shaper refill pad for the eyelash curler, its flat size is 3×0.3×0.3 cm/1.2″×0.12″×0.12″(L*W*T) while its size of the comb teeth varies on the chosen design as illustrated in FIG. 3-6; the comb shaper allow users to divide and separate eyelashes while being curled with an eyelash curler simultaneously

2. The comb refill pad according to claim 1, further comprises of four different designs:

a) A fine shape that has consist of a total amount of comb teeth between 55 and 120, as (illustrated in FIG. 6)
b) A medium shapes that comprises of 23 comb teeth that is evenly spaced apart, as (illustrated in FIG. 3)
c) A wide shape that consists of 11 comb teeth evenly spaced apart, as (illustrated in FIG. 5)
d) A extra wide shape that has 9 comb teeth evenly spaced apart, as (illustrated in FIG. 4)

3. The comb refill pad according to claim 1, in addition can be worn in different styles, that will result in less money spent on mascaras and fake eyelashes.

4. The comb refill pad according to claim 1, comprises of a distinct soft rubber silicone at the base of the pad that is tapered shaped to produce the desired outcome for tighter curls when the pad is attached to the eyelash curler.

5. The comb refill pad according to claim 1, furthermore gives user's eyelashes different styles, provide a longer hold and replaces the regular plain rubber inserts.
