NAIL TUBE FOR REMOVING MANICURE

Disclosed is a nail tube for removing a manicure in which a finger may be easily inserted into/separated from a tube body without leakage of a solution and the tube body with a lid and a manicure removal member may be freely moved leftwards and rightwards without influence on the finger so as to more rapidly and effectively remove a manicure. The nail tube includes a tube body including an opening and a finger insertion part, a lid connected to one side of the opening by a connection part and including an insertion protrusion corresponding to the opening and formed integrally with the center of the inner surface of the lid, a lid fixing unit to fix the lid to the opening, and a manicure removal member provided on the inner surface of the lid and rubbed against a manicure on a nail so as to remove the manicure.

Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a nail tube for removing a manicure and, more particularly, to a nail tube for removing a manicure in which a finger may be easily inserted into and separated from a tube body without leakage of a solution to the outside of the tube body, and the tube body provided with a lid and a manicure removal member formed within the lid of the tube body may be freely moved leftwards and rightwards without influence on the finger inserted into the tube body so as to more rapidly and effectively remove a manicure from the nail of the finger.

BACKGROUND ART

In general, in order to remove a manicure to color and decorate a nail, i.e., an enamel or a UV gel, by melting solid components of the manicure using acetone having organic matter solubility, makeup cotton soaked in a 100% acetone solution is placed on the nail and an aluminum foil is wound around the nail to remove the manicure from the nail.

Recently, a method for removing a manicure by inserting a finger into a closed container, filling the container with an acetone solution and rubbing the nail is proposed and, as one example of the method, U.S. Pat. No. 6,634,367 B2 (Oct. 21, 2003) discloses “Finger tip enclosure apparatus”.

Such a finger tip enclosure apparatus 10, as exemplarily shown in FIG. 12, includes an enclosure shell 20 having a tubular shape and including a sealing structure 24 configured such that a finger tip is inserted into one side of the sealing structure 24, a fingernail chamber 30 is formed at the upper part of the enclosure shell 20 so as to communicate with the inner space of the enclosure shell 20, abrasion elements 34 protrude from the inner surface of the fingernail chamber 30 and are rubbed against a manicure on the nail so as to remove the manicure, as exemplarily shown in FIG. 13, and the inner space of the enclosure shell 20 is filled with a solution and then a finger is inserted into the enclosure shell 20, as exemplarily shown in FIG. 14.

However, in such a conventional nail tube for removing a manicure, since, after the inside of the enclosure shell is filled with the solution, the finger is inserted into the enclosure shell and the manicure is removed from the nail, the finger is separated from the enclosure shell in the sealed state, air within the shell is compressed when the finger is inserted into the shell and thus it is not easy to insert the finger into the shell, and, if the amount of the solution within the enclosure shell is not properly adjusted, the solution leaks to the outside of the enclosure shell and thus a user's clothes may be splattered with the solution.

Further, since, when the abrasion elements within the enclosure shell are rubbed against the manicure on the nail to remove the manicure, the entirety of the enclosure shell including the fingernail chamber is rotated leftwards and rightwards, repetition of leftward and rightward rotation for removing the manicure under the condition that the finger is tightly fitted into the enclosure shell is not effectively executed and, if the upper part of the shell is pressed by a finger to achieve contact of the abrasion elements with the fingernail, the solution may leak to the outside and splatter on the user, thereby causing a difficulty in manicure removal operation and thus lowering product reliability.

DISCLOSURE Technical Problem

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a nail tube for removing a manicure in which a finger may be easily inserted into and separated from a tube body without leakage of a solution to the outside of the tube body, and the tube body provided with a lid and a manicure removal member formed within the lid of the tube body may be freely moved leftwards and rightwards without influence on the finger inserted into the tube body so as to more rapidly and effectively remove a manicure from the nail of the finger.

It is another object of the present invention to provide a nail tube for removing a manicure in which a lid is not undesirably opened from a tube body and is conveniently opened and closed and a manicure removal member formed in the inner surface of the lid is detachably attached to the lid so that the tube body including the lid is reusable.

Technical Solution

In accordance with an aspect of the present invention, the above and other objects can be accomplished by the provision of a nail tube for removing a manicure including a tube body formed of a soft material and including an opening formed at the upper part thereof and a finger insertion part formed integrally with a part of the tube body at the rear of the opening, a lid connected integrally to one side of the opening of the tube body by a connection part and including an insertion protrusion having a shape and a size corresponding to those of the opening and formed integrally with the center of the inner surface of the lid, a lid fixing unit configured to fix the lid to the opening of the tube body, and a manicure removal member provided on the inner surface of the lid and rubbed against a manicure on a nail so as to remove the manicure.

The tube body may further include a curved surface part having a finger shape and formed at the lower part thereof, a crease part extending from the tube body may be formed between the tube body and the finger insertion part, and the lid fixing unit may include an inner fixing projection formed along the inner circumference of the upper part of the opening and an outer fixing projection formed along the outer circumference of the insertion protrusion corresponding to the inner fixing projection.

The inner fixing projection may be formed in a saw-toothed shape having an upward inclined surface and an inner horizontal surface continuously formed at the lower part of the upward inclined surface, the outer fixing projection may be formed in a saw-toothed shape having a downward inclined surface and an outer horizontal surface continuously formed at the upper part of the downward inclined surface, and the tube body may further include an opening support plate formed of a metal along the upper end surface of the opening and inserted into the upper end surface of the opening and a lid support plate formed of a metal and attached to the outer surface of the lid.

The manicure removal member may be formed integrally with the center of the inner surface of the lid, a contact surface having an arc shape corresponding to the shape of the nail may be formed on the surface of the manicure removal member, the manicure removal member may include sandpaper having a rear surface on which a shock absorber is provided, and the manicure removal member may be provided so as to be detachably attached to the inner surface of the lid by an attachment and detachment unit.

The attachment and detachment unit may include a combination hole opened forwards, formed on the front surface of the insertion protrusion facing the opening and having the same shape and size as those of the manicure removal member, and a tapered part formed on the inner surface of the combination hole such that the width of the combination hole is gradually decreased in the forward direction.

The tube body may further include a scrubber provided separately from the tube body and inserted into the tube body through the opening of the tube body.

The scrubber may include a bellows having a rectangular cross-section with a diameter corresponding to the opening of the tube body and a designated height, a contact part having the lower surface with an arc shape in the inward direction corresponding to the shape of the nail may be formed at the lower part of the bellows, the lower surface of the contact part may form an uneven surface, the upper part of the bellows may be opened so as to form a space therein, and a handle protruding inwards may be formed integrally with one side of the opening of the upper part of the bellows.

A scrubber, including a bellows having a rectangular cross-section corresponding to the opening of the tube body and a designated height, a contact part having the lower surface with an arc shape in the inward direction corresponding to the shape of the nail being formed at the lower part of the bellows, the lower surface of the contact part forming an uneven surface, and a space is formed within the bellows, may be formed integrally with the inner surface of the lid.

Advantageous Effects

As described above, the present invention provides a nail tube for removing a manicure in which, after a finger is inserted into a tube body and the inner space of the tube body is filled with an acetone solution and sealed, a lid is closed and a manicure on the nail of the finger is removed and, after removal of the manicure from the nail, the lid is opened to release the closed state of the tube body, the acetone solution within the tube body is discarded and the finger is separated from the tube body, thereby allowing the finger to be easily inserted into and separated from the tube body without leakage of the acetone solution and thus promoting convenience in use.

Further, the nail tube of the present invention may rub and remove the manicure from the nail by freely moving the tube body provided with the lid and a manicure removal member formed on the inner surface of the lid of the tube body leftwards and rightwards by a crease part between the tube body and a finger insertion part, thereby more rapidly and effectively achieving removal of the manicure and thus increasing product performance and reliability.

Moreover, the nail tube of the present invention may attach and detach the manicure removal member, formed on the inner surface of the lid, to and from the lid, thereby allowing the manicure removal member to be reused and thus remarkably reducing environmental pollution caused by use and disposal of conventional disposable manicure removal devices.

BEST MODE

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the annexed drawings.

FIGS. 1 to 3 are views illustrating a nail tube for removing a manicure in accordance with a first embodiment of the present invention and, in more detail, FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a lid in an opened state and FIG. 2 is a perspective view illustrating the lid in a closed state.

As exemplarily shown in the figures, the nail tube includes a tube body 110 having an opening 111 formed at the upper part thereof and a finger insertion part 114 formed at the rear part thereof, and a lid 120 to open and close the opening 111 of the tube body 110.

The tube body 110 and the lid 120 are formed of the same soft material, such as silicone or a synthetic resin, and the tube body 110 and the lid 120 are connected integrally by a connection part 121 formed of the same material, and the connection part 121 has a thickness less than the lid 120 so that the lid 120 is easily folded and unfolded.

Further, an insertion protrusion 131 is formed integrally with the center of the inner surface of the lid 120 and has a shape and a size corresponding to those of the opening 111 of the tube body 110. A manicure removal member 140 rubbed against a manicure on a nail to remove the manicure is provided integrally with the surface of the insertion protrusion 131, and a contact surface 143 having an arc shape corresponding to the shape of the nail is formed on the surface of the manicure removal member 140.

As exemplarily shown in FIG. 2, a lid fixing unit 130 is provided as a unit to fix the lid 129 to the opening 111 of the tube body 110 in the closed state of the lid 120, and includes an inner fixing projection 132 formed along the inner circumference of the upper part of the opening 111 and an outer fixing projection 133 formed along the outer circumference of the insertion protrusion 131 corresponding to the inner fixing projection 132.

The tube body 110 has a curved surface part 112 having a finger shape and formed at the lower part thereof, the tube body 110 and a finger insertion part 114 are integrally connected by a crease part 115 extending from the tube body 110 toward the finger insertion part 114, and the finger insertion part 114 is a hole having a diameter less than that of a general finger.

FIG. 3 is a longitudinal-sectional view of FIG. 1, illustrating the nail tube in use and, as exemplarily shown in the figure, a finger is first inserted into the finger insertion part 114 of the tube body 110. Here, the finger insertion part 114 has a diameter less than a general finger and is formed of a soft material having elasticity, such as silicone or a synthetic resin, and a space between the finger inserted into the tube body 110 and the finger insertion part 114 is sealed.

Thereafter, after the inside of the tub body 110 is filled with a designated amount of an acetone solution through the opening 111, the opening 111 of the tube body 110 is closed by the lid 120. Here, the insertion protrusion 131 of the lid 120 is inserted into the opening 111 of the tube body 110 and the outer fixing projection 133 of the insertion protrusion 131 is fixed to the inner fixing projection 132 of the opening 111, thus allowing the lid 120 to be fixed to the tube body 110.

The inner fixing projection 132 is formed in a saw-toothed shape having an upward inclined surface 132a and an inner horizontal surface 132b continuously formed at the lower part of the upward inclined surface 132a and the outer fixing projection 133 is formed in a saw-toothed shape having a downward inclined surface 133a and an outer horizontal surface 133b continuously formed at the upper part of the downward inclined surface 133a and, thus, the outer fixing projection 133 is easily inserted into the inner fixing projection 132 and is not easily separated from the inner fixing projection 132.

After the lid 120 is closed, a state in which the nail is submerged in the acetone solution within the tube body 110 is maintained for about 10 to 15 minutes. Thereafter, the user may remove the manicure from the nail by rubbing the manicure removal member 140 provided within the lid 120 against the nail while gripping the surroundings of the lid 120 with another hand, or by moving the finger leftwards and rightwards or forwards and backwards.

Here, free movement of the finger leftwards and rightwards or forwards and backwards may be executed by leftward and rightward distortion of the crease part 115, and removal of the manicure by rubbing the manicure removal member 140 against the nail may be executed because the tube body 110 and the lid 120 are formed of a soft material, such as silicone or a synthetic resin. The manicure removal member 140 may be a silicone member formed integrally with the lid 120 or a silicon member to which sandpaper or an abrasive is attached.

FIGS. 4 and 5 are views illustrating a nail tube for removing a manicure in accordance with a second embodiment of the present invention and, in more detail, FIG. 4 is a perspective view illustrating a lid in a closed state and FIG. 5 is a perspective view illustrating the lid in an opened state.

Here, the nail tube is characterized in that a tube body 110 and a lid 120 are formed of a soft material, such as silicone or a synthetic resin, as described above, so as to prevent the lid 120 from being easily opened from the tube body 110, and, for this purpose, an opening support plate 113 having a shape corresponding to the shape an opening 110 of the tube body 110 and formed of a metal, particularly, stainless steel, is formed on the upper end surface of the opening 110 by insert molding, as exemplarily shown in FIG. 4. Further, as exemplarily shown in FIG. 4, a lid support plate 122 formed of a metal, particularly, stainless steel, is formed integrally with the outer surface of the lid 120 by insert molding.

As described above, by inserting the opening support plate 113 into the opening 111 of the tube body 110 and inserting the lid support plate 122 into the lid 120, the opening 111 of the tube body 110 and the lid 120 may maintain shapes thereof by the opening support plate 113 and the lid support plate 122, thus preventing the lid 120 from being easily opened from the opening 111 of the tube body 110. That is, when the lid 120 is closed and a user moves the lid 120 and the tube body 110 leftwards and rightwards with another hand under the condition that a finger of a hand is inserted into the tube body 110 and an acetone solution is injected into the tube body 110, the opening and the lid formed of silicone or a synthetic resin may be distorted by pressing force of the hand and the acetone solution may leak through a gap between the opening and the lid, but, since the opening support plate 133 maintains the shape of the opening and the lid support plate 122 maintains the shape of the lid when the finger presses the lid, when the tube body 110 is moved leftwards and rightwards, formation a gap between the lid 120 and the opening 111 and leakage of the acetone solution through such a gap may be prevented.

A crease part 115 of the tube body 110 has a thickness less than that of the tube body 110 and, when a finger is inserted into a finger insertion part 114 and the tub body 110 is moved leftwards and rightwards, the finger insertion part 114, into which the finger is inserted, is not moved leftwards and rightwards together with the tube body 110 but only the crease part 115 is distorted, thereby preventing the acetone solution from leaking to the outside through the finger insertion part 114.

FIGS. 6 and 7 are views illustrating a nail tube for removing a manicure in accordance with a third embodiment of the present invention and, in more detail, FIG. 6 is an exploded perspective view illustrating an attachment and detachment unit and FIG. 7 is a longitudinal-sectional view of FIG. 6.

Here, the nail tube is characterized in that an attachment and detachment unit 150 is provided so as to attach and detach a manicure removal member, provided integrally with the center of the inner surface of a lid 120, to and from the lid 120, and the attachment and detachment unit 150 includes a combination hole 151 opened forwards, formed at the front part of an insertion protrusion 131 of the lid 120 and having the same shape and size as those of a manicure removal member 140, as exemplarily shown in FIG. 6, and a tapered part 152 formed on the inner surface of the combination hole 151 such that the width of the combination hole 151 is gradually decreased in the forward direction so as to prevent the manicure removal member 140 from being easily separated from the combination hole 151, as exemplarily shown in FIG. 7.

That is, the manicure removal member 140 may be combined with the combination hole 151 of the insertion protrusion 131, formed of the same material as the lid 120 and having elasticity, by shrink fitting and, after use, be forcibly separated from the combination hole 151 of the insertion protrusion 131 and replaced with a new one, and the manicure removal member 140 includes sandpaper 141 having a rear surface to which a shock absorber 152 having a cushioning function is attached.

FIGS. 8 and 9 are views illustrating a nail tube for removing a manicure in accordance with a fourth embodiment of the present invention and, in more detail, FIG. 8 is an exploded perspective view illustrating a lid in an opened state and FIG. 9 is a longitudinal-sectional view illustrating the nail tube in use in which a scrubber of FIG. 8 is inserted into a tube body and the lid is closed.

Here, the nail tube is characterized in that, when, after a finger is inserted into a tube body 110 through a finger insertion part 114 and the inside of the tube body 110 is filled with a 100% acetone solution, gauze G is placed on a nail and rubbed against the nailed using a manicure removal member 140 of a lid 120 closing an opening 111 of the tube body 110 so as to remove a manicure from the nail, a scrubber 160 is provided separately from the tube body 110 as a compensation unit to prevent the gauze G from getting loose from the surface of the nail due to incomplete contact and adhesion of a contact surface 143 of the manicure removal member 140 with the gauze G.

The scrubber 160 includes a bellows 161 having a rectangular cross-section corresponding to the opening 111 of the tube body 110 and a designated height, a contact part 162 having the lower surface with an arc shape in the inward direction corresponding to the shape of the nail is formed at the lower part of the bellows 161, the lower surface of the contact part 162 forms an uneven surface 162a, the upper part of the bellows 161 is opened so as to form a space 163 therein, and a handle 164 protruding inwards is formed integrally with one side of the opening of the bellows 161.

In the above-described nail tube, a finger is first inserted into the tube body 110 through the finger insertion part 14, the inside of the tube body 110 is filled with a 100% acetone solution, and a gauze G is placed on the nail of the finger. Thereafter, the scrubber 160 provided separately from the tube body 110 is inserted into the tube body 110 through the opening 111 and the opening 111 of the tube body 110 is closed by the lid 120. Here, the scrubber 160 having a body including the bellows 161 may expand and contract upwards and downwards and, thus, the lid 120 may be inserted into the opening 111 of the tube body 110 without interference of the scrubber 160, and the contact part 162 formed at the lower part of the scrubber 160 and the uneven surface 162a forming the lower surface of the contact part 162 may be adhered closely to the gauze G on the nail by compressing the bellows 161 of the scrubber 160 by the insertion protrusion 131 of the lid 120 and, thereby, when the manicure on the nail is removed using the gauze G by rotating the lid 120 leftwards and rightwards or rotating the finger leftwards and rightwards, the manicure on the nail may be more effectively removed due to close adhesion of the gauze G to the nail without loosening of the gauze G from the nail.

FIGS. 10 and 11 are views illustrating a nail tube for removing a manicure in accordance with a fifth embodiment of the present invention and, in more detail, FIG. 10 is a perspective view illustrating a lid in an opened state and FIG. 11 is a longitudinal-sectional view illustrating the lid in the closed state in use. Here, the nail tube is characterized that the scrubber 160 of the fourth embodiment of the present invention is formed integrally with the inner surface of a lid 120 and, if the scrubber 160 is formed integrally with the lid 120, a possibility of losing the scrubber 160 due to the scrubber 160 provided separately from the tube body 110 is basically prevented.

The scrubber 160 has a body including a bellows 161 having a rectangular cross-section corresponding to an opening 111 of the tube body 110 and a designated height, in the same manner as the fourth embodiment of the present invention, a contact part 162 having an arc shape corresponding to the shape of the nail is formed integrally with the upper end of the bellows 161 based on the opened state of the lid 120, the surface of the contact part 162 forms an uneven surface 162a, the lower end surface of the bellows 161 opposite the contact part 162 is formed integrally with the inner surface of the lid 120, and a space 163 is formed within the bellows 161 so that the bellows 161 may smoothly move upwards and downwards.

The nail tube having the above-described configuration includes the scrubber 160 formed integrally with the inner surface of the lid 120 and does not need to close the lid 120 after insertion of the scrubber 160 into the opening 111 of the tube body 110, in the same manner as the fourth embodiment of the present invention, and thus insertion of the scrubber 160 into the opening 111 of the tube body 110 is carried out simply by closing the lid 120. Further, in the same manner as the fourth embodiment of the present invention, the contact part 162 formed at the lower part of the scrubber 160 and the uneven surface 162a forming the lower surface of the contact part 162 may be adhered closely to a gauze G on the nail by compressing the bellows 161 by the insertion protrusion 131 of the lid 120, as described shown in FIG. 11, and, thereby, when the manicure on the nail is removed using the gauze G by rotating the lid 120 leftwards and rightwards or rotating the finger leftwards and rightwards, the manicure on the nail may be more effectively removed due to close adhesion of the gauze G to the nail without loosening of the gauze G from the nail.

As is apparent from the above description, the present invention provides a nail tube for removing a manicure in which, after a finger is inserted into a tube body and the inside of the tube body is filled with an acetone solution and sealed, a lid is closed and a manicure on the nail of the finger is removed and, after removal of the manicure from the nail, the lid is opened to release the closed state of the tube body, the acetone solution is discarded and the finger is separated from the tube body, thereby allowing the finger to be easily inserted into and separated from the tube body without leakage of the acetone solution.

Further, the nail tube of the present invention may rub and remove the manicure from the nail by freely moving the tube body provided with the lid and a manicure removal member, formed on the inner surface of the lid of the tube body, leftwards and rightwards by a crease part between the tube body and a finger insertion part, thereby more rapidly and effectively achieving removal of the manicure. Moreover, the nail tube of the present invention may attach and detach the manicure removal member, formed on the inner surface of the lid, to and from the lid, thereby allowing the manicure removal member to be reused.

Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been disclosed for illustrative purposes, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, additions and substitutions are possible, without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention as disclosed in the accompanying claims.

Claims

1. A nail tube for removing a manicure comprising:

a tube body formed of a soft material and including an opening formed at the upper part thereof and a finger insertion part formed integrally with a part of the tube body at the rear of the opening;
a lid connected integrally to one side of the opening of the tube body by a connection part and including an insertion protrusion having a shape and a size corresponding to those of the opening and formed integrally with the center of the inner surface of the lid;
a lid fixing unit configured to fix the lid to the opening of the tube body; and
a manicure removal member provided on the inner surface of the lid and rubbed against a manicure on a nail so as to remove the manicure.

2. The nail tube according to claim 1, wherein the tube body further includes a curved surface part having a finger shape and formed at the lower part thereof.

3. The nail tube according to claim 1, wherein a crease part extending from the tube body is formed between the tube body and the finger insertion part.

The nail tube according to claim 1, wherein the lid fixing unit includes an inner fixing projection formed along the inner circumference of the upper part of the opening and an outer fixing projection formed along the outer circumference of the insertion protrusion corresponding to the inner fixing projection.

The nail tube according to claim 4, wherein the inner fixing projection is formed in a saw-toothed shape having an upward inclined surface and an inner horizontal surface continuously formed at the lower part of the upward inclined surface, and the outer fixing projection is formed in a saw-toothed shape having a downward inclined surface and an outer horizontal surface continuously formed at the upper part of the downward inclined surface.

The nail tube according to claim 1, wherein the tube body further includes an opening support plate formed of a metal along the upper end surface of the opening and inserted into the upper end surface of the opening and a lid support plate formed of a metal and attached to the outer surface of the lid.

7. The nail tube according to claim 1, wherein the manicure removal member is formed integrally with the center of the inner surface of the lid and a contact surface having an arc shape corresponding to the shape of the nail is formed on the surface of the manicure removal member.

8. The nail tube according to claim 1, wherein the manicure removal member includes sandpaper having a rear surface on which a shock absorber is provided.

9. The nail tube according to claim 1, wherein the manicure removal member is provided so as to be detachably attached to the inner surface of the lid by an attachment and detachment unit.

10. The nail tube according to claim 9, wherein the attachment and detachment unit includes a combination hole opened forwards, formed on the front surface of the insertion protrusion facing the opening and having the same shape and size as those of the manicure removal member, and a tapered part formed on the inner surface of the combination hole such that the width of the combination hole is gradually decreased in the forward direction.

11. The nail tube according to claim 1, wherein the tube body further includes a scrubber provided separately from the tube body and inserted into the tube body through the opening of the tube body.

12. The nail tube according to claim 11, wherein the scrubber includes a bellows having a rectangular cross-section with a diameter corresponding to the opening of the tube body and a designated height, a contact part having the lower surface with an arc shape in the inward direction corresponding to the shape of the nail is formed at the lower part of the bellows, the lower surface of the contact part forms an uneven surface, the upper part of the bellows is opened so as to form a space therein, and a handle protruding inwards is formed integrally with one side of the opening of the upper part of the bellows.

13. The nail tube according to claim 1, wherein a scrubber, including a bellows having a rectangular cross-section corresponding to the opening of the tube body and a designated height, a contact part having the lower surface with an arc shape in the inward direction corresponding to the shape of the nail being formed at the lower part of the bellows, the lower surface of the contact part forming an uneven surface, and a space is formed within the bellows, is formed integrally with the inner surface of the lid.

14. The nail tube according to claim 7, wherein the manicure removal member includes sandpaper having a rear surface on which a shock absorber is provided.
