RELATED APPLICATIONS

This application claims the benefit of U.S. non-provisional application Ser. No. 14/225,860 filed Mar. 26, 2014, the disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to temporary transparent skin adherable tattoos, which are hypoallergenic and UV resistant.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Clear dermal adhesion stickers for the body of a user wearer for the purpose of creating shapes. are manufactured by flexographically die cut shaping and by adding a UV protectant to the hypoallergenic clear dermal abrasion stickers.

Each clear dermal adhesion sticker is removably adherable to the dermal surface of the skin of the body of a user wearer, for the purpose of creating shapes, via a light source including natural sunlight, tanning bed or by using a product such as lotion or spray tan.

Each sticker is a multi-layer sticker including:

a) a backing layer protecting skin adherable adhesive until ready for use;

b) a die cut transparent middle layer made of a die cut hypoallergenic medical grade material that leaves a designated temporary tattoo shape behind on the skin of the user wearer; wherein the transparent middle layer has added thereto a UV protectant material to protect the skin of the user wearer from exposure to harmful UV rays of the light source penetrating through this transparent middle layer; and,

c) a transfer tape top layer has a manually graspable tab to aid in adhesion of said sticker to the dermal surface of the skin of the user wearer. The transfer tape top layer is removable immediately after application of the sticker to the dermal surface of the skin of the user wearer, leaving the applied middle layer of die-cut hypoallergenic medical grade material of the designated temporary tattoo shape upon the dermal surface of the skin of the user wearer of this sticker.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

This invention, while simple is fill of details:

Detail one: Each sticker is made of a flexographically die cut medical grade material with a dermal adhesive that is hypoallergenic.

Detail two: These clear stickers come in many die-cut shapes as well as a persons name for the purpose of leaving behind a shape “tattooed” on the body via natural sunlight, tanning bed or by using a product such as lotion or spray tan.

Detail three: Although these stickers are clear/see through they will block natural sunlight by being coated by a flexographic printer in a special UV protectant.

Detail four: These clear body stickers will have multiple layers for the purpose of adhesion:

The backing which protects the adhesive until ready for use.

The middle material which is the die cut medical grade material that leaves the shape behind on the skin.

The top layer which is a transfer tape with a tab to aid in adhesion to the dermal surface which is then removed immediately after application leaving behind a perfectly applied middle material which is the die-cut medical grade material mentioned above.

The shaped medical grade material used is waterproof and can stay on the epidermis for up to 24-48 hours.

In the foregoing description, certain terms and visual depictions are used to illustrate the preferred embodiment. However, no unnecessary limitations are to be construed by the terms used or illustrations depicted, beyond what is shown in the prior art, since the terms and illustrations are exemplary only, and are not meant to limit the scope of the present invention. It is further known that other modifications may be made to the present invention, without departing the scope of the invention, as noted in the appended Claims.
