An electronic cigarette may include a suction nozzle cover and a body, wherein a paster is coated on an outside surface of both the suction nozzle cover and the body. The suction nozzle cover may be fixed to the body by coating action of the paster.

Description

This application claims the benefit of priority to Chinese patent application No. 201320499662.9 titled “ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE” and filed with the Chinese State Intellectual Property Office on Aug. 15, 2013, the entire disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present application relates to the technical field of the fittings of the electronic cigarette and, more specifically, relates to an electronic cigarette.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

An electronic cigarette is a common emulation electronic product of cigarette, which mainly includes liquid storage cotton, an atomization device, and a battery. The battery supplies electricity to the atomization device, which makes the atomization device heated, and then makes the liquid stored in the liquid storage cotton vaporized so as to emit smoke, thereby achieving an effect of emulation cigarette. The electronic cigarette normally includes a disposable flexible tube electronic cigarette and a reusable common electronic cigarette.

In the prior art, regardless of the flexible tube electronic cigarette or the common electronic cigarette, a lamp cap and a suction nozzle cover are respectively adhered to two ends of its body by glue. A luminescent lamp is provided at the inner side of the lamp cap, that is, an installation inner chamber of the case of the electronic cigarette and is used to emulate the light emitted by a real igniting cigarette. The suction nozzle cover is an air suction part for touching with human mouth.

However, since glue belongs to a chemical product, after the suction nozzle cover stuck to the body of the electronic cigarette by glue is touched or sucked by human body, it produces a certain side effect on health.

In addition, due to chemical characteristics itself, glue may embrittle the flexible tube made of certain materials (such as PC tube, ABS tube, etc.), thereby influencing the total quality of the electronic cigarette.

Hence, a problem to be solved presently by those skilled in the art is to reduce or even avoid the effect of the glue of the electronic cigarette on human health.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of this, there is provided in the present application an electronic cigarette which could reduce or even avoid the effect of the glue of the electronic cigarette on human health.

In order to achieve the above object, following technical solutions are provided in the present application.

An electronic cigarette includes a suction nozzle cover and a body. A paster is coated on the outside surface of the body, and the suction nozzle cover is fixed to the body by the coating action of the paster.

Preferably, in the electronic cigarette, a lamp cap of the electronic cigarette is fixed to the body by wrapping action of the paster.

Preferably, in the electronic cigarette, the paster is wound on the outside surface of the body for one or more turns around the axis of the body.

Preferably, in the electronic cigarette, the paster entirely covers the outside surface of the body.

Preferably, in the electronic cigarette, the lamp cap includes a connection section inserted in the body, and an end cap located at the outer side of the body. The paster is coated on a side wall of the end cap.

Preferably, in the electronic cigarette, the suction nozzle cover includes an insertion section inserted in the body, and an annular retaining section located at the outer side of the body. The paster is coated on a side wall of the retaining section.

Preferably, in the electronic cigarette, the paster is a PET paster, a food wrapper, a brown paper or a writing paper.

In the electronic cigarette according to the present application, the suction nozzle cover is coated and fixed by the paster provided on the outside surface of the body of the electronic cigarette, instead of by glue sticking, that is, it avoids usage of glue, thereby reducing or even avoiding the effect of the glue of the electronic cigarette on human health.

In addition, avoiding a usage of glue could also simplify a gluing process of the electronic cigarette production technique, which not only reduces a production cost of the electronic cigarette, but also enhances a productivity of the electronic cigarette.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

There is provided in the present application an electronic cigarette which could reduce or even avoid the effect of the glue of the electronic cigarette on human health.

Hereinafter, in conjunction with the drawings in embodiments of the present application, technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described clearly and fully. Apparently, the embodiments described below are simply a part of, not all of embodiments of the present application. Based on the embodiments described herein, other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without any creative work also are deemed to fall within the protection scope of the present application.

In this embodiment, the electronic cigarette could be a flexible tube electronic cigarette or a common electronic cigarette. In the case of a flexible tube electronic cigarette, a paster is stuck to a flexible tube thereof, and in the case of a common electronic cigarette, a paster is stuck to a case thereof

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the electronic cigarette according to the present application includes a suction nozzle cover 1 and a body 2. A paster 3 is coated on the outside surface of the body 2, and the suction nozzle cover 1 is coated on the body 2 by the paster 3. The term “coat” herein refers to wrap or cover. Specifically, the paster 3 is a PET paster, a food wrapper, a brown paper, a writing paper, or the like with a function of pasting.

In the electronic cigarette according to the present application, the suction nozzle cover 1 is coated and fixed by the paster 3 provided on the outside surface of the body 2 of the electronic cigarette, instead of by glue sticking, that is, it avoids an usage of glue, thereby reducing or even avoiding the effect of the glue of the electronic cigarette on human health.

In addition, avoiding a usage of glue could also simplify a gluing process of the electronic cigarette production technique, which not only reduces a production cost of the electronic cigarette, but also enhances a productivity of the electronic cigarette.

In order to further optimize the above technical solution, in the electronic cigarette according to the present application, a lamp cap 4 of the electronic cigarette is fixed to the body 2 by coating action of the paster 3. in order to improve the technical solution, the lamp cap 4 of the electronic cigarette is fixed to the body 2 by coating action of the paster 3. In this way, the usage of glue is completely avoided, and thereby the flexible tube of the electronic cigarette is avoided from being embrittled by glue, so that the overall quality of a flexible tube electronic cigarette is ensured well.

Specifically, the paster 3 stuck to the outside surface of the body 2 is wound on the body 2 around the axis of the body 2 in one complete turn, that is, the paster 3 is wound into a end-to-end cylinder, so that the paster 3 may be stuck to the body 2 in a range of 360 degrees and may coat and fix the suction nozzle cover 1 and the lamp camp 4. Certainly, the number of turns of the paster 3 wound on the body 2 is not limited to one, and may be more than one so as to enhance the firmness of connection between the body 2 and the suction nozzle cover 1 as well as the lamp cap 4 to a greatest extent.

In addition, the paster 3 coating and fixing the body 2 and the suction nozzle cover 1 as well as coating and fixing the body 2 and the lamp cap 4 could be a same paster 3 jointed into one piece, or could be separate multiple pasters 3.

Preferably, the paster 3 covers entirely the outside surface of the body 2, which could provide a further comprehensive protection to the body 2, and make the technical solution more optimized Similarly, the paster 3 covering entirely the outside surface of the body 2 may be a same paster jointed into one piece, and also may be separate multiple pasters 3.

Specifically, in the electronic cigarette according to this embodiment, the lamp cap 4 includes two parts of a connection section 401 and an end cap 402. The connection section 401 is inserted in and connected to a battery rod of the body 2, and located at the tail section of the battery rod far away from an atomizer. The end cap 402 is connected to the connection section 401 such as to form into one piece, with the end cap 402 being located at an outer side of the body 2. One part of the paster 3 is coated on a side wall of the end cap 402, and another part of the paster 3 is coated and stuck on an outside surface of the body 2, so as to fix and connect the body 2 with the lamp cap 4.

Similarly, the suction nozzle cover 1 also includes two parts of an insertion section 101 and a retaining section 102. The insertion section 101 is inserted in the atomizer of the body 2, and located at the head section of the atomizer far away from the battery rod. The retaining section 102 is connected to the insertion section 101 such as to form into one piece, with the retaining section 102 being located at an outer side of the body 2. One part of the paster 3 is coated on a side wall of the retaining section 102, and another part of the paster 3 is coated and stuck on an outside surface of the body 2, so as to fix and connect the body 2 with the suction nozzle cover 1.

The embodiments of the present description have been described in progressive manner, and every embodiment focuses on illustrating differences from one another. Identical and similar parts between the embodiments may be referred to mutually.

The foregoing description of the embodiments disclosed enables those skilled in the art to implement or use the present application. Various modifications to these embodiments may be apparent to those skilled in the art, and the general principle defined in the present application could be implemented in other embodiments without departing from the spirit or the scope of the present application. Therefore, the present application will not be limited to the embodiments shown in the present application, but conforms to a broadest scope consistent with the principle and novel features disclosed herein.

Claims

1. An electronic cigarette, comprising a suction nozzle cover and a body, wherein a paster is coated on an outside surface of both the suction nozzle cover and the body, and the suction nozzle cover is fixed to the body by coating action of the paster.

2. The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, wherein a lamp cap of the electronic cigarette is fixed to the body by coating action of the paster.

3. The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the paster is wound on the outside surface of the body for one or more turns around an axis of the body.

4. The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the paster entirely covers the outside surface of the body.

5. The electronic cigarette according to claim 2, wherein the lamp cap comprises a connection section inserted in the body, and an end cap located at an outer side of the body, and wherein the paster is coated on a side wall of the end cap.

6. The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the suction nozzle cover comprises an insertion section inserted in the body, and an annular retaining section located at an outer side of the body, and wherein the paster is coated on a side wall of the retaining section.

7. The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the paster is a PET paster, a food wrapper, a brown paper or a writing paper.

8. The electronic cigarette according to claim 2, wherein the paster is a PET paster, a food wrapper, a brown paper or a writing paper.

9. The electronic cigarette according to claim 3, wherein the paster is a PET paster, a food wrapper, a brown paper or a writing paper.

10. The electronic cigarette according to claim 4, wherein the paster is a PET paster, a food wrapper, a brown paper or a writing paper.

11. The electronic cigarette according to claim 5, wherein the paster is a PET paster, a food wrapper, a brown paper or a writing paper.

12. The electronic cigarette according to claim 6, wherein the paster is a PET paster, a food wrapper, a brown paper or a writing paper.
