Smoking Assembly

A smoking assembly includes a canister structured to have a pair of removable portions coupled to a body portion. A smoking one of the removable portions may contain a smoking material. The body portion may contain a fluid. A heating element is coupled to the canister. The heating element is positioned within a heating one of the removable portions. Thus, the heating element may vaporize the smoking material in the smoking portion. A tube is coupled between the heating portion and the body portion such that the heating and body portions are in fluid communication. A hose is coupled to the body portion such that the hose may be sucked by a user. The hose is in fluid communication with the tube. The user urges vapors from the vaporized smoking material through the fluid in the body portion and outwardly through the hose. Thus, the user may inhale the vapors.

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE DISCLOSURE Field of the Disclosure

The disclosure relates to smoking devices and more particularly pertains to a new smoking device for providing smokeless vaporization of a smoking material.

SUMMARY OF THE DISCLOSURE

An embodiment of the disclosure meets the needs presented above by generally comprising a canister structured to have a pair of removable portions coupled to a body portion. A smoking one of the removable portions may contain a smoking material. The body portion may contain a fluid. The removable portions are in fluid communication. A heating element is coupled to the canister. The heating element is positioned within a heating one of the removable portions. Thus, the heating element may vaporize the smoking material in the smoking portion. A tube is coupled between the heating portion and the body portion such that the heating and body portions are in fluid communication. A distal end of the tube with respect to the heating portion is submerged in the fluid in the body portion. A hose is coupled to the body portion such that the hose may be sucked by a user. The hose is in fluid communication with the tube such that the user urges vapors from the vaporized smoking material through the fluid in the body portion and outwardly through the hose. Thus, the user may inhale the vapors.

There has thus been outlined, rather broadly, the more important features of the disclosure in order that the detailed description thereof that follows may be better understood, and in order that the present contribution to the art may be better appreciated. There are additional features of the disclosure that will be described hereinafter and which will form the subject matter of the claims appended hereto.

The objects of the disclosure, along with the various features of novelty which characterize the disclosure, are pointed out with particularity in the claims annexed to and forming a part of this disclosure.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

With reference now to the drawings, and in particular to FIGS. 1 through 5 thereof, a new smoking device embodying the principles and concepts of an embodiment of the disclosure and generally designated by the reference numeral 10 will be described.

As best illustrated in FIGS. 1 through 5, the smoking assembly 10 generally comprises a canister 12. The canister 12 has an outer wall 14 extending between each of a top end 16 and a bottom end 18 of the canister 12. The top end 16 of the canister 12 is open. The outer wall 14 of the canister 12 has a pair of cuts 20 extending around an entire circumference of the outer wall 14.

The pair of cuts 20 are evenly spaced apart and distributed downwardly from the top end 16 of the canister 12 to define a pair of removable portions 22,24 coupled to a body portion 26. A smoking one of the removable portions 22 may contain a smoking material 28. The body portion 26 may contain a fluid 30. The smoking material 28 may be tobacco or other similar organic smoking material 28. The fluid 30 may be water.

The smoking portion 22 has a lower end 32 and a top end 33. The top end 33 is open. The lower end has an aperture 44 extending therethrough. An outer surface 34 of the outer wall 14 of the canister 12 corresponding to the smoking portion 22 is inset adjacent to the lower end 32 of the smoking portion. The inset section 36 of the outer surface 34 of the outer wall 14 of the smoking portion 22 is threaded.

An inside surface 35 of the outer wall 14 corresponding to said smoking portion 22 curves inwardly toward a center 37 of the smoking portion 22. The inside surface 35 defines a prominence 39 extending upwardly from the lower end 32. The prominence 39 is aligned with the aperture 44. The prominence 39 has a plurality of openings 41 extending thererthrough and being in fluid communication with the aperture 44. The smoking material 28 is positioned around the prominence 39.

A heating one of the removable portions 24 has an upper end 40 and a lowermost end 42. The lowermost end 40 of the heating portion 24 is open. The upper end has a plurality of air openings 52 extending therethrough. The outer surface 34 of the outer wall 14 of the canister 12 corresponding to the heating portion 24 is inset adjacent to the lowermost end 42 of the heating portion 24. The inset section 46 of the outer surface 34 of the outer wall 14 of the heating portion 24 is threaded.

The body portion 26 has an uppermost end 48. The uppermost end 48 of the body portion 26 is open. The lower end 32 of the smoking portion 22 threadably engages the uppermost end 48 of the body portion 26. Thus, the smoking portion 22 is removably coupled to the body portion 26. The lowermost end 42 of the heating portion 24 threadably engages the top end 33 of the smoking portion 22. Consequently, the heating portion 24 is removably coupled to the smoking portion 22.

A heating element 56 is provided. The heating element 56 is curved such that the heating element 56 forms an open loop 58. The heating element 56 is coupled to the canister 12 such that the heating element is positioned adjacent to the lowermost end 42 of the heating portion 24. Thus, the heating element 56 may vaporize the smoking material 28 in the smoking portion 22. The heating element 56 may be an electrical heating element or the like.

A tube 60 is provided. The tube 60 is elongated. Additionally, the tube 60 is bent to form a series of undulating curves 62. The tube 60 is coupled to and extends downwardly from the lower end 32 of the smoking portion 22. A coupled end 64 of the tube 60 is positioned within the aperture 44 so the tube 60 is in fluid communication with the smoking portion 22. A distal end 66 of the tube 60 with respect to the smoking portion 22 is submerged in the fluid 30 in the body portion 26.

A hose 68 is provided. A fixed end 70 of the hose 68 extends through the outer wall 14 of the canister 12 corresponding to the body portion 26. Thus, the hose 68 is in fluid communication with the body portion 26. A mouthpiece 72 is fluidly coupled to an unfixed end 74 of the hose 68. The mouthpiece 72 may be sucked by a user 76.

The hose 68 is in fluid communication with the tube 60. Thus, the user 76 may urge vapors 78 from the vaporized smoking material 28 through the fluid 30 in the body portion 26 and outwardly through the hose 68. Consequently, the user 76 may inhale the vapors 78.

A valve 80 is provided. The valve 80 extends through the outer wall 14 of the canister 12 corresponding to the body portion 26. Thus, the valve 80 is in fluid communication with the body portion 26. The valve 80 may be selectively engaged to release air from the body portion 26.

A power cord 82 is electrically coupled to the heating element 56. The power cord 82 extends outwardly through the outer wall 14 of the canister 12 corresponding to the heating portion 24. The power cord 82 is selectively electrically coupled to a power source 84. The power cord 82 may be USB power cord. The power source 84 may be a USB port.

In use, the assembly 10 is utilized when the user 76 wishes to smoke the smoking material 28 without exposing other individuals to hazardous compounds related to the combustion of the smoking material 28. The user 76 draws air through the hose 68 a selected number of times to deliver a desired amount of the vapors 76. The fluid 30 filters the vapors 76. The power cord 82 is electrically coupled to the power source 84 while the user 76 inhales the vapors 78. The power cord 82 is removed from the power source 84 when the user 76 has completed inhaling the vapors 78.

With respect to the above description then, it is to be realized that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of an embodiment enabled by the disclosure, to include variations in size, materials, shape, form, function and manner of operation, assembly and use, are deemed readily apparent and obvious to one skilled in the art, and all equivalent relationships to those illustrated in the drawings and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by an embodiment of the disclosure.

Therefore, the foregoing is considered as illustrative only of the principles of the disclosure. Further, since numerous modifications and changes will readily occur to those skilled in the art, it is not desired to limit the disclosure to the exact construction and operation shown and described, and accordingly, all suitable modifications and equivalents may be resorted to, falling within the scope of the disclosure. In this patent document, the word “comprising” is used in its non-limiting sense to mean that items following the word are included, but items not specifically mentioned are not excluded. A reference to an element by the indefinite article “a” does not exclude the possibility that more than one of the element is present, unless the context clearly requires that there be only one of the elements.

Claims

1. A smoking assembly comprising:

a canister structured to have a pair of removable portions coupled to a body portion such that a smoking one of said removable portions is configured to contain a smoking material and said body portion is configured to contain a fluid, said removable portions being in fluid communication;
a heating element coupled to said canister, said heating element being positioned within a heating one of said removable portions such that said heating element is configured to vaporize the smoking material in said smoking portion;
a tube coupled between said smoking portion and said body portion that said smoking and body portions are in fluid communication, a distal end of said tube with respect to said smoking portion being submerged in the fluid in said body portion; and
a hose coupled to said body portion such that said hose is configured to be sucked by a user, said hose being in fluid communication with said tube such that the user urges vapors from the vaporized smoking material through the fluid in said body portion and outwardly through said hose wherein the user inhales the vapors.

The assembly according to claim 1, further comprising said canister having an outer wall extending between each of a top end and a bottom end of said canister, said top end of said canister being open, said outer wall of said canister having a pair of cuts extending around an entire circumference of said outer wall, said pair of cuts being evenly spaced apart and distributed downwardly from said top end of said canister to define said smoking, heating and body portions.

3. The assembly according to claim 1, further comprising said smoking portion having a lower end and a top end, said top end being open, said lower end having an aperture extending therethrough.

4. The assembly according to claim 3, wherein an inside surface of said outer wall corresponding to said smoking section curving inwardly toward a center of said smoking section to define a prominence extending upwardly from said lower end, said prominence being aligned with said aperture, said prominence having a plurality of openings extending thererthrough being in fluid communication with said aperture.

5. The assembly according to claim 1, further comprising said heating portion having an upper end and a lowermost end, said lowermost end of said heating portion being open, said upper end having a plurality of air openings extending therethrough.

6. The assembly according to claim 5, further comprising said heating element being curved such that said heating element forms an open loop, said heating element being positioned between said lowermost end of said heating portion and said screen.

7. The assembly according to claim 3, further comprising said tube being coupled to and extending downwardly from said lower end of said smoking portion such that a coupled end of said tube is positioned within said aperture.

8. The assembly according to claim 2, further comprising said hose being coupled to said outer wall of said canister corresponding to said body portion such that said hose is in fluid communication with said body portion.

9. The assembly according to claim 1, further comprising a power cord electrically coupled to said heating element such that said power cord extends outwardly through an outer wall of said canister corresponding to said heating portion, said power cord being selectively electrically coupled to a power source.

10. A smoking assembly comprising:

a canister, said canister having an outer wall extending between each of a top end and a bottom end of said canister, said top end of said canister being open, said outer wall of said canister having a pair of cuts extending around an entire circumference of said outer wall, said pair of cuts being evenly spaced apart and distributed downwardly from said top end of said canister to define a pair of removable portions coupled to a body portion such that a smoking one of said removable portions is configured to contain a smoking material and said body portion is configured to contain a fluid;
said smoking portion having a lower end and a top end, said top end being open, said lower end having an aperture extending therethrough, an inside surface of said outer wall corresponding to said smoking section curving inwardly toward a center of said smoking section to define a prominence extending upwardly from said lower end, said prominence being aligned with said aperture, said prominence having a plurality of openings extending thererthrough being in fluid communication with said aperture;
a screen coupled to said smoking portion such that said screen completely covers said lower end of said smoking portion wherein said screen is configured to support the smoking material;
a heating one of said removable portions having an upper end and a lowermost end, said lowermost end of said heating portion being open, said upper end having a plurality of air openings extending therethrough;
a heating element, said heating element being curved such that said heating element forms an open loop, said heating element being coupled to said canister such said heating element is positioned between said lowermost end of said heating portion and said screen wherein heating element is configured to vaporize the smoking material in said smoking portion;
a tube coupled to and extending downwardly from said lower end of said smoking portion such that a coupled end of said tube is positioned within said aperture, a distal end of said tube with respect to said smoking portion being submerged in the fluid in said body portion;
a hose coupled to said outer wall of said canister corresponding to said body portion such that said hose is in fluid communication with said body portion wherein said hose is configured to be sucked by a user, said hose being in fluid communication with said tube such that the user urges vapor from the vaporized smoking material through the fluid in said body portion and outwardly through said hose wherein the user inhales the vapor; and
a power cord electrically coupled to said heating element such that said power cord extends outwardly through said outer wall of said canister corresponding to said heating portion, said power cord being selectively electrically coupled to a power source.
