Abstract

A container with an opening recognizable function includes a cover and a case, where the cover is in liftable connection with the case and capable of closing the case; it is characterized in that the cover 1 has a cover edge 11 convenient for lifting the cover extended from the connection position of the cover and case, and the two sides of the cover edge are respectively configured with dotted broken cuts, thereby forming the container with an opening recognizable function capable of discovering whether the container is opened or not as soon as possible and preventing the container from being opened as one pleases because of the opening recognizable function thereof, thereby decreasing the possibility of food deterioration and further keeping foods therein fresh.

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a box, and more particularly to a container with an opening recognizable function.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART

In supermarkets, many fresh foods are sold; there are many ways to store fresh foods, such as using sealing boxes, vacuum package boxes or film encapsulation boxes. Among these, the sealing boxes are always opened privately by customers to check whether the content (foods) therein is fresh or not before checkout, and even worse, the cover thereof might not be covered back completely such that the foods therein are caused to be deteriorated easily, increasing many unnecessary costs imperceptible. Therefore, the current storage boxes need be improved undoubtedly.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

To solve the disadvantages of the current package boxes always being opened privately and the covers thereof being not covered completely to cause the content therein to lose freshness, and the boxes being damaged to cause the foods therein to be deteriorated mentioned above, the present invention is proposed to improve the safety, convenience and economic benefit of storage boxes.

The object of the present invention is to provide a container with an opening recognizable function, capable of discovering whether a box is opened or not as soon as possible and preventing the container from being opened as one pleases because of the opening recognizable function thereof, thereby decreasing the possibility of food deterioration and further keeping foods therein fresh.

To achieve the object mentioned above, the present invention proposes a container with an opening recognizable function, comprising a cover and a case, where the cover is in liftable connection with the case, and capable of closing the case; it is characterized in that the cover has a cover edge convenient for lifting the cover extended from the connection position of the cover and case, and the two sides of the cover edge are respectively configured with dotted broken cuts, thereby forming a container with an opening recognizable function.

The container of the present invention cannot be opened until the dotted broken cuts are all be tom apart by lifting the cover edge after the cover closes the case, thereby achieving the effect of recognizing whether the cover is opened or not privately.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3A and 6, which respectively are a perspective view, enlarged cross-sectional view, enlarged cross-sectional view and partly enlarged view of a preferred embodiment of a container with an opening recognizable function according to the present invention, a container with an opening recognizable function includes a cover 1 and a case 2, where the cover 1 is in liftable connection with the case 2 and capable of closing the case 2; it is characterized in that the cover 1 has a cover edge 11 convenient for lifting the cover 11 extended from the connection position of the cover 1 and case 2, and the two sides of the cover edge 11 are respectively configured with dotted broken cuts 12. In addition, imprints 13 for increasing friction force are configured on the cover edge 11, and the cover 1 further has a guide block 14. Furthermore, the case 2 has a guide groove 21 corresponding to the guide block 14, where the guide groove 21 is engaged with the guide block, and the case 2 further has a recess 22 adapted to accommodate the cover 1. Whereby, the container with an opening recognizable function is formed.

Referring to FIG. 4, which is a schematically perspective view of the container with an opening recognizable function of the present invention, a container with an opening recognizable function includes a cover 1 and a case 2, where the cover 1 is in liftable connection with the case 2 and capable of closing the case 2; it is characterized in that the cover 1 has a cover edge 11 convenient for opening extended from the connection position of the cover 1 and case 2, and the two sides of the cover edge 11 are respectively configured with dotted broken cuts 12, thereby forming the container with an opening recognizable function. Thereupon, the container of the present invention cannot be opened freely after packing is done such that the prevention from being opened as one pleases can be guaranteed, and a user may grasp the cover edge 11 and tear the dotted broken cuts 12 apart to separate the cover 1 from case 2 because the present invention has the dotted broken cuts 12 when the user wants to open the container of the present invention. Therefore, the present invention not only can guarantee the container will not be opened as one pleases, but have the opening recognizable function. In addition , the present invention has a hermetic effect capable of keeping the foods therein fresh, and an opened container can be discovered as soon as possible, thereby preventing the foods from being deteriorated, and scaring effectively the behavior of opening the container as one pleases without checkout.

Finally, referring to FIG. 5, which is a perspective view of another embodiment of a container with an opening recognizable function of the present invention, it is obvious that the container of the present invention may be applied on any shape of case-typed body including a cover 1 and a case 2, where the cover 1 is in liftable connection with the case 2 and capable of closing the case 2; it is characterized in that the cover 1 has a cover edge 11 convenient for opening extended from the connection position of the cover 1 and case 2, and the two sides of the cover edge 11 are respectively configured with dotted broken cuts 12, thereby forming the container with an opening recognizable function capable of discovering whether a box is opened or not as soon as possible and preventing the container from being opened as one pleases because of the opening recognizable function thereof, thereby decreasing the possibility of food deterioration and further keeping foods therein fresh.

Conclusively, the container with an opening recognizable function according to the present invention has the following advantages:

1. the present invention has a hermetic effect such that the foods therein can be kept fresh;

2. the present invention guarantees that the container cannot be opened as one pleases because it is unable to be opened freely after packing is done;

3. because the container of the present invention has the dotted broken cuts and cover edge, a consumer only pulls the cover edge and tears the dotted broken cuts apart, and the container can then be opened;

4. whether the container is opened or not can be discovered as soon as possible because the present invention has the opening recognizable function; and

5. the present invention is industrially applicable.

Claims

1. A container with an opening recognizable function, comprising a cover and a case, said cover being in liftable connection with said case, and said cover being capable of closing said case;

wherein a cover edge convenient for lifting said cover is extended from a connection position of said cover and case, and the two sides of the cover edge are respectively configured with dotted broken cuts.

2. The container according to claim 1, wherein said cover edge is configured with imprints capable of increasing friction force.

3. The container according to claim 1, wherein said cover further has a guide block.

4. The container according to claim 3, wherein said case further has a guide groove corresponding to said guide block, and said guide groove is engaged with said guide block.

5. The container according to claim 1, the case further has a recess adapted to accommodate said cover.
