Portable Salon System
The portable salon system is a salon system which is able to be quickly and efficiently set up in the residence of a hairstylist or a client of a hairstylist. The portable salon system includes a hydraulic chair, a sink base cabinet and a workstation which are positioned on a personal floor space designated area for the hairstylist to perform their trade. A shampoo sink is mounted onto the sink base cabinet to allow the hairstylist to wash and prepare a client's hair for the styling procedure. The client positions themselves in the hydraulic chair to allow the hairstylist to maneuver around as well as raise and lower the client in order to comfortably manipulate the client's hair. The workstation provides storage as well as a surface for hair care products to be placed between uses or stored when the hair styling procedure is complete.

FIELD OF THE INVENTIONThe present invention relates generally to a portable salon system. More specifically, the present invention relates to a hair salon system with full salon amenities is able to be quickly setup for hair stylists that wish to work out of their home or a client's home.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTIONTraditionally, a person visits a hair salon in order to have their hair shortened, styled or dyed professionally. Some hair salons require a hair stylist to rent stations while some others take a portion of the stylist's earnings in order to cover the cost of operation. Thus, the earning potential of the hair stylist is reduced or the client pays the hairstylist more than acceptable rates for services as the price for the service is increased to compensate for covering the cost of the hair salon's operation.
The present invention is a portable salon system which a hairstylist is able to set up in their home, a client's home or anywhere the present invention has access to an external power supply or external water supply. The present invention allows for the reduction of rental costs or the inflation of prices for the cost of a hair salon's operations as the hairstylist is able to use personal space for the operation of their trade. Thus, the hairstylist is able to retain all profits for their services.

The present invention is a portable salon system for hairstylists to practice their trade. The present invention allows a hairstylist to perform their trade in their home or a client's home. By not needing to be located in a hair salon, the hairstylist is able to retain profits and schedule clients at times which are more convenient for both the hairstylist and the client. The present invention provides full salon amenities while being easy to set up and to be transported.

In accordance to the preferred embodiment, the plurality of storage units 7 comprises at least one cabinet 9, at least one drawer 10 and at least one cubby 11. The at least one cabinet 9, the at least one drawer 10, and the at least one cubby 11 allow the hairstylist to separate hair care products and devices according to the hairstylist's preference. The at least one drawer 10 is preferred to be positioned adjacent to the tabletop 8. The at least one cabinet 9 is positioned between the at least one drawer 10 and the personal floor space 6. The at least one cubby 11 is similarly positioned between the at least one drawer 10 and the personal floor space 6. The at least one cabinet 9 is adjacent to the at least one cubby 11. This configuration allows the hairstylist to easily access each of the at least one cabinet 9, the at least one drawer 10 and the at least one cubby 11.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the present inventions comprises a plurality of shelves 12. The plurality of shelves 12 provides additional space to place hair care products and devices. The plurality of shelves 12 is positioned onto the tabletop 8, adjacent to the mirror 5, in order to quickly acquire or place hair care products or devices on the plurality of shelves 12 between uses or for display.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the present invention comprises a pair of legs 19. The pair of legs 19 provide support for the countertop 16 as the countertop 16 is positioned. In the operative position, the countertop 16 is positioned adjacent to the shampoo sink 2, opposite to the sink receiving top 17. The pair of legs 19 is positioned opposite to the rear raised panel across the countertop 16. The pair of legs 19 are positioned opposite to each other along the countertop 16. The pair of legs 19 are positioned normal to the countertop 16 towards the sink-receiving top. This configuration provides support for the countertop 16 as weight is placed on the countertop 16 in the operative position.

Claims
1. A portable salon system comprises:
- a hydraulic chair;
- a shampoo sink;
- a sink base cabinet;
- a workstation;
- a mirror;
- a personal floor space;
- the workstation comprises a plurality of storage units and a tabletop;
- the hydraulic chair, the sink base cabinet, and the workstation being positioned onto and across the personal floor space;
- the shampoo sink being mounted onto the sink base cabinet;
- the sink base cabinet and the workstation being positioned about the hydraulic chair;
- the tabletop being mounted on the plurality of storage units, opposite to the personal floor space;
- the mirror being perpendicularly and adjacently connected to the tabletop, opposite to the plurality of storage units; and
- a reflective surface of the mirror being oriented towards the hydraulic chair.
2. The portable salon system, as claimed in claim 1, comprises:
- the plurality of storage units comprises at least one cabinet, at least one drawer and at least one cubby;
- the at least one drawer being positioned adjacent to the tabletop;
- the at least one cabinet being positioned between the at least one drawer and the personal floor space;
- the at least one cubby being positioned between the at least one drawer and the personal floor space; and
- the at least one cabinet being adjacent to the at least one cubby.
3. The portable salon system, as claimed in claim 1, comprises:
- a plurality of shelves; and
- the plurality of shelves being positioned onto the tabletop, adjacent to the mirror.
4. The portable salon system, as claimed in claim 1, comprises:
- the hydraulic chair comprises a chair seat, a chair base, and an adjustable elevation mechanism;
- the chair base being situated upon the personal floor space;
- the adjustable elevation mechanism being connected adjacent to the chair base, opposite the personal floor space; and
- the chair seat being connected adjacent to the adjustable elevation mechanism, opposite to the chair base.
5. The portable salon system, as claimed in claim 1, comprises:
- a countertop;
- the sink base cabinet comprises a sink receiving top and a raised rear panel;
- the sink receiving top being positioned opposite to the personal floor space along the sink base cabinet;
- the raised rear panel being positioned opposite to the hydraulic chair about the sink base cabinet, adjacent the sink receiving top; and
- the countertop being hingedly and adjacently connected along the raised rear panel, opposite to the sink receiving top.
6. The portable salon system, as claimed in claim 5, comprises:
- a pair of legs;
- the counter top being positioned adjacent to the shampoo sink, opposite to the sink receiving top;
- the pair of legs being positioned opposite to the rear raised panel across the countertop;
- the pair of legs being positioned opposite to each other along the countertop; and
- the pair of legs being positioned normal to the countertop towards the sink-receiving top.
7. The portable salon system, as claimed in claim 1, comprises:
- an external water source;
- the shampoo sink comprises a water inlet; and
- the water inlet being in fluid communication with the external water source.
8. The portable salon system, as claimed in claim 1, comprises:
- an electrical junction;
- an external power source;
- an electrical inlet;
- a plurality of electrical outlets;
- the electrical junction being integrated into the workstation;
- the electrical inlet being electrically connected to the external electrical source; and
- the plurality of electrical outlets being electrically connected to the electrical inlet through the electrical junction.
9. The portable salon system, as claimed in claim 8, comprises:
- the plurality of electrical outlets being externally mounted on the plurality of storage units.
10. The portable salon system, as claimed in claim 8, comprises:
- the plurality of electrical outlets being internally mounted within the plurality of storage units.
11. The portable salon system, as claimed in claim 8, comprises:
- the plurality of electrical outlets being mounted onto the tabletop.
12. The portable salon system, as claimed in claim 8, comprises:
- a plurality of hair care devices; and
- the plurality of hair care devices being coupled with a selected electrical outlet from the plurality of electrical outlets.
13. A portable salon system comprises:
- a hydraulic chair;
- a shampoo sink;
- a sink base cabinet;
- a workstation;
- a mirror;
- a personal floor space;
- a countertop;
- a pair of legs;
- the workstation comprises a plurality of storage units and a tabletop;
- the sink base cabinet comprises a sink receiving top and a raised rear panel;
- the hydraulic chair, the sink base cabinet, and the workstation being positioned onto and across the personal floor space;
- the shampoo sink being mounted onto the sink base cabinet;
- the sink base cabinet and the workstation being positioned about the hydraulic chair;
- the tabletop being mounted on the plurality of storage units, opposite to the personal floor space;
- the mirror being perpendicularly and adjacently connected to the tabletop, opposite to the plurality of storage units;
- a reflective surface of the mirror being oriented towards the hydraulic chair;
- the sink receiving top being positioned opposite to the personal floor space along the sink base cabinet;
- the raised rear panel being positioned opposite to the hydraulic chair about the sink base cabinet, adjacent the sink receiving top;
- the countertop being hingedly and adjacently connected along the raised rear panel, opposite to the sink receiving top;
- the counter top being positioned adjacent to the shampoo sink, opposite to the sink receiving top;
- the pair of legs being positioned opposite to the rear raised panel across the countertop;
- the pair of legs being positioned opposite to each other along the countertop; and
- the pair of legs being positioned normal to the countertop towards the sink-receiving top.
14. The portable salon system, as claimed in claim 13, comprises:
- the plurality of storage units comprises at least one cabinet, at least one drawer and at least one cubby;
- the at least one drawer being positioned adjacent to the tabletop;
- the at least one cabinet being positioned between the at least one drawer and the personal floor space;
- the at least one cubby being positioned between the at least one drawer and the personal floor space; and
- the at least one cabinet being adjacent to the at least one cubby.
15. The portable salon system, as claimed in claim 1, comprises:
- a plurality of shelves; and
- the plurality of shelves being positioned onto the tabletop, adjacent to the mirror.
16. The portable salon system, as claimed in claim 13, comprises:
- the hydraulic chair comprises a chair seat, a chair base, and an adjustable elevation mechanism;
- the chair base being situated upon the personal floor space;
- the adjustable elevation mechanism being connected adjacent to the chair base, opposite the personal floor space; and
- the chair seat being connected adjacent to the adjustable elevation mechanism, opposite to the chair base.
17. The portable salon system, as claimed in claim 13, comprises:
- an external water source;
- the shampoo sink comprises a water inlet; and
- the water inlet being in fluid communication with the external water source.
18. The portable salon system, as claimed in claim 13, comprises:
- an electrical junction;
- an external power source;
- an electrical inlet;
- a plurality of electrical outlets;
- the electrical junction being integrated into the workstation;
- the electrical inlet being electrically connected to the external electrical source; and
- the plurality of electrical outlets being electrically connected to the electrical inlet through the electrical junction.
19. The portable salon system, as claimed in claim 18, comprises:
- the plurality of electrical outlets being mounted onto the tabletop.
20. The portable salon system, as claimed in claim 18, comprises:
- a plurality of hair care devices; and
- the plurality of hair care devices being coupled with a selected electrical outlet from the plurality of electrical outlets.
