Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a fast-locking anti-loosening locking device.

BACKGROUND OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

When in use of firearms, the sighting telescope, bracket, butt or other accessories are usually locked on the guide rails of firearms by a locking device having an eccentric structure. However, in the existing practical applications, some firearm accessories cannot be locked by the locking device due to too small guide rails or too large guide rails. Meanwhile, the existing locking device is likely to loosen, and this may make the use of firearms inconvenient and even cause serious consequences.

SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

An objective of the present invention is to provide a fast-locking anti-loosening locking device which can be adjusted to adapt to guide rails of different sizes and which has a function of anti-loosening, in order to overcome the deficiencies in the prior art.

To achieve the above objective, the present invention employs the following technical solution: a fast-locking anti-loosening locking device is provided, including a body, a pull rod with threads, a pressing block and an eccentric handle, wherein the pressing block is disposed on one side of the body, the pull rod respectively penetrates through the pressing blocking and the body, and one end of the pull rod is movably connected to the eccentric handle and the other end of the pull rod penetrates through the body to thread-fit a cap nut; and a spacing between the pressing block and the body is adjusted by rotating the cap nut to adapt to guide rails of different sizes.

The cap nut is clamped into a slot on the body by two opposite sides of a hexagon, and two lateral sides of the slot clamp the cap nut to prevent the cap nut from rotating to loosen after locking.

The pull rod is a pull rod with threads, which facilitates the fitting with the cap nut.

A protrusion is provided at an end of the eccentric handle connected to the pull rod, and when in rotation, the protrusion urges the pressing block to start locking with the body and the cap nut is clamped into the slot on a side face of the body by the two opposite sides of the hexagon to prevent the cap nut from rotating to loosen after locking.

The eccentric handle is provided with a mounting hole into which a wrench is movably connected, a spring is mounted between the wrench and the bottom of the mounting hole, a notch is formed at an end portion of the pull rod connected to the eccentric handle, and a tongue extending and fitting the notch is provided at one end of the wrench.

The wrench is fixed into the mounting hole by passing a pin through the wrench.

The spring is pressed into the mounting hole of the eccentric handle by a spring seat, and the head portion of the spring seat is mounted inside a groove of the wrench. The mounting is convenient and the structure is firm.

When the eccentric handle is rotated to a position vertical to the pull rod, when the eccentric handle is rotated to be vertical to the pull rod, the tongue will be automatically clamped at the notch of the pull rod under the elasticity, thereby preventing the rotation of the eccentric handle.

The tongue of the wrench is tilted to separate from the notch of the pull rod when the wrench is pressed to the largest extent.

The locking force for locking the pressing block by the eccentric handle is adjustable, the fitting length of the pull rod may be adjusted by rotating the cap nut, and the locking force between the pressing block and the body may be changed by changing the fitting length.

Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following advantages: the fitting length of the pull rod may be adjusted by rotating the cap nut, and the locking force between the pressing block and the body may be changed by changing the fitting length. Therefore, the fast-locking anti-loosening locking device of the present invention may be adjusted to adapt to guide rails of different sizes and lock the pressing block. Since the cap nut is a hexagon and there is a slot matched with the hexagon on the body, by clamping the cap nut into the slot, the cap nut is prevented from loosening and the purpose of anti-loosening is achieved. When the eccentric handle is rotated to a position vertical to the pull rod, the tongue which is integrated with the wrench can lock the pressing block and the wrench will be automatically clamped at the notch of the pull rod with threads under the elasticity, thereby preventing the eccentric handle from loosening. Even through in the case of firearm firing, the fast-locking anti-loosening locking device can still maintain a locked state instead of loosening, thereby ensuring the reliability and practicality of the mechanism.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

The present invention will be described in details as below with reference to the accompanying drawings by specific embodiments.

A fast-locking anti-loosening locking device, as shown in FIGS. 1-4, includes a body 9, a pull rod 1 with threads, a pressing block 8, a sunk screw 3, a wrench 2, a cap nut 10, a spring 5, a spring seat 4, a pin 6 and an eccentric handle 7. The pressing block 8 is disposed on one side of the body 9 and fits the body 9 for being clamped and fixed on the guide rails. The pull rod 1 respectively penetrates through the pressing blocking 8 and the body 9, and one end of the pull rod 1 is movably connected to the eccentric handle 7 by the sunk screw 3 and the other end of the pull rod 1 penetrates through the body 9 to thread-fit the cap nut 10. Spacing between the pressing block 8 and the body 9 is adjusted by rotating the cap nut 10 to adapt to guide rails of different sizes. Meanwhile, the locking force for locking the pressing block 8 by the eccentric handle 7 may be adjusted. The pull rod 1 is a pull rod with threads and thread-connected with the cap nut 10 by threads.

Preferably, a protrusion is provided at an end of the eccentric handle 7 connected to the pull rod 1, and when in rotation, the protrusion urges the pressing block 8 to start locking with the body 9 and the cap nut 10 is clamped into the slot on a side face of the body 9 by the two opposite sides of the hexagon, and two lateral sides of the slot clamp the cap nut 10 to prevent the cap nut from rotating to loosen after locking. The slot on a side face of the body 9 can clamp the two opposite sides of the cap nut 10 to prevent the cap nut from rotating to loosen after locking.

The eccentric handle 7 is provided with a mounting hole into which the wrench 2 is movably connected, the spring 5 is mounted between the wrench 2 and the bottom of the mounting hole, a notch 11 is formed at an end portion of the pull rod 1 connected to the eccentric handle 7, and a tongue 12 extending and fitting the notch 11 is provided at one end of the wrench 2. When the eccentric handle 7 is rotated to a position vertical to the pull rod 1, the eccentric handle 7 can lock the pressing block 8 and the tongue 12 of the wrench 2 will be automatically clamped at the notch 11 under the elasticity, thereby preventing the rotation of the eccentric handle 7. The tongue 12 of the wrench 2 will be separated from the notch 11 of the pull rod 1 when the wrench 2 is pressed to the largest extent. At this moment, the eccentric handle 7 may be rotated outward and the pressing block 8 and the body 9 may be loosened. The operation is very simple, and the present invention is reliable and durable. The wrench 2 and the tongue 12 are integrated, so that the structure is simple and reliable and the mounting is easy. The wrench 2 is fixed into the mounting hole by passing the pin 13 through the wrench 2. The spring 5 is pressed into the mounting hole of the eccentric handle 7 by a spring seat 4, and the head portion of the spring seat 4 is mounted inside a groove of the wrench 2. The tongue 12 is clamped at the notch of the pull rod 1 under the elasticity, to prevent the rotation of the handle. The spring 5 is arranged upward so that the tongue of the wrench clamps the notch 11. The number of overall parts is small and the assembly is convenient.

Although the present invention has been described with reference to the specific embodiments, this description is not intended to limit the present invention. Referring to the description of the present invention, other variations of the disclosed embodiment are expected by those skilled in the art, and those variations fall into the scope defined by the appended claims.
