PROTECTIVE CASE

Disclosed is a protective case which includes a baseplate and an enclosure wall disposed around the baseplate, the enclosure wall connecting with the baseplate so as to form a holding space together with the baseplate for holding a mobile phone. The baseplate has several heat dissipation slots formed thereon; a heat dissipation skeleton is embedded into the baseplate; and an edge of the heat dissipation skeleton is disposed into the heat dissipation slots. The present invention has advantages of good heat dissipation effect, high rigidity, long service life and effective protection for the mobile phone.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

This present invention claims the benefit of Chinese Patent Application No. CN201520211014.8, filed on Apr. 9, 2015; the contents of which are hereby incorporated by reference.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a protective case for mobile phone and more particularly to a protective case with high rigidity and good performance of heat dissipation.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In order to prevent the mobile phone from being scratched or broken, the mobile phone is generally put on a protective case. However, the existing protective case for mobile phone has not enough rigidity and it is easy to be broken. Additionally, the protective case put on the mobile phone will influence the heat dissipation performance of the mobile phone, especially the smart-phone, which has high heat productivity due to its powerful function, thereby influencing the stability and service life of the mobile phone.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

One object of the present invention is to provide a protective case so as to overcome the defects of the prior art.

To achieve above objects, there is provided a technical solution as follows:

A protective case includes a baseplate and an enclosure wall disposed around the baseplate, the enclosure wall connecting with the baseplate so as to form a holding space together with the baseplate for holding a mobile phone. The baseplate has several heat dissipation slots formed thereon; a heat dissipation skeleton is embedded into the baseplate; and an edge of the heat dissipation skeleton is disposed into the heat dissipation slots.

According to the above solution, the heat dissipation skeleton is provided for increasing rigidity of the baseplate, thereby increasing rigidity of the whole protective case. In addition, the heat energy produced by the mobile phone can dissipate quickly by means of the heat dissipation skeleton, thereby reducing heat accumulation between the mobile phone and the baseplate and then prolonging service life of the mobile phone.

According to a preferred embodiment, the baseplate has a first heat dissipation hole formed thereon; and the heat dissipation skeleton has a second heat dissipation hole formed thereon for corresponding to the first heat dissipation hole.

According to the above solution, the first heat dissipation holes and second heat dissipation holes are provided for further improving heat dissipation.

According to a preferred embodiment, the heat dissipation skeleton has a lot of fine meshes formed thereon, all of which are communicated with the outside world via the heat dissipation slots.

According to the above solution, the fine meshes are provided for further improving heat dissipation.

According to a preferred embodiment, the heat dissipation skeleton is a metal sheet.

According to the above solution, the metal sheet can improve heat dissipation of the protective case due to its good heat dissipation effect and also can enhance the compressive strength and toughness of the protective case due to its good rigidity.

According to a preferred embodiment, the protective case further includes a shell provided on the outer side of the baseplate.

According to a preferred embodiment, the heat dissipation skeleton is a frame-shaped structure.

According to the above solution, the heat dissipation skeleton of frame-shaped structure is provided for increasing the heat dissipation area of the mobile phone and achieving even and adequate heat dissipation.

According to a preferred embodiment, the heat dissipation skeleton is a circular structure.

According to the above solution, the heat dissipation skeleton of circular structure is provided for increasing the heat dissipation area of the mobile phone and achieving even and adequate heat dissipation.

According to a preferred embodiment, the baseplate is made of rubber material and the enclosure wall is also made of rubber material.

According to the above solution, the rubber baseplate and rubber enclosure wall can protect the mobile phone better and prevent it from being broken.

In conclusion, the present invention has following beneficial effects: good heat dissipation effect, high rigidity, high toughness, long service life, simple structure and effective protection for the mobile phone.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF ILLUSTRATED EMBODIMENTS

Some embodiments of the present invention will be described as follows, by way of example only, with reference to the accompanying drawings. And it should be noted that the features of different embodiments could be combined if there is no conflicts.

As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, the protective case includes a baseplate 21 and an enclosure wall 22 provided around the baseplate 21. The enclosure wall 22 connects with the baseplate 21 so as to form a holding space together with the baseplate for holding a mobile phone. The baseplate 21 has several heat dissipation slots 23 formed thereon. The protective case further includes a heat dissipation skeleton 1 embedded into the baseplate 21. The edge of the heat dissipation skeleton 1 is located into the heat dissipation slots 23.

The heat energy produced by the mobile phone can dissipate quickly by means of the heat dissipation skeleton 1, thereby reducing heat accumulation between the mobile phone and the baseplate 21 and then prolonging service life of the mobile phone. In addition, the heat dissipation skeleton 1 can increase rigidity of the baseplate 21, thereby increasing rigidity of the whole protective case.

Referring to FIG. 2, FIG. 3 and FIG. 5, the baseplate 21 has first heat dissipation hole 24 formed thereon; and the heat dissipation skeleton 1 has second heat dissipation hole 11 formed thereon for corresponding to the first heat dissipation hole 24. The heat dissipation skeleton 1 has a lot of fine meshes 12 formed thereon, all of which are communicated with the outside world via the heat dissipation slots 23. The heat dissipation skeleton 1 is a metal sheet. The first heat dissipation hole 24, the second heat dissipation hole 11 and the heat dissipation skeleton 1 made of metal sheet are provided for improving heat dissipation. And the heat dissipation skeleton 1 made of metal sheet is further provided for enhancing the rigidity of the baseplate 21.

The baseplate 21 is rubber baseplate and the enclosure wall 22 is rubber enclosure wall. When the mobile phone slipping out of the hand, the rubber baseplate and rubber enclosure wall play an important role in shockproof function.

In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 3, the baseplate 23 has several first heat dissipation holes 24, the fine meshes 12 and the second heat dissipation holes 11 correspond to the first heat dissipation holes 24.

In some embodiments, there further has a shell provided on the outer side of the baseplate 21 so as to increase the frictional force between the protective case and the hand of user thereby preventing the protective case from slipping out of the hand.

In some embodiments, in order to improve the heat dissipation effect and enhance the rigidity of the baseplate 21, the heat dissipation skeleton 1 is designed to be frame-shaped structure or circular structure.

It should be understood that the invention is not to be limited to the disclosed embodiments. Any technique extension and recreation according to the present invention should be included within the scope of protection of the invention.

Claims

1. A protective case, comprising a baseplate and an enclosure wall disposed around the baseplate, the enclosure wall connecting with the baseplate so as to form a holding space together with the baseplate for holding a mobile phone, wherein the baseplate has several heat dissipation slots formed thereon; a heat dissipation skeleton is embedded into the baseplate; and an edge of the heat dissipation skeleton is disposed into the heat dissipation slots.

2. The protective case according to claim 1, wherein the baseplate has a first heat dissipation hole formed thereon; and the heat dissipation skeleton has a second heat dissipation hole formed thereon and corresponding to the first heat dissipation hole.

3. The protective case according to claim 1, wherein the heat dissipation skeleton has a lot of fine meshes formed thereon, all of which are communicated with the outside world via the heat dissipation slots.

4. The protective case according to claim 1, wherein the heat dissipation skeleton is a metal sheet.

5. The protective case according to claim 1, wherein further comprises a shell provided on the outer side of the baseplate.

6. The protective case according to claim 1, wherein the heat dissipation skeleton is a frame-shaped structure.

7. The protective case according to claim 1, wherein the heat dissipation skeleton is a circular structure.

8. The protective case according to claim 1, wherein the baseplate is rubber baseplate and the enclosure wall is rubber enclosure wall.
