Description
FIELD AND BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

This Non-Provisional Patent Application depends from Provisional Patent Application No. 61/983,048 filed 23 Apr. 2014.

Typical pillowcases which are not changed after each use collect skin oil, dirt, dead skin cells, bacteria, hair, etc., from being used multiple times before being washed. This can contribute to acne, blocked pores and other skin and health issues. Existing alternatives to assist with alleviating these types of problems are for individuals to change or wash their pillowcase after being used. Both of these options are cumbersome, time consuming and cost prohibitive. Therefore, consumers need an effective and sensible solution.

The patents and publications referred to herein are provided herewith in an Information Disclosure Statement in accordance with 37 CFR 1.97.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Clean Pillowcase will allow the consumer to lay his or her head on clean fabric or other material for multiple uses without requiring the individual to change or wash the pillowcase after each use. Clean Pillowcase is a pillowcase with multiple flaps of fabric or other material attached at the top or side of the pillowcase.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Clean Pillowcase (1) is a pillowcase (100) with multiple flaps (110) of fabric or other material attached at the top or side of the pillowcase. Straps and/or buttons or other fasteners (120) secure the additional flaps (110) of fabric or material in place. After the consumer uses the topmost flap (112), the consumer will fold the top most flap (112) to the back (102) of the pillow and will secure the used flap (112) into the straps, buttons or fasteners (120) that are at the back (102) of the Clean Pillowcase. This invention may come in a variety of patterns and colors to suit the individual consumer, include logos, quotes, caricatures, etc. The exact specifications, materials used, and method of use of Clean Pillowcase may vary upon manufacturing.
